AFO형 탄력밴드가 뇌졸중 환자의 장애물 넘기 보행에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to research the effect of an ankle foot orthosis (AFO)-shaped elastic band on gait over obstacles in stroke patients. This study was conducted on 10 patients with stroke to be recruited voluntarily. They were performed to walk from 1m before to 1m after GAITRite System. They were compared with and without the AFO-shaped elastic band in temporal and spatial aspects of 5cm obstacle. Participants wearing the AFO-shaped elastic band was significantly increased cadence and decreased step length differential between affected and less-affected sides compared to them without it. The heel to heel (H-H) base support was significantly increased in the less-affected side with the AFO-shaped elastic band compared to them without it. We suggest that the AFO-shaped elastic band was contributed to gait over obstacles in safe and improve the asymmetry between the affected and less-affected sides. However, it needs to be further studies of kinematic data and muscle activation in gait over obstacles using the AFO-shaped elastic band.

Twin to twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) is one of the major complication of monochorionic twin pregnancy which is mainly understood by placental vascular anastomosis. Perinatal mortality and morbidity is high as 80-100% if untreated and even higher if the disease is developed at early stage. Variety of methods of isolating or intercepting placental vascular anastomosis are introduced, but they are only available in centers where all the required equipments are prepared. We report here a case of TTTS complicated with severe polyhydroamnios during the second trimester. The blood supply to donor twin was interrupted successfully at 19+2 weeks of gestation by minimally invasive radio-frequency cord ablation, under ultrasound guidance. The normal recipient twin was delivered successfully at 35 weeks of gestation and had no eventful neonatal course.

직무자율성이 직무열의 및 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 : 개인수준의 팀 성과압박에 조절효과를 중심으로

Organizational members are showing a higher level of work engagement in a rapidly changing business environment. They also perform their job in a new and creative ways. According to this point, this research demonstrated the positive effectiveness of job autonomy as a antecedent of work engagement and Innovative Behavior that can improve the two variables. In addition, we consider that it is worth to verify that perceived team performance pressure negatively moderated the relationship between job autonomy and both work engagement and Innovative Behavior. In order to demonstrate hypotheses, we focused a total of 485 employees from 10 organizations in South Korea and conducted a longitudinal study. To prevent common method bias, the survey was conducted in two waves and designed to recruit participants from multiple organizations. The results are showed as follows. First, job autonomy was positively related to work engagement. Second, job autonomy was positively related to Innovative Behavior. Third, perceived team performance pressure negatively moderated the relationship between job autonomy and work engagement. Fourth, perceived team performance pressure negatively moderated the relationship between job autonomy and Innovative Behavior. Regarding the contribution points of this research, it can be seen as the first study to examine the moderating role of perceived team performance pressure in the relationship between job autonomy and both work engagement and Innovative Behavior. According to the results, it provided the theoretical and practical implications. Furthermore, the limitation and direction of future research were discussed. 급변하는 경영환경 속에서 구성원들은 이전보다 더욱 높은 수준으로 직무열의를 보이며, 새롭고 창의적인 방식으로 직무를 수행해 나가야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 직무열의와 혁신행동을 유발시킬 수 있는 선행요인으로서 직무자율성의 긍정적인 효과성을 탐구하였다. 나아가, 직무자율성이 직무열의 및 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 간에 팀 내에서 구성원이 인지하는 성과압박이 부(-)적 조절효과가 있을 것으로 예측하고 이를 탐구하였다. 실증을 위하여 국내 기업 재직자 485명을 대상으로 2회에 걸쳐 설문조사를 실시하는 종단연구를 진행하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무자율성은 구성원의 직무열의에 정(+)의 관계가 있었다. 둘째, 직무자율성은 구성원의 혁신행동에 정(+)의 관계가 있었다. 셋째, 개인이 인지하는 소속 팀 내 성과압박은 직무자율성과 직무열의 간에 부(-)적 조절효과가 있었다. 마지막으로 개인이 인지하는 소속 팀 내 성과압박은 직무자율성과 혁신행동 간에 부(-)적 조절효과가 있었다. 이와 같은 내용으로 제시한 4가지의 가설은 모두 지지되었다. 본 연구는 팀 내에서 인식한 구성원의 성과압박이 그들의 직무자율성과 직무열의 및 혁신행동 간의 관계를 고찰한 최초의 연구이며, 연구결과를 바탕으로 결론에서는 이론적, 실무적 시사점과 함께 향후 연구과제 및 한계점을 제시하였다.

GIS기법을 이용한 다도해국립공원의 수달 서식가능지 분석과 지역개발 정책에 관하여

Hongdo and Huksando belong to the Dadohae national park parks in Korea and are famous sightseeing spots in Shinahn-gun. One of the keystone species in this area is otter (Lutra lutra). We accomplished field works for finding its present habitat and condition analyses for the potential habitat in the area via spatial analyses with digital elevation model and satellite imagery. Isolated condition with coastal cliffs was one of the superior conditions over habitat in the main land, but the road kills of small animals were also observed. Three underground eco-corridors were suggested for the protection of otter habitat in the Shinahn-gun area. Regional development strategies of Shinahn-gun should be focused on the protection of safe and pristine habitat for otter population. 홍도와 흑산도는 다도해해상국립공원과 신안군의 주요 관광지이다. 이들 지역에서 생태계에서 상위계층인 수달의 서식지 조건을 현지조사, 공간분석을 통하여 잠재적 서식처를 도출하였으며, 해안지역에 지하 eco-corridor의 설치를 제언하였다. 지리정보시스템의 분석기능과 위성사진을 이용한 식생 및 서식 조건 분석, 실제 야외조사와 탐문을 통한 조사를 수행하였다. 해식애와 격리된 지형조건과 수문조건을 포함하여 도로로 인한 이동통로의 단절 등의 문제가 관찰되었다. 바다에 의한 격리조건으로 육지의 수달서식처보다 안전성 면에서 우위적 위치를 점할 수 있으므로 세부적인 서식처 보호를 기반으로 한 지역개발정책은 도서로 구성된 신안군의 차별화된 전략으로 추진될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

성(sexual)적 상호작용은 조직에 해가 될까? 조직 내 사회적 매력행동의 호의적 인식측정을 위한 사회적 매력행동의 구성개념 소개 및 타당성 검증

조직 내에서 구성원들은 많은 사람들과 다양한 상호작용을 경험하게 된다. 남성과 여성이 공존하는 조직 내에서 성(sexual)과 관련된 행동들은 긍정적일수도 있고 부정적일 수도 있다. 하지만, 긍정적 상호작용에 대한 연구는 거의 전무하며, 대부분 조직 내 성과 관련된 행동에 대한 연구는 성희롱이라는 부정적 영향에 대한 탐구가 주를 이루고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 대한민국 조직 내에서 성과 관련된 긍정적 상호작용에 관한 행동에 대하여 ‘사회적 매력행동’이라는 소개하며 나아가 척도를 개발하고 타당화 하고자 한다. 첫 번째 척도 개발 단계에서, 사회적 매력행동을 측정하기 위해 이미 해외에서 개발, 검증된 척도를 검토해 한국어로 번안하고 전문가 그룹의 검증을 통해 내용타당도를 검증했다. 두 번째 척도 타당화 단계에서, 다양한 업종에서 근무하는 국내 직장인 212명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 개발한 한국어판 사회적 매력행동 척도의 신뢰도와 다양한 타당도를 검증했다. 먼저 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 측정문항의 Cronbach α값을 확인했다. 다음으로 구성타당도를 검증하기 위해 탐색적·확인적 요인분석을 실시했다. 그리고 판별타당도를 검증하기 위해 사회적 매력행동과 대치되는 성희롱에 대하여 확인적 요인분석 및 ² 차이검증을 실시했다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 한국어판 사회적 매력행동은 한국에서 성과 관련된 긍정적 상호작용이라는 사회적 매력행동을 측정하고 연구하는데 적합한 척도로 나타났다. 한국어판 사회적 매력행동의 개발, 타당화를 통해 한국에서 성과 관련된 긍정적 상호작용 연구를 수행할 수 있는 토대가 마련되었다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있다.
