Background: Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs) inhibit both cyclooxygenase-1(COX1) and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2). There have been several trials showing that a specific inhibitor of COX-2 provide efficacy in surgical pain comparable with NSAIDs. In this study, the efficacy and safety of the rofecoxib which specifically inhibits COX-2 were compared with aceclofenac, an NSAID, in patients with pain after orthopedic surgery. Method : A randomized, open, active comparator-controlled trial of 229 adults with orthopedic surgical pain was conducted. Patients were randomized to one of two treatment groups ; 50mg of rofecoxib once daily or 100mg of aceclofenac twice daily. Clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated over 5-day treatment period. Result : Rofecoxib at dosage of 50mg demonstrated efficacy that was clinically comparable to that of aceclofenac as assessed by primary endpoint(TOPAR8) according to predefined comparability criteria. Results from secondary endpoints(SPID8, patient global assessment of response to therapy) were consistent with those of the primary endpoint. All treatments were generally well tolerated. Conclusion : Rofecoxib was well tolerated and provided efficacy that was clinically comparable, according to predefined equivalence margin, to that of 100mg of aceclofenac twice daily in this 5-day study.
Plossom : Spring Boot를 활용한 웹 기반 프로젝트 관리 시스템

본 논문에서는 편리하고 효율적인 프로젝트를 관리하기 위한 웹 응용 시스템인 Plossom을 개발하였다. Plossom의 개발은 HTML과 Bootstrap 프레임 워크를 이용하여 웹페이지를 구성하였으며, JQuery를 이용하여 웹페이지에 맞는 알고리즘을 사용해 로직을 구축하였고, Spring의 Thymeleaf와 MySQL을 활용하여 프로젝트 정보를 외부 시스템과 연동하여 체계적인 관리를 할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 Plossom 통합 프로젝트 관리 시스템을 이용할 경우 IoT 및 ICT 관련 프로젝트에 대한 개발 과정에 매우 유용하게 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. In this paper, we developed web based Plossom system, an efficient and convenient project management system. The development of Plossom consists of a web page using HTML and Bootstrap framework, and the logic is built using the algorithm suitable for web page by using JQuery. Additionally, Plossom is implemented to support interoperability with external system by using Spring's Thymeleaf and MySQL efficiently. The Plossom system developed in this study is expected to be very useful in the development process of IOT and ICT related projects.
부분 대역 재밍 환경에서 SFH(Slow Frequency Hopping) 위성 통신 방식을 사용하는 A-NED(Adaptive NED) 알고리즘 항재밍 성능 분석

As of today, Frequency Hopping techniques are widely used for over-channel interference and anti-jamming communication systems. In this paper, analysis the performance of robustness on the focus of some general jamming channel. In FH/SS systems, usually SFH(Slow Frequency Hopping) and FFH(Fast Frequency Hopping) are took up on many special communication systems, the SFH, FFH are also combined with a channel diversity algorithm likes NED(Normalized Envelop Detection), EGC(Equal Gain Combines) and Clipped Combines to overcome jammer's attack. This paper propose Adaptive-NED and shows A-NED will be worked well than the others in the some general jamming environments.
파쇄골 이식을 이용한 무시멘트성 비구 컵 재치환술의 10년 이상 추시 결과

목적: 저자들은 파쇄골 이식과 서로 다른 표면 처리의 비구 컵을 이용한 무시멘트성 비구 컵 재치환술의 10년 이상 추시 결과를 분석하였다. 대상 및 방법: 40명, 40고관절을 대상으로 하였으며, 재치환술시 평균 연령은 44.5세 였다. 재치환술시 10례는 수산화인회석 피복(hydroxyapatite-coated) 컵이, 30례는 다공성 피복(porous-coated) 컵이 사용되었다. 평균 추시 기간은 12년 1개월(10년~15년)이었으며, 재-재치환술 시행이나 비구 컵의 해리는 추시의 종결점으로 판단하였다. 결과: Harris 고관절 점수는 술전 평균 52점에서 최종 추시시 평균 75점이었다. 추시 기간 중 17례에서 비구 컵의 해리가 관찰되었으며, 해리가 관찰되기까지 평균 9년(3년 9개월~14년 4개월)이 소요되었다. 비구 컵 해리는 수산화인회석 피복 컵 중 8례, 다공성 피복 컵 중 9례에서 발생하였다. 이 중 14례에서 재-재치환술이 시행되었으며, 재-재치환율은 다공성 피복 컵에서 20%, 수산화인회석 피복 컵에서 80%였다. 그 외에 비구 liner의 마모로 인해 비구 liner와 인공 골두만을 교체한 경우가 2례 있었다. 파쇄이식골은 전례에서 골결합된 소견을 보였다. 골결합까지는 평균 5.2개월(2~9개월)이, 골유합까지는 평균 12개월(5~18개월)이 소요되었다. 결론: 파쇄골 이식을 이용한 무시멘트성 비구 컵 재치환술의 10년 이상 추시 결과, 수산화인회석 피복 컵이 다공성 피복컵보다 유의하게 높은 실패율을 보였다(P<0.05). 다공성 피복 컵을 이용한 파쇄골 이식술은 고관절 재치환술시 비구측골결손을 재건할 수 있는 효과적인 방법으로 여겨진다. Purpose: We evaluated the results of cementless acetabular revisions performed with morselized bone grafting and screw-fixed hemispherical cups with different surface treatments. Materials and Methods: Forty hips, which had been followed for more than 10 years, were included in this study. Reconstruction was performed with 10 hydroxyapatite (HA)-coated cups and 30 porocoated ones. The mean followup time was 12 years and 1 months (range, 10 years to 15 years). Re-revision or radiographic loosening was considered as an endpoint of follow-up. Results: The average Harris hip score improved from 52 points to 75 points. During the follow-up period, radiographic loosening was observed in 17 hips. The loosened implants were HA-coated cups in 8 hips and porocoated ones in 9 hips. In 14 of these, re-revision of the cups was performed. The re-revision rate was 20% for the porocoated cups and 80% for the HA-coated cups. There were 2 hips with liner wear, which had undergone liner and head changes. Bone grafts were united in all the hips. The average time to union was 5.2 months (range, 2 to 9 months), and the average time to incorporation was 12 months (range, 5 to 18 months). Conclusion: Our results imply that HA-coated cups have a significantly higher failure rate compared with the porocoated ones (P<0.05) after a minimum follow-up of 10 years. Morselized bone grafting with use of a porocoated cup is an effective modality, which can restore the bone loss of the acetabulum in revision total hip arthroplasty.

This paper reports a method treasuring magnetostriction, Young's moduli of a substrate and film and ΔE-effect with one apparatus. A substrate deposited with a thin magnetic film is parallely cantilevered paralled to a metal plate electrode, forming a capacitive cell. The cantilever deflects due to own weight, applied electric and magnetic filed. The small change of the capacitance caused by this deflection is measured by a sensitive capacitance bridge. Young's modulus, magnetostriction and ΔE effect can be calculated by theoretical analysis with the weight, applied field and deflection data.
