      • HID 램프용 디지털제어 전자식 안정기에 관한 연구

        In this paper, digitally controlled electronic ballast for the HID lamps driven by proposed frequency conversion method is described. This electronic ballast consists of a buck converter, a low frequency square wave full bridge inverter, a high voltage pulse generator for the lamp ignition, an over current protection circuit and an 8-bit microcontroller. The fuzzy logic digital control operation is carried out by the 8-bit microcontroller. In spite of the limited control bandwidth caused by low operation speed of the 8-bit microcontroller, the good control performance for the constant lamp current in the warm-up period is obtained using the proposed frequency conversion driving method. The HID lamp is controlled in a constant current mode during the lighting warm up process and is controlled in a constant power mode during lighting steady state. A controlled variable power mode is used to extend the lamp lifetime.

        The Guaranteed Frame Rate(GFR) service has been designed to accomodate non-real-time applications, such as TCP/IP based traffic in ATM networks. The GFR service not only guarantees a minimum throughput at the frame level, but also supports a fair share of available resources. In this paper, we propose a cell control algorithm which can improve the fairness and the throughput through the traffic control in GFR service. For the evaluation of a proposed scheme, we compare the proposed scheme with the existing scheme in the fairness and the throughput. Simulation results that the proposed scheme can improve the fairness and throughput than the existing scheme.

        We aggregate multi-links information between boundary nodes using the line segment scheme that aggregates topology information within PG referring bandwidth and delay parameter in this paper. The proposed scheme search multi-links efficiently using the depth priority method based on hop count instead of searching all links. To do this, we propose a modified line segment algorithm using two line segment method that represents two points which consist of delay-bandwidth pair to reduce topology information and provide a flexibility to the multiple-links aggregation. And we apply it to current star topology aggregation. To evaluate performance of the proposed scheme, we compare/analyze the current method with the proposed scheme with respect to call success rate, access time and crankback rate. Through the simulation result analysis, the proposed star topology aggregation scheme presents the better performance than existing scheme.

        In single hop lightwave networks, the system performance using ALOHA-based protocols depends on the number of minislots in a data transmission frame. But, in the case of adopting this protocol to ATM, the multi-control channels are required in order to improve the system performance because the size of cell is fixed and short. In this paper, we propose a dynamic channel allocation algorithm with two-control channels. This algorithm dynamically alloctes channel for prioritized traffic in high-speed optical ATM networks. In order to evalute the performance of proposed algorithm, we simulate in terms of per channel throughput, cell loss rate. and cell delay with variations in offered load.

        구강편평세포암종의 유세포분석적 DNA측정을 위한 이중 매개변수법의 적용

        A series of 31 patients with primary oral squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) who were treated at Chonbuk National university Hospital during the years 1991-1995,were evaluated by dual parameter analysis in flow cytometric DNA measurement,Bryne's malignancy grading system,and the TNM classification.The aims of the present study were to discover that previously undetected aneuploid clones could be detected by dual parameter analysis and to determine the prognostic value of the above parameters. 1.Using dual parameter analysis of cytokenratin and DNA on disintegrated paraffin-embedded samples,aneuploid clones which were undetected by regular single parameter DNA analysis could be found among the cytokenratin-selected cells. DNA aneuploidy from parafin-embedded samples were 15 cases compared with 10 cases using conventional DNA analysis. 2.The portion of aneuploid tumors showed slightly higher clinical stage tumor size than the portion of diploid tumors, but the difference was not significant.The portion of DNA aneuploid tumors showed significantly higher mean mitosis and total malignancy scores than the portion of DNA diploid tumors. 3.The majority of the patients presented with clinical stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ lesions showed showed significantly higher mean total malignancy scores as compared to those with clinical stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ. 4.Histopatholgic mean total malignancy score of the 31 cases was 12.7.Among the histologic parameters,mean mitosis score was correlated to the status of DNA ploidy and total malignancy score were correlated to the DNA ploidy and clinical staging.

      • 강화 특화작목 지표물질의 함량 분석

        강화 특화작목의 건강기능성 식품 제품화의 가능성을 타진하고 재배작물의 표준화 연구를 위해 사자발쑥, 싸주아리쑥 그리고 순무에 대해 총 폴리페놀과 총 플라보노이드 함량을 측정하였다. 총 폴리페놀 함량은 사자발쑥이 9.5mg/g, 싸주아리쑥이 7.4mg/g, 순무가 1.8mg/g으로 총 플라보노이드 함량은 사자발쑥이 4.3mg/g, 싸주아리쑥이 3.6mg/g, 순무가 0.4mg/g으로 확인 되었다. 또한 강화 약쑥의 유효지표성분인 eupatilin과 jaceosidin이 사자발쑥에는 각각 208mg/100g, 118mg/100g, 싸주아리쑥에는 199mg/100g, 111mg/100g 함유된 것을 HPLC를 통해 확인하였다. This study was conducted to investigate the contents of total polyphenol and total flavonoid of three Ganghwa indigenous crops, two varieties of Artemisia princeps Pampanini (Sajabalssuk, Sajuarissuk) and Brassica campestris ssp rapa. Total polyphenol and total flavonoid contents of Sajabalssuk were 9.5 and 4.3 mg/g, those of Sajuarissuk were 7.4 and 3.6 mg/g, those of B. campestris ssp rapa were 1.8 and 0.4 mg/g, respectively. The contents of eupatilin and jaceosidin in A. princeps Pampanini which were calculated by HPLC, were determined 208 mg/100g, 118 mg/100g in Sajabalssuk and 199 mg/100g, 111 mg/100g in Sajuarissuk, respectively.

        Ga_(0.6)Sb_(l.4)Se₃single crystals were grown by the Bridgman technique method, These single crystals had orthorhombic structure, and lattice constant and electric conduction type of Ga_(0.6)Sb_(l.4)Se₃single crystals was a = 11.860Å , b = 12.057Å, c = 4.103Å and p-type, respectively. Direct band gap of Ga_(0.6)Sb_(l.4)Se₃single crystals obtained from optical absorption spectrum were 1.17 eV. Photoconductivity spectrum measured at 10K showed that the photoconductivity peak in Ga_(0.6)Sb_(l.4)Se₃single crystals was located in 960 nm.

      • 순무(Brassica campestris ssp. rapa) 뿌리로부터 지질화합물의 분리 및 동정

        순무 뿌리로부터 활성 물질을 분리 동정 하기 위하여 80% MeOH 수용액으로 추출하고 이를 여과, 감압 농축하여 MeOH추출물을 얻었다. 이를 EtOAc분획, n-BuOH분획, H_(2)O분획으로 나누었으며, EtOAc분획에 대해 silica gel column chromatography를 실시하여 3종의 지질화합물을 분리 정제하였다. ^(1)H-NMR, ^(13)C-NMR, DEPT spectrum 및 Mass spectrum등을 통하여 palmitic acid methyl ester(compound 1), linolenic acid methyl ester(compound 2), linoleic acid methyl ester(compound 3)으로 구조를 결정하였다. In order to isolate and identify the active compound from the Brassica campestris ssp rapa, the roots and the root skin were extracted with 80% aqueous MeOH, and the concentrated extract was partitioned with EtOAc, n-BuOH and H_(2)O. From the EtOAc fraction, three compounds were isolated through the repeated silica gel column chromatographies. From the result of spectral data including NMR and MS, the chemical structures of the compound were determined as palmitic acid methyl ester (compound 1), linolenic acid methyl ester (compound 2), linoleic acid methyl ester (compound 3).
