        요양급여적정성 평가자료를 이용한 예방적 항생제 사용과 수술부위 감염 발생의 관련성 연구

        Objectives: To examine the prophylactic antibiotic use in reducing surgical site infection. Methods: This was a retrospective study for patients aged 18 years and older who underwent gastrectomy, cholecystectomy, colectomy, cesarean section and hysterectomy. The data source was quality assessment data of the Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service gathered from medical records of 302 national hospitals. Prophylactic antibiotic use was defined as: timely antibiotic administration or inappropriate antibiotic selection. We performed hierarchical logistic regression to examine the association between prophylactic antibiotic use and surgical site infection with adjustment for covariates. Results: The study population consisted of 16 348 patients (1588 gastrectomies, 2327 cholecystectomies, 1,384 colectomies, 3977 hysterectomies and 7072 cesarean sections) and surgical site infection was identified in 351 (2.1%) patients. The rates of timely antibiotic administration and inappropriate antibiotic selection varied according to procedures. Cholecystectomy patients who received timely prophylactic antibiotic had a significantly reduced risk of surgical site infection compared with those who did not receive a timely prophylactic antibiotics (OR 0.64, 95% CI=0.50-0.83), but no significant reduction was observed for other procedures. When inappropriate prophylactic antibiotics were given, the risk of surgical site infection significantly increased: 8.26-fold (95% CI=4.34-15.7) for gastrectomy, 4.73-fold (95% CI=2.09-10.7) for colectomy, 2.34-fold (95% CI=1.14-4.80) for cesarean section, 4.03-fold (95% CI=1.93-8.42) for hysterectomy. Conclusions: This study examines the association among timely antibiotic administration, inappropriate antibiotic selection and surgical site infection. Patients who received timely and appropriate antibiotics had a decreased risk of surgical site infection. Efforts to improve the timing of antibiotic administration and use of appropriate antibiotic are needed to lower the risk of surgical site infection.

        In this paper, we provide an adaptive power-aware checkpointing scheme for fixed priority-based DVS scheduling in dependable real-time systems. In the provided scheme, we analyze the minimum number of tolerable faults of a task and the optimal checkpointing interval in order to meet the deadline and guarantee its specified reliability. The energy-efficient voltage level at a fault arrival is also analyzed and used in the recovery of the faulty task.

        Sol-Gel 법을 이용한 칼슘-알루미네이트계 전자화물 박막의 제조와 특성

        Sol-gel법을 적용하여 $12CaO{\cdot}7Al_2O_3$(C12A7) 전자화물 박막을 제조하기 위해 CaO-$Al_2O_3$ sol을 제조하여 dip 코팅법을 적용하여 quartz 기판에 박막을 형성하였으며 열처리를 통해 C12A7의 박막을 제조하였다. C12A7 상의 형성 $800^{\circ}C$에서 시작되었고 $1,200^{\circ}C$ 온도에서 1시간 열처리를 통해 치밀화된 박막을 제조할 수 있었다. 제조된 C12A7 박막은 부도체였지만 수소 환원 분위기 열처리를 통해 전기전도도를 나타내기 시작했으며 $1,200^{\circ}C$ 48시간 열처리 시 120 S/cm의 전기전도도를 나타내었다. The Calcium-aluminate electride thin films on the quartz substrates was coated by sol-gel process. The crystallization of the C12A7 thin film was observed at $800^{\circ}C$ and high density C12A7 thin film was achieved on heat treatment at $1,200^{\circ}C$ for 1 hour. The reduction heat treatment of C12A7 thin film could be converted from insulator to conductor and the electrical conductivity was 120 S/cm in the C12A7 thin film heat treated at $1,200^{\circ}C$ with $H_2$ gas for 48 hours.

        선형 사진트리의 선형이동을 위한 상수시간 RMESH 알고리즘

        계층적 자료구조인 사진트리는 이진 영상을 표현하는데 매우 중요한 자료구조이다. 사진트리를 메모리에 저장하는 방법 중 선형사진트리 표현 방법은 다른 표현 방법과 비교할 때 저장 공간을 매우 효율적으로 절약할 수 있는 이점이 있기 때문에 사진트리와 관련된 연산의 수행을 위해 선형 사진트리를 사용하는 효율적인 알고리즘 개발에 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 선형이동은 영상을 주어진 거리만큼 이동시키는 연산으로, 영상 처리의 응용에서 중요하게 사용되는 연산에 속한다. 본 논문에서는 RMESH (Reconfigurable MESH) 구조에서 3-차원 n${\times}$n${\times}$n 프로세서를 사용하여 선형 사진트리로 표현된 이진 영상의 선형 이동을 수행하는 효율적인 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이 알고리즘은 n${\times}$n${\times}$n RMESH의 계층구조에서 선형 사진트리의 위치코드들을 효율적으로 전송할 수 있는 기본적인 연산들을 이용함으로써 상수 시간의 시간 복잡도를 갖는다. Quadtree, which is a hierarchical data structure, is a very important data structure to represent binary images. The linear quadtree representation as a way to store a quadtree is efficient to save space compared with other representations. Therefore, it has been widely studied to develop efficient algorithms to execute operations related with quadtrees. The linear translation is one of important operations in image processing, which moves the image by a given distance. In this paper, we present an algorithm to perform the linear translation of binary images represented by quadtrees, using three-dimensional $n{\times}n{\times}n$ processors on RMESH (Reconfigurable MESH). This algorithm has constant-time complexity by using efficient basic operations to route the locational codes of quardtree on the hierarchical structure of n${\times}$n${\times}$n RMESH.

        키네시오 테이핑을 병행한 하프 스쿼트 훈련이 일반인의 몸통과 다리 근활성도 및 균형능력에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the effects of performing the half squat exercise with Kinesio taping (HSEKT) on trunk and lower extremity muscle activity and balance ability in general university students. Methods: The 32 participants were randomly assigned to either the HSEKT group (half squats with Kinesio taping) or the control group (half squats with sham Kinesio taping). Both groups performed half squats with either Kinesio taping (HSEKT group) or sham Kinesio taping (control group) for 30 min/day, 3 times/week for 6 weeks. The Noraxon mini direct transmission system (DTS) electromyography (EMG) system was used to evaluate trunk and lower extremity muscle activity. BioRescue equipment was used to measure the movement area of the center of pressure with eyes open and eyes closed. The muscle activity of the trunk and lower extremities and the balance ability of all participants were measured before and after the intervention. An independent t-test was used to statistically analyze the pre- and post-intervention EMG and balance ability results. Results: The trunk and lower extremity muscle activity was found to have significantly improved in the HSEKT group and the control group after the intervention (p < 0.05). Also, the balance ability of the HSEKT group differed significantly after 6 weeks of training compared to that of the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The findings of this study show that performing half squats with Kinesio taping had a positive effect on trunk and lower extremity muscle activity and balance ability in general university students.

        건설공사 사후평가시스템 입력오류 분석에 관한 연구

        현재 건설공사 사후평가시스템 입력과정에서 자료가 오류 및 누락이 발생되는 경우가 많아 데이터의 신뢰성이 떨어지는 경우가 많다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 사후평가 결과분석의 신뢰성 확보를 위해 건설공사 사후평가시스템의 입력누락 및 입력오류에 대한 세부적인 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 건설사업 초기 단계일수록 자료의 미입력된 자료의 비중이 높게 나타났다. 그리고 분석된 등록오류로는 참고자료의 부정확, "원" 단위 오류, 입력항목에 대한 이해부족 등으로 나타났다. The data are often missed and many errors of the data are generated in the input process for the post evaluation system on the construction projects, and the reliability of the data falls down much. Accordingly, the detailed analysis about missing and error of data was conducted to ensure reliability of the analysis results about post evaluation on the construction projects. As results in this study, a lot of input data were missed at the initial construction phase, and the data errors were found in the inaccuracy of reference reports, the lack of understanding about input data, and the failure of KRW unit.

        석유계 바인더 피치의 β-resin이 탄소블럭의 밀도에 미치는 영향

        Carbon blocks were prepared by compression molding process using the mixture of isotropic cokes and binder pitches, which were reformed with different ${\beta}$-resin contents from pyrolysis fuel oil. Physical and chemical properties and also thermal behavior of binder pitches were investigated through elemental analysis, FT-IR and thermogravimetric analysis, respectively. The adhesion of binder pitches to isotropic coke particles was evaluated from SEM images of the fracture surface of carbon blocks. From these results, it is shown that the adhesion between the cokes and binder was enhanced by increasing the ${\beta}$-resin content of binder pitches. The density of the carbon block after carbonization also increased from 1.325 to $1.383g/cm^3$ by increasing the ${\beta}$-resin content of binder pitches from 1.4 to 20.1%. 석유 잔사유로부터 제조된 ${\beta}$-resin 함량이 각각 다른 바인더 피치와 등방코크스를 혼합 후 압축성형을 거쳐 탄소블럭을 제조하였다. 원소분석, FT-IR 및 열중량 분석을 통하여 바인더 피치의 물리적, 화학적 특성 및 열적 거동을 각각 고찰하였다. 또한, 주사전자현미경을 이용하여 측정된 탄소블럭의 파단면으로부터 등방코크스 입자와 바인더 피치의 결합성을 평가하였다. 실험 결과로부터 바인더 피치의 ${\beta}$-resin 함량이 높을수록 코크스와 바인더의 결합성이 향상됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 탄소블럭의 탄화 후 밀도는 ${\beta}$-resin 함량이 1.4%에서 20.1%로 증가함으로 인하여 $1.325g/cm^3$에서 $1.383g/cm^3$으로 증가하였다.

        방전플라즈마 소결법을 이용한 고밀도 탄화 붕소 제조 및 기계적 특성

        방전플라즈마 소결법을 적용하여 탄화붕소 세라믹스를 제조하여 그 소결 특성, 미세 구조 및 기계적 특성을 평가하였다. 탄화붕소의 소결에 방전플라즈마 소결법을 적용하여 소결 조제의 첨가 없이 전통적인 소결법보다 낮은 온도에서 99% 이상의 완전 치밀화된 소결체를 제작할 수 있었으며, 탄화붕소 분말의 메탄을 세척을 통하여 분말 표면에 형성되어 있는 $B_2O_3$ 상을 사전에 제거함으로써 결정립의 조대화를 방지하여 균일한 미세구조의 형성을 유도할 수 있었으며 결과적으로 탄화붕소 소결체의 기계적 특성을 향상시킬 수 있었다. 특히 파괴인성의 경우 메탄을 세척을 통하여 30% 이상의 물성 향상을 달성하였다. [ $B_4C$ ] ceramics were fabricated by spark plasma sintering process and their sintering behavior, microstructure and mechanical properties were evaluated. Relative density of $B_4C$ ceramics were obtained by spark plasma sintering method reached as high as 99% at lower temperature than conventional sintering method, in addition, without any sintering additives. The mechanical properties of $B_4C$ ceramics was improved by a methanol washing process which can be removed $B_2O_3$ phase from a $B_4C$ powder surface. This improvement results ken the formation of homogeneous microstructure because the grain coarsening was suppressed by the elimination of $B_2O_3$ phase. Particularly, fracture toughness of the sintered specimen using a methanol washed powder improved over 30% compared with the specimen using an as-received commercial powder.

        고속 웹 이송속도 및 복잡한 롤 패턴 형상을 고려한 R2R공정에서의 잉크전달 특성 해석

        Ink transfer process from the printing roll to the moving web was investigated using a CFD technique for the application in R2R printed electronics. In line with the requirement that the web handling speed needs to be increased further for the cost competitiveness, the effects of web moving velocity with relatively complex roll patterns were analyzed. To make the present analysis more realistic, the numerical geometry and the ink properties were selected to match those of the real printing production system. Our numerical results showed that both web handling speed and complex printing-roll patterns influenced the shape of the transferred ink. As the web moving speed approaches towards 30mpm, a significant distortion of the shape of the transferred ink occurred. In the range of pattern width smaller than 100 microns, a phase distortion was also found to occur in all the printing-roll patterns considered in the present work but the ratio of the phase distortion to the line width gets smaller as the width becomes smaller. Thus, the web handling speed and the shape of printing-roll pattern will be important elements for the better printing quality under 100 micron line width range.
