This study examines the effect of customers' capability of online product reviews and trust, usefulness, and purchase intention for consumers using e-commerce. To this end, using the elaboration possibility model, the theories of central cues and peripheral cues, trust, usefulness, and purchase intention were explained as customer' perceived cabilities, and the relationship between them was verified theoretically and empirically. The proposed research model and developed hypotheses were tested using structural equations modeling based on data collected from 306 customers with experience in e-commerce. The results of the study confirm first, the central clue derived a positive (+) effect on usefulness and trust. Second, peripheral cues derived positive (+) effects on usefulness and trust. Last, usefulness and trust derived a positive (+) effect on intention to use. The study provides On a theoretical level valuable insights into the consumer's capability that are the base for judging the quality of online reviews in research related to online reviews, which is increasing in recent years. On a practical level, this study has the following implications. Businesses can help consumers check online reviews.but there is also a limitation that the is demographic limited. 본 연구는 전자상거래를 사용하는 소비자를 대상으로 제품 온라인 리뷰에 대한 고객의 지각역량이 신뢰와 유용성 및 구매의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자한다. 이를 위해 정교화가능성모델을 활용하여 고객지각능력으로 중심단서와 주변단서, 신뢰, 유용성, 구매의도에 대한 이론을 설명하고 이들 간의 관계를 이론 및 실증적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구의 분석을 위해 2022년 10월 5일부터 20일까지 수집한 306부의 데이터를 이용하여 SPSS 23, AMOS 23을 활용한 구조방정식 분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과 첫째, 중심단서는 유용성 및 신뢰에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 둘째, 주변단서는 유용성 및 신뢰에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 셋째, 유용성 및 신뢰는 사용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 최근 늘어나는 온라인 리뷰와 관련된 연구에서 온라인 리뷰 품질의 판단에 근거가 되는 소비자의 역량이 무엇인지 확인하고 실증적으로 분석하였다는 점에서 학문적/실무적 시사점을 가진다. 비록 기업에서 소비자의 온라인 리뷰를 확인할 때 도움을 줄 수 있는 실무적 시사점이 있지만 인구통계학적 한계가 존재한다는 점에서 향후 보완적인 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.

Boiled fish paste is one of the most favorite food in Korea. The market size is estimated 3,000 hundred million Won. The amount of makers are about 100. In Busan, 45 makers are working. The common production problem that most all of the makers suffer is as following. In the process of cooling, the fish paste is inputted folded or piled state. This makes the cooling time longer. In addition, preparing the packing process, many workers have to unfold the fish paste. This unfolding operation is basically simple, but makers could not find out the automatic mechanism for unfolding operation. So, I0-I2 workers have to be engaged in this process. In this research, we suggest the effective mechanism for preparing the packing process and reducing the cooling time. Through the test, we can confirmed the effects of reducing the numbers of workers and the cooling time.

Reliability and Validity of the Korean Version of the Lifespan Sibling Relationship Scale

The sibling relationship and its potential impact on neurodevelopment and mental health are important areas of neuroscientificresearch. Validation of the tools assessing the quality of the sibling relationship would be the first essential step for conductingneurobiological and psychosocial studies related to the sibling relationship. However, to the best of our knowledge, no siblingrelationship assessment tools have been empirically validated in Korean. We aimed to evaluate the psychometric properties of theKorean version of the Lifespan Sibling Relationship Scale (LSRS), which is one of the most commonly used self-report questionnairesto assess the quality of the sibling relationship. A total of 109 adults completed a series of self-report questionnaires including theLSRS, the mental health subscale of the Medical Outcomes Study-Short Form 36 version 2 (SF36v2), the Satisfaction with Life Scale(SLS), and the Marlowe-Crowne Social Desirability Scale (MC-SDS). The internal consistency, subscale intercorrelations, one-weektest-retest reliability, convergent validity, divergent validity, and the construct validity were assessed. All six subscale scores and thetotal score of the LSRS demonstrated good internal consistency (Cronbach’s α=0.85-0.94) and good test-retest reliability (intraclasscorrelation coefficient=0.77-0.92). Correlations of the LSRS with the SF36v2 mental health score (r=0.32, p=0.01) and with theSLS (r=0.27, p=0.04) supported the good convergent validity. The divergent validity was shown by the non-significant correlationof the LSRS with the MC-SDS (r=0.15, p=0.26). Two factors were extracted through factor analysis, which explained 78.63% of thetotal variance. The three Adult subscales loaded on the first factor and the three Child subscales loaded on the second factor. Resultssuggest that the Korean version of the LSRS is a reliable and valid tool for examining the sibling relationship.

Construction of residential buildings using light gauge steel framing has become today popular in Korea and is gaining wider acceptance as its framing system is applied to other buildings. All research projects carried out by RIST in the field of Steel house have a common objective : lower the construction cost while providing better housing performance. in order to meet this objective, many researches have been carried out, and in view of optimizing the construction process of steel-framed housing. In order to provide designers and builders with various floor design types, especially using dry construction method to achieve a fully panelized method, which otherwise cannot be met when using wet floor system, 2 dry floor systems and 1 improved wet floor system are developed and evaluated. The evaluation of performance consisted of vibration property of the floor structure. Ohlsson's vibration theory was applied in order to compare results with the vibration criterion set by the Japanese institute of Architecture.

고령층 연령에 따른 뱅킹앱 사용성 인식에 대한 차이 분석 –PACMAD 모델을 중심으로-

This study aims to evaluate the usability of a banking app that is frequently used by the elderly. To this end, the usability PACMAD(People At the Center of Mobile Application Development) model that can be used in mobile was explained and the usability evaluation was empirically verified for the elderly over 60 years of age. For this study, descriptive statistics and variance analysis were conducted using SPSS 25.0 for 165 elderly people who had experience using banking apps. Looking at the analysis results of this study, efficiency, satisfaction, and effectiveness showed relatively high scores, and learnability, memorability, error, and cognitive load showed relatively low scores. In addition, in the verification of differences by age, it was confirmed that there were differences in all variables by age. These results suggest that the elderly's usability evaluation of banking apps and differences by age could be confirmed, but there is also a limitation that comparison with the general public is difficult because the age is limited to the elderly.
