직장 카르시노이드 종양에서 Ki-67 발현의 예후적 중요성

Background/Aims: Rectal carcinoid tumors can be resected with endoscopy, and it is important to assess their prognostic factors. We evaluated the potential of Ki-67 expression as a prognostic factor in rectal carcinoid tumors. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of 37 patients with rectal carcinoid tumors who got endoscopic resection from January 2001 to January 2011 at Inje University Seoul Paik Hospital. We analyzed their endoscopic and histologic findings, Ki-67 expression, clinical outcome, and prognosis. Results: The mean age (±SD) of the patients was 56.3±10.7 years, and the male : female ratio was 3.6:1. The mean tumor size was 0.5±0.4 cm, 33 patients showed grade 1 tumors (89.2%) and the average Ki-67 expression was 0.7±1.2%. Thirty five patients underwent endoscopic mucosal resection, and two required endoscopic submucosal dissection. Eight patients had positive margins after resection, but no cases of lymphovascular invasion were identified. The median follow-up duration was 21.4±25.4 months, and no recurrences were observed. Conclusions: In low grade rectal carcinoid tumors which are lack of central depression on colonoscopy, the expression of a molecular marker of malignant potential, Ki-67, was low. Therefore, endoscopic resection seemed to be a safe and effective treatment for these tumors.

This study conducted for analyze the process of physiological variation during shooting, and produce the basic data for training prescription to the performance improvement in Air Rifle Shooting, 9 Elite Rifle shooters )College 3, High School 3, Middle School 3) in GangWeon province were tested the physiological parameter which are Electrocardiograph(E.C.G), Heart-rate(H.R), Respiratory pattern, and Trigger time by polygraph system 8 channel from Sept. 1st to Sept. 10th, 1985. Analyzed experimental results are as follows; 1. Firing at T-P wave in E.C.G, 77.68bpm in H.R)16.68% by resulting H.R), the deep size of inspiration-expiration was low, and 8.34 sec of trigger interval were appeared when the shooter acquired high score. 2. The most effective factor among physiological parameters for excellent shooting score is the inspiratory volume with decresc breathing pattern. 3. Shooting performances correlated with stability and static-dynamic balance, but flexibility effected on negative correlation.
대두박에 대한 extrusion처리 및 formaldehyde처리가 젖소의 반추위내 in situ분해율에 미치는 영향

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of temperature of extrusion processing on ruminal degradation characteristics of soybean meal. Four ruminally cannulated Holstein cows were employed to in situ trial and treatments were composed of soybean meals untreated(Control), extruded at 115, 130 and 155℃, and treated with 0.3% formaldehyde(HCHO). The nylon bags were suspended for 0, 3, 6, 9, 12 and 24 hours in the rumen, respectively. Animals fed the diet of 50 : 50 in concentrate and orchard grass hay at 110% of NRC(1988) requirements, and were freely access to water and mineral block. The regression equations for degradation characteristics and effective degradability(ED) of crude protein of soybean meals in the rumen were obtained as follows. Control P = 26.41 + 69.86(1-e^-0.041t) ; ED(k=0.05) = 57.89% 115℃ extrusion P = 3.39 + 44.76(1-e^-0.013t) ; ED(k=0.05) = 12.63% 130℃ extrusion P = 2.79 + 56.60(1-e^-0.015t) ; ED(k=0.05) = 15.85% 155℃ extrusion P = 1.71 + 31.48(1-e^-0.018t) ; ED(k=0.05) = 0.04% 0.3% HCHO P = 7.23 + 35.14(1-e^-0.015t) ; ED(k=0.05) = 15.34% where, P = Degradability during the time(t) suspended in the rumen, k = Passage rate at the rumen(%/hr/100). Ruminal degradabilities of dry matter, crude protein, organic matter and energy significantly (P<.01) decreased by extrusion or HCHO treatments, but did not affected by the temperature of extrusion processing. The ruminal degradation of soybean meals treated extrusion and formaldehyde, paticularly crude protein, was low beyond expectation.

The clastogenic effects of the diesel emission particle extrace(DEPE), mercuric chloride and lead acetate were examined by the mouse bone marrow micronucleus test. DEPE had a potent clastogenic effect by intraperitoneal injection with dose-response between 100 and 300mg/kg b.w.. Mercuric chloride and lead acetate also gave a clastogenic effects but mercuric chloride only had a dose-response between 1 and 3mg/kg b.w.. When DEPE was administrated with mercuric shloride or lead acetate, the frequency of micronucleated cells was slight but not significant incresase in comparision to a single treatment with DEPE alone.
합성피혁제조업체 근로자들에 있어서 N-methylformamide 배설속도에 관한 연구

This study was conducted to examine the excretion rate of dimethylformamide(DMF) from the workers exposed to DMF. The study was done at two synthetic leather factories located in Kyeonggi-do from the period of May 2 to 30, 1996. N-methyl-formamide (NMF) concentrations in urine were measured and compared by the three exposure level of DMF in air. The mean concentration of the Low (dry and winder part), Moderate (rinsing part) and High (mixing and coating part) exposure group were 3.99±3.54, 10.19±5.69 and 32.10±7.87㎎/㎥ during workshift of 8 hours, respectively. The mean concentration of urinary N-methylformamide (NMF) were 2.13±2.58, 11.16±4.98 and 26.24±7.35㎎/g creatinine, respectively. The concentration of NMF in urine could reach to maximum in 3 hours and was reduced nearly to zero in about 18 hours after exposure to DMF.
대학 운동클럽(Club)학생들의 체형. 신체구성에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to find the somatotype and body composition of the students in sports clubs in our school, and the subjects of study are 169 students in all including 68 students in sports clubs(16 in table tennis club, 12 in tennis club, 14 in basketball club, 12 in keumdo club), 53 non-sports club students and 48 common students. The result of data analysis is as follows. 1. Somatotype The mean somatotype of the group in table tennis club is found to be endomorphic mesomorph of 3.59-4.51-3.10, that of the group in tennis club ectomorphic mesomorph of 2.97-4.67-3.18, that of the group in basketball club endomorphic mesomorph of 3.88-4.62-2.77, that of the group in baseball club endomorphic mesomorph of 4.13-4.81-2.12, and that of the group in keumdo club ectomorphic mesomorph of 2.98-4.35-3.20. The mean somatotype of all the group is found to be endomorphic mesomorph of 3.37-4.37-1.26. 2. Absolute Fat 1) % Fat The average of the group in table tennis club showed 18.97%, that of the group in tennis club 16.11%, that of the group in basketball club 19.83%, that of the group in baseball club 21.41%, that of the group in keumdo club 15.51%. 2) Absolute Fat The average of the group in table tennis club showed 12.51kg, that of the group in tennis club 10.02kg, that of the group in basketball club 13.83%, that of the group in baseball club 14.85kg, that of the group in keumdo club 9.98kg. 3. The comparison of the group in sports club with the group in non-sports club. The comparison of the two groups in somatotype showed that the group in sports club is much higher(p〈0.05) than the group in non-sports club in mesomorphic components. The comparison of absolute fat showed that the group in sports club is much more than the group in non-sports club only in lean body mass, and didn't show any striking difference in other components.
