        안면비대칭을 동반한 Angle Ⅲ급 부정교합자의 안모형태에 관한 두부방사선계측학적 연구

        The purpose of this was three-fold: i) to investigate the degree of asymmetry in Angle's Class Ⅲ malocclusion patients and normal adults; ⅱ) to determine the nature of difference existed between two groups; and ⅲ) to investigate the correlationship between the degree of asymmetry and ANB and overbite in Angle's Class Ⅲ malocclusion patients. The subjects consisted of 25 Angle's Class Ⅲ malocclusion patients and 25 normal adults and the mean ages were 22.0 and 24.5 years, respectively. Their posteroanterior and lateral cephalograms were traced and analysed with three-dimensional approach. The results were as follows: 1. Asymmetry of Angle's Class Ⅲ malocclusion group was significant in all regions except cranial base. Their horizontal asymmetry was seen in mandibular angle, maxillary and mandibular midline and menton. Vertical asymmetry was observed in maxillary lst molar and mandibular shape and anteroposterior asymmetry in mandibular angle. 2. Nine variables indicating asymmetry were selected and each variable had similar discriminant score. 3. There was a little correlationship between ANB and asymmetric variable(MSR-B6) and its correlation coefficients was 0.3564. 4. There was no significant correlationship between overbite and asymmetric variables.

      • Alloxan 유발성 당뇨쥐의 고혈당 및 지질과산화에 대한 Caffeic Acid의 방어효과

        In order to investigate the protective effect of caffeic acid in alloxan-induced diabetics in male Sprague-Dawley rats, this study was carried out. The first group was administered to intraperitoneal with alloxan to induce the diabetics, the second and third group was injected with thiourea and caffeic acid prior to alloxan injection. At 24, 48 and 72 hrs after treatment, plasma glucose level was estimated and lipid peroxide and the activities of superoxide dismutase, catalase and glutathione peroxidase in tissue were also evaluated. The results obtained were summarized as follows ; 1. The alloxan treatment induced markedly high level of blood glucose. The thiourea and caffeic acid treatment before alloxan injection lowered the level of blood glucose significantly. However, the caffeic acid failed to sustained low level of blood glucose. 2. The lipid peroxide content of liver in alloxan group was significantly higher than the control group. However, that of thiourea and caffeic acid group slightly was higher than control without significant. The lipid peroxide content of kidney showed almost same as liver pattern except higher contents of the caffeic acid group at 72 hours. 3. The activities of superoxide dismutase in liver and kidney showed no significant difference between all treatments except significant higher level of alloxan group than the other groups at 24 and 48 hrs in liver.

      • 밀폐용기에서의 김치숙성에 관한 연구

        김치 젖산균이 생성하는 이산화탄소의 휘산을 막아 탄산의 생성을 높임으로서 시원한 탄산미를 증대시킬 목적으로 밀폐용기에서 김치를 숙성시키는 동안 품질변화를 조사하였다. pH, 산도 및 비타민 C 함량은 밀폐와 개방에 따른 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으나 조직의 환원당 함량은 밀폐용기에서 낮았다. 조직과 국물의 CO_(2) 함량은 전 발효기간을 통하여 밀폐용기에서 높았으며 탄산미도 높았다. 밀폐용기에서 숙성시킨 김치는 젖산균수가 많은 반면 호기성균수는 낮았다. The quality of Kimchi was investigated under airtight and ventilating conditions. At 20℃ and 4℃ fermentation, there were no significantly difference in pH, acidity and vitamin C of Kimchi between airtight and ventilating conditions. The contents of CO_(2), the number of lactic acid bacteria and the sensory score of carbonated taste under airtight condition were higher than those values under ventilating condition. While, the number of aerobic bacteria under airtight condition was lower than those under ventilating condition.

        청소년자녀와 어머니를 위한 세대간 이해증진 프로그램 개발 및 실시

        The relationship between adolescent children and parents has a profound effect on not only the adolescents development into healthy adults but also the psychological welfare of the parent. A program focused to improve adolescents relationship with parents has not been developed until now. To achieve the educational goals enhancing mutual understanding, it is more effective to educate both the parents and adolescent childern. Thus, this study developed and carried out a program in which adolescent children and mothers, being fully in charge of raising children, participated. The study analyzed the program effects after implementing on 6 pairs of adolescent children and mothers. The results are as follows: 1) adolescent children and mothers placed high values on the fact that they can understand each other well, 2) both parties accepted each other by recognizing the inevitability of the generation gap, and 3) the program gave them a chance to admit that they should try to communicate openly. Most of all, adolescent children could find self-confidence while mothers could collect valuable data essential to raise children and build a new mother's role model adapting to social changes.

      • 운동종목에 따른 운동선수의 영양필요량 및 기호성에 준한 표준 식단의 컴퓨터 입력 프로그램 개발방법에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 각종 운동선수 대상의 설문조사를 기초로 하여 운동선수의 식생활 관리를 위한 전산화 프로그램을 제시하였다. 즉 1) 운동선수의 식기호를 통한 요구와 체급의 필요에 준한 각종 식단작성과 급식관리를 위한 전산화 프로그램을 작성하였다. 2) 이에 근거를 둔 영양상담 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 기초자료의 정리를 시도하였다. 기초자료 수집을 위해 실시한 16종목의 운동선수 232명을 대상으로 실시한 기호도 및 생활유형 분석조사의 결과는 대부분의 운동선수가 ① 규칙적인 생활을 하고 있었으며, 일일생활의 구성은 취침(7~8시간), 아침식사전 운동(1~1 1/2시간), 오전운동(2~3시간), 오후운동(2 1/2~3 1/2시간), 식사 및 휴식(5~7시간), 자유시간(1~3시간)으로 구성되어 있으며, ② 현재 식생활의 문제점은 단체급식시 급식시 제공되는 음식의 맛, 질적수준, 3끼 음식 분배량의 부적절성, 경기직전에 식사의 지나친 감량이나 증량을 지적하였다. ③ 조사대상으 88%가 장기적인 식사관리가 필요하다고 지적했으며, 경기력 향상을 위해 특별히 처방된 식사를 하는 선수는 전체의 43.5%로 처방식의 주종은 육류(단백질식품), 야채(비타민, 무기질식품), 그 이외 열량농축식품(지방, 캔디류)으로 구성되어 있었다. 처방식을 가지고 있는 주요 이유는 영양섭취를 개선시킴으로써 경기력 및 체력향상과 운동시에 condition조절이 가능하다는 점을 지적하였다. ④ 식품에 대한 기호성 조사에서는 대부분의 식품에 대해 극히 싫어하거나 기피하는 문제점은 없었다. 컴퓨터를 이용한 운동선수 대상의 식생활관리 프로그램 개발을 위해서 사용한 기기는 IBM-PC OA-16XT기종의 Personal computer였으며, 이 기기에서 이용가능한「Basic language」,「lotus」system, 「DBASE Ⅲ」를 이용하여 프로그램을 작성하였다. 프로그램 작성을 위해 선행한 연구로 ① 설문조사를 통하여 운동선수의 생활유형을 분석하여, 각 운동종목별 영양필요량 산출을 시도하였고, ② 한끼에 1,200Kcal를 공급할 수 있는 식단을 영양학적, 식품학적 견지에서 작성하였으며, ③ 식품별 자료처리가 용이하도록 식품교환단위의 설정 및 음식에 고유 번호를 부여하는 작업을 실시하였다. 프로그램은 ① 일일 섭취한 영양가 평가하는 프로그램 ② 운동종목, 체중, 성, 생활시간을 고려한 일일 필요 영양소량을 계산하는 프로그램 ③ 변화있고 다양한 식단작성 및 Recipe 제시 프로그램을 개발하였다.

      • 호텔프로모션 메뉴의 효율적 관리방안에 관한 연구

        This hotel restaurant industry has grown at astonishing rate in the last some years. Although much of the increase in revenues has gone hotel restaurants, thems confront risky market. Many challenges confront in the management to win or maintain his share of the market, as well as from the growth of established hotel restaurant. Accordingly. the purpose of this research is to findout the hotel promotion menu management. In this study, we examined the factor structure of promotion menu factor analy- sis. We hypothesized that the factor structure of promotion menu would be divided into three factors; food service, food advertising and food taste. The results of empirical study supported these hypotheses. The results of this study suggest that hotel promotion menu should be related as a important factor between customer satisfactions and repurchase.

        청소년을 위한 교육 프로그램 개발·실시 및 평가에 관한 연구

        The main goal of this program is to build a healthy adolescent culture by broadening the understanding of adolescents and recognition of the environment as well through the development of educational programs centering on the domains of peer relationships, intimacy in dating relationships and sex, leisure activities, and consumption life of adolescents. The program was carried out to 10 young boys and girls for two days/one night and the major findings of the effects of the program through a qualitative evaluation were as follows: First, the program provided adolescents with a proper opportunity to promote a sense of self-confidence through the self-reevaluation process. Secondly, the program provided adolescents with a chance to firmly recognize to become good friends with others though the enhancement of self-esteem, which helped them to build a healthy peer relationship. Thirdly, adolescents were able to promote their views on sex and sexual decision-making by acquiring a proper knowledge of intimacy in dating relationships and of sex, and by candidly expressing their own opinions on sex with instructors. Fourthly, the program provided adolescents with an opportunity to look back on their leisure life with family members which had been neglected thus far and to renew their recognition of active leisure activities. Fifthly, the program provided adolescents with a chance to reflect on their unplanned consumption life and to be firmly determined to refrain from impulsive purchasing and extravagance.
