      • 정치망의 양망과정에 있어서 멸치어군의 행동에 관한 연구

        The moving behaviour of anchovy schools (There were small schools of sardine and round-herring in these anchovy schools) in the hauling process of a large scale set-net was investigated using a scanning sonar. in the Kishihata set-net fishing ground located in Nanao city Ishigawa prefecture , Japan from Dec 1st to Dec 4th. 1992. The moving behaviour of anchovy schools in the hauling process a large scale set-net made the term of moving narrowed from the front of the first funnel-net to the second funnel-net as the hauling proceeded. We found that when the ship of picking up the net approched to the second funnel-net, the anchovy school entered in the second bag-net fast hard. The moving speed before hauling and during the hauling process was most of 50cm/sec and below and there was no difference in the moving speed.

      • 정치망어법에 있어서 집어등의 유도효과에 관한 연구 : 백열등에 대한 어류의 행동반응 Response of Fishes to the Incandescent Electric Light

        제주도 연안 정치망에서 어획된 전갱이,고등어,잿방어를 실험어로서 집어등의 照度差 및 光照射시간에 의한 각 어종의 분포양식과 호적조도범위 그리고 성군행동의 차이를 세미휠드에서 조사분석하였고 이를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 전갱이는 가두리내 광원의 조도 최고치가 낮으면 처음부터 광원에 모여들고,광원의 조도 최고치가 높으면 광원에 체류하지 않고 밝은 구역과 어두운 구역의 중간구역에서 주로 체류하였다. 그리고,光照射시간에 따른 전갱이의 분포양식은 밝은 곳에서 어두운 곳으로 이동하였다. 2. 고등어는 가두리내 광원의 조도가 높고 낮음에 관계없이 점등과 동시에 밝은 구역으로 모이고,그후 어두운 구역과 밝은 구역 사이를 왕복 이동 하였다. 그리고 光照射시간에 따른 고등어의 분포양식은 전갱이에 비하여 강하지는 않지만 밝은 곳에서 어두운 곳으로 약간씩 이동하고 있었다. 3. 잿방어는 가두리내 광원의 조도가 높고 낮음에 관계없이 점등과 동시에 밝은 구역으로 이동하다가 중간구역에서 U턴하여 어두운 구역으로 재차이동하였고, 주로 어두운 구역에서 체류하였다. 그리고, 光照射시간에 따른 잿방어의 분포양식은 점등후의 행동양식과 변함없이 어두운 구역에서 주로 체류하였다. The authors carried out an experiment to find out the disposition of Horse mackerel Trachurus japonicus, Mackerel scomber australasicus and Amberjack Seriola dumerili(Risso) to the incandescent electric light. The experimental crawl(16 m in length, 3 m in breadth and 1 m in depth) was set up at the semi-field in shore. The bottom of the experimental crawl was sectioned by white rope into 48 sections equal in area of one sqare meter. The incandescent electric light of 1Kw was used as light source. Observing the behaviour of the fish, the pattern of fish distribution in the experimental crawl was recorded by counting their individuals found in each section at intervals of three minutes for three hours. Under illumination of 290∼0.1 lux, the Horse mackerel stayed in a part of higher illumination during long times. However, under illumination of 450∼1 lux, the Horse mackerel stayed in a part of middle illumination during long times. Under illumination of 290∼0.1 lux and 450∼1 lux, the Mackerel stayed in a part of higher illumination during short times, then they left for a part of lower illumination. The fish stayed in a part of lower illumination during short times, then they left for a part of higher illumination. This movement of the fish was repeated more than once. Under illumination of 290∼0.1 lux and 450∼1 lux, the Amberjack stayed in a part of lower illumination during long times.

      • 인공 산성비 용액 함침 및 경사평면법에 의한 옥외용 실리콘 고무의 열화 특성 평가

        We investigated the effect of acid rain on the surface aging, and resistance to tracking and erosion of silicone rubber materials : First, we measured the contact angle, SEM, EDX, and weight reduction to investigate the surface aging caused by immersion in the artificial acid rain solution. From the results of a series of experiments, we concluded that the acid rain attacked the base polymer of the surface, and lead to the depolymerization. Second, we adopted Inclined-Plane Method to measure the resistance to tracking and erosion of silicone rubber, and rather not observably affected the immersed specimen in the tracking resistance than in the erosion resistance.

      • 누설전류 파형 측정에 의한 실리콘 고무의 표면 열화 평가

        In this study, we investigated the erosion resistance of the silicone rubber by measuring leakage current with Inclined-Plane Method. From the results of our study, it was observed that the typical leakage current waveform was the mixed figure of sinusoidal wave and rectifying wave. And, it is considered that the former is due to conductivity of the contaminant when the surface is wet, and the latter is due to the arc discharge of dry band. And, as the surface erosion is being accelerated, the proportion of the rectifying wave is increasing. And, the ratio of discharge duration to discharge-extinguish time changes and can be divided into three regions, which is similar to the changes of erosion depth and width. Therefore, it can be known that the erosion process has some correlation with the change of leakage current.

      • 넙치 및 조피볼락용 습사료의 보관조건에 따른 안정성 평가

        본 실험은 습사료를 대상으로 보관조건(온도별, 시간별)에 따른 지질의 산화진행 정도를 파악하여 사료의 효율적인 이용성을 구명하고자 산가(acid value, AV), 과산화물가(peroxide avlue, POV) 및 비타민 함량을 분석하였다. 생사료와 분말배합사료를 혼합하여 제조한 습사료는 혼합비가 8:2 사료에서 5:5 사료보다 높은 AV와POV를 나타내었고, 보관기간이 경과함에 따라 보관조건과는 상관없이 8:2 사료에서 빠른 산패를 보였다. 산화진행속도는 4℃ 보관조건하에서는 48시간째, -15℃ 보관조건하에서는 72시간째에서 빠르게 일어났다. 60,000 Lux이상의 직사광선 노출하에서의 AV,POV는 노출시간이 길어질수록 증가하였고, 8:2사료에서 빠르게 변화하였다. This experiment was conducted to investigate rancidity in moist pellet(MP) during various practical condition of handling and storage conditions. The experimental moist pellet diets were prepared by mixing frozen raw fish (FRF) and commercial compound meal (CCM) in ratio of 8:2 and 5:5, respectively. Immediately before and after manufacturing of MP, the MPs were stored at 4℃ and -15℃, and exposed under the sunlight(30±2℃, 60000Lux). The rancidity of each MP was determined from 1 to 96 hours after pellting. The acid value (AV) and peroxide value (POV) in the diets stored at 4 and -15℃ increased rapidly after 48 and 72 hours, respectively. For the sample exposed sunlight, AV and POV were slightly increased with the exposed time. The rancidity increased in the 8:2MP(FRF : CCM) than in the 5:5MP(ERF : CCM) at all storage condition and the amount of vitamin E in MPs decreased rapidly as AV and POV increased.

      • 진성 복압성 요실금 환자에서 복강경하 방광경부현수술의 유용성: 타술식과의 비교 연구

        연구목적: 진성 복압성 요실금의 치료법으로서 복강경을 이용한 Burch 수술을 타수술법과 비교하여 그 유용성을 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 진성 복압성 요실금을 주소로 본원 비뇨기과에서 수술을 시행받은 44명의 환자를 수술법별로 분류하여 수술법에 따른 성공률, 수술 시간, 입원 기간 및 합병증의 빈도를 비교 분석 하였다. 결과: 전체 환자에서 수술 성공률은 86.4% 였으며 이들 중 복강경을 이용한 Burch 수술군에서는 성공률이 100% 이었다. 복강경을 이용한 Burch 수술군은 타수술군에 비하여 입원 기간이 짧았다. 복강경을 이용한 Burch 수술군은 합병증이 매우 경미하였으며 전체 환자의 31.8%에서 단기간의 배뇨곤란을 호소하였으나 장기간의 배뇨곤란은 없었으며 슬링 수술군에서는 3례(16.7%)에서 심한 절박성 요실금을 호소하였다. 결론: 복강경을 이용한 Burch 수술은 높은 치료 성공률과 낮은 합병증의 빈도를 나타내어 진성 복압성 요실금의 치료에서 매우 우수한 수술법으로 사료된다. Purpose: We performed this study to investigate the usefulness of laparoscopic Burch colposuspension as a treatment of genuine stress incontinence compare to other anti-incontinence operation. Materials and Methods : We analyzed success rate, operation time, admission day, and complication rate of various anti-incontinence operations in 44 genuine stress incontinence patients who have been received operation in our hospital. Results : Overall success rate was 86.4%, but laparoscopic Burch coposuspension showed 100% success rate. Laparoscopic Burch colposuspension required shorter admission day compared to other anti-incontinence oparations. Complication rate was lower in laparoscopic Burch colposuspension group. Short-term voiding problems were identified in 31.8% of total patients but 3 patients(16.7%) who have received sling operation complained severe urge incontinence. Conclusion : Laparoscopic Burch colposuspension is considered as an effective surgical method for genuine stress incontinence due to high success rate and low complication rate.

        제조업 산업장의 유기용제 노출에 관한 연구

        Objective : For the purpose of preparing the fundamental data and health promotion and control program on organic solvents in air of manufacturing industry. Methods : The author surveyed number of organic solvent components which was used in working site and also determined the organic solvents concentration in air of 927 manufacturing industries and 1,267 working process with gas chromatography(NIOSH manual) for five years from 1995 to 1999. Results : Mean numbers of solvents components by type of industry, working process was number of 12. There were exceeded to TLV of 1,2-dichloroethane in textile manufacturing industry N,N-dimethyl furan in tanning and dressing of leather ; luggage, handbags, saddlery, harness and footwear manufacturing industry and chemical and chemical product manufacturing industry by type of industry. There were exceeded to TLV of 1,2-dichloroethane in handwriting and drawing process, cellosolove in adhesive spreading process, N,N-dimethly furan in production of solvent process and adhesion process by working process. Total exceeded rate to threshold limit values of organic solvents mixture were 12.9% for EI(Exposure index) and 10.0% for Em(Estimation of mixture) by type of industry, 11.3% for EI and 8.2% for Em by type of working process. The highest exceed rate was 36.7% for EI in tanning and dressing of leather ; luggage handbags, saddlery, harness and footwear manufacturing industry and 29.0% for Em in textile manufacturing industry. the highest exceeded rate was 23.1% for EI and 12.5% for Em in adhesive spreading process by working process. Mean values of total subjects by type of industry and type of working process were 0.7±1.8 for EI and 0.7±1.7 for Em respectively. Conclusions : As above results, the author suggest that it makes the environmental control program on 1.2-dichloro-ethane, N,N-dimethyl furan, cellosolve by kind of organic solvent and on textile manufacturing industry, tanning and dressing of leather ; luggage, handbags, saddlery harness and footwear manufacturing industry by type of industry, and on handwriting, drawing process and adhesive spreading process and adhesion process by type of working process.

      • 각망어구의 구조개량을 위한 기초적 연구

        In order to increase fishing efficiencies of the fyke net used in the coast of Cheju Island water tank experiment was caried out entering and escaping behavior using nets that were reduced to 1/20 of the size of fyke net and were improved to have antrance structure, and Mackerel Scomber japonicus as experimental fish. The results of measurement are as follows: 1. Fish school behavior in the main net was showed two different patterns: swimming in a circle in the right space of the main net and swimming back and forth in ellipse in the right and left space. 2. The swimming speed of mackerel school was 24.9. 12.6 and 32.0cm/sec in the center space. right space of main net and in the mouth. 3. The entering rate of fish school was 40% in net with 35cm length of the upper and funnel net in the mouth of fyke model net and 49% in conventional type fyke model net. 4. The escaping rate of fish school was 10% in net with 35cm length of the upper and funnel net in the mouth of fyke model net and 69% in conventional type fyke model net. 5. The remain rate of fish school was 90% in net with 35cm length of the upper and funnel net in the mouth of fyke model net and 31% in conventional type fyke model net.

      • 자동차차체 및 부품제조업 산업장의 작업환경실태에 관한 조사 연구

        Objectives: For the purpose of preparing the fundamental data and control the working environment and assessing the status of working environmental in manufacturing industry of bodies for motor car and of parts. Methods and Materials: Accessories for motor car and its engines the auther measured the noise level, concentration of dust, heavymetals, organic solvents, chemicals to 99 industries(24 working processes) form Feb. 2000 to Oec. 2000. Results: The results were as follows : 1. Mean noise level cutting, grinding, pressing, foundries and shot-blast was exceeded to threshold limit value(TLV) of noise. 2. Mean concentration of total dust was not exceeded to TLV. 3. Mean concentration of Mn in welding process and Pb in drying, welding, fabricating, rolling was exceeded to TLV. 4. Mean concentration for chemicals and organic solvents were not exceeded to TLV. 5. Mean concentration of dust and heavymetals were statistical significant difference between with local ventilation system and without local ventilation system. Conclusion: Above results, author suggest to prepare more passively control to working environment where exceeded the TLV.
