The thought about his light is suggestion of many thing to us. Design by Loius I. Kahn that teaches method that value and ideals which he believed philosophical truth that is hidden designing Form through Order and philosophy understand, and discovers beauty in the most ordinary target being possessed by passion for truth found essence of space with pure function through geometrical plane composition, and the outside form was by revelation of structure and plane by rule of order that any decoration does not exist, and found essence the architecture in form that is designed like this. As a result, outside form was consisted of geometrical repeatability of opening by use of essential material that displays purity mass built limit in plane and structural construction and use of light. Exposed structure of building directly because is grafted together to concept of ruins that find self-consciousness in essence of light and space in solid geometry form that structure combines as one unit with each space are appeared. Later, Khan's expression about faun was ripened and polished. He was designed naturally from fog in according to intuitional response of building essence without taking specification about some form. Did not show from expression to external form about light. To grasp change process of ideas how concept of order as essence of architecture which he seeks arrives from form to design is beaconed to organize new paradigm even if speak that we are living within new order system now.

This study is to investigate the canal system in the mesiobuccal root of the maxillry first molar. 61 maxillary first molars were randomly selected. Serial transverse sections were made perpendicular to the long axis of the mesiobuccal root. Each section was placed in 3% sodium hypochlorite for 24 hours and rinsed in water and dried. The resected surface was stained with 2% methylene blue dye and examined with stereomicroscope. 1. Canal configuration analysis showed that 36.1% of the specimen classified as type Ⅰ, 16.4% as type Ⅱ, 37.7% as type Ⅲ and 9.8% as type Ⅳ. 2. Type Ⅱ canal was merged in one canal within 1 to 4mm of the apex. 40% of type Ⅱ cnal coverged at 2mm of the apex. 3. Type Ⅳ canal was divided into two canal within 2 to 4mm of the apex. 66.6% of type Ⅳ canal branched off at 2mm of the apex. 4. None of the sections had more than two main root canal. 5. 48.4% of the sections in 3mm with two canals contained an isthmusand more than 70% with two canals has isthmus at 4 to 5mm sections. 63.9% of the mesiobuccal root of maxillary first molar had two canaland 76.% of sections with two canals in 5MM had an isthmus. Because of this complexity the clinician should always search for extra canal carefullyand root canal system, including an isthmus, should be cleaned and shaped completelyand obturated three dimensionally for successful endodontic treatment.
직류 서보 전동기를 대상으로한 적응퍼지속도제어기의 설계

This paper presents a study of the performance of a DC servo motor with a model reference adaptive fuzzy speed controller (MRAFSC) in the presences of load disturbances. MRAFSC comprised inner feedback loop consisting of the fuzzy logic controller (FLC) and plant, and outer loop consisting of an adaptation mechanism which is designed for tuning a control rule of the FLC. Experimental results show the good performance in the DC servo motor system with the proposed adaptive fuzzy controller.
구속조건과 온도관리가 콘크리트 벽체의 균열 거동에 미치는 영향

Mass concrete wall with external restraint has high possibility of thermal cracking due to thermal stress caused by heat of hydration. Specially the cracking control is the most important factor for the requirements of watertightness and durability of concrete structures. In this study, the results by finite element thermal analysis on concrete wall are compared with experimental data and verified, and then various parameters which affect thermal cracking of the wall are analyzed using the program. The parameters include cement and fly-ash contents, concrete placement volume, concrete placement temperature, and ambient temperature during concrete placement and curing. From the study it is concluded that pre-cooling method or the use of crushed ice which lower placement temperature down to 10℃ is the most effective way to control the thermal cracking of massive concrete walls.
하악골 절제술후 재이식된 돌결자가골 재이식 : 치험 3례

We described three cases of immediate reimplantation of a frozen-thawed autogenous mandible composed of a mixture of iliac bone, marrow, and particulate hydroxyapatite in tumors of the mandible. Acceptable outcomes were obtained in three patients who underwent immediate autogenous mandibular graft reconstruction. The conditions leading to successful outcome of the procedure are also discussed. Reimplantation of frozen autogenous lesioned mandible was performed in three patients with mandibular tumors. Two reimplanted grafts survived without complications following surgery. One case had postoperative infection that resolved with appropriate antibiotic treatment. There were no recurrences of the primary lesions. Satisfactory facial contour after surgery was achieved. These results are most promising, and we believe that, with further refinement, this technique will offer a new and acceptable modality for facial reconstruction in patients with cancer.

The objective of the current study was to compare the abilities of undigested and enzymatically digested bifidobacteria to induce nitric oxide and cytokine release in RAW 264.7 macrophage cells. Nine different Bifidobacterium strains derived from herbivorous animals were digested with pepsin and then pancreatin, and the precipitates and supernatants were acquired via centrifugation. The RAW 264.7 cells were incubated with whole cells, the precipitate, or the supernatant, and the macrophage culture supernatants were analyzed with respect to the induction of nitric oxide and cytokines. Pronounced increases in the production of nitric oxide, interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6, IL-12, and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were observed when cultured with whole cells and the precipitates. It is noteworthy that the precipitates in most of the Bifidobacterium strains evidenced a trend toward superior IL-12 release compared with whole cells. The results showed that both whole cells and digested Bifidobacterium sp. are effective at stimulating RAW 264.7 cells to induce the production of nitric oxide and cytokines. The pepsin-pancreatin system used in the current study may be useful in unraveling the mechanism by which ingested lactic acid bacteria modulate the induction of macrophage mediators at the cellular level.
지상파 UHD HDR 실시간 방송 시스템 구축 및 검증

2017년 5월 31일 지상파 UHD 본 방송 서비스가 개시된 이후, 기존 HD 방송 대비 4배 이상 선명한 영상 제공을 통해 시청자는 현장감과 사실감을 체감할 수 있게 되었다. 또한, HD 방송과 차별화된 효과를 보다 더욱 극대화하기 위해 2018년 러시아월드컵 기간 동안 고명암비와 광색역 기술을 적용한 지상파 UHD HDR 방송 서비스를 제공하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지상파 UHD HDR 방송 서비스 제공을 위한 관련 기술들을 연구하고 송출 시스템을 설계 및 구축하였다. 그리고 이를 검증하기 위해 2018 러시아 월드컵 기간 동안 UHD HDR 방송을 송출함으로써 수신단과의 정합성을 입증하였다.
