        The purpose of the present study was to establish the future directions of the school-based physical education and community-based physical education in order to maximize the transition from the school-based physical education to the community-based physical education, which results in the development of lifetime leisure interests and habits. Based on the review of literature and other related research works, the follwoing results were identified. 1. The school-based physical education programs should be reconsidered in terms of the credit hours, the adequate security of facilities and instrucational devices, and teacher's effective management of the class hours. In addition, the increase of the number of female teachers in elementary schools who have a negative attitude toward physical activity should be effectively treated. 2. The interests in and investments on nation-wild lifetime physical education should be expended and the coordinating function of professional organizations involved in physical education for consistent development needs to be facilitated. 3. The three main factors, including facilities, programs, and leaders, are prerequisite to the effective physical activities. In order to solve the programs related to facilities, it will be necessary to consolidate the facility standards, to modernize and systematize the facilities, to expand the private physical education facilities, and to open the school physical education facilities. Regarding the programs related to programs, it will be necessary to develop the programs in which everybody can learn in easy and which is appropriate to the conditions of the given community. Thirteen institutions operate the personnel preparation programs for the leaders in lifetime physical education. However, they are not fulfilling their functions because of the preponderance of commercial facilities. One of the most important considerations is that the structure in Korea is based on family-oriented one. Investment of facilities and resources in schools is needed to effectively implement the community-based physical education that is family-oriented, in which parents and students participate together. At the same time, the development of a variety of physical education programs in the school-based physical education are needed.

      • 體育敎科에 對한 態度調査 硏究

        To analyze the attitude of high school students on the curriculum of physical education, with 1066 boys and girls on the chunchon city in Kangwan province were answered by the questionairs, results are follows. The acknowledgement on the physical education : It understood that physical education give positive effects on the developement of physical fitness and leadership enhancement of health, making human relationship, and creating of emotion. The affection on the physical education : It showed positive trends in the class, team sports or personal sports, and body movement or game at the class, but it showed lower affections in dance class. The complaines on the physical education class: It showed higher complaines in the changing training suit, shower, period of class. student numbers of the class, and the rule of put on training suit. The satisfactions on the facitity and instrument : It showed disatisfaction in gymnasium, playground, dress room, and sports instrument. The attitude on the physical education teacher : It showed positive in teaching method and justification, but they showed comparatively negative attitude in class schedule.

      • 韓日 國民學校 兒童의 體力發達에 關한 比較硏究

        To compare and identify the tendency of physique and Fitness development of the children (age from 6 To 11) who live in Korea and Japan, 508 Korean and 635 Japanese children were tested as subject by cowork research members of Korea (Research Institute for Physical Education & Sports Science Kangweon National University) and Japan (Research Center of physical Culture Fukuoka University of Education). In addition, Subjects were answered the questionnair that ask about his/her life patterns and sport activity. Results from children's answer and Physical Fitness were as follows. 1. Life patterns and sports Activity : The time required to go school by work needs 10mins more in Korean than in those of Japanese. The time required to study in his/here home, korean children has 30mins longer than those of Japanese. In the sports activity : the Japanese shows more positive and activity, and enjoy more Sports events than those of Korean. So we suggest followings. 1. It needs more concerning to develop a special Fitness training program for the development of children's motor Fitness. 2. It seems desirable that the necessity to recommend a mode of Healthy life to develop the childrens physique and Fitness Factors, though such as walking about 3km or exercise at the variable intra-extra school facility and environment, etc.

      • 운동시간의 변화가 공간가변성과 시간가변성에 미치는 영향

        This study is to examine the Speed-Accuracy Trade Off Principle. The subjects are 6right-handed men of 30's years old. The task of experiment is Single Target Aiming Task by Impliment for the Multipurpose Reaction time. The distance of movement is 20cm and there are three kinds of time of movement: 150msec, 250msec, 350msec. And there are two kinds of condition of experiment. The first condition of experiment is know Spatial Variability. And to limit Movement Time, Quantitative Knowledge of Results about Movement Time are provided. The second condition of experiment is know Timing Variability. And to limit Movement Time, Quantitative Knowledge of Results about Spatial Error are provided. As the results of experiment, spatial Variability is decrease meaningfully [F_((2.15))=29.0395, P<.0001], and Timing Variability is increase meaningfully[F_((2.15))=28.1092, P<.0001], according to the increase of Movement Time(the decrease of Movement Speed). Therefore, although Spatial Variability support Speed-Accuracy. Trade Off Principle, Timing Variability is unsuitable principle through this experiment.

        The purpose of this paper was to find out, if there are, the effects of motor learning based on the forms of offering the knowledge of results. 40 right-handed female students of the C girls high school in K province were used as subjects, and divided four groups, the offering verbal knowledge of results group, the offering visual knowledge of results group, the offering verbal-visual knowledge of results group and the control group. Each group consisted of 10 subjects. The task of experiment as the precision on the stabbing in fencing. As the results of experiments, the conclusions were made as follows; 1) The offering knowledge of results group was significantly more excellent than the control group. 2) Among the offering knowledge of results groups, the offering verbal-visual knowledge of results group was significantly more excellent than the offering verbal or visual knowledge of results group.

      • 목표설정 제시방법이 제자리멀리뛰기 기능향상에 미치는 영향

        The study was to show the effect of goal setting influence jumping skill development. This study includes 45 male-middle school students (age, 14±. 53). there were interval goal setting group, Do-your-best group and assign 15 on each group. Researcher invested the question paper that consist of 6 questions, 10 point scale to know psychological condition of examine on the goal setting and subject. The interval goal setting group showed the significant improvement than Do-your-best group and physical training group but there was no significant difference between Do-your-best group and physical training group. On the psychological condition of examine, interval goal setting group showed the significantly high response on the possibility of goal achievement, the degree of maximum ability revelation, positive activity on the goal and satisfatcion with work performance and interests.

        This study was taken their weight and measured eight and measured kinds of physical fitness for the study intended for fourteen weight lifters in Kangwon Physical High School. The measure had been carried for ten days before the game. We have also measured the physical fitness while reducing their weight for two days. We compared the result after the loss in weight with that of before. As a result, we have the conclusion as follow 1. According to the statistics, there was no significant difference in muscular fitness (sit- up, back muscular strength, vertical arm pull test) between the two results. 2. There was no significant difference in leg muscula power (sarjent jump) statistically. 3. There was no significant difference in muscula endurance (handstand push-up, pull squat). 4. Statistically, we had no significant difference in agility (side-step) 5. The appropriate weight for lifters is about two kilograms lower than usual. Two kilograms mean about three percent of his own weight. As mentioned above, we can see that the method, the degree and the period of the loss in weight don't influence the physical strength for weight lifters. Therefore, they need to keep their weight proper all the time within the limit of around two kilo-grams of weight limits.

        It is hard to give lessons which are conducted using argument and discussion. This was definitely proven by my long effort to accomplish this teaching style. Although Pro. Joe Hye Jeong emphasized the importance or reading and comprehending the world, I came to the conclusion that lessons were only possoble through reading which was based on essays-usually starting with 'In my humble opinion'. Reading can be perfect when it is accompanied with writing and writing can be a basis of argument. Although writing cannot make perfect lesson, if it makes students to show their opinion, writing can make students to realize why they have had difficulty reading precisely.

        The purpose of this study is to find out the differenciation of Physical Fitness and physique factors between Elite tennis player and Tennis players of subelite group. 23 players who were made quarter final, 42 player who were not made quarter final in 3 compatitions of National tournament, and 20 untrained high school boys were measured and tested as subjects. Results are following: 1. Elite group has better chest circumference factor than that of general player. 2. Tennis player has better all of fitness factor than those of general student. On the other hand, Elite player has better fitness factors than those of general players, especially in Back strength, Leg strength, and Power.
