        비유피-4 정(염산프로피베린 20㎎)에 대한 건일염산프로피베린 정의 생물학적동등성

        The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two propiverine hydrochloride tablets. BUP-4 (Jeil Pharm. Co., Ltd.) and Kuhnil Propiverine Hydrochloride (Kuhnil Pharm. Co., Ltd.), according to the guidelines of the Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). The propiverine release from the two propiverine hydrochloride formulations in vitro was tested using KP Ⅷ Apparatus Ⅱ method with a variety of dissolution media (pH 1.2, 4.0, 6.8 buffer solutions, water and blend of polysorbate 80 into pH 6.8). Twenty six healthy male subjects, 23.73 ± 2.79 years in age and 67.04 ± 7.93 kg in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized 2 x 2 cross-over study was employed. After one tablet containing 20 mg as propiverine hydrochloride was orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentrations of propiverine in serum were determined using HPLC method with UV detector. The dis-solution profiles of two formulations were similar at all dissolution media. Besides, the pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC" C _(max) and T _(max) were calculated and ANOVA test was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters using logarithmically transformed AUC, C_(max), and untransformed T_(max). The results showed that the differences between two formulations based on the BUP-4 were 0.17%, 7.98% and 4.55% for AUC,, C_(max), and respectively. There were no sequence effects between two formulations in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals using logarithmically trans-formed data were within the acceptance range of log(0.8) to log(1.25) (e.g., log(0.88)-log(l .12) and log(0.90)-log(l.15) for AUC, and _(max), respectively). Thus, the criteria of the KFDA bioequivalence guideline were satisfied, indicating Kuhnil Propiverine Hydrochloride tablet was bioequivalent to BUP-4 tablet.

        시클러 캡슐(세파클러 250㎎)에 대한 경보세파클러 캡슐의 생물학적동등성

        The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two cefaclor capsules, Ceclor (Lilly Korea Co., Ltd.) and Kyongbocefaclor (Kyongbo Pharm. Co., Ltd.), according to the guidelines of the Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). The release of cefaclor from the two cefaclor formulations in vitro was tested using KP VIII Apparatus II method with various dissolution media (pH 1.2. 4.0. 6.8 buffer solution and water). Twenty four healthy male subjects. 22.96±1.52 years in age and 67.03±7.90 kg in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized 2x2 cross-over study was employed. After one capsule containing 250 mg of cefaclor was orally administered, blood was taken at pre-determined time intervals and the concentrations of cefaclor in serum were determined using HPLC method with UV detector. The dissolution profiles of two formulations were similar at all dissolution media. In addition. the pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC_(t), C_(max) and T _(max) were calculated and ANOVA test was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters using logarithmically transformed AUC_(t). C_(max) and untransformed Tmaa. The results showed that the differences between two formulations based on the reference drug, Ceclor. were -1.90%, 2.68% and -7.60% for AUCt, C_(max) and T_(max), respectively. There were no sequence effects between two formulations in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals using logarithmically transformed data were within the acceptance range of log 0.8 to log 1.25 (e.g., log 0.91-log 1.06 and log 0.92-log 1.18 for AU', and C_(max), respectively). Thus. the criteria of the KFDA bioequivalence guideline were satisfied, indicating Kyongbocefaclor capsule was bioequivalent to Ceclor capsule.

      • Perturbed Hard Sphere 모델을 이용한 순수물질의 열학적 성질 계산

        단순 perturbed hard-sphere 상태방정식을 사용하여 순수 유체의 열역학적 성질을 계산하였다. 계산에서는 각각 2개 또는 4개의 매개변수를 갖고 있는 방정식들을 사용하였고, 실험으로 구한 자료들과 비교해본 결과 4개의 매개변수를 갖고있는 방정식이 2개의 매개변수를 갖고있는 방정식에 비하여 실험결과와 잘 일치함을 보여주고 있다. 이는 실제 유체의 ?와 ?가 온도의 함수이기 때문이다. 그러나, 어떤 온도 영역에서는 2개의 매개변수를 갖고있는 모델이 실험 결과와 상당히 잘 일치하고, 유체의 유용한 열역학적 성질들을 큰 오차없이 효과적으로 계산할 수 있도록 해주기 때문에 유체의 열역학적 성질들의 빠른 예측이 필요한 실제 화학공정에서 다양한 용매들의 열역학적 성질의 예측에 사용될 수 있음을 알았다. We have calculated thermodynamic properties of pure fluids of using a simple perturbed hard-sphere equation of state (the Carnahan-Starling-van der Waals equation, denoted CS-vdW). In this calculation, we have used both 2 parameter equation and 4 parameter equation. It has been observed that 4 parameter model has shown better agreement with experimental results than 2 parameter model. It is because ? and ? of real fluids mildly depends on temperature. Since, however, 2 parameter model also has shown considerably good agreement with experimental results within certain temperature range and has effectively calculated useful thermodynamic properties of fluids, it may have been used to estimate thermodynamic properties of various solvent molecules in real chemical processes.

        This paper presents a dedicated general-purpose FPGA board on which a digital system is implemented without additional hardware efforts. The board provides several I/O interfaces which consist of LED block. 7-segment block, LCD block. memory block and input switch block. The maximum number of logic gate to be implemented on the board is 10,000 gates. Also. PC interface block and serial communication block which are used to communicate with external devices are incorporated onto the board. By implementing a Viterbi decoder for decoding a convolutional code with rate 1/2 and constraint length 3 on the board. we show that the board can be utilized in practical applications.

        리스페달 정(리스페리돈 2㎎)에 대한 리스펜 정의 생물학적 동등성

        The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two risperidone tablets, Risperdal (Janssen Korea Co., Ltd) and Rispen (Myung In Pharm. Co., Ltd), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). The risperione release from the two risperidone formulations in vitro was tested using KP Ⅷ Apparatus Ⅱ method with various of dissolution media (pH 1.2, 4.0, 6.8 butter solution and water). Twenty four healthy male subjects, 23.33±2.10 years in age and 69.24±8.05 kg in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 crossover study was employed. After one tablet containing 2 ㎎ as risperidone was orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentration of risperidone in serum were determined using HPLC method with UV detector. The dissolution profiles of two formulations were similar at all dissolution media. Besides, the pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC_(t), C_(max) were calculated and ANOVA test was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters using logarithmically transformed AUC_(t), C_(max) and untransformed T_(max). The results showed that the differences between two formulations based on the Risperdal were 0.20, -1.29 and -11.09% for AUC_(t), C_(max) and T_(max), respectively. There were no sequence effects between two formulations in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals using logarithmically transformed data were within the acceptance range of log(0.8) to log(1.25) (e.g., log(0.90)∼log(1.03) and log(0.84)∼log(1.09) for AUC_(t) and C_(max), respectively). Thus, the criteria of the KFDA guideline for the bioequivalence were satisfied, indicating Rispen tablet and Risperdal tablet were bioequivalent.

        The flaws detected at the steam generator tube of the Nuclear Power Plant are the wear indications by anti-vibration bars and circumferential cracks at the top of the tubesheet. It is easy to detect and size wear indications. Also the wear indications are commonly found at the steam generator tubes. However, the steam generator tube which includes crack indication is plugged because it is very difficult to predict the growth rate and the sizing error is high. The motorized rotating pancake coil has been used for the detection of circumferential crack since it is not possible to detect using the conventional bobbin probe. This paper describes the characteristics for the circumferential crack at the steam generator tubes of the Korean Standard Nuclear Power Plants.

        Electrolytic treatment of dyeing wastewater by CHLORINECELL The objective this study was to investigate the feasibility for electrolytic treatment of dyeing wastewater. The experimental results are summarized as follows. 1. In case of the electrolytic treatment for dyeing raw wastewater at current density of 1.82A/㎠ and 15 minutes electrolysis duration, It was found that the COD removal efficiency and color were 31% and 280, respectively. 2. In case of the electrolytic treatment for NaCl added with dyeing raw wastewater at current density of 1.82A/㎠ and 15 minutes electrolysis duration, It was found that the COD removal efficiency and color were 59% and 230, respectively.

      • 自然科 學習資料 運營의 實態調査 : Centering around the primary school in Choong Buk Province

        The science teaching materials in primary schools are very important to stimulate the curiosity of the children, and to advance their science inquiring process, and especially to educate effectively the children who are in the stage of concrete operations. This thesis is an analysis of the research on the actual state of administration of the science teaching materials in primary schools in Choong Buk Province. According to the analysis, the administration of the science curriculum is found difficult, that is, only 32% of the required materials had been prepared a very poor ratio. In addition, the difference of the preparations between city and rural schools is very significant is, 39% in city and 25% in rural. Between the city and rural schools, the correlation coefficient of the order difference(Spearman's ρ) is 0.49%. (the order is determined according to the great ratio of each prepared material to required). Therefore, We can tell that there is no great difference of the order according to the territory. We know that the preparation of new science teaching materials for use in the classroom is at a lower rate than the preparation of other teaching materials, whereas, the preparation is going to large in its degree according to their use, year by year. It appeared that most schools do not consider not only the using frequencies of the teaching materials, but also the needed amount of materials in a class. When retraining coursework opens, We will instruct the primary schoolteachers in the importance of the science teaching materials and in the differentiation of their usage. Lastly, the school administration should be assisted financially for the least quantity of materials necessary, and studied further for the methods of effective use.

      • 개에서 발생한 수컷 가성 반음양 1례

        In this report, we present a case of the male pseudohermaphrodite in a beagle dog. The animal was subjected for examination due to enlargement of clitoris that was shown as reddish finger-like structure protruding from the vulva. Visual examination of the internal genitalia revealed that the animal possessed both testes and uterus. Based on the findings of physical examination and exploratory laparotomy, it was tentatively diagnosed as male pseudohermaphrodite. Internal genitalia and enlarged clitoris were removed for the prevention of pyometra and Sertoli cell tumor.

        복어중독에 의한 가사 상태에서 소생한 1예

        Tetrodotoxin is a neurotoxin produced by about 90 species of puffer fish and causes paralysis of central nervous system and peripheral nerves by blocking the movement of all monovalent cation. Ingestion of tetrodotoxin produces clinical manifestations such as paresthesias(within 10-45 min), vomiting, lightheadedness, salivation, muscle twitching, dysphagia, difficulty in speaking, convulsion and death that expressed by cardiopulmonary arrest with loss of brain stem reflex sometimes. Tetrodotoxin prevents or delays ischemia induced neuronal death by way of following 3 mechanisms. Firstly, it reduces the energy demand of the brain tissues. Secondly, it delays or even prevents anoxic depolarization. Finally, it deminishes ischemia induced cell swelling and cerebral edema. We report a case of puffer fish poisoning which presented with cardiopulmonary arrest and loss of brain stem reflex, but completely recovered by aggressive cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
