This study examines the insulation coating technology of Fe–Si–Cr powder via selective oxidation annealing, which oxidizeselements selectively by controlling the oxidation potential. The study calculated the oxidation driving force of Fe, Si, andCr, and conducted a thermodynamic analysis of oxidation and reduction conditions according to temperature and oxidationpotential. Based on the results, a selective oxidation annealing was performed in an atmosphere in which Fe is reduced andonly Si and Cr are selectively oxidized. The oxidation potential was controlled through the partial pressure ratio of hydrogenand water vapor. The XPS analysis results confirmed that a Si and Cr complex oxide layer formed on the powder surfaceafter the selective oxidation annealing. Afterward, withstanding voltages were analyzed to evaluate the insulation property. Then, the withstanding voltage of the powder applying the selective oxidation annealing increased significantly comparedto that of the initial powder. Further analysis showed that the powder annealed in an air atmosphere had a significantly lowersaturation magnetic flux density than the initial powder, while the powder applying the selective oxidation annealing hadonly a slightly reduced saturation magnetic flux density.

Background : In recent years, gonorrhea has been panedemic and remains one of the most commom STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. Objective & Methods: For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of PPNG, we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the VD Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by means of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. Results: In 1996, 139 strains of N. gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 53(39.0%) were PPNG. Conclusion: Our results suggests that after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, the prevalence of PPNG in Seoul is gradually declining.

In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.

In the present work a finite element formulation using dynamic explicit time integration scheme is used for numerical analysis of auto-body panel stamping processes. Analyzed auto-panel stamping process correction of forming using common use software called Dynaform using dynamic extensive method. The developed algorithm is also capable of calculating the diagram black shapes as the initial state of binder wrap condition for large scale parts such as a fender or a rear quarter part. Further, the simulated results for the total auto-body panel stamping processes are shown and discussed. Its application is being increased especially in the automotive industrial area for the cost reduction. weight saving, and improvement of strength.

Bluetooth stands for a technical specification for radio communication or a radio equipment that uses the Bluetooth specification of which the main purpose is to substitute the complicated communication cable of the informative device or electronic apparatus used at home or industrial fields, and was expected to be a mastermind of revolution in the short range radio communication. In This paper, a small inverted F antenna on the dielectric substrate using Bluetooth system is studied theoretically, characterized by numerical analysis with computer simulation. For the miniaturization of the antenna, dielectric substrate (ε_(r)=4.6) and planar line structure are used. Fabricated inverted F antenna is measured and the result is that resonant frequency is 2.45 GHz, input impedance is 50 Ω and bandwidth is about 100 MHz at VSWR 1.5. Especially, the proposed antennas can be applied to the design of various communication systems for 2.4 GHz band.

Shakespeare의 King Lear는 특별히 상상적이며 상징적인 작품이어서 허구라는 인상이 강하고 비현실적 요소가 많다는 것도 여러 비평가들이 지적하고 있지만 이 작품이 표면적으로는 모순처럼 보이는 사실들도 작가의 특별한 의도만 이해한다면 작품의 의미는 쉽게 설명될 수 있을 것이다. 그의 의도는 바로 현실보다 한층더 높은 질서를 암시하는 일이었다. 따라서 작품 King Lear의 강조점은 질서파괴와 복구의 과정에서 인간의 자기인식과 뉘우침을 가능한한 깊이 그려보려는 것이었다고 본다. 그러므로 Shakespeare가 그의 관심이 인간의 육체적 연령과는 상관없이 정신적 재생에 있기 때문이며 그의 주인공의 연령과 그가 고통을 통해서 얻어지는 새로운 인간정신을 극적으로 대조기키고 있다 하겠다. Lear의 80여년간 자기자신밖에 모르는 군주로서의 생활은 인생의 서장에 불과하며 결코 그것이 진실된 인간이 아니라는 것을 보여주려고 했다. 더욱 King Lear속에 나타나는 잔인한 행위들은 많은 학자들로 하여금 이 작품에는 정의로운 신의 뜻도 없으며 인간의 고통에 대한 위안과 희망도 보여주지 않기 때문에 비종교적 비극이라고 부르게 만들었ㅅ다. 그러나 보다 세심한 주의를 해보게되면 Lear 와 Gloucester 가 당하는 고통은 인간의 자기각성과 속죄행위를 통하여 보다 높은 질서회복의 과정을 강조하기 위함이라고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 King Lear의 세계도 전체적인 효과면에 있어서 Hamlet 나 Othello, Macbeth의 세계와 같이 정의로운 신의 손이 미치는 세계의 모습을 보여주는 극적 구조로서 질서가 지배하는 조화로운 세계로 보고 싶다.
