        초등교사의 열정에 대한 인식: 의미연결망 분석의 활용

        본 연구에서는 초등교사가 가지고 있는 열정에 대한 인식구조를 파악하기 위해 현직 초등교사 131명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다, 연구에서는 열정, 열정의 장단점, 교사열정에 대한 인식구조를 알아보기 위해 의미연결망 분석을 활용하여 근접 중심성, 연결중심성, 매개중심성, 아이겐벡터 중심성을 위주로 살펴보았다. 연구결과 첫째, 열정에서는 ‘힘’,‘강렬’과 같은 높은 강도나 에너지를 나타내는 단어들이 중요한 역할을 하였으며 커뮤니티 분석 결과 열정의 행동, 정서, 동기 특성에 대한 주제가 분류되었다. 둘째, 열정의 장점에서는 ‘삶’,‘원동력’,‘에너지’등이, 열정의 단점에서는 ‘타인’,‘피로’,‘살피지 못함’등이 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 보아 기존 이론에 나타난 열정의 특성을 설명하고 있었다. 셋째, 교사열정에서는 ‘학생’,‘수업’과 같은 교수활동의 실천을 나타내는 단어들이 중요한 역할을 하였으며 커뮤니티 분석 결과 교육활동 전반, 학생과 수업, 전문성 개발에 대한 주제가 분류되었다. The purpose of this study was to explore the meaning of passion perceived by elementary school teachers. In order to understand the structure of perception of passion, we surveyed 131 in-service elementary school teachers. Responses to passion, the positive and negative role of passion, and teacher passion were analyzed using a semantic network analysis. We focused on closeness centrality, degree centrality, betweenness centrality and eigenvector centrality. Results showed that first, in passion, words indicating high strength and energy such as‘power’and‘intensity’played an important role in the structure of perception. Themes on behavioral, emotional, and motivational characteristics of passion were classified as sub-factors of passion as a result of community analysis. Secondly,‘life’,‘motivation’, and‘energy’appeared in key-word analysis in the positive role of passion while‘others’,‘fatigue’, and‘not caring for’appeared in the negative role of passion, reflecting the theory on the dualistic model of harmonious and obsessive passion. Third, in teacher passion, words indicating teaching activities and their practices such as‘student’and‘instruction’played an important role in the structure of perception. Themes related to educational activities in general, students and instruction, and professional development were classified as sub-factors of teacher passion.

        잇솔질 압력에 따른 잇솔강모의 탄력손실도 측정

        To investigate the elasticity loss of toothbrush according to the strength of pressure. the shape of brushing plane and the duration of use, thirty toothbrushes of five models were used for this examination among the toothbrushes for adults which have been marketed in the Republic of Korea. After 200g/㎠. 300g/㎠, or 400g/㎠ for 1, 2 or 3 month were loaded on toothbrushes, in rolling method the effect of the duration and strength of pressure and the change of the shape of brushing plane on the elasticity loss of toothbrushes was determined using Toothbrush Stroke Testen(CHUMDAN SYSTEM, Korea). The results are as follows; 1. The elasticity loss of toothbrushes according to 200, 300, or 400g/㎠ pressure was 11.11%, 25.21%, 30.84%, respectively. The elasticity loss of toothbrushes was increased with increasing the strength of the pressure (p<0.001) 2. The elasticity loss of the toothbrushes according to 1, 2, or 3months of the duration of use was in 15.60%, 22.09%, 29.47%, respectively. The elasticity loss of the toothbrushes was increased with increasing the duration of the pressure(p<0.001). 3. The elasticity loss of toothbrushes of convex plane according to 1, 2 or 3 month of the durate of use was 10.36% 18.29% and 24.20% respectively, that of toothbrushes of flat brushing plane according to 1, 2 or 3 months of the duration was 20.08%. 25.87% and 34.74%. respectively. The elasticity loss of the toothbrushes or flat brushing plane was higer than that of convex brushing plane(p<0.05). These results show that the property of the KS is optimal according to the pressure of toothbrushing, the shape of toothbrushos and the duration of toothbrushes using must be checked, and the further studies are needed about that.

        ICT를 활용한 지리과 PBL수업 모형의 개발 및 적용

        본 논문은 ICT를 활용하여 구성주의 학습모형 중 하나인 PBL(Ploblem-Based Learning : PBL) 모형을 학교 현장 지리과 수업에 활용할 수 있도록 8 단계로 구성된 모형으로 개발하고, 이를 현장에 적용하기 위하여 고등학교 1학년 사회 교과의 한 단원을 연구자가 개발한 ICT를 활용한 PBL 학습 모형으로 재구성하여, 실험 수업을 실시한 후 지리 교과에 대한 흥미도, ICT활용 수업에 대한 흥미도, 협동 학습에 대한 흥미도의 변화를 알아보고, 이러한 수업 방식에 대한 학생들의 다양한 반응을 분석해봄으로써 학교 현장에서의 교육 방법 개선에 대한 가능성과 그 효과를 파악하고자 하였다. This study is aiming to find out the improvement and effectiveness of geography instruction in the school through the PBL(Ploblem-Based Learning) model, which is one of constructionism models, using ICT. This study has developed through 3 steps as follows. First, the researcher developed the new PBL model of 8 steps, which can be applicable in the class of geography. Secondly, the researcher applied the model to test class in 1st grade of high school after reconstruction some unit of geography to the new model with ICT, before applying it to geography class practically. Finally, researcher tired to find out the change and reactions of students, such as the likeability of geography, the interest of the class using ICT, and the interest of cooperative learning, after studying by the new instructions.

      • 초등 과학에서 STS 주제에 대한 수행 평가 도구의 개발과 적용

        In this study, we developed an elementary science performance assessment tool on STS theme and applied it in science instruction. It is constituted with performance task, students' response format, scoring system, and it has various objective domains such as science knowledge applying, ICT using, communicating, reflective thinking. It offers teachers a tool by which they can assess students' abilities on a whole. The task is made with the motivation evoked content, that is "no smoking". It is constructed an the activity of writing a Letter to father not to smoke. The students' response format is made by problem solving process, and the scoring system is matched with the steps of students' response. As according to the results of applying it, there were statistically significant improvement for overall several science process skills, for aspect of the understanding of science knowledge, and many students were aware of it positively as well.

      • Improved Micropropagation of Root Chicory, Cichorium intybus L. var. sativus.

        The establishment of an efficient protocol for plant regeneration and micropropagation from leaf explant cultures of Chicory, Cichorium intybus L. var. sativus. is reported. Callus formation rate appeared 100% from explant in all growth regulators, but calli formed in the prensence of naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) were appeared very compact and non-embryogenic state. The regenerated shoots were obtained from leaf explant cultures on solid MS medium containing different concentrations of cytokinins and auxin. The highest number of shoots (5.7) per explant and shoot growth (2.8cm) was obtained on MS medium containing 0.1 mg BAP L^-1 and 0.1 mg NAA L^-1. Indole acetic acid was the most suitable auxin for root formation among three auxins tested. 2,4-D had no effect on shoot and root formation.

      • 생물 야외 탐구 학습을 통한 초등 예비교사의 생물 교수 효능감의 변화

        In this research we took a lesson of the biology outdoor inquiry with preservice elementary teachers and investigated the science and biology teaching efficacy belief of theirs and analyzed it comparing with pre and post-lesson efficacy beliefs, their detailed major in university, their departments in high school, taking a course of applied biology Ⅱ in high school. The following results were obtained. First, preservice elementary teachers' science and biology teaching efficacy belief was changed positively after the lesson of the biology outdoor inquiry. Second, preservice elementary teachers' detailed major in university wasn't related with their science teaching efficacy belief of pre and post-lesson significantly in statistics, but related with their biology teaching efficacy belief of post-lesson significantly in statistics. Third, preservice elementary teachers' departments of high school wasn't related with their science and biology teaching efficacy belief. Fourth, taking a course of applied biology Ⅱ in high school wasn't related with science teaching efficacy belief, but related with biology teaching efficacy belief of pre-lesson significantly in statistics. However, That wasn't related with biology one of post-lesson significantly in statistics. That is, who haven't taken a course of applied biology Ⅱ in high school had not biology teaching efficacy belief before the lesson of the biology outdoor inquiry, but acquired much biology teaching efficacy belief after the lesson.

        대형경유차 저공해기술 적용에 따른 나노입자 배출특성

        Diesel engines which emit a lot of PM and NOx have been known as a main air polluter. Especially, diesel particulate matters (DPM) including black smoke are hazardous air pollutants to human health and environment. The nations retaining advanced engine technologies have reinforced emission regulations. To meet these regulations diesel engine manufacturers have developed low-emission diesel engines, aftertreatment equipments, alternative fuel technologies and so on. In this study, particle number concentrations characteristics according to particle size and engine driving conditions were analyzed when these low-emission technologies were applied. There was a tendency of increasing particle number concentrations from heavy-duty diesel engines with increasing engine rpm and load rate. In the cases of CDPF (Catalytic Diesel Particulate Filter), CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) engine and ULSD (Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel) more than 99% of particle number concentration were removed.

        RAW 264.7 세포에 대한 중국산 천연 광물성 섬유 TAFMAG의 독성효과

        Objectives : This study was designed to evaluate cytotoxicity of TAFMAG, which is a trade name of natural mineral fiber mined and produced in China. Methods : The cytotoxicity of TAFMAG was evaluated by measuring iron content, lipid peroxidation, erythrocyte hemolysis, and cytotoxicity in vitro. These results were compared with the data of chrystotile and wollastonite as a positive and negative control, respectively. Results : There was significant increase of Fenton activity in TAFMAG and chrysotile with dose-response pattern. The iron chelating agent, desferrioxamine, significantly decreased Fenton activity of the particulates except wollastonite. TAFMAG and chrysotile fibers significantly increased malondialdehyde concentration from lipid peroxidation of the red blood cell membrane. In erythrocyte hemolysis test, TAFMAG & chrysotile had stronger effect on erythrocyte hemolysis than wollastonite with the concentration of 1,000g/ml. Furthermore, TAFMAG was more hemolytic than chrysotile with the concentration of 5,000g/ml. There was a significant cytotoxic effect in TAFMAG and chrysotile on RAW cell compared with wollastonite. Conclusions : In vitro study suggested that TAFMAG may have a similar health hazard as usual asbestos.

      • All-Trans Retinoic Acid에 의한 HL-60 세포 분화유도중 H2B Histone, c-Myc 및 DNA Topoisomerase I 발현에 관한 연구

        Effects of all-trans retinoic acid(retinoic acid) on DNA replication, H2B histone and DNA topoisopmerase I(Topo I) gene expression have been investigated in human promyelocytic leukemia cell line HL-60. DNA synthesis decreased at 24 hours after exposure of retinoic acid in the HL-60 cells. H2B histone mRNA rapidly reduced at 48 hours and Topo I and c-myc mRNA at 24 hours in retinoic acid-exposured HL-60 cells, respectively. The levels of c-myc, H2B histone and Topo I gene expression were reduced in proportion to the concentration of retinoic acid. The H2B histone mRNA in retinoic acid-exposured cells was elevated by cycloheximide treatment, while the level of Topo I mRNA was constant. These results suggest that regulations of H2B histone, c-myc and Topo I gene expression are different from one another, and repression of Topo I gene is closely correlated with c-myc gene during retinoic acid-induced differentiation of HL-60 cells.
