        The purpose of this study was to provide the basic data for the planning of education of patients by exploring and comparing patients', nurses' and doctors' perception of the educational needs and degree of providing education. 66 hospitalized patients undergoing chemotherapy and 44 nurses, 42 doctors assigned for the direct care were sampled in 1 university hospital in Taejon from August 30, 1993 to September 30, 1993. For the comparing patients', nurses' and doctors' perecption of the educational needs and degree of providing education, the researcher used Kims' Educational need scale which is composed of 20 item Likert type 5 point scale. Data were analyzed by means of percentile score, SPSS, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation. The result were as follows 1. Comparision of total Mean score patients', nurses' and doctors' perception of the educational need ordering nurses(M=4.0465), patients (M=3.9803), doctors (M=3.8309). The difference between the three group's total Mean score is showed no statistical significant difference. 2. Comparision of total Mean score patients' educational need, patients' percetion of nurses' and doctors' degree of providing education, patients' educational need is scored 3.9803, patients' perception of nurse is scored 2.3431, patients' perception of doctor is scored 2.5022. The difference between the patients' educational need and medical teams' degree of providing education is showed statistical significant difference(P<.001). 3. Comparision of total mean score nurses' educational need is scored 4.0465, nurses' perception of nurses' degree of providing education is scored 2.9920, patients' perception of nurses' degree of providing education is scored 2.3431. The difference of between the nurses' educational need and nurses' perception of nurses' degree of providing education is showed statistical significant difference(P<.001) 4. Comparision of total mean score doctors' educational need is scored 3.8309, doctors' perception of doctors' degree of providing eduation is scored 3.1726, patients' perception of doctors' degree of providing education is scored 2.5022. The difference of between the doctors' educational need and doctors' perception of doctors' degree of providing education is showed statistical difference(P<.001).

        Today human needs for health promotion and maintenance are increasing. The nursing progression has a great responsibility for helping clients to practice good health behavior. self efficacy was found to be potent predictor in initiating and maintaining the health-related behavior. Therefore, the concept is important in nursig intervention for change of health behavior. The purpose of this paper was to analyze and clarify the meaning of the concept, self efficacy. This study used Walder & Avant's process of concept analysis. Critical attributes of self efficacy were : 1) positive perception of his won capability; 2) intrapersonal strength; 3) possibility of being learned; 4) individuality; 5) specificity; 6) generalizability. Antecedents of self efficacy consist of those facts that 1) new situation occurs; 2) individuals have needs to change the new situation; 3) there are some required actions in new situation. Consequences occurring as a result of self efficacy consist of those facts that 1) individual initiates the of failure; 5) cope with the situation; 6) controls the situation; 7) the level of self efficacy is enhanced; 8) the level of self-esteem is enhanced.

        This paper showed the summarization of the preservative method of wild vegetables in the house and the precessing method of Japanese pickles. The preservative methods of wild vegetables were explained devided into long, short term, fresh state, heat treatment and drying. Salt, soybean fermented sauce, soybean fermented paste, lees of refined rice wine and residue in the preparation of bean curd were used as the materials of Japanese pickles.

      • Ribbon형 Co1-x Crx (x=0.27, 0.29, 0.30, 0.32, 0.35) 합금의 자기특성

        급냉법으로 리본형 결정질 Co1-x Crx (x=0.27, 0.29, 0.30, 0.32, 0.35)합금을 제조하여 Cr의 조성에 따른 자기적 특성을 조사하였다. 포화자화값은 벌크값보다 컸지만 박막의 경우보다는 작았다. Cr의 함량이 증가함에 따라 포화자화값은 감소하였다. 27 at.% Cr의 경우를 예외로 하면 Cr 함량 증가에 따라 결정립의 크기는 감소하였고, 항자력은 증가하였다. 리본형 Co1-x Crx 는 포화자화값의 온도 의존성이 비정질 시료인 경우와 유사한 경향을 나타내었으며 Cr의 함량이 증가할수록 Curie온도(Tr)는 감소하였다. Cr 함량의 증가에 따라 exchange interaction의 평균자승거리<r²>와 spin wave stiffness 상수D는 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 천이금속(Co)의 원자당평균 자기모멘트는 Cr의 증가에 따라 선형적으로 감소하였다. The magnetic cnaracteristics of crystalline Co1-x Crx (x=0.27, 0.29, 0.30, 0.32, 0.35) ribbons prepared by the rapid solidification were investigated. The saturation magnetization for ribbon was greater than that for bulk alloys containg the same amount of Cr. but smaller for the films. The grain size of ribbon became smaller and coercive force increased with increasing Cr contents except case of 27 at.% Cr. The saturation magnetization decreased with increasing Cr contensts. The temperature dependence of saturation magnetization for Co1-x Crx ribbon showed the similar behavior as the amorphous alloy and the Curie temperatures were decreased with the increase of Cr contents. The spin wave stiffness constant and the mean square range of exchange interaction, also were decreased. The average magnetic moment per transition metal atom was linearly decreased with increasing the contents of Cr.

        병리검사 처방오류 개선 시스템 구축

        문제: 조직병리검사의 처방이 복잡하고 전문화됨에 따라 오류처방이 빈번하게 발생되고 이를 해결하기위한 프로세스가 복잡하여 부서간의 갈등과 업무의 가중, 또한 병원 수입 감소가 초래되었다. 목적: 발생된 오류처방의 유형과 발생율, 오류처방을 해결하기 위한 프로세스를 파악하여 이에 대한 문제점을 개선하여 업무의 효율성과 관련부서간의 부가업무 감소와 갈등해소, 더불어 병원수익을 향상시키는 것에 목표를 두고 활동하였다. 의료기관: 서울시에 소재한 종합병원 질 향상 활동: 조직병리검사 처방의 오류처방 발생 원인과 유형, 발생율을 조사하여 원인을 파악하고 개선을 위한 프로세스를 구축하여 질 향상을 도모하였다. 개선효과: 수술실에서 의뢰한 외과 입원환자의 일반조직병리검사 오류율은 개선 전 7.8%에서 개선 후 3.5%, 동결절편조직검사 오류율은 개선 전 28.6%에서 개선 후 0%로 이전보다 모두 개선되었다. 또한 수술실 간호사의 업무 만족도는 일반조직병리검사의 처방시 95%, 동결절편조직검사 처방시 90%로 높은 만족도를 보였다. 단 병리과의 경우 업무가 증가됨에 따라 초과근무시간이 증가하였다.

        알콜중독자 부부집단 프로그램에 관한 연구 : For the development of a Couples Group Intervention Program for Recovery of Alcoholics(Ⅲ) 알콜중독자의 회복을 위한 부부집단 개입 프로그램 개발 연구(Ⅲ)

        Couple therapy has been recognized as an effective way to treat alcoholism. However, research by the authors indicate there are no couple therapy porgrams currently in the Korean psychiatric setting. The purpose of this study is to develop an effective program to aid in the recovery alcoholics and their spouses. This program is specifically designed for the couples of hospitalized alcoholics. The program consists of 10 sessions, the first four held with gender specific groups, the final five as co-joint couple sessions. The groups will meet 2 times weekly with five monthly after care follow ups. The program is divided into 3 phases ; The first phase deals with the symptoms of alcoholism and its impact on relationships with in 1st-2nd sessions. The second phase treats the issues of co-dependency and the recovery process with in 3th-4th sessions. In the final phase, conflict resolution, communication, anger control, and stress management skills are developed with in 5th-9th sessions. In the final session of the last phase, all 3 phases are integrated and summarized. At this point the group sessions are terminated, five follow up after care sessions are scheduled, to be conducted on a monthly bases. These sessions are designed to help the couple with unresolved issues, assist with implementation of their after care plan, and to monitor the couples progress with in a life of sobriety. The methods of implementing the program are centered on the cognitive behavioral approach, utilizing lectures, group discussion, role play and feedback sessions.

      • 의복행동과 사회적 불안감과의 관련연구 Ⅰ

        The results were as follows; 1. There was negative significant relationship between Clothing satisfaction, Aesthetic and Social security-insecurity. 2. Positive significant relationship were found between Social approval and Social security-insecurity 3. There was significant differences in Clothing satisfaction according to parents socio-economic status. 4. There was significant differences in Aesthetic according to university type, major field, parents education level, parents socio-economic status. 5. There were significant differences in psychological dependence, according to parent's education level parents socioeconomic status. 6. Social security-insecurity affected Clothing satisfaction, 7. Social security-insecurity affected Social approval. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among clothing satisfaction, social approval, psychological dependence, and social security-insecurity, and to determine the differences of clothing behaviors by the demographic variables such as university type, major field, parents education, and socio-economic status. The following two hypothesis were established for this study. 1. There will be no significant relationship between social security-insecurity and subscales of the clothing behaviors. 2. There will be no significant relationship between demographic variables such as university type, major field, parents education level and subscales of the clothing behaviors. The measurement for the Social security-insecurity was adopted from Lapitsky's Social Security Inventory. Clothing behaviors were measured by Lim's Questionnaire modified and supplemented for the study.

      • 임상간호사의 분권화, 전문성 및 의사결정의 관계

        This study were conducted to analyze the correlations of decentralization, expertise and decision-making perceived by clinical nurses and to another relational factors. The subjects of this study were 190 clinical nurses who worked at two hospitals in Taejon city. The data were collected from August 4th to August 8th, 1997. The instruments for this study were Van de Van and Ferry's Job Authority Scale(4 items), Hage and Aiken's Hierarchy of Athoriy Scale(5 item), Vroom's Measure of Psychological Participation Scale(4 items), Hage and Aiken's Participation in Decision Making Scale(4 items), and 3 single items for expertise. The data were analyzed by use of percentage, ANOVA, and Pearson-Correlation Coefficient. The results of this study were as follows; 1. The degrees of participation in decision-making classified by education levels showed significant differences(P<0.05). 2. There was significant correlation between decentralization and participation in decision-making(P<0.01). Also there was significant correlation between participation in decision-making and education levels(P<0.01), and self-rating for expertise(P<0.05). 3. There was significant correlation between decentralization and total career of RN (P<0.01), and subject's age(P<0.05). Also significant correlation between participation in decision-making and total career of RN (P<0.001), and pattern of duty(P<0.01), and subject's age(P<0.001).

      • 부천지역의 주부와 요식업소의 수입 농산물 사용실태조사

        One hundred sixty housemakers and restaurant managers were questioned on the state of consumption and attitude of the agricultural products imported from the foreign countries. The data in the present study indicated that : 1) although 87.7% of the housemakers and 79.2% of the restaurant managers have an objection to an import of foreign agricultural products, if the quality of the foreign products are similar to that of the domestic ones, they prefer to those with the lower price, and the restaurant managers are more concerned about the price than the housemakers do ; 2) only 36% of the housemakers and 22.5% of the restaurant managers confirm the place of origin or manufacture of the foreign arricultural products when they purchases them ; 3) about 41.4% of the housemakers and 60.7% of the restaurant managers have been consuming the chinese agricultural products primarily because of the lower price ; 4) the most frequantly consummed chinese food products by the housemakers are vegetables followed by cereals and grains, seeds, seafoods, and spices, whereas the restaurant managers prefer seafoods to seeds.
