본 연구의 목적은 e-포트폴리오를 작성하고 제작한 대학생이 무엇을 경험하고 있는지를 질적으로 탐색하는 데 있다. 구체적으로 e-포트폴리오의 제작 동기, 성과, 그리고 활용 차원에서의 의미를 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 e-포트폴리오가 대학생의 진로 및 경력 개발에 어떠한 의미를 지니고 있는지를 관찰하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 충북 소재 A 대학의 재학생 8명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 실시하였다. 이들은 A 대학에서 개최한 ‘e-포트폴리오 경진대회’에 참여한 학생으로서, e-포트폴리오 제작 경험에 대해서 심층적인 정보 전달이 가능하다. 연구 결과, 제작 동기로는 1) 대학 생활 및 경험에 대한 정리 기회, 2) 진로 준비에 도움, 제작 성과로는 1) 성찰 활동을 통한 자기 이해, 2) 진로 확신, 3) 대학 이해 및 소속감 제고, 활용 측면에서의 의미로는 1) 자기 표현의 수단, 2) 경험 공유의 수단이 도출되었다. 연구 결과를 토대로 대학 차원에서 학생의 대학 생활을 체계적으로 관리, 활용하는 전략을 수립하는 데 시사점을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to qualitatively explore the experience of college students who have created e-portfolio, specifically examining the motivations and achievements. Moreover, the significance of e-portfolio in students' career and professional development was observed. To achieve the objective, in-depth interviews were conducted with eight enrolled students at A University. These students had participated in the "E-Portfolio Competition" held at A University, and thus were able to provide detailed information about their experience in developing e-portfolio. The findings revealed that the motivations for e-portfolio development were: 1) summarizing university life and experience, and 2) seeking assistance for career development. The achievements of e-portfolio development were identified as: 1) self-understanding through reflection, 2) career certainty, and 3) enhanced understanding and affiliation with the university. As for the significance of e-portfolios application, it was found to be: 1) a means of self-expression, and 2) a platform for sharing experience. Based on the results, implications were discussed to establish strategies at the university level to systematically manage and utilize students’ university life.

Background: Most loci associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) discovered to date are within noncoding regions of unknown functional significance. By contrast, exonic regions have advantages for biological interpretation. Methods: We analyzed the association of exome array data from 14,026 Koreans to identify susceptible exonic loci for T2DM. We used genotype information of 50,543 variants using the Illumina exome array platform. Results: In total, 7 loci were significant with a Bonferroni adjusted P=1.03×10–6. rs2233580 in paired box gene 4 (PAX4) showed the highest odds ratio of 1.48 (P=1.60×10−10). rs11960799 in membrane associated ring-CH-type finger 3 (MARCH3) and rs75680863 in transcobalamin 2 (TCN2) were newly identified loci. When we built a model to predict the incidence of diabetes with the 7 loci and clinical variables, area under the curve (AUC) of the model improved significantly (AUC=0.72, P<0.05), but marginally in its magnitude, compared with the model using clinical variables (AUC=0.71, P<0.05). When we divided the entire population into three groups—normal body mass index (BMI; <25 kg/m2), overweight (25≤ BMI <30 kg/m2), and obese (BMI ≥30 kg/m2) individuals—the predictive performance of the 7 loci was greatest in the group of obese individuals, where the net reclassification improvement was highly significant (0.51; P=8.00×10–5). Conclusion: We found exonic loci having a susceptibility for T2DM. We found that such genetic information is advantageous for predicting T2DM in a subgroup of obese individuals.

In the air power, UAVs have played a large and diversified role in performing missions from simple to high-level complex ones. In particular, the suppression of enemy air defenses(SEAD) is very dangerous for a pilot so it is expected that the manned-unmanned teaming(MUM-T) system with tailless stealthy unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) will greatly enhance effectiveness of the mission while ensuring the pilot safe. This paper describes simulation studies of remote airborne control(RAC) environment for performing the SEAD mission by MUM-T, by which the air force pilot remotely controls tailless UAVs individually or small UAVs in swarm. Through this simulation, air force pilot can derive the concept of MUM-T mission operation with various UAVs in the future, and it can be used to upgrade the MUM-T system by verifying the effectiveness of the mission
대학의 지원에 대한 성인학습자의 인식: 잠재집단 분류 및 영향요인

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 성인학습자가 인식하는 대학의 지원 유형을 식별하고, 각 유형별 예측요인 탐색 및 성과변인 간 차이를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 ‘2023 학부교육 실태조사(K-NSSE)’에서 추출한 465명의 성인학습자 데이터를 활용하여 잠재 프로파일 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 대학 성인학습자의 인식에 따른 대학의 지원 유형은 (1)불만/회피형 집단, (2)평범/무난형 집단, (3)만족참여형 집단, (4)관계지향형 집단으로 분류되었다. 둘째, 학년, 입학 유형, 출신 고교 유형, 협력적 태도, 학업적 자기효능감, 진로성숙도는 대학 성인학습자의 인식에 따른 대학의 지원 유형 분류에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, ‘만족참여형’ 집단은 다른 집단에 비해 대학몰입 수준이 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 성인학습자의 학습참여와 대학몰입을 촉진하는 대학의 성인친화형 지원체계 구축을 위한 학술적, 실천적 시사점을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to identify types of perceived institutional support among adult learners at four-year universities in Korea and to investigate how predictors and outcomes of institutional support vary across different groups. A latent profile analysis was employed to analyze data of 465 adult learners, sourced from the Korea-National Survey of Student Engagement surveyed in 2023. The main findings are as follows. First, four distinct types of perceived institutional support were identified: (a) unsatisfactory and avoidance, (b) ordinary and casual, (c) satisfactory and engagement, and (d) relationship-oriented. Second, significant factors differentiating the latent profile membership probabilities included grade, university admission type, type of high school, collaborative behavior, academic self-efficacy, and career maturity. Lastly, institutional commitment, as an outcome of university experience, was found to be higher in the ‘satisfactory and engagement’ group compared to others. Based on the findings, we discussed academic and practical implications for building adult-friendly university support systems that enrich adult learners’ student engagement and institutional commitment.
