        Comparison of Measured and Calculated Carboxylation Rate, Electron Transfer Rate and Photosynthesis Rate Response to Different Light Intensity and Leaf Temperature in Semi-closed Greenhouse with Carbon Dioxide Fertilization for Tomato Cultivation

        This study aimed to estimate the photosynthetic capacity of tomato plants grown in a semi-closed greenhouse using temperature response models of plant photosynthesis by calculating the ribulose 1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase maximum carboxylation rate (V<sub>cmax</sub>), maximum electron transport rate (J<sub>max</sub>), thermal breakdown (high-temperature inhibition), and leaf respiration to predict the optimal conditions of the CO<sub>2</sub>-controlled greenhouse, for maximizing the photosynthetic rate. Gas exchange measurements for the A-C<sub>i</sub> curve response to CO<sub>2</sub> level with different light intensities {PAR (Photosynthetically Active Radiation) 200µmol·m<sup>-2</sup>·s<sup>-1</sup> to 1500µmol·m<sup>-2</sup>·s<sup>-1</sup>} and leaf temperatures (20℃ to 35℃) were conducted with a portable infrared gas analyzer system. Arrhenius function, net CO<sub>2</sub> assimilation (A<sub>n</sub>), thermal breakdown, and daylight leaf respiration (R<sub>d</sub>) were also calculated using the modeling equation. Estimated J<sub>max</sub>, A<sub>n</sub>, Arrhenius function value, and thermal breakdown decreased in response to increased leaf temperature (> 30℃), and the optimum leaf temperature for the estimated J<sub>max</sub> was 30℃. The CO<sub>2</sub> saturation point of the fifth leaf from the apical region was reached at 600ppm for 200 and 400µmol·m<sup>-2</sup>·s<sup>-1</sup> of PAR, at 800ppm for 600 and 800µmol·m<sup>-2</sup>·s<sup>-1</sup> of PAR, at 1000ppm for 1000µmol of PAR, and at 1500ppm for 1200 and 1500µmol·m<sup>-2</sup>·s<sup>-1</sup> of PAR levels. The results suggest that the optimal conditions of CO<sub>2</sub> concentration can be determined, using the photosynthetic model equation, to improve the photosynthetic rates of fruit vegetables grown in greenhouses. 본 연구는 반밀폐형 토마토 재배 온실에서 광합성율 극대화를 위한 적정 탄산가스 시비 농도를 구명하고자 광합성 모델을 이용하여 잎의 최대 카복실화율(V<sub>cmax</sub>), 최대 전자전달속도(J<sub>max</sub>), 열파괴, 잎 호흡 등을 계산하고 실제 측정값과 비교하였다. 다양한 광도(PAR 200µmol·m<sup>-2</sup>·s<sup>-1</sup> to 1500µmol·m<sup>-2</sup>·s<sup>-1</sup>)와 온도(20℃ to 35℃) 조건에서 CO<sub>2</sub> 농도에 대한 A-C<sub>i</sub> curve는 광합성 측정 기기를 사용하여 측정하였고, 모델링 방정식으로 아레니우스 함수값(Arrhenius function), 순광합성율(net CO<sub>2</sub> assimilation, A<sub>n</sub>), 열파괴(thermal breakdown), R<sub>d</sub>(주간의 잎호흡)를 계산하였다. 엽온이 30℃ 이상으로 상승하였을 때 J<sub>max</sub>, An 및 thermal breakdown 예측치가 모두 감소하였고, 예측 J<sub>max</sub>의 가장 최고점은 엽온 30℃였으며 그 이상의 온도에서는 감소하였다. 생장점 아래 5번째 잎의 광합성율은 PAR 200-400µmol·m<sup>-2</sup>·s<sup>-1</sup> 수준에서는 CO<sub>2</sub> 600ppm, PAR 600-800µmol·m<sup>-2</sup>·s<sup>-1</sup> 수준에서는 CO<sub>2</sub> 800ppm, PAR 1000µmol·m<sup>-2</sup>·s<sup>-1</sup> 수준에서는 CO<sub>2</sub> 1000ppm, PAR 1200-1500µmol·m<sup>-2</sup>·s<sup>-1</sup> 수준에서는 CO<sub>2</sub> 1500ppm을 공급했을 때 포화점에 도달하였다. 앞으로 광합성 모델식을 활용하여 과채류 온실 재배 시 광합성을 높일 수 있는 탄산시비 농도를 추정할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

        비수용성 매질로부터 Ni(OH)<sub>2</sub> 반응슬러리의 환원반응에 의한 니켈 분말의 제조

        Nickel Powders were synthesized by the reduction of $Ni(OH)_2$ reactant slurries from nonaqueous media, and the morphological characteristics of nickel powders with the addition of NaOH, the composition of mixed solvents, reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated. The NaOH addition changed the structure of agglomeration in the submicron range. As the volume ratio of TEA to DEA increased, the powders slightly suppressed the agglomeration between particles and their size increased. The reaction temperature on size and shape of nickel powders was significant. As reaction time was shortened from 40 min to 0.3 min at $220^{\circ}C$, size distribution of nickel powders was transferred to a narrow size distribution owing to the presence of smaller particles with below $1.0\;{\mu}m$.

        Spironolactone reduces potassium excretion in renal collecting ducts and causes hyperkalemia. A 66-year-old female with urinary incontinence had to discontinue diuretics for hyperkalemia. After treatment with Jesaengsinkihwan-gagambang. she reduced urinary incontinence and her total urine volume was increased. BUN decreased from 32.2 to 16 and creatinine decreased from 1.5 th 0.9. So. we report one case of urinary incontinence with discontinuance of diuretics for hyperkalemia treated with Jesaengsinkihwan-gagambang.

        상악 영구중절치의 외상환자에서 치아파절편을 이용한 치험례

        상악 영구전치의 외상은 소아와 청소년기에 많이 일어난다. 그 중 치관의 파절은 18세 이하의 외상성 손상의 1/4에서 나타난다. 이러한 치관파절시 심미적 기능적으로 만족시킬 수 있는 수복을 하려는 노력이 계속되어 왔다. 파절편을 이용한 수복은 이러한 심미적 기능적인 조건을 만족시킬 수 있는 방법이다. 본 증례들은 전남대학교병원 소아치과에 상악중절치의 외상을 주소로 내원한 아동들의 치험례이다. 증례 1은 미성숙영구치치근을 가지는 만 7세의 여아로 침상출혈에 따른 수산화칼슘을 이용한 직접치수복조후 파절편을 부착한 증례이며, 증례 2는 함입과 치관파절로 인해 치수노출을 보인 만 10세 남아로 resin-wire splint 후 치수치료 하고 파절편을 부착하였고, 증례 3은 파절선이 생리적 폭경을 침범한 8세 여아로 별다른 처치 없이 파절편 부착을 시행하였다. 이상의 증례들을 통하여 치아 파절편 부착을 성공적으로 시행하였으며, 심미적으로 양호한 결과를 얻었다. Dental injuries with crown fracture occur frequently, especially in young patient Reattachment of the crown fragment has been shown to yield good esthetic results in that original tooth anatomy is restored with a material that abrades at a rate indntical to that of the adjacent tooth substance and at the same time permits continual monitoring of pulpal status through the fragment. Case 1 was complicated crown fracture with pin-point bleed ing, that was treated by direct pulp capping with calcium hydroxide and fragment reattachment. Case 2 was in trusive luxation with complicated crown fracture and was treated by pulp treatment and fragment reattachment. Case 3 was uncomplicated crown fracture, and fracture line involved slightly biologic width and treated by reattachment of the crown fragment.

        사용자 가치 기반에 의한 교육용 모바일 앱의 UX디자인 설계전략

        디지털 미디어의 활용이 활발하게 진행됨에 따라 UI/UX에 대한 관심 및 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 이에 교육용 모바일 앱 개발 시 가치분석 모형을 바탕으로 디자인 평가 모형을 설계하고 이를 바탕으로 한 개발방향을 제시하고자 한다. 소비자 가치 분석을 바탕으로 한 디자인 평가모형의 주요 요인들은 소비자의 지속적 사용에 영향을 미친다. 이에 앱 개발 시 기존 애자일 방식의 개발 단계에 사용자 가치 분석을 바탕으로 한 디자인 평가 주요 요인들을 반영하게 되면 최적의 UX환경을 제공할 수 있다. 이렇게 개발된 앱은 소비자에게 만족감을 높여주게 되어 지속적인 사용에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대한다. With the active usage of digital media, the importance of and the interest in User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX) have been increasing. This study proposes the development of design evaluation model to utilize the quality analysis model as a basis if there were to be a development of mobile education application. Main factors of the design evaluation model, which is based on User Value analysis, influence users' attitudes and intentions in continuing their uses of a mobile education application. The employment of the design evaluation factors onto the existing agile method's development stage, therefore, would provide an optimal UX environment for the application. This application not only will increase the satisfactions of consumers, but also will have positive impacts on their intentions in continuing their uses of a mobile education application.

        기상반응(CVD)법 의한 실리카 미분말의 제조

        Silica powders were prepared from $SiCl_4$-$H_2$O system by chemical vapor deposition process, and investigated on size control of the products with reaction conditions. The products were amorphous and nearly spherical particles with 130nm~50nm in size. The size distribution became narrow with the increase of [$H_2$O]/[SiCl$_4$] concentration ratio. The particle size decreased with the increase of reaction temperature, [$H_2$O]/[SiCl$_4$] concentration ratio and total flow rate. The specific surface area measured by BET method was about three times larger than that of electron microscope method.

        여성의 피부유형상태에 영향을 미치는 요인분석

        This study was carried out to evaluate factors influencing on women of skin type using Pender's Health Promotion Model. For this purpose, we surveyed 159 women from July 1 to August 22, 1998. In results of stepwise logistic analysis, these factors was shown significant habit of practice and skin care experience (p<0.05). Groups which did not practice showed the probability of 13.49 times in neutral skin. Groups which experienced skin care showed the probability of 5.16 times in neutral skin. These results suggested that it was to develop the instrument for measurement of skin type.

        여성근로자의 일.가정 관계가 성과에 미치는 영향: 비업무적 지원제도의 조절효과를 중심으로

        본 연구는 일과 가정 간의 관계가 여성 근로자의 성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하여, 여성 근로자의 일과 가정의 원활한 관계 유지와 더불어 갈등 관계를 감소시킴으로써 일과 가정의 균형을 통해 여성 근로자의 근로생활의 질을 높이고 우수 여성인력의 효과적인 활용을 극대화 할수 있는 지원제도의 조절효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 중소기업 사무직에 종사하는 850명의 여성 근로자를 대상으로 설문조사하였으며, 연구대상이 아닌 직종과 불성실한 응답을 제외하고 최종 500부를 실증분석에 활용하였고 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일과 가정 간 조화 관계는 여성근로자의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 일과 가정간 갈등 관계에 있어서는 직무만족에 부(-)의 영향을 미치지만, 조직몰입과는 유의한 영향관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 일과 가정 간 관계와 성과를 조절하는 비업무적 지원제도의 조절효과에 대한 가설을 검증한 결과, 비업무적 지원제도의 조절효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 요컨대, 본 연구에서는 여성근로자의 일과 가정 간 조화 관계의 중요성을 입증하였으며, 여성근로자의 일과 가정 간 갈등 관계를 최소화 할 수 있는 지원제도의 구축, 특히 비업무적 지원제도를 기업에서 시급히 마련해야 할 것으로 연구결과는 시사하고 있다. This study investigates the effects on the performance of women workers' work-family relationship. As reduced conflict with maintain a harmonious relationship between work and family of women workers, improving the quality of work of women workers, look into an effective support system for maximizing the effectiveness of women workers. The final sample size for this study was 500. The results were as follows. First, the harmonious relationship between work and family have significant positive effects on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of women workers. This implies that companies should make an effort to maintain harmonious work-family relationship for women employees and can enhance individual atisfaction and ultimately lead to corporate performance. Second, according to the result of verifying the second hypothesis that conflictive work-family relationship will affect employees' satisfaction negatively, there was partial support. In other words, conflictive work-family relationship influenced job satisfaction negatively, but it showed no correlation with organizational commitment. This result suggests that it has direct relationship with the job that is being actually carried out and indirect relationship with the organization. Third, based on the result of verifying the hypothesis on the moderate effect of non-occupational supporting systems which proved to be partially moderate effect. In short, this study has proved the importance of women workers' work-family relationship. Furthermore, the study results imply that it is necessary to establish supporting systems to minimize women workers' conflictive work-family relationship. It is also particularly urgent for companies to make non-occupational supporting systems.

        A Case of Progressive Ductal Constriction in a Fetus

        The ductus arteriosus is a normal and essential structure in fetal circulation. Since the introduction of fetal echocardiography, there have been reports of ductal constriction, many of which were related to maternal use of some medications. However, there have been some reports of idiopathic ductal constriction, which usually present in later gestation. Recently we experienced a case, which initially showed an S-shaped ductus with mild narrowing at 23 weeks and 27 weeks gestation and developed severe ductal constriction at 33 weeks. Soon after birth, ductus was searched for but no ductus was found in 2-D and color images. The neonate required mechanical ventilation with supplemental oxygen for 3 days. All echocardiographic abnormalities were normalized in 7 months. We report progressive ductal constriction in an S-shaped ductus and emphasize the importance of continuous follow up extending to the third trimester and even immediately after birth.
