        KAERI 부지 주변의 환경선량 측정을 위한 온라인 감마선량 감시시스템

        환경감마선량 변동을 감시하기 위해 한국원자력연구소 부지 주변에 온라인 감마선량 감시망을 구성하였다. 모니터링 포스트에 설치된 전리함 검출기에 의해 측정된 자료는 무선전송방식으로 중앙통제소에 전송되어 실시간으로 감시된다. 무선전송 방식은 자료의 전송, 처리 및 자자에 신뢰도가 높고 경제적이었다. 감시시스템은 급격한 선량증가시 조기경보체제와 연결할 수 있게 하였다. On-line gamma monitoring system around KSERI-site was set up to monitor the radiation fluctuations in environment. Data on gamma exposure rates measured by the ionication chamber in the monitoring posts are transmitted to a computer of central control station with radio telemetry transmission and reliable on handing and storing of data. This monitroing system can triger an early warning system in the event of abnormal radiation levels.

        광중합형 구치부 수복재료의 중합수축량과 중합수축력

        The purpose of present study was to evaluate the polymerization shrinkage stress and amount of linear shrinkage of composites and compomers for posterior restoration. For this purpose, linear polymerization shrinkage and polymerization stress were measured. For linear polymerization shrinkage and polymerization stress measurement, custom made Linometer (R&B, Daejon, Korea) and Stress measuring machine was used (R&B, Daejon, Korea). Compositers and compomers were evaluated; Dyract AP (Dentsply Detrey, Gumbh, German) Z100 (3M Dental Products, St. Paul, USA) Pyramid (Bisco, Schaumburg, USA) Synergy Compact (Coltene, Altstatten, Switzerland), Heliomolar (Vivadent/Ivoclar, Liechtenstein), and Compoglass (Vivadent Ivoclar/Liechtenstein) were used. 15 measurements were made for each material. Linear polymerization shrinkage or polymerization stress for each material was compared with one way ANOVA with Tukey at 95% levels of confidence. For linear shrinkage ; Heliomolar, Surefil<Synergy Compact, Z100<Dyract AP<Pyramid, Compoglass F (p<0.05) For Shrinkage stress ; Heliomolar < Z100, Pyramid<Synergy Compact, Compoglass F<Dyract AP<Heliomolar HB, Surefil (p<0.05)

        유기용제 취급근로자들의 요중대사물질과 말초임파구 자매염색분체교환 발현빈도에 관한 조사연구

        저자들은 유기용제 취급여성근로자 90명을 대상으로 1988년 7월부터 1989년 8월까지 말초혈액임파구에서의 자매염색분체교환의 발현빈도를 조사하고 이들의 업종, 근속연수, 요중마뇨산 농도등이 자매염색분체교환의 발현빈도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였으며 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 유기용제 취급근로자들의 말초혈액임파구에서의 자매염색분체교환의 발현빈도는 대조군에 비하여 유의하게 증가되었다. 2. 말초혈액임파구에서의 자매염색분체교환의 발현빈도가 가장 높은 업종은 프라스틱제품 제조업이었다. 3. 근속연수가 말초혈액임파구에서의 자매염색분체교환의 발현빈도에 미치는 영향은 현저하지 않았다. 4. 요중마뇨산농도와 말초혈액임파구에서의 자매염색분체교환의 발현빈도간에는 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. In order to know the possibility of utilizing the sister chromatid exchanges as an index which could evaluate the effect of organic solvents on the health in industrial workers, the authors studied the effects of the inductivity of sister chromatid exchanges in peripheral lymphocytes from 90 female workers expoxed to organic solvents and 20 non-exposed female workers. The results obtained were as follows : 1. The frequency of sister chromatid exchanges in peripheral lymphocytes from 90 female workers exposed to organic solvents was significantly increased in comparison with 20 control subject. 2. The frequency of sister chromatid exchanges was significantly increased in the workers who were employed in the manufacture of plastic materials than the other manufactures. 3. There were no significant differences in the frequency of sister chromatid exchanges by carriers of the exposed workers.

        In this study, the element of Cherty Rock was analyzed using the Cu-Arc. This material contains the Vanadium, Caesium, Thorium, Lutecium, Tin and Ytterbium. But silicon was not detected because of film sensitivity.

      • 고령토로부터 알루미나 추출 잔분 활용에 관한 연구

        Autoclaved hydrate of CaO-SiO₂-H₂O system was investigated according to CaO/SiO₂ mole ratio and the condition of hydrothermal treatment. Residual product for extraction of alumina from hydrochloric acid treated domestic kaolin and Ca(OH)₂ were used as the source of SiO₂ and CaO, respectively. The main crystalline phases were C-S-H(I), tobermorite, xonotlite and transformed in order of C-S-H(I) → tobermorite → xonotlite as hydrothermal temperature, time, CaO/SiO₂ mole ratio increase. The porosity and absorption were increased with increasing CaO/SiO₂mole ratio and hydrothermal treatment time. The bending strength was dependent on the balanced bond between the residual and hydrothermal products, and tended to be maximum at CaO/SiO₂ of 0.6, and hydrothermal temperature of 140℃.

      • GPS 상사관측 데이터를 이용한 금오공대 GPS 기준점 설치에 관한 연구

        The objective of this study is to analyze the temporal pattern characteristics of rainfall in Korean national geographic information institute notified to select as a ellipsoid for new the GRS80 geodetic reference and to introduce 3D geocentric coordinate system which employs ITRF200 system as coordinate axes from Jan 1, 2007. In this study, the electronic control data of GPS ordinary observation stations were used to establish a few KIT GPS control points for the active utilization of GPS surveying. Accuracies of location determination were analyzed according to GPS data processing methods. The characteristics of the results according to baseline distance were compared in different processing methods. As a result, we derived the coordinates of KIT GPS control points in new geodetic reference system(GRS80, ITRF2000).

      • 착용후 연성 콘택트렌즈의 산소투과율과 광투과도에 관한 연구

        Many kinds of eye disease induced from wearing of soft contact lens which are adsorbed proteins. We require the soft contact lens which are high oxygen permeability and comfort for the keep wearing. Therefore, In this paper I studied the relation of the optical transmission and oxygen permeability of fresh lens and six-months weared lens and protein-adsorbed and cleaned lens. The Oxygen permeability and optical transmission were measured with the Oxygen-film-Permeabilitymeter Seikake and Genesys^(TM) 5 Spectrophotometer at 570nm. In this study, it used the soft contact lenses of two type and obtained the result as follows: 1. The oxygen permeability of fresh soft contact lens of type A are 0.330X10^(-10)㎤/㎠secTorr and six-months weared lens of type A is 0.253X10^(-10)㎤cm/㎠secTorr, which decrease about 27% by comparision with fresh. Optical transmission of the six-months weared lens is lower 1.60% than the fresh soft contact lens. 2. The Oxygen permeability of fresh soft contact lens of type B are 0.238X10^(-10)㎤cm/㎠secTorr and six-months weared lens of type B is 0.193X10^(-10)㎤cm/㎠secTorr, which decrease about 19% comparsion with fresh. Optical transmission of six-months weared lens is lower 1.60% than fresh soft contact lens. 3. The oxygen permeability of the fresh type A soft contact lens adsorbed artificial protein are 0.232X10^(-10)㎤cm/㎠secTorr(type A), which decreased about 30% comparesion with the fresh type A soft contact lens and the fresh type B soft contact lens adsorbed artificial protein are 0.168X10^(-10)㎤cm/㎠secTorr, which decrease about 29.4% camparision with the fresh type B. After soft contact lens cleaned protein oxygen permeability of type A are 0.300X10^(-10)㎤cm/㎠sec-Torr and type B is 0.231X10^(-10)㎤cm/㎠secTorr. In oxygen permeability aspect, these show that soft contact lens are not cleaned protein about 9% in type A and about 3% in type B.

        The effect of nucleants was studied on the mechanical property and corrosion resistance of phosphate refractories used for high temperature inorganic binder It was found that a mixture of TiO₂ and ZrO₂ nucleants yielded not only the best corresion resistant but the highest strength phosphate refractory. However, the effects of nucleants on the mechanical property of the refractories could not be identified in this study because each sample showed different porosity which was also presumed to affect the fracture strength of the refractory.
