        특수목적용 차량의 원격 고장진단 시스템에 대한 연구

        특수목적 차량은 일반적으로 사용자의 요구에 따라 주문 제작된다. 이러한 차량들이 고장을 일으키는 경우에는 수리비용 및 시간이 많이 든다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결하고자 차량의 이상여부를 원격으로 점검하고 고장부위를 원격에서 파악하여 수리비용 및 수리 기간을 단축하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 전기제어부의 고장부위를 자동으로 판별하고 이를 사용자의 휴대폰앱을 통하여 바로 파악하여 즉각적인 고장코드를 특장차 제조사측에 통보하여 고장수리를 빠르고 원활하게 하고자 한다. 이를 구현하기 위하여 IoT 사물인터넷의 기술을 이용하여 특수목적의 차량 분야의 현장에서 요구되는 항목에 따라 고장부위를 스스로 판단하고 기기 자체적으로 제작사측에 고장여부를 알려주는 시스템을 구축하고자 한다. Special-purposed vehicles are customized according to the user's requirements. When these vehicles are out of oder, they are costly and time consuming to repair. In order to solve these problems, we want to remotely check whether the vehicle is abnormal and remotely identify the fault area, thereby shortening the repair cost and the repair period. In this study, the faulty part of the electric control part is automatically identified, and it is immediately grasped through the user's mobile phone application and an instant fault code is notified to the car manufacturer for quick and smooth fault repair. In order to realize this, we want to build a system that uses the technology of IoT to determine the fault area according to the items required in the field of the special purpose vehicle and notify the manufacturer of the fault on its own.

        낙뢰에 의한 지락전류 원격 감시장치에 관한 연구

        Surges generated by direct strike or induction of lightning, frequent opening and closing of power system breakers, etc. cause excessive overvoltage, which can interfere with normal operation of transformers, circuit breakers, and power equipment. In order to prevent such phenomena, this study goes further from the method of establishing countermeasures by installing lightning arresters on power equipment or lines in parallel, and furthermore, remotely checking the condition of the lightning arrester and preparing immediate countermeasures when an event occurs. The purpose of the study is to prevent damage in advance. 낙뢰의 직격이나 유도에 의해 발생되는 서지, 전력계통의 차단기의 빈번한 개폐동작 등은 과도 과전압이 발생하며 이는 변압기, 차단기, 전력기기의 정상운전에 지장을 초래하게 된다. 본 연구는 이러한 현상을 예방하기 위해 전력기기 또는 선로에 피뢰기를 병렬로 설치하여 대책을 수립하는 방법에서 한층 더 나아가 원격으로 피뢰기의 상태를 점검하며 이벤트 발생 시 즉각적인 대책을 마련하여 부가적으로 발생하는 피해를 미연에 방지함에 그 연구의 목적이 있다.

        기상예보를 이용한 태양광 LED 가로등의 효율적 운용에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 가로등 운용에 있어서 일기예보 및 일조량을 고려한 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 이 알고리즘에 의해 생성된 Weather Factor를 적용하여 보행자가 있을 시에는 가로등의 광량을 최대로 유지하고 보행자가 없을 경우 최대전력을 사용하지 않고 일정한 밝기를 유지하는 대기전력모드를 사용하여 전력소비를 줄였다. 이렇게 함으로써 배터리의 잔량을 확보할 수 있으며 이를 이용하여 부조일이 지속될 경우 운용일수를 최대한 연장하기 위한 적절한 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 또한 이러한 알고리즘에 필요한 Weather Factor의 값을 실험을 통하여 결정하였으며. 모의실 험을 통해 알고리즘의 적합성을 확인하였다. This study, in the operation of street lamp, suggests appropriate algorithm to extend the number of days of street lamp operation as much as possible if the number of sunless days continues and experimentally determines the value of Weather Factor necessary for this algorithm. This is conducted by reducing electricity consumption and securing battery remains through the use of standby power mode, in which maximum amount of light is maintained if there is a pedestrian, and constant brightness is maintained without utilizing maximum electric power if no pedestrians exist, with the application of WFactor value created by the algorithm considering weather forecast and amount of sunlight.

      • 자발성 뇌실질 출혈 후 혈종 증대 요인에 대한 분석

        ■ Objectives Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) was generally considered to be a monophasic event. Most of these hemorrhage stop and are stabilized within 6 hours of onset of ICH. But, in contrast. hemorrhage continued over 6 hours in some cases. Many treatment methods of ICH were disputed whether the decision is right or not in cases of hematoma enlargement. Author analysed factors of hematoma enlargement to pursue adequate treatment, to improve the outcome, and to prevent enlargement of hematoma. ■ Methods and Materials This retrospective comparative analysis involved 855 ICH patients admitted to Neurosurgery Department, Inje University Busan Paik Hospital between January 1996 and February 2000. In 55 patients(6.4%), the follow up computerized tomography(CT) scan showed an enlarged hematoma. ■ Results The clinical risk factors u·ere defined and analyzed. In the enlarged hematoma group, male to female ratio was 1.75:1 and the most frequent developmental site of hematoma was putamen(23.6%). In the shape of hematoma, 38 cases(69.1%) showed irregular shape. Preictal hypertension history was there in 30 cases. Contrast enhancement of initial hematoma was found in 14 cases. The mean time interval between initial hemorrhage and hematoma enlargement was 33.3 hours, and the time interval of 22 cases(40%) was 11 to 14 hours. ■ Conclusions The clinical risk factors in hematoma enlargement were found to be the shape of inital hematoma, time interval after hemorrhagic ictus to enlargement (16 hours), and contrast enhancement in the initial hematoma. For the patients having these risk factors in hematoma enlargement, more close observation should be needed.

        Objectives: There are several studies in the literature of the relation between blood group and brain tumor, but some have been poorly designed or have reported findings in such a way that they are difficult to interpret. No explanation has been offered for association, and studies relying on self-reports of blood group failed to confirm associations. Methods and Materials: This report summarizes the distribution of the ABO blood type in 363 patients admitted to our hospital from July, 1998 to December, 1999. Results : The types of tumor are 116 glial tumors, 84 pituitary tumors, 62 meningioma, 51 metastatic tumors, 50 other tumors. In the 363 tumor series, 110 patients were found to be in blood group O, 107 in group A.106 in group B, and 40 in group AB. In the 116 glioma series, 42 patients were found to be in blood group 0. 33 in group B, 29 in group A, and 12 in group AB. In the 62 meningioma series, 28 patients were in blood group B, 18 in group A, 10 in group 0, and 6 in group AB. In the 51 metastatic tumors, 17 patients were found to be in blood group A. 17 in group 0, 11 in group B, and 6 in group AB. In the 84 pituitary tumors, 27 patients were blood group A, 26 in group 0, 23 in group B, 8 in group AB. In 21 the cerebellopontine angle tumors, 5 patients were blood group B, 5 blood group 0, 5 blood group AB, 6 blood group A. The blood group percentages of a series of 363 patients with brain tumors were compared with the distribution of blood types. Statistical analysis was performed using chi-square test. The analyses of blood groups according to the brain tumors and the age groups were not statistical significant. Conclusions: The blood group distributions related to the brain tumors does not indicate the statistical significance. It would be necessary to analyze more abundant cases.

        신경섬유종을 동반한 다발성 외경동맥 동맥류 - 증 례 보 고 -

        신경섬유종을 동반한 다발성외경동맥 동맥류는 아주 드물며, 외경동맥동맥류의 원인으로 외상이 대부분을 차지한다. 39세 여자가 좌측 측두두정후두부의 거대한 종괴로 인한 두통을 주소로 내원하였다. 이학적 검사 소견상 좌측 측두두정후두부의 $5{\times}15{\times}18cm$ 거대한 종괴가 인지되었고, 아래로 처진 좌측 귀, 체간 및 사지에 다발성 담갈색 색소침착을 보였다. 뇌혈관조영술상 표재성 측두동맥과 후두동맥에 뇌동맥류가 인지되었으며 두부 자기공명영상에서 좌측 측두두정후두부에 거대한 혈종과 피하 종양이 관찰되었다. 수술전 다발성 외경동맥동맥류에 대해 색전술을 시행하고 혈종제거술, 피하 신경섬유종 절제술 및 뇌동맥류 절제술을 시행하였다. 수술후 증상은 호전되어 환자는 신경학적 장애 없이 퇴원하였다. Multiple external carotid artery aneurysms with neurofibromatosis are rare. Trauma is the primary cause in the development of aneurysms of the external carotid artery. A 39-year-old female patient was referred to the emergency room because of a headache and a huge lump over the left temporo-parieto-occipital region. The physical examination revealed a huge round mass, $5{\times}15{\times}18cm$, in the left temporo-parieto-occipital region and low set left ear and multiple caf au lait spots in trunk and extremities. The external carotid artery angiography demonstrated multiple aneurysms arising from the superficial temporal artery and occipital artery. A MRI showed a huge hematoma on temporo-parieto-occipital region and postauricular mass suggested of subcutaneous neurofibroma. Embolization followed by surgical resections of those aneurysms and neighboring mass were performed and good result was obtained. We report our case with review of literature.

        Glutamate-rich 4 Binds to Kinesin Superfamily Protein 5A

        Intracellular cargo transport is mediated by molecular motor proteins, such as kinesin and cytoplasmic dynein. Kinesins make up a large subfamily of molecular motors. Kinesin-1 is a plus-end-directed molecular motor protein that moves various cargoes, such as organelles, protein complexes, and mRNAs, along a microtubule track. It consists of the kinesin superfamily protein (KIF) 5A, 5B, and 5C (also called kinesin heavy chains) and kinesin light chains (KLCs). Kinesin-1 interacts with many different binding proteins through its carboxyl (C)-terminal region of KIF5s and KLCs, but their binding proteins have not yet been fully identified. In this study, a yeast two-hybrid assay was used to identify the proteins that interact with the KIF5A specific C-terminal region. The assay revealed an interaction between KIF5A and glutamate-rich 4 (ERICH4). ERICH4 bound to the KIF5A specific the C-terminal region but did not interact with the C-terminal region of KIF5B or KIF3A (a motor protein of kinesin-2). In addition, KIF5A did not interact with another isoform, ERICH1. Glutathione S-transferase (GST) pull-downs showed that KIF5A interacts with GST-ERICH4 and GST-ERICH4- amino (N)-terminal but not with GST-ERICH4-C or GST alone. When co-expressed in HEK-293T cells, ERICH4 co-localized with KIF5A and co-immunoprecipitated with KIF5A and KLC but not KIF3B. Together, our findings suggest that ERICH4 is capable of binding to KIF5A and that it may serve as an adaptor protein that links kinesin-1 with cargo.
