유아교사의 긍정심리자본이 직무스트레스를 통해 유아교사의 행동 태도에 미치는 영향

Early childhood teachers are teachers who take care of and raise infants or children and play a role in providing various care. The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation between how the positive psychological capital of early childhood teachers affects the behavioral attitude of early childhood teachers through job stress in the COVID-19 situation. This study was conducted through an online survey from October 1st to October 14th, 2021, targeting 220 kindergarten teachers and daycare center teachers. Except for 20 questionnaires such as omission of records, a total of 200 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. As a result of hypothesis verification, first, it was found that self-efficacy and hope among positive psychological capital had an effect on lowering work stress. Second, among positive psychological capital, hope and optimism were found to have an effect on lowering parents' stress. Third, it was found that work stress had a positive effect on turnover intention but a negative effect on loyalty. On the other hand, it was found that parent stress had a positive effect on both turnover intention and loyalty. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that it can be used as basic.

Objective : This study confirmed the current status of work-life balance for workers at domestic medical institutions, and confirmed the direct and indirect relationship between organizational effectiveness and individual subjective happiness. Methods : Data was collected from September 3 to September 23, 2021, with a total of 300 surveys distributed. Among them, 227 surveys were ultimately used for analysis. The collected data were analyzed using statistical software, specifically SPSS 21.0 and Amos 22.0. The measurement tool was adapted based on previous research to be suitable for the circumstances of healthcare professionals. It consisted of a total of 39 items, categorized as follows: General Characteristics, Work-Life Balance, Emotional Labor, Job Stress), Job Satisfaction, Subjective Happiness. Results : The work-life balance of healthcare professionals was found not to significantly impact the profound emotional labor, but it was observed to reduce job stress. Additionally, emotional labor was identified as a decisive factor in decreasing job stress and increasing job satisfaction. Job stress not only diminishes job satisfaction but also has been confirmed as a factor decreasing subjective happiness. However, no direct relationship was found between emotional labor and subjective well-being. Conclusion : Studying the work-life balance of members in specialized service fields, such as healthcare services, not only provides insights into the current situation but also offers various theoretical perspectives in understanding the relationship between work-life balance and Organizational effectiveness.

족삼리(足三里) 독활약침(獨活藥鍼)이 Collagen-induced Arthritis에 미치는 영향

Objective & Methods : The purpose of this study is to observe the effects of Angelicae Pubescentis Radix herbal-acupuncture solution(APR-HAS) at Joksamni(ST36) on collagen IT induced arthritis in DBA/1J mice. The author performed several experimental items to analyze several cytokines and immune cells related with RA. Results : 1. In the APR-HA group, the incidence of arthritis and arthritis index were significantly decreased. 2. In APR-HA group, the levels of IL-6, $INF-{\gamma}$, $TNF-{\alpha}$, IgG, IgM, $IL-{\beta}$ and Anti-collagen II in serum of the CIA mouse were significantly decreased. 3. In APR-HA group, the level of $IFN-{\gamma}$, IL-4 in the CIA mouse spleen cell culture were significantly decreased. 4. In histology, the cartilage destruction and synovial cell proliferation were decreased in the APR-HA group, and the collagen fiber expressions in the APR-HA group were similar with that of the Normal group. 5. In the APR-HA group, CD3e+/CD19+ and CD4+/CD8+ were similarly maintained as Normal group in the CIA mouse lymph nodes, 6. In the APR-HA group, CD3e+/CD69+ was significantly decreased in the CIA mouse joint. 7. In the APR-HA group, CD11a+/CD19+ and CD11b+/Gr-l+ were significantly decreased in the CIA mouse lymph nodes 8. In the APR-HA group, CD4+/CD25+ was decreased in the CIA mouse spleen cell. 9. In the APR-HA group, CD4+/CD25+ was similarly maintained as Normal group in the CIA mouse lymph nodes.

Objectives & Methods : The main point of this literatual study was to develop an external treatment on sprain using adhesive herbal pack. Results & Conclusions : The herbs which was used in adhesive treatment matched the same function with oral herb medicine such as, promoting blood flow to remove blood stasis, relieving rheumatic conditions, and removing obstruction in meridians and collaterals. Based on these function it was reviewed that adhesive herbal pack directly effected the sprain region from herbs by using alcohol, water to produce the pack. But even though it is known that the method of adhesive herbal treatment changes, most treatment still uses the traditional method. So researching on adhesive herbal treatment is required in the future.

편측 안면마비가 잇따라 발병한 양측 안면마비 환자 2례에 대한 임상적 고찰

Objectives : This study is designed in order to evaluate oriental medical treatment of facial diplegia with continued facial palsy. Methods : The authors observed patients by Yanagihara’s unweighted grading system for operated acupuncture treatment, herbal medicine treatment and physiotherapy. Results & Conclusions : 1. Both facial grade had different scores in Yanagihara’s unweighted grading system for 2 cases when the facial palsy occured. 2. Both cases were diagnosed in wind-cold(feng-han) type. 3. The left and right side of face took different amount of time to recover. 4. Facial diplegia was significantly improved.

A study on the traceability and uncertainty of skin hydration measurement on the sole of the foot

Objectives: In order to accurately measure skin moisture and accumulate normal skin moisture data, analyzing the uncertainty of the skin moisture measurement and establishing standard reference data is essential. It helps to evaluate the skin’s condition and has great significance in diagnosis and treatment. In this study, the traceability of the equipment and the uncertainty of the results were analyzed for their potential use in the field of Korean medicine. The data was collected measuring skin moisture on the sole of the foot. Methods: One professional measured the moisture of the adult male’s foot 10 times following a determined protocol. The standard uncertainty of repeated measurements was calculated from the mean value of 10 repeated measurements. Ten trainee participants also measured the adult male’s foot following a determined protocol. The standard uncertainty by tester was calculated from the value of repeated measurements. Results: As a result of analyzing the difference between the mean and standard uncertainties in both the expert and trainees, it was confirmed that the variance in this study did not satisfy the normal distribution. In addition, the Mann-Whitney U-test was carried out, and it was found that there was no significant difference in the measured values of the two groups. The authorized uncertainty of measurements and traceability of all the equipment was not confirmed. Conclusions: This paper establishes the basis for later measurement-equipment research to provide the objective indicators to approach the dryness of plantar skin from dehydration, the Korean medicine perspective.
