        En nous situant au discours vu dans la perspective de l'ennonciation, nous nous proposons, dans notre etude, d'analyser les quelques phrases ou le sujet evoque sa naissance et les relations qu'elle fait entre lui et ses parents. Pour cela, nous nous servons volontiers de procedures linguistiques qui dependent de la notion d'enonciation. A travers la tension entre les protagonistes, telle qu'au moment de l'ecriture le narrateur la restitue, nous pouvons constater que l'ambivalance du pere se refletent dans la double attitude de son fils : au-dela de la tendresse filiale apparaissent l'accusation et la haine, c'est ce qui nous amene donc a croire que c'est le d'esir inconscient du narrateur qui a distribue les roles a l'un rt a l'autre. en nous referant a l'opposition entre temps histor que et temps du discours, nous constatons aussi que le narrateur rapporte un enenement historique, mais en realite cette objectivite n'est qu' apparente. ciest parce que l'evocation subite de la mort de son pere revele la vengeance secrete du narrateur. La conclusions que nous pouvons tirer de notre etude, c'est que notre etude n'est qu'une approche pour atteindre les traces du sujet inconscient qui affleure dans les textes autobiographiques.

        The amorphous ?? alloy are studied by Mossbauer spectroscopy at room temperature. This sample are produced by single roll quenching method. The analysis of the distribution of hyperfine fields indicates two peaks. The bimodal P(H) features are as following:?? kOe and ?? =273 kOe. This represents that this sample has the inhomogeneous magnetic structure. The average isomer shift is 0.097 mm/s, the quadrupole splitting is 0.022mm/s. The absorption intensity, b, of M??ssbauer spectrum is about 2.91 and the number of Fourier parameters is eight.

        The natural convection driven by a thermal buoyancy force was investigated in a square cavity. The top and bottom walls are cold and hot. respectively. while the vertical boundaries are adiabatic. A control volume approach with a power-law scheme was used to formulate the finite difference equations. The results are presented isotherms. velocity vectors, Nusselt numbers and critical Rayleigh numbers for the ranges of Ra = 1750~20000 and Pr = 0.05~10.0. The critical Rayleigh number increases as Prandtl number decreases. There exists a clockwise unicell flow near critical Rayleigh number, while two cells appear for large Rayleigh number.

      • Paracyclopina nana Smirnov (Copepoda)의 생물학적 고찰 : Ⅰ. 각 유생 발생 단계별 탈피율 및 탈피에 소요되는 시간 Ⅰ. Moulting rate and inter-moult interval(days) of each larval developmental stages

        우리 나라 동해안에 위치한 화진포에서 채집된 요각류, Paracyclopina nana의 생물학적 특성을 알아보기 위하여 각 유생 단계의 탈피율 및 탈피에 소요되는 시간을 알아보았다. 수온 20℃, 염도농도 17ppt의 조건에서 T. suecica를 먹이로서 충분량 급이 했을 때 P. nana의 어미로부터 갓 부화되어 나온 nauplius 유생은 성체가 되기까지 평균 17일이 소요됨을 알 수 있었다. 특히 제 1 nauplius 유생 단계에서 제 2 nauplius 유생으로 탈피하는 데에 평균 3.3일이 소요되어 가장 많은 시간을 요하는 것으로 나타났다. 점차 탈피하는데 소요되는 기간은 짧아져서 제 5 nauplius 유생 단계에서 제 6 nauplius 유생 단계로 탈피하는데에 가장 짧아서 약 1일이 소요되었고, 제 2 copepodid 유생 단계에서 제 3 copepodid 유생 단계로 탈피하는데 약 2.5일이 소요되었다. 한편, 제 1 nauplius 유생 단계에서 제 2 nauplius 유생 단계로의 탈피율은 66.7% 그리고, 제 6 nauplius 유생단계까지의 탈피율은 50%를 나타내었다. The moulting rate and inter-moult interval(days) of each larval developmental stages of Paracyclopina nana were studied. The copepod, P. nana was collected from lagoon Hwajinpo, South Korea. The experimental conditions were temperature 20℃, salinity l7ppt and fed on micro-algae, Tetraselmis suecica. The species was metamorphosed to the adult stage after possession of 6 nauplius stages and 5 copepodid stages. The moulting rate was 66.7% from 1st nauplius stage to 2nd one and was 50.0% to 6th one. P. nana were needed 17 days for developing from hatching to adult.

        We analysed the Mossbauer spectra of ferromagnetic 2605S3 Metglas submitted to various tilt angles;it is concluded that the hyperfine parameters and their correlations depend on the state of the tilt angle. The fact that the mean coordination number is 10.03, the structure of this material is well defined by Bernal's DRPHS model. Also, methods based on linear combination of spectra can be used.

      • 정맥내 통증자가조절법을 이용한 Nalbuphine-Ketorolac과 Butorphanol-Ketorolac의 술후 진통효과 비교

        This study aimed to compare analgegic efficacy, satisfaction score and side effect of nalbuphine-ketorolac and butorphanol-ketorolac by using intravenous patient controlled analgesia(IV-PCA) for postoperative anlgesia following a gastrectomy for stomach cancer. Ninety patients who had undergone gastrectomy for stomach cancer under general anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups. Each group recieived nalbuphine 50mg with ketorolac 150mg(Group 1, n=45) and butorphanol 5mg with ketorolac 150mg(Group 2, n=45) by using IV-PCA during postoperative 48hrs. Assessments for pain with numerical rating scale(NRS), and side effects were evaluated at 2hr, 6hr, 12hr, 24hr, 36hr and 48hr after the operation. There were no significant difference in NRS for pain during rest, but Group 2 requested significantly greater amount of supplementary diclofenac during first 24 hours. Side effects were higher Group 1 in pruritus, nausea and vomiting and Group 2 in sedation, nausea and vomiting. This study suggests that adding ketorolac with intravenous nalbuphine or butrophanol in using an intravenous PCA can decrease analgesics requirement and improve analgesic property without the major morbidity like respiratory depression, but needs for the careful observation and treatment on the side effects like nausea. vomiting, pruritis and sedation...

        진공청소기 팬 모터의 진동 및 소음원인 분석을 위한 유동해석

        Recently technology resulted in highly efficient and multiple-functional electric appliances considering environmental problems. One of the environmental problems is noise of a product in respect to its function. A vacuum cleaner is an essential electric appliance in our daily lives. However, severe noise resulted from high motor speed for improving the function of the appliance is a nuisance for the user. This noise is caused by vibration from various parts of the appliance and fluid noise during a series of intake and exhaust processes while rotating the impeller connected to the axle at a high speed of the fan motor inside the vacuum cleaner rotating around 30,000-35,000rpm. Despite the fact that many researchers conducted studies on reducing the noise level of the fan motor in a vacuum cleaner, only few studies have been conducted considering both the theoretical and experimental aspects using fluid analysis by measuring vibration and noise. Moreover, there has not been a study that accurately compared major noise data obtained considering both of the aspects. In this study, both aspects were considered by considering the following experimental and theoretical methods to verify the major causes of noise from the fan motor in a vacuum cleaner.

        Anti-obesity potential of <i>Glycyrrhiza uralensis</i> and licochalcone A through induction of adipocyte browning

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The main function of brown adipose tissue is to dissipate surplus caloric intake into heat energy by thermogenesis, increasing energy expenditure. Inducible brown adipocytes can develop within white adipose tissue (WAT) through a process referred to as browning. Browning of white fat represents a promising strategy for treatment of obesity and the related complications. We investigated whether <I>Glycyrrhiza uralensis</I> and its ingredients modulated adipogenesis through adipocyte browning using 3T3-L1 adipocytes and a high-fat diet (HFD)-induced obesity mice model. Amongst extracts and fractions of <I>G. uralensis</I>, methyl dichloride (MeCl<SUB>2</SUB>) fraction was the most effective to induce expression of uncoupling protein 1 (UCP1), a fat browning marker, in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Ingredients of <I>G. uralensis</I> such as licochalcone A (LicoA), isoliquiritigenin, and liquiritigenin induced UCP1 expression in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. After inducing obesity in mice by 6-week HFD, MeCl<SUB>2</SUB> fraction of <I>G. uralensis</I> or LicoA was intraperitoneally administered for additional 19 days. MeCl<SUB>2</SUB> fraction or LicoA significantly reduced body weight gain and inguinal fat pad weights. Furthermore, MeCl<SUB>2</SUB> fraction or LicoA improved metabolic disorders induced by HFD as the treatments decreased serum levels of glucose and cholesterol, and blocked insulin resistance. MeCl<SUB>2</SUB> fraction or LicoA enhanced expression of brown fat markers such as UCP1, PRDM16, and PGC-1α and increased brown fat phenotype population in inguinal WAT of HFD-fed mice. Our results demonstrate that <I>G. uralensis</I> and LicoA are effective to reduce obesity and to recover metabolic homeostasis by inducing the brown fat phenotype.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> <I>G.uralensis</I> or licochalcone A reduced body weight and inguinal fat weights in obese mice. </LI> <LI> <I>G.uralensis</I> or licochalcone A increased brown fat population in inguinal white adipose tissue of obese mice. </LI> <LI> <I>G.uralensis</I> and LicoA reduce obesity and recover metabolic homeostasis by inducing fat browning. </LI> </UL> </P>
