The major purpose of this paper is to measure the magnitude and significance of the impact of housing density on housing price. In order to pursue this objective, we employ hedonic model using Seoul apartment data. Through regression analysis, we found following facts: 1)Housing density represented by floor area ratio has a significant impact on reduction in housing price. 2)This trend becomes stronger year after year. 3)However, during those years of 1990 and 1992, this trend is less persuasive. 4)The causes of this weak relationship in these years might be downturn of overall housing market and the changes in regulations on housing density, which in turn, lower the level of expectation in capital gains on housing.

UNIX system간의 file transfer 및 remote command execution 의 기능을 갖는 4.1BSD UUCP를 SDN 의 몇 개의 node 에 설치, dial-up 기능의 보완 및 극의 computer network 와의 연결, 그리고 application layer로서의 UUCP-based network 들에 관해 기술하였다. We discuss the newly found problems which occurred in the installation of 4.1 BSD UUCP, which has the functions of file transfer and remote command execution, in some nodes of SDN. We also describe the addition of dial-up function, international connection, and UUCP-based networks as application layer.

Electrolytic In-process Dressing (ELID) technique for metal bonded diamond grinding wheel has been developed for mirror surface grinding of hard and brittle materials. This study process optical glass in using Electrolytic In-process Dressing. In using to main variable wheel speed(400 rpm ~ 2000 rpm), feed rate(5 μm/min ~ 25 μm/min), depth of cut (3 μm - 15 μm), dressing and spray. we measured surface roughness by Form Talysurf series2. we finded optimum grinding condition to obtain confident surface roughness in representative brittle materials.
대도시 토지이용 규제의 합리화 방안 : 서울시를 중심으로 The Case of Seoul

Current spatial structure of Seoul shows ineffectiveness with distance-decaying land price and distance-constant population density. Irrational land use regulations and ineffective population dispersion policies are blamed for this inefficiency. This inefficiency causes longer commuting distance and deteriorated living environment. In terms of productivity per unit of land, however, Seoul maintains a high level of competitiveness. In order to improve land use efficiency, legal reshuffling which induces small-land owners to redevelopment, innovative land use control such as bonus zoning and Transferable Development Rights (TDR), and privatization of urban development projects are desperately needed. In order to support the high level of land productivity, gross pollutant control system and total producer's service network should be established for small and medium industry.
