기업의 혁신활동에 대한 제도적 ESG 압력의 상호작용효과에 관한 연구: 규제적・규범적 ESG 압력의 상호작용효과를 중심으로

기후변화, 코로나 펜데믹, 금융위기 등의 전세계적 위기와 더불어 지속가능한 발전에 대한 관심이 커짐에 따라 오늘날 ESG 경영은 큰 화두가 되고 있다. 이러한 대중적 관심에도 불구하고 실질적으로 ESG 활동에 진전을 보이는 기업이 거의 없으며, ESG 워싱이 큰 문제로 대두되는 등 ESG 경영에 대해서는 그간 지속적인 논란이 존재해왔다. 이러한 논란의 근본적인 원인으로 ESG 활동에 ‘혁신’이 고려되지 않아 재무적 성과로 이어지지 못하여 기업이 실질적・지속적으로 ESG 경영을 실천하지 않는다는 점이 지적되어 왔다. 한편 ESG는 사회적 압력으로 볼 수 있다는 점에서 다수의 연구에서 제도이론(institutional theory) 관점에서 접근되고 있으나, 제도적 압력들의 상호작용효과를 확인한 논문은 전무한 실정이다. 기업 환경에서 여러 차원의 제도적 압력은 동시에 존재하며, 서로 상호작용효과를 유발한다는 관점에 따라 본 연구는 김수민 외(2023)의 후속 연구로서, 규제적 및 규범적 ESG 압력의 비선형 효과에 각각 어떠한 상호작용효과가 있는지 실증분석을 통해 파악하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 규제적 ESG 압력은 규범적 ESG 압력과 기업의 혁신 강도 사이의 관계에 긍정적인 상호작용효과가 존재하나 규범적 ESG 압력은 선택방정식에서만 긍정적인 상호작용 효과가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과는 규제적 압력이 매우 낮은 산업을 제외하고는 대체로 규제적 ESG 압력과 규범적 ESG 압력이 동시에 작용할 때 기업의 혁신활동을 더욱 촉진한다는 점에서 ESG 경영 확대를 위해 적절한 규제 수립과 같은 정책적 노력이 우선적으로 기반이 된 이후 기업 ESG 활동에 대한 고객, 일반 대중들의 관심이 필요함을 시사한다. ESG management is becoming a big issue today as interest in sustainable development grows along with global crises such as climate change, COVID-19 pandemic, and financial crisis. Despite this public interest, few companies have actually made progress in ESG activities, and there has been continuous controversy over ESG management. It has been pointed out that the fundamental cause of this controversy is that 'innovation' is not considered in ESG activities, which does not lead to financial performance, so companies do not practically and continuously practice ESG management. On the other hand, ESG has been approached from the perspective of institutional theory in many studies in that it can be seen as a social pressure, but there are no papers that have confirmed the interaction effect of institutional pressures. Based on the view that multiple types of institutional pressures exist at the same time and cause interaction effects each other, this study as a follow-up study of Kim et al.(2023) attempt to understand what interaction effects each have on the nonlinear effects of regulative and normative ESG pressures. As a result of the analysis, regulative pressure has a positive significant interaction effect on the relationship between normative pressure and corporate innovation activities, but normative ESG pressure has a positive interaction effect only in the selection equation. These analysis results suggest that policy efforts such as proper regulation should be based first and then the general public's attention to ESG activities is needed in order to expand ESG management.
만성 뇌졸중 환자에 대한 PNF 집단 운동프로그램의 효콰

Objective : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of a community based group exercise intervention on motor functional capacity. To evaluate the immediate(posttreatment) effects after 6-weeks exercise program on the group exercise intervention(PNF and Circuit exercise). Methods : Subjects-IncJuded persons with stroke who were living in the community. Thirtyseven subjects were randomly assigned to the PNF, Circuit exercise and control group participated in a repeated measures design that evaluated the subjects with pre-treatment, post-treatment(6 weeks). Functional ability outcome measures assessed the motor assessment scale(MAS) and EMG. Both treatment groups participated in exercise cJass three times a week for 6 weeks. Group programs focused on balance, functional motor capacity and walking ability. The PNF program was modified PNF pattem and techniques with emphasis on functional tasks when possible, as well as stretching of the more affected limb particularly in the more affected shoulder. The Circuit program with subjects completing practice at a selies of work station as welJ as participating in walking races and reJay with other members of the group. Results : Compared with the control group, the treatment group had larger improvements in the motor function ability after 6 weeks treatment and Post-treatment test scores were more significant than the pre-treatment score. 1. Motor function were assessed by using MAS, sit to stand, walking and upper function were assessed pre-treatment versus post-treatment measures revealed a statically significant(p<.05). There were significant differences between the groups. Compared with the control group, the treatment group had larger improvements. 2. In the treatment groups, demonstrated difference in the electromyographic activation of biceps, triceps, quadriceps and tibialis anterior muscles on the paretic side in the response to the reaching arm movement and stepping motion in stance. The difference in muscle activation improvement were not statically significant. Conclusion : The results of this study showed that the PNF and Circuit group exercise intervention can improve motor functional ability This study suggests that the PNF and Circuit exercise programs is appropriate for community based group exercise principles. It leads to gain and maintain potential function for disabled persons after stroke in the community. .

Onggi, which is described as a breathing pottery, has strongly influenced the traditional food culture in Korea. In this study Onggi is compared to porcelains including celadon and white porcelain to analyze the sources of pore formation. The differences in starting materials are examined for chemical and mineralogical compositions, particle size and distribution. The gas permeability of the fired samples is correlated to the matrix microstructure. The broad particle size distribution and high iron oxide content of Onggi are revealed as the major cause for the pore formation. Open pores are formed with large particles in the Onggi body while closed pores have a high iron oxide concentration. The Onggi body with increased open pores leads to the high gas permeability.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the factors that increase fall risk in the residential environment and the perceived fall risk among community-dwelling elderly through comparisons between fallers and non-fallers. Methods: The subjects were 95 community-dwelling elderly aged 65 years and over residing in the metropolitan city of Ulsan. A structured questionnaire consisting of items on sociodemographics and health- and fall-related characteristics was used and data were collected from July to August 2015. The data were analyzed with the SPSS/WIN program. Results: Among recent fallers, 38.9% had diagnosed diseases when the fall occurred, 56.87% were fearful of a recurrent fall, and 86.5% stated that they were increasing their carefulness but that had led to a decrease in activity. There were significant differences between elders who had fallen at least once and elders who had no falls in age, health status, depression, the experience of falling, fear of falling, diseases, and medications. Conclusion: The results indicate a need to assess risk factors to identify older adults with a high risk for falling and the need to develop multifactorial intervention programs that consider both environmental and perceived risk factors as well as physical risk factors to reduce and prevent falls among the elderly.
환자의 활력 징후를 이용한 후향적 데이터의 분석과 연구를 위한 데이터 가공 및 시각화 방법

Purpose: Vital sign are used to help assess the general physical health of a person, give clues to possible diseases, and show progress toward recovery. Researchers are using vital sign data and AI(artificial intelligence) to manage a variety of diseases and predict mortality. In order to analyze vital sign data using AI, it is important to select and extract vital sign data suitable for research purposes. Methods: We developed a method to visualize vital sign and early warning scores by processing retrospective vital sign data collected from EMR(electronic medical records) and patient monitoring devices. The vital sign data used for development were obtained using the open EMR big data MIMIC-III and the wearable patient monitoring device(CareTaker). Data processing and visualization were developed using Python. We used the development results with machine learning to process the prediction of mortality in ICU patients. Results: We calculated NEWS(National Early Warning Score) to understand the patient's condition. Vital sign data with different measurement times and frequencies were sampled at equal time intervals, and missing data were interpolated to reconstruct data. The normal and abnormal states of vital sign were visualized as color-coded graphs. Mortality prediction result with processed data and machine learning was AUC of 0.892. Conclusion: This visualization method will help researchers to easily understand a patient's vital sign status over time and extract the necessary data.
미용관련 과정평가형의 필요성과 활용도에 관한 연구 - 과정평가형 교육과정개발 중심으로

The perception of the necessity for licenses relating to the production of competent personnel, job connectivity and course assessment has increased to verify and produce qualified manpower by requesting required personnel through education, training and work and improving efficiency and practicality. Under these circumstances, the effects attempted to investigate the effects of the necessity for course assessment on field practicality and career choice through empirical analysis with the implication that differences in perception of course assessment and the need for such assessment in cosmetology would affect utilization. For this, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach’s alpha, chi-square test, correlation analysis descriptive statistics and simple regression analysis were performed, and the results found the following: the need for course assessment had a significant influence on utilization. In addition, as people’s perception of such necessity in field practicality increased, influence on career choice was greater accordingly. It appears that course assessment-based qualification plays a key role in competency-centered human resource development.
Effect of Iron on the Thermal and the Magnetic Properties for Cobalt-based Amorphous Alloys

We examined the effect of the substitution of Fe atoms for Co atoms iron on the thermal and the magnetic properties for (Co1−xFex)72B19.2Si4.8Cr4 (0 x 1) system. We made ribbons with diameters of 2 mm by using melt spinning technique. The broad X-ray diffraction pattern without any crystalline peaks indicates the fully amorphous structure for all alloys. As the Fe content was increased, the saturation magnetization (Ms) increased up to x = 0.9, which indicates that an iron/cobalt ratio of 9:1 resulted in the maximum saturation magnetization in the (Co1−xFex)72B19.2Si4.8Cr4 (0 x 1) alloy system.
