가정과 교사들의 다문화 교육에 대한 인식 및 다문화 교육 실천 효능감 분석

본 연구의 목적은 중등 가정과 교사들의 다문화적 태도, 다문화 교육 실천 효능감, 다문화 교육 목표 관점에 대한 인식을 조사하고, 세 하위척도가 각각 어떠한 상관관계가 있는지 알아본 것이다. 연구 대상은 중등 가정과 교사들 130명이며, 양적 연구를 통해 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중등 가정과 교사들은 현행 교육과정에서 다문화주의와 다양성을 미흡하게 다루고 있다 고 인식하고 있었으나, 다문화 관련 학부 수강 경험이 거의 없거나 연수를 받지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이에 다문화 교육을 위한 교사 교육의 강화가 시급하다. 둘째, 중등 가정과 교사들은 다문화 교육 실천 효능감에 대한 인식들 중에서 다문화 교실에 적합한 학습 자료의 개발과 수업방법 적용 측면에서 특히 낮은 효능감을 나타내었으며, 이에 대한 교사 의 자발적인 노력과 행정적인 지원이 수반 되어야 할 것이다. 셋째, 중등 가정과 교사들의 다문화 교육 목표에 대한 관점은 사회적 행동 지향적, 배려중심 지 향적 목표를 중점적으로 동의하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 다문화적 태도, 다문화 교육 실천 효능감, 다문화 교육 목표에 대한 관점의 상관관계를 살 펴본 결과, 사회적 행동 지향적 목표는 다문화적 태도에, 배려중심 지향적 목표는 다문화교육 실천 효능감에 영향을 주는 예측변인으로 나타났고, 다문화적 태도와 다문화 교육 실천 효능감이 사회 적 행동 지향적 목표와 배려 중심 지향적 목표에 영향을 주는 예측변인으로 나타났다. 그러므로 교 사들이 추구해야 할 목표는 현상유지의 관점을 공유하는 것이 아닌 변혁적인 교실 수업을 지향하는 관점을 추구해야 할 것이다. This study is intended to investigate Homes Economics teachers' multicultural attitudes and teaching practice self-efficacy, and their awareness of the objectives of multi-cultural education. The study also aims to find how these three elements are correlated with each other. For these purposes, one hundred thirty Homes Economics teachers were surveyed employing a questionnaire and the data obtained were analyzed quantitatively. The main findings are as follows. First, Homes Economics teachers perceived that the current curriculum does not deal with multiculturalism and diversity sufficiently. However, they took few courses related to multiculturalism in their undergraduate courses. They also had few opportunities of being trained on multiculturalism since they started to work as teachers. Thus, it is urgent for teachers to be educated or trained in multiculturalism. Second, as for their perception of teaching practice self efficacy of multiculturalism, Homes Economics teachers showed a low level of self efficacy especially in developing and applying teaching materials and methods suitable for multicultural classes. Therefore, Homes Economics teachers are required to make voluntary efforts to create and practice multicultural teaching materials and methods. In addition, administrative support is urgently needed to promote their efforts. Third, as for Homes Economics teachers' perspectives on the objectives of multicultural education, theyprimarily agreed to objectives oriented toward social behaviors and considerateness. Finally, an examination of the correlation between Homes Economics teachers' multicultural attitudes, their multicultural teaching efficacy and their perspectives of objectives for multicultural education led to the following: the objective oriented toward social behaviors was found to be a prediction variable of multicultural attitudes, and the objective oriented to considerateness was shown to be a prediction variable of multicultural efficacy. Therefore, Homes Economics teachers are required to have the perspective of seeking innovative classes instead of sharing the perspective of maintaining the current status.

계단상승 시 몸통각도에 따른 운동학적 요인과 지면반력 변화

The purpose of this study was to investigate the kinematical and ground reaction force variables according to the trunk lean[type A : 0~4deg., type B : 6~12deg.) during the stair ascent. For thi experiment, the stair structure was made and AMTI force plate was installed on the second and third stepping. Each motion was videotaped and digitalized with five video cameras to calculated the kinematical variables, and at the same time collected the ground reaction force. As a result, the following findings were obtained: 1. It was found that gait cycle of the type A was longer than type B, but ratio of the stance and swing to the gait cycle was similar to each other. Also it was found that stair ascent of the type A was more effective than that type B in the lower extremity motion. 2. It was found that stair ascent of the type A in the vertical and antero-posterior ground reaction force variables was more effective than that type B in that ascending the body weight.

다중 제어루프에 의한 자기부상용 DC-DC 전원장치에 관한 연구

The author present a modified multi-loop algorithm including feedforward for controlling a 55kW step down chopper in the power supply of Maglev. The control law for the duty cycle consists of three terms. The first is the feedforward term which compensates for variations in the input voltage. The second term consists of the difference between the slowly moving inductor current and output current. The third term consists of proportional and integral terms involving the perturbation in the output voltage. This perturvation is derived by subtracting the desired output voltage from the actual output voltage. The proportional and integral action stabilizes the system and minimizes output voltage error. In order to verify the validity of the proposed multi-loop controller, simulation study was tried using Matlab simulink.

의류제품 소비자의 신뢰와 만족 및 애호도와 구전의 구조적 관계

The purpose of this study is to show the component and anticipation factors of loyalty and word-of-mouth. Specifically, hypothesis is that trust in a salesperson will influence satisfaction with the salesperson, and the store. And the satisfactions with the salesperson and the store will influence the loyalty to the salesperson and the store. Another hypothesis is that loyalty to a salesperson and a store will influence word-of-mouth. Scale items used in this study were selected from developed scales and were adapted to conforming to the selling situation in the service setting. factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha test were accomplished. A total of 703 samples was used to test the hypotheses. The primary method of statistical analysis to test the hypotheses was a structural equation modeling on LISREL 8.3. The results of the study are as follows: First, trust had an influence en satisfaction with a salesperson and a store. Second, the results suggested that satisfaction with the salesperson and the store influences loyalty to the salesperson and the store. Finally, loyalty to the salesperson and the store influenced word-of-mouth, as predicted.

Helicobacter pylori와 대장균의 Shuttle Vector 개발

In this study, a vehicle vector using cryptic plasmids was constructed for gene transfer in Helicobacter pylori. pHP51(3.9 kb) and pHP489(1.2 kb) were selected for constructing vectors from cryptic plasmid of H. pylori isolates in Korea. The HindⅢ-digestedDNA fragment(1.2kb) of pHP489 and 1.6kb DNA fragment of pHP51 were ligated with a kanamycin resistance gene(aph3'-Ⅲ) from C. jejuni to produce the recombinant plasmids pHP489K and pHP51K, respectively. Transformation frequency of pHP51K by electroporation was low. But pHP489K could be effectively transformed into various H. pylori strains. In order to design an intermdiate vehicle vector for gene transfer into H. pylori, pBlueHP489K was prepared by recloning pHP489K DNA into pBluescript and pTZ19R vector. This vector permitted the DNA fragment containing pHP489 sequence, aph3'-Ⅲ, and cloned DNA to be cut and self-ligated in the SacⅠ site after cloning. ureA and ureB gene were inserted into pBlueHP489K, resulting in pBlueHP489K/AB. The DNA fragment containing pHP489, kanamycin resistance gene(aph3'-Ⅲ), and urease structural gene was cut away from pBlueHP489K/AB and self-ligated to generate pBlueHP489K/AB. pBlueHP489K/AB made urease-negative H. pylori strains restore their urease activity. By this experiment, pBlueHP489K was confirmed to be the vehicle system for transferring H. pylori genes.

Renca 마우스 종양모델에서 지구성운동이 종양형성에 미치는 영향

Subcutaneous injection of cells from renal adenocarcinoma line, renca, into Balb/c mice induces fast growing solid tumors. This method has been used to speculate the efficacy of cytokine treatment for tumor regression. The present study was designed to investigate the effect of treadmill exercise on tumor growth using renca mouse tumor model. We also examined the expression pattern of several genes related to immune response after exercise training for 4 weeks. Exercise training reduced the size of tumor mass compared to that of non-exercised group in tumor cell recipient mice. Natural killer(NK) cell activity showed no significant difference between exercised and non-exercised groups in tumor cell non-recipient mice. Although NK cell activity of non-recipients was higher than tumor cell recipients, NK cell activity of exercised group was significantly lower than non-exercised group among tumor cell recipients. There were no significant differences in mRNA expressions of cytokines. scavenger receptors, and neuropeptieds which are related to immune response, while mRNA expression of TGF-beta was significantly reduced both in spleen and in tumor mass by treadmill exercise. Based on the results presented in this study, endurance exercise has shown the possibility to suppress tumor formation.

유전체가 입혀진 금속거울을 사용한 3중반사 위상지연계 설계

Triple-reflection system of the dielectric coated metallic mirror acts as retarder, by proper selection of film refractive index, film thickness, and angle of incidence, that maintains collinearity of the input and output beams. If the film refractive index and angle of incidence are given, then the design procedure is described to determine the film thickness at design wavelength. Example is presented of quarterwave retarder that uses a ZnS-Ag film substrate system at the CO_2 laser wavelength. The equal net reflectances for p and s polarizations are computed and found to be high. Also the useful operation over a small wavelength range is demonstrated.

초등학교 고학년과 중학년의 주행변인 비교분석

The purpose of this study was to investigate the kinematical analysis on the running motion of elementary students. The subject of this study was 12 healthy elementary students. A scholastic year were divided into 2 group : high group[6 grade], middle group[3 grade]. The following findings are obtained: It's appear that time ratio of the stance and swing in running motion about high group was 56% vs 44%, and this result was effected to wide step and stride length. Also, it's appear that displacement of center of gravity about high group was larger than middle group, and this result was effected to the horizontal velocity of center of gravity. Trunk angle was slanted to the running direction and upper arm rotation in shoulder angle was larger than middle group. And then this result was effected to the lower extremity movement. It's appear that time ratio of the stance and swing in running motion about middle group was 61% vs 39%, and this result was positively effected to narrow step and stride length. Also, it's appear that displacement of center of gravity about middle group was less than high group, and this result was effected to the low horizontal velocity of center of gravity. Trunk angle was slanted to the running direction and upper arm rotation in shoulder angle was less than high group. And then this result was negatively effected to the lower extremity movement.

우울증 관련 평가도구의 개관

Objective : Since a lot of assessment tools for depression have been developed and used, it is difficult to choose the proper and optimal instruments for the purpose of their usage, In order to maximize the effectiveness of assessment for depression, this paper reviewed the characteristics and specific features of currently using tools. Method : The domestically and internationally using assessment tools for depression were reviewed and classified by litera-hire search and clinical experience. Results : Methods of assessment, selecting guides and characteristics of assessment tools for depression were presented. Conclusion : This paper would provide helpful guidelines for selecting the assessment tools. We suggest that it is needed to develop the assessment tools for depression that reflects Korean specific culture and custom.
