        Messick의 타당도 관점에서 무용만족 검사도구의 타당화: Rasch 모형 적용

        As a follow-up study of the study conducted by Jang Hye-Rim(2016), As for dance Satisfaction Testing Instrument, First, results show that questions two questions of validity based on the contents of test are considered inappropriate. Second, validity evidence based on the reality turned out to be appropriate. Third, this study confirmed that validity based on the internal structure has a sufficient condition. Fourth, as for the validity based on the generalization, this study also confirmed through analysis of differential function that there are questions functioning differentially according to the gender and grade

        Infrared multiple photon dissociation spectroscopy and density functional theory (DFT) studies of protonated permethylated β-cyclodextrin–water non-covalent complexes

        <P>We present infrared multiple photon dissociation (IRMPD) spectroscopy and quantum chemical calculation results for the protonated permethylated β-cyclodextrin (CD)–water non-covalent complex, the simplest β-CD non-covalent complex, in the gas-phase. The IRMPD spectrum in the region 2700–3750 cm<SUP>−1</SUP> consisted of three strong peaks at 3096, 3315, and 3490 cm<SUP>−1</SUP>. These spectral features in the experimental IRMPD spectrum were compared with a large set of infrared absorption spectra predicted using density functional theory (DFT) calculations for the protonated β-CD–water complex. Complex III (see Fig. 4c), in which the water molecule (at the primary rim) and the proton (at the secondary rim) were separated, was found to suitably reflect the main spectral characteristics found in the experimental IRMPD spectrum. The absence of the homodromic hydrogen bond ring, due to replacement of hydroxyl groups with methoxy groups in permethylated β-CD, rendered the primary rim open compared with the unmodified β-CD ‘one-gate-closed’ lowest energy conformer. This study demonstrates that IRMPD studies combined with DFT theoretical calculations can be a good method for studying molecular interactions of large host–guest pairs.</P> <P>Graphic Abstract</P><P>Water was found to interact with permethylated β-CD through multiple hydrogen bondings with methoxy groups of the rim. <IMG SRC='http://pubs.rsc.org/services/images/RSCpubs.ePlatform.Service.FreeContent.ImageService.svc/ImageService/image/GA?id=c3cp54841d'> </P>

        Because many centers jointly select the subject, multi-center clinical study can promptly recruit various patient groups into the research, thus being advantageous in terms of generalization. However, prospective clinical study has difficulties in implementation, because it takes a lot of efforts to trace a large scale of subjects. The purpose of this study is to develop a web database system suitable for multi-center prospective clinical study. This study has presented three basic strategies-accurate data input, easy data tracing, and real-time data verification-to supplement the demerits of prospective clinical study. The developed system has been applied in the clinical study proceeded by the study group for Respiratory failure which is affiliated to The Korean Academy of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases's Association for Research on Respiratory Failure and has been verified of its performance.

        내부 응력이 .06 taper Profile의 피로 파절에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluatie the reation between intentionally induced internal stress and cyclic fatigue failure of .06 taper ProFile. Materials and Methods: Length 25 mm, .06 taper ProFile (Dentsply Maillefer), and size 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 were used in this study. to give the internal stress, the rotary NiTi files were put into the .02 taper, Endo-Training Bloc (Dentsply Maillefer) until auto-stop by torque controlled motor. Rotary NiTi files were grouped by the number of induced internal stress and randomly distributed among one control group and three experimental groups (n = 10, Stress 0 [control], Stress 1, Stress 2 and Stress 3). For cyclic fatigue measurement, time for separation of the rotary NiTi files was recorded. the fractured surfaces were observed by field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM, SU-70, Hitachi). The tiem for separation was statistically analyzed using two-way ANOVA and post-hoc Scheffe test at 95% level. Results: In .06 taper ProFile size 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40, there were statistically significant difference on time for separation between control group and the other groups (p < 0.05). Conclustion: In the limitation of this study, cyclic fatigue failure of .06 taper ProFile is influenced by internal stress accumulated in the files. (Restor Dent Endod 2012;37(2):79-83)

        Patients with type 2 diabetes have a two-to three-times greater risk of developing car-diovascular disease than people without diabetes, and the mortality rate from cardiovascular disease is also reported to increase. The reason why cardiovascular disease is more common in type 2 diabetic patients is not only that cardiovascular risk factors are more common than non-diabetic patients, but also that diabetes itself is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Since rosiglitazone. which was introduced as a treatment for type 2 diabetes in 2000, has been argued to increase cardiovascular disease sluch as myocardial infarction. there were clinical trials of cardiovascular safety of it such as DREAM. ADOPT and RECORD. As a result. rosiglitazone has been banned due to the risk of cardiovascular disease. The US FDA and other regulatory agencies have required clinical trials for type 2 diabetes treatments afterward. 1n this study. it is reviewed that recently developed SGL T2 inhibitors has cardiovascular benefits as a novel mechanism of type 2 diabetes treatment. SGL T2 inhibitors inhibit the renal sodium glucose co-transporter(SGLT2), thereby reducing glucose reabsorption and increasing excretion of it. and consequently lowering blood glucose levels. Recent papers on ongoing cardiovascular-related clinical trials of SGL T2 in-hibitors such as CANVAS. CANVAS-R. CREDENCE of canagliflozin, DECLARE-TIMI 58 of dapagliflozin. and EMPA -REG outcomes of empagliflozin were examined thoroughly as well.

      • 대학생의 수면양상과 수면장애요인에 관한 연구

        The results of this Study are as follows:33.6% of all participants have insomnia; 22.5% of those who have insomnia are DIS(difficulty in initiating sleep), 17.3% are DMS(difficulty returning to sleep once awakened) and 7.0% awakened too early. 3 4.8% experience sleepiness during daytime. Type 1, experiencing insomnia and sleepi ness during daytime together, is 12.0%, Type 2, with insomnia only, is 21.6%, Type 3, with sleepiness during daytime only, is 22.8% and 43.5% experience no sleeping disturbances. After studying only those with 3 types of sleeping disturbances, it is found that the most common cause of such disturbance is stress 88.4%, anxiety 56.0%, no apparent reason 33.8%, anxiety/fear/terror 29.3%, hurry 23.6%, alcohol/caffeine 16.9%, bedroom tem perature 11.1%, urination during nighttime and persons living together 10.7%, noise from inside 8.9%, illumination 8.0%, and pain/itch 5.8%. The one group revealed significant differences in residential environment(p=0.003). Sex, age, education level, medicine, monthly earning revealed no meaningful differences. Of sleeping behavior, mean duration of sleep latency(p=0.000), whether or not feeling freshness(p=0.000), whether taking enough sleep(p=0.029), whether taking regular sleep(p=0.005) showed significant differences depending on whether or not having insomnia, and mean duration of sleep time, time to sleep, time of rising, whether taking naps did not reveal significant differences. Of sleep behavior, time to sleep(p=0.000), whether taking naps(p=0.000), indicated significant differences. Of sleeping behavior, mean duration of sleep latency(p=0.000), whether or not feeling freshness(p=0.000), and whether taking enough sleep(p=0.000), time of going to bed (p=0.002), whether or not taking nap(p=0.000), whether or not taking regular sleep(p=0.010) indicated significant differences among the sleeping disturbance types.

        치과용 아말감의 압축 및 인장강도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the compressive and tensile strength of representative five commercially available dental amalgams (DA, HA, HV, UT and HA-21) used in Korea. The specimens were prepared in 4.0 ×8.0 mm. stainless steel cylindrical molds and the prepared specimens were stored in 37 ±1℃ and 100% relative humidity conditions. The compressive and tensile strength tests were determined in the Instron Universal Testing Instruments and the compressive measurements were made at the end of one-hour, using a cross-head speed of 0.25mm/min, and the tensile strength measurements were made at 15 minutes, 1 hour, 24 hours and 7 days, using a cross-head speed of 0.05 mm/min. These tests were performed by the methods of KDA specification No. 4, ISO specification No. 1549, and ANSI/ADA specification No. 1. The results obtained in this study were as follows: 1. The results show that the compressive strength at one-hour of the high-copper amalgams (HA-21) was higher than that of the others, and the conventional HA, HV, and UT amalgams considerable no difference according to the products. 2. The diametral tensile strength of the conventional amalgams were considerably higher than the high-copper amalgams, the initial tensile strength at 15 minutes were increased in HA and HA-21 amalgams, and the final tensile strength of DA and HA amalgams were higher than that of the others.

        비대면 학습 환경에서 A대학 온라인 실천공동체 프로그램이 자기주도학습역량에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 코로나19로 인한 비대면 학습 환경에서 대학생의 자기주도학습역량 향상을 지원하기 위해 운영된 온라인 실천공동체 프로그램의 효과를 탐색하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 2020학년도 2학기 A대학에서 6주 간 진행된 온라인 실천공동체 프로그램에 대해 혼합설계연구방법을 적용하여 프로그램이 학생들의 자기주도학습역량에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 먼저, 자기주도학습역량의 변화를 확인하기 위해 자기주도학습역량 사전-사후 검사에 참여한 28명의 응답결과를 대응표본 t -검정을 통해 분석하였으며, 프로그램에 참여한 학생 9명을 대상으로 면담을 실시하고 최종보고서 자료 등을 활용하여 프로그램 효과에 대한 참여 학생들의 경험과 인식을 질적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 프로그램 참여 학생들의 자기주도학습역량에 있어 유의한 향상을 확인하였다. 둘째, 학생들은 실천공동체에서 자기인식과 성찰을 통해 긍정적 학습 행동을 지속하고, 비대면 상황의 새로운 교육적 관계에서 학습동력을 얻으며, 효능감과 성실성 향상을 토대로 참여와 몰입 경험 확대를 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 팬데믹으로 인한 비대면 학습 환경에서 학습자들의 자기주도학습역량을 함양할 수 있는 실천공동체 효과를 종합적으로 파악함으로써 포스트코로나 시대 대학생 지원 프로그램의 기초자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study was to explore the effectiveness of the online Communities of Practice (CoP) to support the improvement of university students’ self-directed learning competency in online learning environments due to COVID-19. To achieve these research objectives, the online CoP program was operated for six weeks at A University in South Korea during the second semester of 2020. Based on the mixed method research method, 28 students participated in the pre-post test for self-directed learning competency and a matched pair t-test was conducted to identify quantitative changes in self-directed learning competency. Also, nine students who participated in the program were interviewed for qualitative analysis and other qualitative data such as final reports were analyzed. The results of the study are as follows. First, the self-directed learning competency showed statistically significant improvement at the end of the program. Second, students continued to display positive learning behaviors through self-awareness and reflection in the CoP, gained momentum for learning from new educational relationships in online learning environments, and experienced increased participation and engagement based on improved selfefficacy and sincerity. This study is significant in that it provides basic data on programs that can support university students by closely analyzing the effects of CoP that can foster learners’ self-directed learning competency in online learning environments due to COVID-19.
