흉추 및 요추의 골절및 탈구에 대한 Zielke 장치 척추경 고정술의 결과
김형순,정재윤,정고훈 대한골절학회 1990 대한골절학회지 Vol.3 No.2
For the evaluation of the clinical and radiological results of transpedicular Zielke instrumentation for the fractures and dislocations in the thoracic and lumbar spine, the authors analysed the 13 patients who were operated by that method and were followed up more than one year after operation(Av. 33 months). l. Operative indications were seat belt type, flexion-distraction injury of fracture-dislocation type and burst type that needed additional stabilization after anterior fusion. 2. Extent of fixation and fusion were 1 motion segment in 6, 2 motion segment in 7. 3. Bony union could be observed within 6 months in all, without any possible complications of metal failure, non-union, loss of correction or neural damage. 4. Kyphotic angular deformity were changed from 25 preoperatively, to 3 post- operatively and 5 at the end of follow up 5. anterior vertebral height in 6 burst type were 46% preoperatively, 77% post operatively and 74% at the and of follow up. From above results, the authors concluded that the transpedicular Zielke instrumentation enabled the fixation of shortest segments and provided enough stability when the method was applied in the types of injury that demand posterior compression for the reduction and stabilization of the deformity and instability.
Verifying Code toward Trustworthy Software
김형순,이은영 한국정보처리학회 2018 Journal of information processing systems Vol.14 No.2
In the conventional computing environment, users use only a small number of software systems intensively. So it had been enough to check and guarantee the functional correctness and safety of a small number of giantsystems in order to protect the user systems and their information inside the systems from outside attacks. However, checking the correctness and safety of giant systems is not enough anymore, since users are usingvarious software systems or web services provided by unskilled developers. To prove or guarantee the safety ofsoftware system, a lot of research has been conducted in diverse areas of computer science. We will discuss theon-going approaches for guaranteeing or verifying the safety of software systems in this paper. We alsodiscuss the future research challenge which must be solved with better solutions in the near future.
History of the Scopus Expert Content Selection and Advisory Committee of Korea
김형순 한국과학학술지편집인협의회 2020 Science Editing Vol.7 No.1
With the objective of improving the quality of Korean journals and elevating them to international standards, the National Research Foundation of Korea, in consultation with Elsevier, formed the Scopus Expert Content Selection and Advisory Committee-Korea (ECSAC-Korea) as a local selection committee in August 2012. The committee reviews Korean journals for Scopus indexing and recommends them to the Scopus Content Selection and Advisory Board. In September 2019, ECSAC-Korea became part of the Korean Council of Science Editors (KCSE). This article describes the current status of Scopus indexing in Korea and the history, organizational structure, and role of ECSAC-Korea as part of the KCSE. The article also introduces the members of ECSAC-Korea and the KCSE steering committee for Scopus ECSAC-Korea, who have been active since September 2019.
Emotional Evaluation about Physico-chemistry Laboratory Equipment's Exterior Design
김형순,이한성,정상훈 한국감성과학회 2012 감성과학 Vol.15 No.2
Laboratory equipment will continue to be developed and created as long as experiments continue. Up until now, the designs have been focused on the functional role; successfully process the study purpose. However, nowadays, the requirements of providing emotional satisfaction of the design, has increased. Even so, the users are normally limited by specific groups and investments on these designs have been neglected due to small annual production by the small market. Through this study, we have conducted an emotional evaluation on Temperature and Humidity Chaperr's (TH Chaperr) exterior shape. First of all, we extracted emotional words and placed them in categories that represent these emotions placednducted an emotional evaluation on four typical THcehaperr models. They wati selected based on its door lock type placedntrol box type. The result showed that the ‘fixed type' of edntrol box placthe ‘hplale type' of door lock wati most favorable by the users, satisfying the five representative emotions; ‘Attractiveness', ‘Classiness', ‘Comfortableness', ‘Pleasant' and ‘Satisfaction in Usability'. Particularly, all 4 emotional words in the ‘Satisfaction in Usability' category recorded over 3.65. This indicates that Satisfaction in Usability is relatively an important category when expressing laboratory equipment. The result of this research is expected to be used as a basic data to find a way of right approach in laboratory equipment design.

강인한 음성인식을 위한 SPLICE 기반 잡음 보상의 성능향상
김형순,김두희 한국음성과학회 2003 음성과학 Vol.10 No.3
One of major problems in speech recognition is performance degradation due to the mismatch between the training and test environments. Recently, Stereo-based Piecewise Linear Compensation for Environments (SPLICE), which is frame-based bias removal algorithm for campestral enhancement using stereo training data and noisy speech model as a mixture of Gaussians, was proposed and showed good performance in noisy environments. In this paper, we propose several methods to improve the conventional SPLICE. First we apply Campestral Mean Subtraction (CMS) as a preprocessor to SPLICE, instead of applying it as a postprocessor. Secondly, to compensate residual distortion after SPLICE processing, two-stage SPLICE is proposed. Thirdly we employ phonetic information for training SPLICE model. According to experiments on the Aurora 2 database, proposed method outperformed the conventional SPLICE and we achieved a 50% decrease in word error rate over the Aurora baseline system.
