Ni-FERRITE에 대한 MOSSBAUER 효과 연구

A study has been made of the internal field acting on ?? nuclei in NiFe₂O₄ with the change of temperature from 40K to room temperature, by means of M??ssbauer experiment of the 14.4Kev gamma ray from ??. Our samples were made by firing mixed NiO including Fe₂O₄at 1000℃ in air for fifteen hours. the resulting product was then group to a power heated in atmosphere at 1200℃ for 8 hours, and then allowed to cool slowly. In Ni-Ferrite(NiFe₂O₄), two resonance line corresponding to ?? ions at terahedral site and octahedral site were separately abserved. The effective magnetic field at nuclei in ?? at the octahedral site is larger than at tetrahedral site. as the temperature is decreasing, effective magnetic field at nuclei in ?? is increasing. Iscomer shift and Quadrupole spltting for the octahedral site are slightly great than those at the tetrahedral site field at the tetrahedral site and have a slower variatin with temperature. M??ssbauer effect measurements show that the magnetic structure of ferrimagnetic NiFe₂O₄is consitent with Neel model. Neel temperature is 858K

The magnetic properties of Ni_(1-x)Zn_xFe₂O₄ have been studied by X-ray diffractometry and Mossbauer Spectroscopy at room temperature. The X-ray diffraction study show that spinel structure is formed in all x, lattice constants linearly increased from 8.3111 Å to 8.4184 Å(± 0.0003) with increasing x from 0 to 1, and oxygen parameter increase with increasing x. Mossbauer spectrum shows that Ni_(1-x)Zn_xFe₂O₄(x=0) has two antiparallel magnetic structure due to Fe³+ octahedral site and Fe³+ tetrahedral site. Ni_(1-x)Zn_xFe₂O₄ with 0.2≤x≤0.6 has magnetic structure of Yafet and Kittel, in particularly, specimen with x=0.6 shows relaxation effect. Specimen with x≥0.8 show paramagnetic quadrupole splitting. The isomer shift is independent of x, but quadrupole splittings decrease with increasing x in the range of 0.8≤x≤1, and nuclear magnetic fields decrease with increasing x in the range of 0≤x≤0.6. The magnetic properties of Ni_(1-x)Zn_xFe₂O₄ change from ferrimagnetics to paramagnetics with increasing x.

The amorphous ?? alloy are studied by Mossbauer spectroscopy at room temperature. This sample are produced by single roll quenching method. The analysis of the distribution of hyperfine fields indicates two peaks. The bimodal P(H) features are as following:?? kOe and ?? =273 kOe. This represents that this sample has the inhomogeneous magnetic structure. The average isomer shift is 0.097 mm/s, the quadrupole splitting is 0.022mm/s. The absorption intensity, b, of M??ssbauer spectrum is about 2.91 and the number of Fourier parameters is eight.
Co-Cd 혼합 ferrite의 Mossbauer 저온 연구

The structure and magnetic properties of Co??Cd??Fe₂O₄and Co??Cd??Fe₂O₄ferrite have been investigated by means of the X-ray diffractometer and Mo?ssbauer spectrometer. Samples were made by cermic sintering methods. All the samples were found to be single phase spinel structures by X-ray power diffractometry. Mo?ssbauer spectra for samples suggest that the existance of two hyperfine fields, one due to the Fe³+ tetrahedral ions (A-site) and the other due to Fe³+ octahedral ions (B-site). The systematic dependence of HF, QS, IS of Fe³+ ?ions in both A- and B- sites has been determined as a function fo temperature between room temperature and 50K.

轉讀은 한문 번역 경전을 완곡하게 唱讀하는 것으로, 일정한 음악 특성을 가지고 있다. 그러나 고정된 曲譜는 없다. 또한 그것은 梵語의 발음과 성조 변화를 모방·흡수하여, 단음절의 한자 독음에 첨가함으로써, 誦讀의 완곡과 고저억양을 덧보태는 데 사용하였다. 轉讀은 비록 한문 경전에 근거하여서 唱頌하는 것이나, 분명하게 낯설게 하는(陌生化) 효과를 가지고있어, 어느 정도는 경전 번역 후에 梵音이 결실되는 아쉬움을 보완해 줄 수 있다. 이러한 결론에서 보면, 陳寅恪이 지적하였듯이 四聲의 발현이 轉讀과 관련이 있다는 것은 매우 일리가 있음을 알 수 있다. 그리고 胡適이 중국 전통 시가의 吟誦이 轉讀에서 생겨났다고 여긴 것 역시 타당한 것이라 할 수 있겠다.
