        한국인 직무 스트레스 측정도구의 개발 및 표준화

        Background and Purposes: Over the past three decades, numerous studies performed in Korea have reported that job stress is a determinant risk factor for chronic diseases and work disability. Every society has its own culture and occupational climate particular to their organizations, and hence experiences different occupational stress. An occupational stress measurement tool therefore needs to be developed to estimate it objectively. The purpose of this study is to develop and standardize the Korean Occupational Stress Scale (KOSS) which is considered to be unique and specific occupational stressors in Korean employees. Subjects and Methods: Data were obtained from the National Study for Development and Standardization of Occupational Stress (NSDSOS Project: 2002-2004). A total of 12,631 employees from a nationwide sample proportional to the Korean Standard Industrial Classification and the Korean Standard Occupational Classification were administered. The KOSS was developed for 2 years (2002-2004). In the first year, we collected 255 items from the most popular job stress measurement tools such as JCQ, ERI, NIOSH and OSI, and 44 items derived from the a qualitative study (depth interview). Forty-three items of KOSS, in the second year, were retained for use in the final version of the KOSS by using Delphi and factor analysis. Items were scored using conventional 1-2-3-4 Likert scores for the response categories. Results: We developed eight subscales by using factor analysis and validation process: physical environment (3 items), job demand (8 items), insufficient job control (5 items), interpersonal conflict (4 items), job insecurity (6 items), organizational system (7 items), lack of reward (6 items), and occupational climate (4 items). Together they explained 50.0% of total variance. Internal consistency alpha scores were ranged from 0.51 to 0.82. Twenty-four items of the short form of the KOSS (KOSS-SF) were also developed to estimate job stress in the work setting. Because the levels of the subscales of occupational stress were gender dependent, gender-specific standard norms for both the 43-item full version and the 24-item short form using a quartile for the subscales of KOSS were presented. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that KOSS might be an appropriate measurement scale to estimate occupational stress of Korean employees. Further and more detailed study needs to be conducted to improve the validity of this scale.

        The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between participation in leisure sport activities of leisure satisfaction. To accomplish this research purpose, there were two research questions; Firstly, Is there difference on leisure satisfaction according to the participation in leisure sport activities?, Secondly Will the degree of participation in leasure sport activities influence the leisure satisfaction? The population for this study was participants in Leisure sports activity program located in Seoul. The final 227 responses (participation 163, non-participation 114), collected by cluster random selecting method, were used in the data analysis procedure. The items for measuring leisure satisfaction were largely based on Lee(1992)s study, and the degree of participation in leisure sport activities was measured by the period and frequence of participation. To analyze the final data (277), the reliability analysis, analysis of covariance, multiple classification analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used. The conclusions for this study were as followings; Firstly, leisure satisfaction is partially different by participation yes or no of the leisure sports activity. That is, leisure satisfaction is higher participation of leisure sports activity than non-participation Secondly, leisure satisfaction is partially influence by the participation of degree of leisure sports. That is, period and frequence are influence on leisure satisfaction.

        The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships among competing value leadership, athlete satisfaction and performance in sport field, The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire in which competing value leadership consisted as identified by Ha(1996), athlete satisfaction consisted as identified by Che(1997), and performance consisted as identified by An(2002), 350 subjects were selected from universities in Seoul by the stratified cluster sampling method, Among these selected subjects, 322 responded, and data analyses consisted of employing descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, multiple-regression using SPSS/PC version 11.0. First, competing value leadership and athlete satisfaction differ statistically and partially according to socio-demographic variables of athletes, Second, athlete satisfaction and performance statistically and significantly is influenced by competing value leadership of leader, Third, athlete satisfaction statistically and significantly influence performance of athletes.

        Booming Noise of a Automotive can be divided in Air Borne Noise and Structure Borne Noise. In this study, Booming Noise is reduced by the vector Synthesis method. The vibration that transferred by the engine is managed. The car that by the used model is composed of Mount system supported to three point with 2000 cc 14 engine FR vehicle. The vibration that is transmitted from propeller sharft and Differential Gear to Sub Frame and Suspention effect Booming Noise. but, The vibration that generated by the Mount has Booming Noise more than it. So, We research that sound generated by the Mount and reduce that Booming Noise used the Dynamic Damper. The Booming. Noise by the vector Synthesis. is reduced in 2000 ~ 4000 rpm front of vehicle. We know that Booming Noise is reduced into hoped for rpm by the vector Synthesis.

      • 帝岩山 木本植物相과 管理方案에 관한 硏究

        Distribution of woody plants in Mt. Jeam recreation Forest was surveyed from March 1998 to July 1999. The results obtained from this survey were as follows : 1. Among 181 kinds 107 genera 53 families of total woody plants, the needle-leaved trees of 11 species 8 genera 5 families and broad-leaved trees of 170 kinds 99 genera 48 families were found. 2. The species of community or small community were 6 species. There are Cephalotaxus koreana, Quercus acutissima, Q. mongolica, Lindera erythrocarpa, Styrax japonicus and Orixa japonica. 3. The endemic woody plants to korea of Mt. Jeam were 8 species. There are Cephalotaxus koreana, Corylopsis coreana, Weigela subsessilis, Rhamnus yoshinoi, Sambucus williamsii var. coreana, Salix koreensis, Carpinus coreana and Stewartia koreana. 4. The species of artificial reproduction were 5 species. There are Pinus rigida, Cryptomeria japonica, Chamaecyparis obtusa, Robinia pseudoacacia and Chionanthus retusa. 5. The species of rare and endangered plants were 2 species. There are Corylopsis coreana and Rhododendron mucronulatum for albiflorum.

      • AFM 측정법에 의한 초정밀 가공면의 특성 평가 연구

        High speed cutting is a machining process which cuts materials with the fast movement and rotation of a spindle in a machine tool. High speed cutting leaves a plastically deformed layer on the machined surface. This deformed layer affects in various forms to the surface roughness of machined parts such as the dimensional instability, the micro crack. The surface roughness is called surface integrity which is very important in precision cutting. This paper aims to study on the machined surfaces characteristics of aluminum alloy and brass by AFM(Atomic force microscope) measurement. The objective is contribution to ultra- precision cutting by exhibit foundation data of surface roughness and tool wear when parts are cutting with diamond tool at the factory.

      • 韓國社會에 있어서 姑婦葛藤에 관한 硏究

        This is a preliminary study of changing relationship between mother and daughter-in-law in the Ko-rean society. Surveys were longitudinally carried out on 1974 and 1985. This thesis was made by an experimental research. Data were collected from 146 mothers-in-law and 141 daughters-in-law in Pusan. The collected data were analysed by statistical methods such as percentages and chi-square. The results of this study were as follows. The chief dissatisfaction toward daughter-in-law were doing without consultation and no affection and respect also. The lack of communication of mother-in-law and daughter-in-law is the cause of conflict. There were some tendencies of decresing "inwardly-conflict-resolving", which means more frequent appealing to other relevant consultants, such as daughter by mother and husband by daughter-in-law. Though employment of daughter-in-law outside domestic work increases during the period, traditional attitude of mother against to involvement in the occupational activities by the former did not changed according so far. The conflict between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law play negative effects on the intimacy. As compremiser, in the case of mother-in-law, daughter-in-law respects mother-in-law and gives her the role.

      • 大學生의 家意識에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the changing attitudes of the college students on the thought of family. The study is interested in the following questions. First, What is college student's family-centered consciousness and what differences are respectively made according to such variables as grade, religion, family patterm, sibling order, between sexs? second, What is college students the thought of succeeding their family lines and what differences are respectively made according to such variables as grade, religion, family pattern, sibling order, between sexs? For this study questionnairs were distributed to 511 college students living in Pasan. The data was anayzed frequency distribution, Percentile, mean, x², t-test one-way ANOVA, scheffe-test. The findings of the investigation are as follows ; First, family-centered consciousness. Patriarchy attitude and family custom show traditional tendency, but father's household affairs and family superiority to individual show modern tendency. The studies present that male student, the first son and the extended family show traditional tendency, but neclear family show modern tendency Swcond, the thought of succeeding their family lines. Their ancestor worship attitude show modern tendency. speciallt the significant difference was found according to the various religions. The consciousness of supporting their pasents, patrimony and adoption system also showes modern tendency. But male students show more traditional tendency than female students. The extended family and the first son show more traditional tendency.

        1999년에 발생한 기상재해 유형별 벼 수량반응조사 연구

        The objectives of this study were to investigate weather conditions which induced discolored grains and viviparous germination, and to evaluate yield responses following viviparous germination during mid- and late- ripening stage, the submergence during reproductive growth stage, and lodging in the yellow ripe stage. Weather conditions which caused glume discoloration at heading stage were 21.3-26.4℃ in average temperature, 75.2-98.4% in relative humidity, 19.3 in transpiration coefficient and 10.8-13.8 m/sec. in wind speed. Yield reduction was 26-27% and 10∼17%, respectively, when the glume discoloration rates were 63.2-65.7% and 38.3-45.2%, obviously due to the decrease in percent of fertile grain and ripening ratio. Weather conditions during continuous rain for 7 days were 96% in relative humidity, 18.9℃ in average temperature, 21.9℃ in maximum temperature, and 16.8℃ in minimum temperature, causing the most viviparous germination in Juanbyeo(45.5%), followed by Jinbubyeo(14.5%), Bongkwangbyeo(14.2%), and Obongbyeo(12.6%). Lateral tillers started to occur when the submergence at the depth of 1.5-2 m lasted one day during the reproductive growth stage. The submergence for 2-3 days at 3-4 m of water depth induced 269-571 lateral tillers/㎡, supporting 32-52% of the total yield. The rice yield in the paddy fields which were left under the lodging conditions until harvesting was not different compared to that of the paddy fields which were kept upright by tieing them together after lodging, but perfect grain ratio decreased about 9.1% in the transplanting culture and 12.5% in the direct seeding culture on dry paddy field because of the increase in immature grains.
