공동주택 스포츠 커뮤니티 시설 서비스품질이 주거만족 및 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향: 주택점유 형태에 따른 다집단 분석

본 연구는 공동주택 거주자가 지각하는 스포츠 커뮤니티 시설의 서비스품질, 주거만족 및 브랜드 충성도 간의 구조적 영향관계를 규명함과 동시에 이들 변수 간의 관계가 주택점유 형태에 따라 다르게 나타나는지를 살펴보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 2023년 4월부터 서울, 경기의 공동주택에 거주하며, 스포츠 커뮤니티 시설을 이용한 경험이 있는 이용자를 모집단으로 선정한 후, 유목적 표본추출법을 통해 총 482명에게 온/온프라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 불성실한 설문지 13부를 제외한 총 469부의 유효 표본에 대해 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석 및 구조방정식 분석을 실시하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스품질의 중 유형성, 신뢰성, 확신성은 주거만족에 정(+)의영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서비스품질의 하위요인 중 유형성, 공감성은 브랜드 충성도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 주거만족은 브랜드 충성도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 주택점유 형태에 따른구조적 영향 관계에서 유형성→주거만족, 신뢰성→주거만족, 확신성→주거만족, 유형성→브랜드충성도, 공감성→브랜드 충성도의 경로에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural influence relationship between service quality, housing satisfaction, and brand loyalty of sports community facilities targeting users of sports community facilities in apartment complexes, and at the same time, examine whether the relationship between these variables varies depending on the type of housing occupancy. There is. Starting in April 2023, users who lived in apartments in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do and had experience using sports community facilities were selected as the population, and an online/online survey was conducted on a total of 482 people. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation analysis were conducted on a total of 469 valid samples, excluding 13 insincere questionnaires. The research results are as follows. First, among the sub-factors of service quality, tangibility, reliability, and certainty were found to have a positive (+) effect on housing satisfaction. Second, among the sub-factors of service quality, tangibility and empathy were found to have a positive (+) effect on brand loyalty. Third, housing satisfaction was found to have a positive (+) effect on brand loyalty. Fourth, in the structural influence relationship according to the type of housing occupancy, significant differences were found in the paths of tangibility → housing satisfaction, reliability → housing satisfaction, certainty → housing satisfaction, tangibility → brand loyalty, and empathy → brand loyalty.

The changes of serum creatine phosphokinase [CPK], serum lactic dehydrogenase [LDH], serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase [GOT] and serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase [GPT] were studied in a total of 82 cases who underwent open heart operation under the cardiopulmonary bypass at the Department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery, Chungnam National University Hospital. The results were as follows 1. The average values of CPK and COT after the operation were reached to the maximal values on the first postoperative day, which were returned to the normal range until the fifth postoperative day. The average values of LDH and CPT after the operation were reached to the maximal values on the first and second postoperative day respectively, which were significantly increased until the seventh postoperative day. 2. In the relationship of the serum enzymes and duration of the extracorporeal circulation, the values on the group over 90 minute of the extracorporeal circulation were more increased than on the group below 90 minute of the extracorporeal circulation. 3. In the relationship of the changes of the serum enzymes and congenital heart diseases and acquired heart diseases, there were no significantly differences in the values between the two groups.

심방중격결손증의 임상적 고찰

Twenty eight patients with atrial septal defect operated on from May, 1983, to July, 1986 at the Department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery, Chungnam National University Hospital, were analyzed retrospectively. Among the 28 patients of atrial septal defect, 8 were male and 20 were female. Their ages ranged from 4.6 years to 52.5 years old with the mean of 15.3 years. The main clinical symptoms on admission were exertional dyspnea [82%], frequent respiratory infection [75%], palpitation [54%] and easy fatigability [25%]. Electrocardiographic findings were as follows: Regular sinus rhythm [100%], RVH [54%], RBBB [25%] and first degree of A-V block [4%]. Hemodynamic studies were performed in all cases and mean pulmonary systolic arterial pressure was 34.1*11.8mmHg. and mean Qp/Qs was 2.6*0.9. All 28 patients were operated under direct vision using extracorporeal circulation. 23 cases were secundum type defect and a single hole was found in 22 cases. The associated cardiovascular anomalies were found in 11 patients: ventricular septal defect in 3, patent ductus arteriosus in 1, partial anomalous pulmonary venous drainage in 2, mitral regurgitation in 2, tricuspid regurgitation in 1, anomalous left atrial septation in 1 and valvular pulmonary stenosis in 1. The defect closed directly in 22 cases and with patches in 6 cases. Postoperative complications were wound infection, arrhythmia bleeding, intracardiac patch detachment, pneumothorax and urethral injury. But there was no operative mortality.

Effect of noradrenaline and endothelium on the high K+ or Ach-induced contraction were investigated in the pig myocardial coronary artery. The helical strip of isolated pig myocardial coronary artery was immersed in the Tris-buffered Tyrode`s solution equilibrated with 100% O2 at 37oC and its isometric tension was measured. High K+ and Ach-induced contraction were dose-dependent. By denuding the endothelium, dose-contraction curve of K+ was not shifted significantly to the left and upward, but that of Ach was shifted significantly to same direction 25 mM K+ - and Ach-induced contraction were relaxed by norepinephrine[NE]. NE-induced relaxation was blocked by the pretreatment of propranolol, which was known as b-adrenoceptor blocker. And, phenylephrine known as a-adrenoceptor agonist, and clonidine known as a-adrenoceptor agonist increased the 25mM K+ - induced contraction respectively. Denuding of endothelium did not show any significant effects on NE-induced relaxation and contraction increased by phenylephrine and clonidine. Tyramine increased 25mM K+ - induced contraction further. The contractile response by tyramine on the 25mM K+ - induced contraction was not blocked by the pretreatment of phentolamine, but was partially blocked by the pretreatment of atropine. From the above results, it is suggested that activation of a1-and a2-adrenoceptors induce the contraction, activation of b-adrenoceptors induce the relaxation, and NE-induced relaxation is mainly due to activation of b-adrenoceptors. Also it is suggested that denudation of endothelium did not influence NE-induced relaxation, but influence Ach-induced contraction in the pig myocardial coronary artery.
