        자궁난소질환에 대한 봉독(Bee Venom)을 활용한 국내외 연구 동향 분석

        Objectives: Bee Venom has been used to relieve pain and to treat various diseases, such as arthritis, cancer and skin disease. Although Bee Venom has used extensively in gynecological fields, we don't have enough evidence with it. This study is to investigate efficacy and safety of Bee Venom on women by investigating papers, then we are going to suggest the direction of research. Methods: We searched for papers which had Bee Venom from Pubmed, OASIS, Journal of Korean Obstetrics & Gynecology, Journal of Korean Medicine up to August 2017, then classified according to the type of studies. Results: Eleven papers have been finally selected. One paper was a case report about atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance. Four papers were in vivo studies about 1 endometriosis and 1 polycystic ovarian syndrome and 2 human cervical cancer. Among eight papers that were in vitro studies, four papers were reported about ovarian cancer and four papers reported about human cervical cancer. Among ten papers that were experimental studies, two papers have been studied both in vivo and in vitro. Most of studies have shown that Bee Venom is useful for gynecological disorders. Conclusions: It has been identified that Bee Venom could be a good treatment for female disorder. However, more clinical reports and well-designed studies will be needed.

        肛腸療法에 의한 枳實의 卽刻型 알레르기 反應 抑制 效果

        Anal therapy is another way of taking medicine It is a traditional pathway but not available in common situation. Nevertheless. It has many benefit and usefulness, it has not treated so much. The dried immature fruit of Poncirus trifoliata L(Ji-Sil) is widely used to treat urticaria, itch and indigestion in traditional Korean Medicine. So this study was carried out to examine the effect of an aqueous extract from immature fruit of Poncirus trifoliate L. on immediate-type allergic reaction by anal administration. Anal administration of Poncirus trifoliata L. showed a marked inhibition rate in systemic immediate-type allergic reaction with a dose of 0.1 - 1 g/kg 1 hr before intraperitoneal injection of compound 48/80. Anal administration of Poncirus tnjoliata L. (0.1 -1 g/kg) significant1y reduced plasma histamine contents induced by compound 48/80. Anal administration of Poncirus trifoliata L. (10 g/kg) also inhibited to $44.6\%$ (P<0.01) local allergic reaction activated by anti-dinitrophenyl (DNP) IgE. In addition, Syzygium aromaticum dose-dependently inhibited the histamine release from the peritoneal mast cells by compound 48/80 or anti-DNP IgE. These results provide evidence that anal therapy of Poncirus trifoliata L. may be beneficial in the treatment of systemic and local immediate-type hypersensitivity by inhibition of histamine release from mast cells in vivo and in vitro.

        절리암반에서의 근접사면굴착에 의한 기존터널 거동에 대한 실험적 연구

        절리암반에시 기존 터널에 근접하여 사면굴착시 터널의 거동은 절기와 굴착사면상태의 영향을 받는다. 본 논문에서는 기존터널에 근접하여 지반을 굴착시, 절리각도와 굴착사면 경사의 영향을 파악하기 위하여 2축 실대형 모형시험장치(3.1 m*3.1 m*0.50 m(폭*높이*길이))를 이용한 시험을 수행하였다. 절리암반은 콘크리트 블록을 사용하여 모사하였으며 터널은 1/10축척(직경 0.6 m)으로 제작하였다. 절리각도는 $0^{\circ}$부터 $90^{\circ}$까지 변경이 가능하며, 굴착사면 경사는 $30^{\circ}$에서부처 $90^{\circ}$까지 가능하도록 되어 있다. 실대형 시험을 통하여 절리각도와 사면경사에 따른 터널거동과 수평지중변위를 계측, 분석하였다. 분석결과 절기각도와 사면경사가 크면 클수록, 터널 내공변위와 터널 라이닝 모멘트가 커지는 경향이 있었으며 수평지중변위 또한 절리각도와 사면경사에 많은 영향을 받고 있어 향후 사면보강에 있어 효율적 방안제시를 위한 기초자료로 활용이 가능할 것이다. When a rock slope is excavated adjacent to a existing tunnel, the behavior of the existing tunnel in the jointed rock masses is greatly influenced by the joint conditions and slope status. In this study, the effects of joint dip and slope angle close to a tunnel are investigated through a large scale model using a biaxial test equipment ($3.1\;m\;{\times}\;3.1\;m\;{\times}\;0.50\;m$ (width $\times$ height $\times$ length)). The jointed rock masses were built by concrete blocks. The diameter of the modeled tunnel is 0.6 m and the dip angles of joint vary in the range of $0-90^{\circ}$. In addition, the excavated slope angle varies within $30{\sim}90^{\circ}$. Deformational behaviors of the tunnel were analyzed in consideration of joint dip and slope angle. With increase of the joint dip and slope angle, the magnitude of tunnel distortion and the moment of tunnel lining were increased. Rock mass displacement in horizontal was also dependent on the joint dip and the excavated slope angle, which indicated the optimal slope reinforcement for a specific rock mass conditions.

        CG 시뮬레이션을 이용한 단독주택지 도시설계지침별 공간구성의 선호도 평가에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate preferences for spatial composition by urban design guidelines of detached housing areas using CG simulation, with the aim of contributing to the improvement and management of residential townscapes. The list of urban design guidelines for detached housing areas was derived from an analysis of urban design guidelines and landscape regulations from the U.S.A, Japan, and Korea. These guidelines comprise building guidelines, landscape guidelines, street guidelines, and sign guidelines. Through the preferences revealed by CG simulation, an optimum presentation method for the urban design guidelines was determined. Based on the results of preferences, an appropriate management system and regulation standards were proposed. In conclusion, the efforts carried out on the study and legislation of a management system and regulation standards for the urban design guideline will accomplish the amenity of residential environments.

        커먼레일 직접분사(CRDi)용 고압 디젤인젝터의 구동방식별 Pilot Spray 특성비교 (I) - 실제 직접분사식 디젤엔진에서의 사전분사 특성 분석 -

        The capability of pilot injection with small fuel quantity at all engine operating conditions is one of the main feature of the common rail direct injection system. The purpose of the pilot injection is to lower the engine noise and to reduce the NOx emissions. This study describes the pilot spray structure characteristics of the common-rail diesel injectors with different electric driving characteristics, including solenoid-driven and piezo-driven type. Namely three common-rail injectors with different electric current wave were investigated in this study. The pilot spray characteristics such as spray speed, spray tip penetration, and spray angle were obtained by spray images, which is measured by the back diffusion light illumination method with optical system for high-speed temporal photography. As this research results, it was found that pilot injection of common-rail system was effected by rate of injection with different electrical characteristic for driving the injector.

        Since the development of 9.7% efficient long-term stable solid state perovskite solar cell in 2012, intensive study on perovskite solar cell has been performed. As a result, power conversion efficiency (PCE) has reached 20.1%. In-dept study on perovskite light absorber enabled understanding of origin of superb photovoltaic performance of perovskite solar cell. In this article, historical evolutions of perovskite solar cell along with key physical properties enabling high PCE are presented. Several important results for development of high efficiency perovskite solar cell are introduced. Finally, in-present research issues and future direction for solving these issues are discussed.

        실리카 복합소재의 물성에 따른 DLP 3D printing 적용 연구

        Recently, various composite materials for additive manufacturing are interested to expand the application field of 3D printing. 3D printing technique was mainly developed using polymer, and ceramic materials for 3D printing are still in the early stage of research due to the requirement of high solid content and post treatment process. In this study, silica particles with various diameters were surface treated with silane coupling agent, and synthesized as silica composite with photopolymer to apply DLP 3D printing process. DLP is an additive manufacturing technology, which has high accuracy and applicability of various composite materials. The rheological behavior of silica composite was analyzed with various solid contents. After DLP 3D printing was performed using silica composites, the printing accuracy of the 3D printed specimen was less than about 3 % to compare with digital data and he bending strength was 34.3 MPa at the solid content of 80 wt%. 최근 3D 프린팅 기술은 산업적인 응용분야의 확대를 위해 다양한 복합소재의 적용이 연구되고 있다. 기존 3D 프린팅 기술은 대부분 플라스틱 소재 위주로 개발되어 왔으며, 세라믹 소재의 경우 물리적, 화학적으로 우수한 물성을 가지고 있음에도 불구하고 상대적으로 3D 프린팅 적용을 위한 연구개발이 초기 단계에 머무르고 있다. 본 연구에서는 DLP(digital light processing) 3D프린팅 공정에 적용을 위해 다양한 입도의 실리카를 기반으로 광경화성 복합소재를 합성하였다. 다양한 적층 방식의 3D 프린팅 기술 중에서 DLP 3D 프린팅 방식은 광경화성 수지에 빛을 조사하여 3차원 기물을 제조하는 기술로 정밀도가 우수하고 다양한 소재 적용성이 높다. 합성된 실리카 복합소재의 충진율에 따른 유변학적 거동분석을 통하여 DLP 3D 프린팅 적용가능성을 확인하였고, 원활하게 적층조형이 잘 이루어지는 것을 확인하였다. 3D 프린팅된 시편의 인쇄 정확도는 디자인과 약 3 % 미만의 차이를 나타내었고, 실리카 입자의 충진율이 80 wt%일 때 34.3 MPa의 강도를 나타내었다.

        Recently, rainfall induced hazard has been increased gradually, for example, typhoon Rusa in 2002 and Maemi in 2003. In addition, localized heavy rainfall has been also caused tremendous damage to railroad systems. Measured data from the Meteorological Adminstration sometimes, However, are not in accordance with those of rain gauges in local area, because of its good distance. This study develop automatic alarming software to estimate and prevent these kind of rainfall induced hazards in railroad system with online transportation.
