Hitchcock, "a master of the thriller" "leading figure of thriller", was famous for his work style. He never starts filming until completing a perfect conception in his mind before shooting. He started filming after getting a perfect filming plan adding a picture even one detailed shot picture. Also the movie costumes was not an exception in his movie. He put more main object to express a symbolic meanings by recreating movie costumes which were fit to drama′s subject than function which spoke for contemporary popularity also he guides actors to put on the movie costumes examined previously to shape a definite visual character in that works. This research intends not only to look into symbolic and expressive means of dresses through the movie costumes on thriller appeared in Hitchcock′s movie, but also the comprehension width by grasping importance of the movie-costume and dress image in the movie. Hitchock made about 55 movies, mostly thriller movies, from Number 13(1922) n unfinished work to family plot(1976) ones posthumous work. This research examined his the second half of term works(after 1950) such s Rear Window(1954), Vertigo(1958), Psycho(1960), Torn Curtain(19660, Topaz(1969) and Frenzy(1972) which are generally familiar to the public. In conclusion, we can find that the thriller movie costumes as well s the other movie and appeared a character of the film′s characters, social rank, economic level, personality. But expecially, a costume of Hitchcock′s thriller movie can be contained a characteristic factor of a kind of five.

Paragonimiasis is a lung infection of man acquired by ingestion of fresh water crabs or crayfish infested with larvae of Paragonimus. Of the many ectopic foci, the liver is very rarely involved by paragonimus. A case of year old woman with epigastric pain of 2 months duration who had no history of crab ingestion, was experienced. Special studies of abdominal CT scan and celiac angiography showed a mass lesion on the left hepatic lobe. Preoperative diagnosis of liver tumor turned out to be paragonimiasis composed of necrosis, granuloma and egg shells. Treatment with praziquantel for 2 days gave her symptomatic improvement.

조현형 인격성향을 가진 여자 대학생의 공간 작업기억 결함에 관한 사건관련전위 연구

This study investigated deficits in spatial working memory in female college students with schizotypal traits using a delayed-response task and event-related potentials (ERPs). The schizotypal trait (n=15) and normal control (n=16) groups were determined based on scores on the Schizotypal Personality Questionnaire. The delayed-response task consisted of two conditions, i.e., maintenance (to judge whether the locations between the present and previously presented stimuli were the same or not) and manipulation (to manipulate the location of the presented stimulus based on the instructions, and to judge whether the location of the present stimulus was consistent with that of manipulated) conditions. In terms of response times (RTs), both groups showed significantly faster RTs in maintenance than in manipulation conditions. The schizotypal trait group showed significantly longer RTs in both conditions than the control group. In terms of accuracy rate, the two groups did not differ significantly in the maintenance condition, whereas in the manipulation condition, the schizotypal trait group showed a significantly lower accuracy rate than the control group. In terms of ERP results, P200 amplitude was greater in the manipulation condition than in the maintenance condition. The two groups did not differ significantly in P200 amplitudes in the maintenance condition, whereas the schizotypal trait group showed significantly greater P200 amplitude than the control group in the manipulation condition. The two groups did not differ significantly in P400 amplitudes. Since the P200 is considered to reflect the executive aspects of spatial working memory, including allocation of attention and resources, the present results indicate that individuals with schizotypal trait have impaired spatial working memory, which could serve as a trait-marker of schizosprectrum disorder. 본 연구는 조현병 환자에서 관찰되는 공간 작업기억의 결함이 조현형 인격성향군에서도 관찰되는지 알아보고자 하였다. 조현형 인격성향군(n=15)과 정상통제군(n=16)의 공간 작업기억을 지연-반응 과제와 사건관련전위를 사용하여 조사하였다. 지연-반응 과제는 두 조건, 즉 제시되는 자극의 위치를 단순히 기억하는 것이 요구되는 유지 조건과 제시되는 자극의 위치를 지시에 따라 조작하여 기억하는 것이 요구되는 조작 조건으로 구성되었다. 지연-반응 과제의 반응시간의 경우, 두 집단 모두 유지 조건에 비해 조작 조건에서 유의하게 더 긴 반응시간을 보였고, 조현형 성향군이 정상통제군에 비해 두 조건 모두에서 유의하게 더 긴 반응 시간을 보였다. 반응정확률의 경우, 두 집단 모두 유지 조건에 비해 조작 조건에서 유의하게 낮은 반응정확률을 보였고, 유지 조건에서는 정상통제군과 조현형 성향군 사이에 유의한 차이가 관찰되지 않은 반면, 조작 조건에서는 조현형 성향군이 정상통제군에 비해 유의하게 낮은 반응정확률을 보였다. 사건관련전위의 P200 진폭에서 두 집단이 두 실험 조건에서 서로 상이한 결과를 보였는데, 즉 유지 조건에서는 두 집단 사이에 유의한 P200 진폭 차이가 관찰되지 않은 반면, 조작 조건에서는 조현형 성향군이 정상통제군에 비해 유의하게 증가된 P200 진폭을 보였다. 조작 조건에서만 관찰된 P400의 진폭에서는 두 집단 간에 유의한 차이가 관찰되지 않았다. 본 연구 결과는 조현형 성향군이 공간 작업기억의 결함을 가지고 있으며, 이 결함이 정보의 파지보다는 정보의 조작 과정과 관련되어 있음을 시사한다. 특히 P200이 주의 및 자원 할당을 포함하는 공간 작업기억의 집행적 처리과정을 반영하는 것으로 알려져 있기 때문에 본 연구 결과는 조현형 인격성향군이 공간 작업기억의 집행적 처리 기능의 결함을 가지고 있고, 공간 작업기억의 결함이 조현병 인격장애군을 포함하는 조현병 스펙트럼의 특성 지표로 사용될 수 있음을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the status and views on the dental team composition and works, the experience of a dental manpower shortage and opinions on the solution. The subjects were 313 dentists and dental hygienists. The mobile questionnaires were conducted on the status of dental team composition and works, the experience of a dental manpower shortage and opinions on the solution. There was no big difference between the current dental team composition and ideal composition ratio, and dentists answered that it would be more ideal to reduce dental hygiene and increase nurse assistant when the working dentist was 3~5. 85.6% of the dentists and 56.4% of the dental hygienists had difficulty in employing the dental auxiliary personnel. The difficulty level was 8 out of 10 points among dentists and 5.7 points among dental hygienists. 91.1% of the dentists and 95.5% of the dental hygienists agreed on the necessity of expanding the dental hygienist's work. The dental works were temporary crown making and setting, surgical operation assistance, and overall dental assistance. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to continuously make efforts to communicate with the dental personnel in Korea to solve a lot of problems such as the job assignment, the dental personnel policy and system, and the work environment.

The normative principles of medical ethics are classified into two categories: traditional ethical theories (utilitarianism and deontological ethics) and empirical principles like the Hippocratic Oath. Each of these two streams of medical ethics has strengths and limitations. This article presents social contract theory as a new approach to understanding medical ethics. On this view, medical professions are based on social contracts for protecting patients from therapists with no licenses. These social contracts consist of hyper-norms, general or whole social contracts, regulations, stewardships and personal contracts. Medical professionals and medical societies both must uphold all of the social responsibilities (including legal liability) of these contracts. In order to strengthen the observance of these social contracts, this article proposes a process of medical ethical decision-making based on social contracts. Additionally, to reduce patient-physician conflicts, this article identifies the appropriate decision-making participants and argues for the necessity of hierarchical clinical ethics committees.
