        배우자 자질평가의 성별 차이 : 진화론적 사회심리학의 가설 검증

        이 연구는 남녀간의 배우자 자질의 중요성 평가상에 차이가 있고 이는 진화론적 사회심리학 이론으로 설명할 수 있다는 가설을 검증하려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 조사대상자는 남자 168명과 여자 140명 도합 308명이었다. 13가지의 자질을 평정법과 등위법을 사용하여 피험자로 하여금 각 자질의 중요성을 평가하게 했다. 결과를 보면 남자는 '신체적 매력'을 중요시한 반면 여자는 '경제적 능력이 있음'을 중요시하였다. 이 결과는 가설을 긍정하는 것이다. 이 조사의 결과를 세계 37개국의 결과와 비교하여 한국과 다른 문화권과의 차이를 살펴보았다. 이 연구의 특징과 추후 연구시 고려해야할 사항을 토의했다.

        관광호텔의 기업문화와 영향요인간의 관계

        This study is not to present elanatory or conclusive study results, but exploratory study. The purpose of this study is to establish a theory framework for the corporate culture in hotels and its influence factors, and to suggest research implications for the development of hotel corporate culture in the future. To accomplished the main purpose of study(relationship between the influence factors and the characteristics for hotel corporate culture), canonical correlation analyses were conducted. The influence factors of hotel corporate culture wer very related to the factors of the characteristics for hotel corporate culture.

        가물치에서 분리된 Edwardsiellatarda 의 생화학 및 항생물질 내성 유형에 관한 연구

        During the period from August through October, 1988, 50 isolates of Edwardsiella tarda were isolated from 6 diseased cultured Channa argus in Dunchi island and Myung-ghi, near Pusan in Korea were examined by studying their biochemical and antibiotical reactions. The ill animals moved slowly and irregular-formed swimming at the surface of the corner. The symthoms were necrosis with hemorrhage on the body surface, head, gill region, and mouth. Some fish were observed dropsy of the belly. The bacteria grew slowly on Double Salmonella-Shigella agar, 24h, at 37℃ to form relatively small size (2㎜ diameter), smoothed and convexed form with transient or black in center of the colonis. They gave negative reactions to Voges-Proskauer, Simmon's citrate, urea, KCN(in growth), gelatin, arginine dehydrolase, phenylalanine deaminase and many sugars. The isolates showed positive reactions to H₂S(in KIA agar), indol, Methyl-Red, motility, lysine and ornithine decarboxylase, and gas from glucose. 8 drugs tested as chloramphenicol, colistin, gentamicin, kanamycin, lincomycin, nalidixic acid spectinomycin, and tetracycline. All cultures were resistant to colistin, lincomycin and spectinomycin respectibly, but sensitive to kanamycin and nalidixic acid. Three strains showed resistance to chloramphenicol and 2 isolates among them were resistant to two drugs(gentamicin and tetracycline), coincidentally.

        Blood Stream Infections in Patients in the Burn Intensive Care Unit

        Background: The study on bacteremia helps empirically select the proper antibiotics before the results of culture test about causative pathogen. The purpose of this study is to investigate causative pathogen in bloodstream infection, changing aspects based on elapsed time after burn, relationship with other sites and resistance of important causative pathogen against antibiotics through analysis on bacteria isolated from blood culture of patients hospitalized in burn intensive care unit (BICU). Materials and Methods: A retrospective study was conducted targeting patients hospitalized in BICU from January 2007 to June 2011. Changes of causative pathogen in bloodstream infection based on elapsed time after injury were analyzed. We would like to examine the relationship between bloodstream infection and infection on other body parts by comparing results of cultures in burn wound site, sputum, urine and catheter tip. Antibiotics resistance patterns of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus species, and Klebsiella pneumoniae were studied. Results: A total of 2,337 burn patients were hospitalized in BICU for 54 months. Causative pathogen was cultured in blood cultures from 397 patients (17.0%). P. aeruginosa (169, 30.1%) was the most cultured and A. baumannii (107, 19.0%) and S. aureus (81, 14.4%) were followed. It was confirmed that the relative frequency of A. baumannii tended to get lower as the period got longer after injury, but the relative frequency of K. pneumoniae got higher as the period got longer after injury. With comparison without bacteremia, P. aeruginosa bacteremia showed high probability in which the same bacteria were cultured in wound site, sputum and cathether tip, and A. baumannii bacteremia and candida bacteremia had high probability in sputum,and urine and catheter tip, respectively. 95.9% of P. aeruginosa and 95.3% of A. baumannii showed the resistance against carbapenem. 96.3% of S. aureus was methicillin resistant and 36.2% of Enterococcus species were vancomycin resistant. 75.0%of K. pneumonia were extended-spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL)-producing bacteria. Conclusions: Since the highly antibiotic resistant microorganisms were isolated from the patients hospitalized in BICU during early phase, the empirical selection of antibiotics targeting these pathogens should be considered before the results of microbiologic culture test. In addition, use of empirical antifungal agent after 1 week of injury can be considered for patients who have risk factor of fungal infection.

      • 3차원 비점성 천음속 익렬 유동에 관한 수치해석적 연구

        The three dimensional inviscid transonic cascade flow was investigated numerically, incorporation a four stage Runge-Kutta integration method proposed by Jameson. Time marching to the steady state was accelerated by using optimum time step and enthalpy damping. In describing the boundary conditions at inlet and outlet, Riemann invariants are considered. By adding a second and a fourth order artificial viscocities, the numerical instability due to the propagation of undamped disturbance or the rapid change of state near the shock has been prevented. The numerical results for are bump cascade, cambered two dimensional turbine cascade and three dimensional stator cascade agreed reasonably well with previous results. It has been known that the accuracy of the solution depended a lot on the modeling of the leading or trailing edge.

        전향각이 큰 선형터빈 익렬을 통하는 난류유동의 수치해석

        A numerical analysis on three dimensional turbulent incompressible flows through linear cascades of turbine rotor blades with high turning angles has been performed by using a generalized k-.epsilon. model which is a high Reynolds number form and derived by RNG(renormalized group) method to account for the variation of the rate of strain. A second order upwind scheme is used to suppress numerical diffusion in approximating the convective terms. Body-fitted coordinates are adopted to represent the complex blade geometry accurately. For the case without tip clearance, velocity vectors and static pressure contours are shown to be in good agreement with previous experimental results. For the case with tip clearance, the effects of the passage vortex and tip clearance flow on the total pressure loss as well as their interactions are discussed.
