        용액 흡착에서의 표면과잉과 침잠열

        박종기,김종득 한국화학공학회 1987 Korean Chemical Engineering Research(HWAHAK KONGHA Vol.25 No.1

The surface excess and the heat of immersion in the adsorption from solutions were calorimetrically investigated for the benzene-ethanol mixtures on activated carbon powder. The surface excess and the heat of immersion, derived from the Gibbs adsorption equation and the adsorption capacity ratio representing the surface areas occupied, were calculated incorporating the UNIQUAC and its two-dimensional image for the adsorbed phase, and compared with Schay's surface excess data and the heats of immersion measured with the solution calorimeter. Approximating the localized adsorption interacting only with bulk phase and the excluded volume effect, the heats of immersion were satisfactorily calculated from the adsorption parameters optimized with the excess data.

박종기 청주교육대학교 1966 論文集 Vol.1 No.-

        A) statement of the problems The main function of the educational administration can be summarized as the management of four basic resources necessary for its working; men materials, machines, and money. Within these resources, the "men" has a very important meaning to the student of education, because human factor is holding many complex and steady variables of all other factors. This study is concerned with teaching human resources in primary schools in this country. Many studies have already concerned to the teacher's preservice education, but their productions about primary school teachers are scarce. Since 1962, the date of first reorganization in preservice education system of primary school teachers in this country, there have been a few researches concerning this new launched institution. I may be forgiven if I say that shuch researches about those institutions have some limitations on comprehensiveness of its contents. I can show two examples about them. One of these is THE STUDY ON PRESERVICE EDUCATION SYSTEM OF THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHER① issued by Central Education Research Institute in 1964, and the other is AN ANALYSIS OF THE TRAINING PROCESSES OF JUNIOR COLLEGE OF THE ELEMENTRAY SCHOOL TEACHERS② by Professor Junhee Park. Both oj these are concentrated as their research object sorely to the students of the new "Junior College of Education" and the former is supplemented with the graduate from two years "Educational College" in Pusan and Kwangjoo which can be termed as intermediary system between former normal school and new Junior College of Education, so they lack the comprehensiveness in their object. The chief purpose of this paper is laid on making basic data needed in the improvement of curriculum in those new systems and giving helpful information to the board of education and practical administrators through the nation-wide research about the first primary school teachers had finished Junior College of Education in 1963. With this purpose in my mind, my direct aims of this study are as follows; 1) Finding out basic data necessary for curriculum reorganization and its operation in those new systems by observing educational leadership, teaching method and way of survey research of the graduate from those new systems. 2) Giving information to the supervisors in their orientation program for new teachers through the investigation of the orientation method and its contents now prevailing. 3) Newly planning the follow up study for those new teacher from those institutions through the reference to the aforesaid data and informations. 5) giving considerable information to administrators for their personnel administration policy through the investigation of the actual practices in personnel administration and its application in those new teachers disposition since 1963, B) The way dealing with the problems. I have divided the oblects of this study into six groups, namely, (1) the teachers graduated from those new institutions in 1963, (2) senior teachers graduated from normal school who are in same working campus and of the same sex as aforesid new teachers and whose teaching experiences must be less than 5 years and ages must be under 25years old. (3) principals working with the first two groups, (4) Kun(county)education chiefs, (5) Do(province)supervisors and (6) Professors in those new Junior College of Education whose majors are "education". Marking all the four groups except Do(province)supervisors and professors respond to the questionaires made by myself, this study intended to find out the leadership, loyalty in service, management skill in student personnel administration, human relations, per-sonality adjustment, teaching method and state of action research of them. The first four groups(new teacher, senior teachers, principals and Kun education chiefs) were requested to respond to questionaires and professors were requested not only to write reports about the actual state of their own follow up study but also to summarize Do(province) supervisors' personnel administration process and orientation services for those new teachers and ect. C) Brief Outline of the Results. 1) Total 71% of the new teacher(41% of the new teachers were assigned to the community they want and 30% of them were made to adjust to the community which they did not want at the first assignment)were satisfied with the personnel administration in assignment and it can be considered that personnel dministration is carried out properly in general. 2) Both Do(province)board of education and individual school have comparatively made into little account to the orientation program for the new teachers. Even though administrative authorities and school itself usually give them so ne advice in the educational leadership and service attitute, both of them had refused detailed information in teaching and guidance skills and community structures. 3) Follow up study for the new teachers was also limited in such a negative step like; disseminating college newspapers, suggesting service guidance at the time of alumni association, making informal interviews through the irregular visits during the time when college faculty have guidance trips for student teacher' teaching practice; that it must be reorganized into more systematic scheme. 4) General tendencies teachers from the new system have are like are like these; their educational loyalties and leaderships are sufficient for their job fulffillmeuts compared with the senior teachers, their human relation and knowledge in educational theory are superior to those senior teachers and management proficiency in student personnel administration and teaching skills are inferior to them. 5) The amount of job satiation of the new teachers are very low. Three quater of them had selected teaching job as the second choice and 72% of them are unsatisfying with teacher job. The chief sources of their unsatisfaction are low pay, low social prestage and inadequate aptitude of their personalities. 6) About 60% of the new teachers have their action research subjects and they are keeping up those subjects, but they are suffering from the dearth of research data and leisure, and from incompetency in research method.
