교육의 역할에 대한 국제사회의 주된 관심은 사회 진보를 위해 교육이 무엇을 가르쳐야 하는가로 발전하고 있다(OECD, 2015; OECD, 2010). 과거 교육의 경제적 효용성에 대한 논 의가 활발하였다면, 이제는 한 사회의 지속적인 발전에 기여하는 교육의 역할이 주목받고 있다(Kautz, Heckman, Diris, ter Weel, & Borghans, 2014; 김태준·홍영란·류성창·이광현·장 근영, 2012). 이러한 점에서는 비인지적 역량인 사회정서적 역량에 대한 관심이 높아지고 그 중요성에 대한 인식이 확대되고 있다(Schultz, Ainley, & Jrailon, 2011; 김태준·오민아·이 은경, 2015).

실업계 고교 재학 및 졸업생의 진로의식 탐구

This study was conducted to get implications for career development program of vocational high school by studying the awareness of careers in vocational high school students and graduates. It was surveyed experiences and effectiveness of counseling, values and attitude structures of career development, satisfaction of career choice, and needs for career development program in both vocational and general high school students or graduates. Especially, data analysis was focused on comparison with vocational and general. As a results, vocational high school students/graduates indicated a lower awareness of careers than general high school students/graduates and had experienced a relative deprivation in career development. Thus, it was discussed that career development program for vocational high school students should be based on the psychological counseling for identity formation and it had priority over vocational skills development. 본 연구는 실업계 고교 재학생 및 졸업생의 진로의식을 분석함으로써 진로개발에서의 문제점을 파악하고 이를 통해 향후 실업계 고등학생들의 진로개발 프로그램이 우선적으로 어디에 초점을 두어야 하는지에 관한 시사점 얻는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 인문계 및 실업계 고교 재학생들을 대상으로 진로선택 상황에서 태도 및 판단준거가치를 비교함으로써 이것이 그들의 진로문제에 관한 현실인식과 어떤 관계를 가지고 있는지, 그리고 사회에 진출한 졸업생들은 자신의 진로이행 경험에 대하여 어떻게 생각하고 있는지를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 인문계 학생들에 비하여 실업계 학생들은 진로선택 상황에서 현실과 미래에 관한 판단준거 및 가치 수용수준이 낮은 것으로 나타나 진로개발에 관한 자각(awareness)의 수준이 상대적으로 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 한편 졸업생들은 인문계 출신자들 보다 진로이행 경험에 대하여 부정적으로 인식하고 있었다. 따라서 실업계 고교생들의 진로의식을 정립하기 위해서는 진로개발 지원 인프라의 구축이나 취업․직업기술 훈련 프로그램에 앞서 심리상담에 기초한 진로개발 진입프로그램을 먼저 개발․운영할 것을 제안하였다.

새포아풀(Poa annua sp.)의 종자휴면과 발아특성

Two types of annual bluegrass have been reported, and those consist of annual type (Poa annua ssp. annua) and perennial type (Poa annua ssp. reptans). As a weed, annual bluegrasses are commonly found in putting greens and fairways in many golf courses. Due to its strong competitiveness such as tremendous seed reproduction rate a year, prostrate growth habit, and no herbicide availability, annual bluegrasses have been considered as one of the most hard-to-control weeds in turf management systems. A growth chamber study was conducted to determine seed dormancy and to understand seed germination characteristics of annual bluegrass (Poa annua ssp. annua). Freshly harvested seeds showed 80 and 55% germination at 30 and $35^{\circ}C$, respectively, indicating that the optimum temperature of annual bluegrass is $30^{\circ}C$. However, the seed germination occurred only under light condition at any given temperature. This result demonstrated that light is prerequisite for the seed germination, and no primary dormancy of annual bluegrass seed exists. Secondary seed dormancy induced by unfavorable temperatures and dark condition was broken through 4 to 6 wk-storage at $4^{\circ}C$ with moisture, and the stored seeds germinated at $20^{\circ}C$ even under the dark. In red and far-red light trial, fresh seeds resulted in 40% germination under red while no seed germination occurred under far-red light condition, indicating that phytochrome Pr and Pfr could be related to annual bluegrass seed germination. When the far-red light replaced the red the germination was recovered, but this reversibility did not reach to the germination level under the red light only. This result implied that other lights than red and far-red would play an important role on seed germination of annual bluegrass.

장애인복지관 사회복지사의 직무스트레스가 조직효과성에 미치는 영향 : 사회적 자본의 조절효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 장애인복지관에 종사하고 있는 사회복지사들의 직무스트레스 수준을 살펴보고, 직무스트레스와 조직효과성의 관계에서 사회적 자본이 미치는 조절효과를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산과 경남에 위치하고 있는 장애인복지관 소속 사회복지사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 153명의 자료를 분석하였다. 또한 사회적 자본의 조절효과를 살펴보기 위해서 다중회귀분석을 활용한 조절효과 검증을 사용하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 사회적 자본의 하위 요인인 신뢰, 규범, 네트워크 수준은 직무스트레스가 조직효과성에 미치는 영향을 부적으로 조절하는 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되어다. 즉, 사회적 자본 수준이 낮을수록 직무스트레스는 조직효과성에 더 많은 영향을 미치게 된다는 것이다. 이상의 결과를 통해 연구의 함의를 제시하였다.

변화된 업무환경에서 인식하는 항공사 서비스품질이 글로벌 브랜드 (항공사 조인트벤쳐) 이미지 형성에 미치는 영향 연구

Terminal 2 of Incheon in'tl airport had made a grand opening since January 2018. Terminal 2 is currently operated by mainly Korean airline in cooperation with such skyteam members as Delta airline, Air France and Royal Dutch KLM. It is expected another three skyteam member airlines join the separate operation at terminal 2 since this coming winter. It is believed very meaningful research to analyze how separate operation of Global alliance of airlines affects the global brand image of an organization. To find out such effect, researchers have made an empirical analysis of perception of airline staffs working at terminal 2. This paper has focused on how the staffs perceive airline service quality in the changed working environment and on how significantly their perception on service has an effect on airline's global brand image with such moderating variables as organizational efficacy and organizational trust. According to empirical analysis using structural equation modeling, it was proven the variable of responsiveness among perceived airline service qualities had a direct significant effect on formulating airline's global brand image associated with joint venture between Korean airline and Delta airline. However, the other variables had a indirect significant effect on global brand image with moderating effects.

XLPE 절연체의 등가 및 가변온도 가속열화실험을 통한 기계적 특성 비교 분석

Recently, as the number of years of operation has increased for more than 30 years, interest in evaluating the remaining life of major power facilities such as transformers and ultra-high voltage cables is increasing. In particular, the risk of failure is increasing because the underground transmission XLPE cable has been built since 1980 and has been operating in excess of 30 years of design life or close proximity. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an algorithm to evaluate the residual life of the XLPE cable considering the load to determine the risk of failure. Since load data is large amount of data, it is necessary to make the variable load information equivalent to the time unit first in order to calculate the remaining life of the system quickly. In overseas literature, transformers are reported to be standardized for variable load equivalent conversion formulas, but they have not been reported for ultra-high voltage cables. Therefore, in this paper, whether the equivalent conversion formula of a transformer can be applied to XLPE cables was reviewed through accelerated degradation tests under equivalent and variable temperature conditions, and considerations were studied when evaluating the remaining operating life of XLPE cables based on the experimental results.

전자식 구치료 시스템 개발 연구

Objectives : This study was to develop programmable and rechargeable electronic moxibustion device as an interdisciplinary research focusing on traditional Korean medicine. Methods : This device deployed several advances on safety and conveniences with the advantage of programmable heat stimulation, heating material and recharging method. The gradient of heat stimulation was programmed with the reference of previous studies and own measurements. The heat curve reached its efficacious stimulus temperature after three minutes, and maintained until 13 minutes with 42℃. We also incorporated feedback from field hospital experiences with the help of hospital staffs. Results : This device can prevent damages from skin burn and fire accidents, and control the smoke, smell and residue of moxa itself. Conclusions : This study will contribute for the development and improvement of efficacious and safe treatment methods for the traditional Korean medicine.
