        비영리조직 리더십을 통한 디아코니아 실천과 선교

        With the assumption that Christian mission should be a holistic mission that includes responsible society and with a consideration that Diakonia should be re-recognized as the original mission of the church for the holistic mission, the aim of the present thesis is to explore a directionality as a means of implementing the social service for a ministry of the proper mission through leadership. In this research, an attempt was made first to review how Diakonia has been implemented as the mission of the church in history and examine the linkage between Diakonia and the mission, and its relation to social welfare through a bibliographical study. Lastly, an analysis of leadership in nonprofit organization was carried out to apply the findings to the leadership in a Christian social welfare institution that is to realize the Diakonia. In the harmony of Kerygma that is the basic mission of the church, Koinonia of love within Christ, and Diakonia, the Diakonia should be so constituted with the mission rather than just restricted activity area of the church and should also be properly defined. As such, Diakonia cannot be thought of separately from mission, which is befitting for the ministry of the present Korean church and social mission. As for social service itself, Korean Christian church has regarded it as one of the important missions of the church but acknowledging at the same that the past record cannot be regarded as satisfactory, thereby suggesting the importance and the necessity of forming Diakonia through an institution. If this can be implemented, it is expected that it will bestow a proper view of faith for Christians by forming proper Diakonia through a social welfare institution and bring about a change to proper mission as the mission of the church. However, at a time when powerful mission is required for participating in social welfare, a necessity for more professional approach has been emphasized. At this point in time, it seems that the time has come for Korean Christian church to re-establish Diakonia as the holistic mission and for Christian workers who are participating in social welfare work to think more in depth on the future tasks with a re-thinking of the past in an effort to reveal their love for God in a changing environment. Accordingly, as a practical and efficient means to implement the Diakonia as a community life while living the present era, our focus was placed on empowerment of leadership. And for the purpose, we have introduced the leadership method of nonprofit organizations that have been growing considerably for the past several years. The reason is, partly because we have discovered many common aspects in-between church organizations and nonprofit organizations. Especially, personnel management among operation methods presented us with factors that can be applied fruitfully to Christian social welfare institutions. Accumulated experiences and researches on nonprofit organization could present a directionality of change for many Christian social welfare institutions to construct and manage an organizational structure from existing welfare organization practices. In other words, the social welfare institutions that have religious identity could be of help in implementing Diakonia to local residents. This can be called Diakonia through mission or the holistic mission that is badly needed in the contemporary world. Therefore, in this thesis, certain measures have been presented that can be utilized as the basis for designing an organizational structure through which Diakonia could become more effective in implementation through Christian social welfare institutions.

        관능검사(官能檢査)에 관한 연구 : [제1보] Scheff's method 의 제1신법에 대하여 [Part Ⅰ] New Modified Scheffe's Method Ⅰ

        Modified Scheff's Method by Ura is an efficient method used very often in studying quality at a laboratory but, when panels are not well controlled and quality differences among samples are very small, it has sometimes been identified chat it is impossible to detect quality differences by this method. Therefore in order to enhance efficiency to rank quality among samples, $quot;New Modified Scheffe's Method 1$quot; is designed. Experimental results presented in this paper lead to the conclusion that detection is carried out more efficiently by $quot;New Modified Scheffe's Method 1$quot; than by Modified Scheffe's Method by Ura, and also this title method can be utilized for the aim to train and control panels.

        Myosin heavy chain is stabilized by BCL-2 interacting cell death suppressor (BIS) in skeletal muscle

        BCL-2 interacting cell death suppressor (BIS), which is ubiquitously expressed, has important roles in various cellular processes, such as apoptosis, the cellular stress response, migration and invasion and protein quality control. In particular, BIS is highly expressed in skeletal and cardiac muscles, and BIS gene mutations result in human myopathy. In this study, we show that mRNA and protein levels of BIS were markedly increased during skeletal myogenesis in C2C12 cells and mouse satellite cells. BIS knockdown did not prevent the early stage of skeletal myogenesis, but did induce muscle atrophy and a decrease in the diameter of myotubes. BIS knockdown significantly suppressed the expression level of myosin heavy chain (MyHC) without changing the expression levels of myogenic marker proteins, such as Mgn, Cav-3 and MG53. In addition, BIS endogenously interacted with MyHC, and BIS knockdown induced MyHC ubiquitination and degradation. From these data, we conclude that molecular association of MyHC and BIS is necessary for MyHC stabilization in skeletal muscle.

        LID시설에서의 오염물질 및 탄소흡수능에 식생이 미치는 영향

        도시화로 인해 토양의 불투수면적이 증가함에 따라 도시의 물순환 체계가 악화되었다. 이러한 물 문제를 해결하기 위해 설치하는 저영향 개발(Low Impact Development, LID) 시설의 기존 가이드라인이나 선행 연구에서는 공학적 측면이 조경적 측면보다중시되는 것이 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 식생체류지의 강우 유출과 오염물질 저감 능력에서 식생이 끼치는 영향과 식재의경제적인 측면을 파악하여 오염물질 저감에 공학적으로 그리고 조경적으로 가장 적합한 식생체류지 설계 모델을 제시하고자하였다. 모니터링 대상이 되는 전주 서곡 공원의 식생체류지 인공 강우 모니터링 결과와 식생의 강우 유출 및 오염물질 저감성능에 관한 문헌 조사를 바탕으로 해당 지역 식생 종별 오염물질 및 탄소 저감 효율을 분석한 결과, 비용 대비 오염 저감효율이 가장 좋은 식종은 부처꽃이며 탄소 저감에 탁월한 식생은 갯버들이었다. 하지만 이 두 가지 식생만으로 설계하고자한다면 생물 다양성과 같은 부분에서 위험을 안고 갈 수밖에 없다. 다양한 식재를 고려할 시, 부처꽃과 같은 초본류는 고사및 병해충에 의해 교체될 수 있기에 초기 식재 비용은 높지만 유지관리 측면에서 유리한 목본식물인 갯버들을 주변 환경과여건에 따라 혼합 식재하는 방안도 필요하다. 본 연구에서 도출한 결론을 토대로 LID 시설 식생의 종별 오염 저감과 탄소저장량을 고려 시 참고자료가 될 수 있다.

        ANALYSIS OF POSSIBLE PRE-COMPUTATION AIDED DLP SOLVING ALGORITHMS

        A trapdoor discrete logarithm group is a cryptographic primitive with many applications, and an algorithm that allows discrete logarithm problems to be solved faster using a pre-computed table increases the practicality of using this primitive. Currently, the distinguished point method and one extension to this algorithm are the only pre-computation aided discrete logarithm problem solving algorithms appearing in the related literature. This work investigates the possibility of adopting other pre-computation matrix structures that were originally designed for used with cryptanalytic time memory tradeoff algorithms to work as pre-computation aided discrete logarithm problem solving algorithms. We find that the classical Hellman matrix structure leads to an algorithm that has performance advantages over the two existing algorithms.         음식점 식육 원산지 표시 모니터링

        The compulsory beef labelling system has launched from January 1st 2007 by the amended Food Hygiene Law, we were checked the actual conditions of beef origin with a nationwide scale by the Hanwoo differentiation specific test method which was developed by Korea FDA using 90 SNP biomarkers. The test method is useful tool to differentiate the beef origin carrying out the mission of KFDA's annual food safety management guidance. Also we have technically transferred the Hanwoo differentiation specific test method to other institutes as well regional KFDA and established the training program as a regular course in Korea Human Resource Development Institute for Health and Welfare. The beef used in this study were collected according to the 2009 Food safety guidance in roast beef restaurants where business site area greater than 100 m2. Total 216 samples were consisted of 48samples of the Seoul area and 168 of the region. The monitoring result from restaurants in all the region of Korea showed that 3 of 216 Hanwoo-labelled beefs were found out as a non-Hanwoo (1.3%). This results are gradually deceasing trend compared with 34.0% in 2005, 30.1% in 2006, 3.2% in 2007 and 5.14% in 2008. From these data, the Hanwoo differentiation specific test method on the settlement of the compulsory beef labelling system has an important role. As a outcome of this project, we might be considered the early settlement of the compulsory beef labelling system, technically transferred to other institutes and the establishment of regular training program of the test method.

        Like that mentioned in the 2nd report, because of panel's sense of psychological and physiological responsibility caused by multi-samples, great errors in experimental results are expected. So as to cut down these errors, the new method called $quot;Pair Comparision with Standard$quot; that reduces test frequency and is superior in detecting power is designed, and its mathematical model is proposed. This paper suggests that this method can be used for screening test that, first of all, selects 4-5 of multi-samples and the most efficient sensory evaluation method in laboratorial quality study is that, after screening by this method, Trio Paired Comparison for the final justification is applicated.

        The experiments investigated whether early exposure to testosterone propionate (TP) during prepuberty alters testis development in Sprague-Dawley male rats. We performed Hershberger assay using the stimulated weanling male rats by OECD protocols, cDNA microarray, and Western blot. TP was subcutaneously injected to uncastrated Sprague-Dawley male rat of 22 days old for 10 consecutive days at doses of 0.4, 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.6 mg/kg per day. At necropsy, the following tissues were removed and weighed: combined testes, epididymides (Epi), Cowper's glands (COW), levator am, and bulbocavernosus muscles (LABC), seminal vesicles, together with coagulating gland (SV) and ventral prostate (VP). We found that TP increased the weights of Epi, VP, SV, COW, and LABC, while testis was decreased in a dose-dependent manner. In cDNA microarray analysis of testis, there were significant reductions in the expression of cytochrome P450 11A (CYP11A), the rate-limiting enzyme of steroidogenesis. Taken together these results, TP exposure before puberty in male rats may produce the delay in testis development by inhibiting the CYP11A gene expression.
