      • 八味元이 Streptozotocin 糖尿病에 미치는 影響

        Streptozotocin was injected to rats and rabbits to induce the experimental diabetes mellitus and Palmiwon was administrated to observe the changes of blood sugar, body weight, and serum Zn, Ca, Mg level in order to find out the effect of diabetic tratment by experimental method. And thus, the result was as follows: 1. The blood sugar level of diabetic rat was decreased after administration of Palmiwon. 2. Body weight of diabetic rat was moderately decreased after administratin of Palmiwon. 3. The less streptozotocin, 30 mg/kg, don't easily induce diabetes mellitus in rabbits. We did not find the changes of blood sugar, serum Zn, Ca, Mg level in the rabbits injected by streptozotocin, 30mg/kg of body weight.

        A. Schonberg(1874~1951) is a composer leading the modern music in the 20th century through a variety of experimental works and by establishing the unique twelve-tone music. His career of diverse musical creations is divided into three periods, the first phase of tonal creativity(1899~1907), the second phase of atonal creativity(1908~1927), and the third phase of twelve-tone technique creativity(1921~1951). The third period began after he exiled in the United States of America. This thesis aims at illuminating how Schonberg revealed his inner spirit of resistance by way of a musical work called 「A Survivor from Warsaw op.46」, bringing focus into the last phase of his musical career, the third period. 「A Survivor from Warsaw op.46」, composed in 1947 to manifest to the whole world the atrocities of holocaust the Nazis committed to the Jews, contains the Jewish spirit of resistance against the German Nazism. Schonberg published an expressionist style of atonal tendency that went beyond tonality when impressionism stood firm as a spiritual prop in Europe. And then, he established the theory of twelve-tone music. It is believed that atonality and expressionism fundamentally led him to compose 「A Survivor from Warsaw op.46」. In fact, 「A Survivor from Warsaw op.46」 established the expressionist style based on the twelve-tone music. Before Schonberg's 「A Survivor from Warsaw op.46」 is thoroughly analyzed, the formative and historical background of the work should be examined first. This musical work requires the maximal effect through the text and its music. In this tune, language or text, and music support each other while each factor has its own uniqueness. Especially, a contemplation on the human history together with his confession as a religious man is related to the appealing inner spirit of resistance in him. Resistant musics have their limits when they are formed into artistic works. Therefore, this work too has often been criticized because of its logical fabrication of the political aspects and artistic disharmony. But, Schonberg's view of music that the audience should directly experience through the artistic power of music the historic incident that can't be manifested easily is certainly one of the genuine artist's virtues. This paper suggests that 「A Survivor from Warsaw op.46」 is a twelve-tone music in which twelve-tones are intentionally used and a work that collects 20th century musical features. Here, language or text, and music so really bear testimony to the inhuman aspects of mankind. In this sense, this trial of Schonberg's is full of life in and has great significance along with a "musical work". 「A Survivor from Warsaw op.46」 is evaluated as an outstanding resistant music expressing the 20th century musician in exile, Schonberg's own spirit of resistance against Nazi's inhuman atrocities as well as the Zeitgeist for humanity to long for freedom.

        상아질의 경도, 위치 및 잔존 상아질 후경이 상아질에 대한 부위별 미세 전단결합강도에 미치는 영향 : EFFECTS OF DENTINAL HARDNESS, POSITION, AND REMAINING DENTIN THICKNESS

        The aim of this study was to measure the regional mictr-shear bond strength of dentin bonding sgents to dentin, and to investigate the relationship between the micro-shear bond strength and two dentinal characteristics ; Vickers hardness and remaining dentin thickness. Twenty-four freshly extracted, noncarious human molars were selected for this study. The materials tested in this study consisted of two commercially available dentin bonding agents(MAC-BOND, ONE-STEP) and two restorative light-cured composite resins (AELITEFIL, Z100). The occlusal of side surface of tooth crown was sectioned to expose dentin, and the exposed surface was finally polished with # 600 sandpaper, Four groups of application methods were used combining the filling materials and the dentin bonding agents. The composite resin-attached tooth specimens were embeded in a cold cure acrylic resin. and were obtained from each tooth. The cut spectimens were divided into three groups depending on the position of the dentin bonding wurface. The micro-shear bond strength. remaining dentin thickness, and dentinal hardness were measured. Experimental results were then statestically analyzed with ANOVA, t-test, Scheffe test. and regression analysis. From this experiment, the following results were obtained : 1. In the case of occlusal surface bonding, the pooled micro-shear bond strength of ONSTAELIT group (16.62 MPa) was singificantly higher than that of MACB-AELIT group (9.91 MPa) (p<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the mictr-shear bond strength depending on the centin positon (p>0.05). 2. In the case of side surface bonding of crown, the pooled micro-shear bond strength of four different bonding groups was not significantly different among each other (p>0.05). However, in three of the test groups (ONST-AELIT, MACB-Z100, ONST-Z100), the micro-sheer bond strength to the lower 1/3(Ⅲ) position was sugnuficantly lower than that to middle 1/3(Ⅱ) position of surface (p<0.05). 3. In the ONST-AELIT bonding group, the pooled micro-shear bond strength to the occlusal surface was significantly lower than that to the side surface of crown (p<0.05). 4. There was no significant correlation between the micro-shear bond strength and dentin hardness / remaining dentin thickness (p>0.05).

      • 스트레칭운동에서 온열요법이 요부의 유연성에 미치는 영향

        스트레칭(stretching)은 최근 신체 각 부위를 적절하게 움직이게 하여 긴장과 피로를 풀어주어 신체 발달을 꾀하고 유연성을 향상시키는데 좋은 운동방법으로 평가되고 있다. 온열요법(heating therapy)은 신체부분에 국소적으로 열을 가하여 혈액의 순환을 증가시켜서 손상의 빠른 회복을 기대하여 물리치료학에서 현재 많이 이용되는 방법으로 관절 경직의 완화, 동통 완화, 그리고 근 경련의 감소에 효과적이다. 본 연구에서는 20대에서 40대 사이의 신경학적 제한이 없는 정상인을 대상으로, 스트레칭 운동을 시행할 때 혼합되는 온열요법이 요부의 유연성 개선에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 20대에서 40대 20명(남10, 여10명)을 10명씩 두 집단으로 나누어 한 집단은 8 동작의 스트레칭 시행하는 스트레칭 집단으로 하고, 다른 한 집단은 온습포(hot pack)와 8 동작의 스트레칭을 혼합하는 열-스트레칭 혼합 집단으로 하였다. 각 집단은 주 4회 6주간 실시되었으며, 유연성 검사를 위해 체간 굴곡(trunk flexion), 체간 신전(trunk extension), 그리고 요부의 유연성을 나타내는 Schober-test를 측정하였다. 두 그룹간의 차이를 연구하여 요부의 유연성 개선에 미치는 효과를 검증하였으며, 나아가 본 연구는 요부 안정화 프로그램의 중요성과 산업체 근로자와 장시간 같은 자세로 작업을 하는 장애자들에게서 흔히 발생하는 요부의 통증에 접근하기 위해 고안되었다. The purpose of this study is to verify the difference of effect between group and period in order to find out effect on lumbar flexibility of treatment modality(stretching, heat - stretching) and period. The subject was chosen from the mild physically normal person who range from 20 to 40 years old without any neurological problem. Among these subjects, 20 persons(10 male, 10 female) were selected to two different groups. These were classified as stretching and heat- stretching groups. In stretching group, 8 different kind of stretching exercises were performed. In heat-stretching group, hot pack and stretching were performed together with 8 different stretching exercises. For the measurement of flexibility, trunk flexion test, trunk extension test and Schober-test were used. Pre-test was performed before treatment test, post-test was performed after 6 week of treatment test. As a result of this test, the following fact was shown 1) In trunk flexion and trunk extension test, effect between groups did not occur but effect of treatment period showed significance statistically. In addition, interactive effect between treatment period and each group showed the biggest difference in heat and stretching group. 2) In Schober-test, effect of treatment period showed significance statistically, effect between group and interactive effect did not occur.

        지각과민억제제 적용이 수종 접착제의 미세인장결합강도에 미치는 영향

        This study evaluated the influence of a desensitizer(MS coat) on microtensile bond strength of different adhesives:a three step adhesive(All Bond 2), a two step adhesive(Single Bond), a one step adhesive(One up Bond F). Non-caries extracted human molars were used. Dentin surface was obtained by horizontal section on mid-portion of crown using a water cooled low speed diamond saw. Teeth were randomly divided into 6 group. AMO(MS coat + All Bond), SMO(MS coat + Single Bond) and OMO(MS coat + One up Bond F) dentin surface were treated with 17% EDTA before bonded adhesive. AMX, SMX and OMX dentin surface were bonded with All-Bond 2, Single Bond and One-up Bond F, respectively. with no previous treatment with MS coat and 17% EDTA. About 1cm high resin composite(Z 250) were incrementally build-up on the treated surface. The specimens for the microtensile test were serially sectioned perpendicular to the adhesive layer to obtain 0.7 × 0.7 mm sticks. 30 sticks were prepared from each group. After that, tensile bond strength for each stick was measured with Microtensile Tester at a 1mm/min crosshead speed. Fractured dentin surfaces were observed under the SEM. The results were statistically analysed by using a One way ANOVA and Tukey's test(p<0.05). Value in MPa were: AMO 44.35±13.21; SMO 39.35±13.32; OMO 31.07±1O.25; AMX 49.22± 16.38; SMX 56.02±13.35; OMX 72.93±16.19. Application of MS coat reduced microtensile bond strengths of both Single Bond and One up Bond F, whereas microtensile bond strengths of All Bond 2 were not affected significantly.

        사회적 고립감으로 인한 우울증은 뇌기능의 손상을 유발시켜 인지기능의 저하 등을 유발시킬 수 있다. 또한 사회적 고립감은 스트레스 유발로 인한 가설이 제시되고 있으며, 스트레스, 우울증은 뇌 해마의 위축을 유발시키고 신경세포생성을 억제하여 기억력과 학습능력을 저하시킨다. 사회적 고립감은 모든 연령에 걸쳐 경험할 수 있으며 특히 만성질환을 가진 노인의 경우 경험하게 될 가능성이 높으며, 고립 유아 및 청소년의 경우에서도 사회적 유대감을 위한 중재노력이 필요하다. 운동은 기분을 좋게 해주고, 스트레스에 대한 적응력을 높여주는 긍정적인 효과가 있다. 특히 운동을 통하여 기분장애 및 정신장애에 있어서 우울증의 원인으로 알려진 뇌 해마의 신경세포생성감퇴를 회복할 수 있다는 많은 연구가 진행 되고 있다. Social isolation can exacerbate the negative consequences of stress and increase the risk of developing psychopathology. Many of the symptoms induced by social isolation resemble depression and anxiety disorder symptomatology. Social isolation-induced depression increases impairment of brain function. Older adults suffering from social isolation need special attention and may benefit from interventions which promote health and social interaction. Regular exercise improves your mood, decreases anxiety, improves resilience in the face of stress and raises self-esteem. Exercise is a good antidepressant?equal to drugs or psychotherapy in some studies. Exercise also increases hippocampal neurogenesis. We suggest that exercise alleviates social isolation-induced depression and that several mechanisms exist that could mediate this effect through hippocampal neurogenesis. Thus, exercise can be recommended as an efficient antidepressant.

      • 시간 지연을 고려한 FCM 추론알고리즘

        Uncertain causal knowledge is stored in Fuzzy Cognitive Maps(FCMs). FCM resonant states are limit cycles. A FCM limit cycle or hidden pattern is a FCM inference. However, there are some drawbacks concerned with inference and knowledge representation without the time delay in the conventional FCMs. In this paper, we propose an inference algorithm considered the time delay, based on improved FCMs represented causal relationships more naturally. Computer simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

      • 간접부착술식시 치면과 레진 베이스의 간격 및 접착제에 따른 결합강도

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of the combined use of paste resin with sealant as an adhesive of the indirect bonding. The resin bases made of lighcured resin were bonded to the bovine incisors at a distance of 0.0, 0.2 or 0.4mm using the sealant only or the mixture of sealant and paste resin. Bond strength of each group was measured using universal testing machine. The results were as follows: 1. The bond strength was reduced in both groups as the distance between enamel surface and resin base increased. 2. The bond strength showed no statistical difference between two groups in case the distance between enamel surface and resin base was 0.0mm. 3. In case the distance between enamel surface and resin base was 0.2 or 0.4mm, the sealant with paste resin group showed significantly higher bond strength than the sealant only group. The results of the present study indicate that the use of paste resin with sealant may be desirable as an adhesive in indirect bonding, particularly in case a gap is suspected between enamel surface and resin base.
