기능성 스포츠 마스크의 착용감 개선에 관한 연구

야외 스포츠시 마스크를 착용하면 태양으로부터 피부를 보호할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 디자인이 다른 기능성 마스크의 생리적 반응과 주관적 감각을 평가하는 것이다. 면/키토산 원사로 입체 튜블러 마스크(M1), 평면 튜블러 마스크(M2) 및 귀끈 마스크(M3)의 세가지 유형으로 편직하고 건강한 여성 피험자 4명을 대상으로 평가했다. 얼굴 피부온, 체온, 혈압, 심박수, 주관적감각을 측정하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 얼굴부위 피부온도는 입체형 튜블러마스크(M1) 착용이 평면형 튜블러 마스크(M2)와 귀끈마스크(M3) 착용보다 더 낮았다. 얼굴과 목 부위의 피부 습도는 M3가 가장 낮고 M2가 가장 높았다. 운동 중 마스크 착용은 주관적 감각에 영향을 미쳤다. 입체형 튜블러 마스크 착용은 평면형 튜블러 마스크 및 귀끈형 마스크 착용보다 시원하고 습기가 적으며 호흡 및 착용이 더 편안한 것으로 평가되었다. 이러한 결과로부터 봄 여름철 입체형 튜블러 마스크 착용으로 호흡이 용이하여 운동 시 착용감과 편안함을 향상시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다.

소양인(少陽人) 치험례(治驗例)가 소양인(少陽人) 병리관(病理觀) 형성과정에 미친 영향에 대한 고찰

1. Objective: This literary review investigates Lee Jema's clinical experiences with Soyang-type patients and their influence on his conceptualization of the Soyang physiology and pathology. 2. Methods: 1) The case reports in "Soyang constitutional type: Spleen Cold-based Exterior-Cold disease" were compared before and after the Sinchuk revision to explore the temporal change in the Sasang medical concepts. 2) The texts in Donguisusebowon (Gabo edition) and Donguisusebowon (Sasangchobongwon) were analyzed to investigate the pathological concepts appearing before the completion of the Donguisusebowon (Gabo edition). 3) The texts in Donguisusebowon (Sinchuk edition) was analyzed to investigate the pathological concepts formed between the Gabo and Sinchuk editions of Donguisusebowon. 3. Results and Conclusions: 1) Gabo edition : The Gabo edition divided the External-origin Exterior disease into Cold-dominant (Heat-moderate) and Heat-dominant (Cold-moderate) patterns and differentiated the severity of Exterior-based Exterior disease and Interior-based Interior disease into mild, moderate, severe, and critical conditions. Cold-damage Delirium disease pattern was categorized as an Interior-based Interior disease, and the treatment protocol using Baekho-tang (Baihu-tang) was established. The stool condition and bowel movement reflecting the patient's defecation habits, the prime indicator of health in the Soyang constitutional type, were emphasized on their importance. 2) Sinchuk edition: The Delirium disease pattern was moved into the Exterior-cold disease, and the treatment protocol applying Jihwangbaekho-tang (Dihuangbaihu-tang) and Hyeongbangsabaek-san (Jingfangxiebai-san), with variational usage of Gypsum, was newly established. The Seong-Jeong and basal disease patterns were suggested as important factors in treating the patients. Also, it was proposed that the symptoms and signs reflecting the condition of the life-preserving energy be assessed to understand the patient's current condition. The importance of post-acute rehabilitation and aftercare as well as the most appropriate acute-stage treatment were emphasized.

출판물에 나타난 크로스오버 디자인에 관한 연구

우리 인류는 농업혁명 산업혁명을 거쳐 현재는 디지털 혁명 시대를 맞이하였다. 디지털 시대는 인터넷의 확산을 동반하였으며 인터넷의 급진적인 대중화는 정보통신 네트워크를 기반으로 한 미디어의 융합현상을 수반하였다. 따라서 매체 간의 고유경계선이 무너지게 되고 개별 매체의 독자성과 독립성이 약화되는 동시에, 서로 다른 매체 간의 컨텐츠와 서비스가 통합되는 융합현상이 가속화되고 있다. 여기에서 `퓨전(Fusion)` 현상이 나타나게 되는 것은 매우 자연스러운 일이 아닐 수 없다. 과거 국제화 시대에 있어서의 문화의 `교류(交流/exchange)`가 세계화에 있어서는 문화의 `공유(供有/co-ownership)`로 바뀌면서 퓨전현상은 더욱 뚜렷하게 나타난다. 이러한 사회 전반에 걸친 퓨전현상은 출판의 패러다임을 바꿔놓고 있다. 그러나 이러한 퓨전이 특별한 것만은 아니다. 현대인들은 퓨전현상이 현대의 대중문화에서 나타나는 당연한 것만은 아니다. 현대인들은 퓨전현상이 현대의 대중문화에서 나타나는 당연한 현상이라고 하지만 매체 발달사적인 측면에서 본다면 퓨전화는 이미 오래 전부터 우리의 문화 속에 스며들어 있었다. 이즈음에 출판매체의 디지털화에 따른 퓨전 출판에 대한 보다 적극적인 분석과 수용의 자세가 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문은 출판에 있어서의 퓨전화 현상을 출판매체의 디지털화를 중심으로 논하기 위하여 출판매체의 개념과 분류, 정보매체의 발전 과정과 출판물의 형태 변화, 디지털화에 따른 커뮤니케이션 패러다임의 변화 등을 우선적으로 다루었다. 또한 크로스오버의 개념과 발전배경 및 유형분석에 대해서 조사하였고, 크로스오버를 이론적으로 논의하면서 여러 산업계에서의 퓨전 수용 양상을 사례 분석을 중심으로 분석하였다. 그리고 산업계의 퓨전화 수용 분석을 바탕으로 출판의 크로스오버 경향을 분야별로 분석하였다. 출판산업의 온라인, 오프라인 병행 전략과 마지막으로 모든 장르의 출판기획을 지향하는 현상 등을 분석함으로서 출판 경영에서도 보이는 크로스오브 경향을 논하였다. 결론적으로 본 논문에서는 크로스오버 문화와 미래형 출판산업의 상호 작용의 결과를 디지털 문화컨텐츠 산업의 측면에서 이해해봄으로서 크로스오버 경향이 미래형 출판산업에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 이제 출판계는 전통적인 출판의 영역으로 분류되는 출판에서의 장점을 살리고 비 종이책 출판으로 발전하고 있는 다양한 매체를 이용하는 미래형 출판의 흐름에 순응하여 상생의 정신으로 새로운 매체로의 접근에 노력해야 할 것이다. 또한 출판매체의 디지털화는 크로스오버문화에 기초하고 있으므로 출판은 퓨전에 기초한 디지털화를 철저하게 대비하여야 한다. 끝으로 출판의 퓨전화 경향에 따른 성공 전략을 제시하며, 첫 번째로는 `퓨전경영과 감성마케팅 강화` 두 번째는 이종매체 간의 상호촉진전략, 세 번째로는 디지로그 문화컨텐츠화로서의 출판의 역할이 강조된다. 출판에서의 크로스오버디자인 측면에서 연구해 보고자 하였다. We, the human race, have gine through the Agricultural Revolution, the Industrial Revolution and now we are in the age of the Digital Revolution. The digital age has accompanied the spread of internet, and the rapid widespread use of internet is followed by the fusion phenomenon of mass media based on the information communication network. Hence the own borderline between mass media has broken up and at the same time the originality and the self-reliance of the individual medium have weakened, while it is speeding up the fusion phenomenon integrating contents and service between different media. It is very natural and indispensable of the appearance of Fusion phenomenon. As the culture exchange in the past international ags is altering into culture co-ownership in globalization age, the fusion phenomenon is coming into view apparently. This kind of fusion phenomenon throughout the society has changed the paradigm of publication. Now, we must analyze positively and accept the Fusion publication according to the digitalization of publication media. In conclusion, this thesis studied what the tendency of fusionization influences the future publication industry, understanding the result of reciprocal action between the fusion culture and the fusion publication industry in the aspect of digital culture contents industry. Now publishing companies should promote the merit of paper publication considered as a traditinal publication area, and make utmost endeavor to approach to a new medium, adapting themselves to the change: a trend of future publication using variety media. As digitalization of pulication medium is based on the fusion culture, publication must prepare throughly the digitalization based on fusion.

<마왕정협(魔王正俠)>을 통해 본 <여우구슬>의 이해

<The Bead of Fox> is folk-tale, and <An angelic the King of Darkness> is hero cartoon. All <The Bead of Fox> and <An angelic the King of Darkness> are story about glass bead. There have been few folk-tale and hero cartoon comparison. Therefore, through these comparison, will get age sequences. First, can grasp folk-tale that is thereinto enjoying hero cartoon. Second, medium modification can be free. Third, can choose important thing within various motif. <The Bead of Fox> is fox and human love story. <An angelic the King of Darkness> is witch and human love story. Fox and witch are similar in terms of is not human. Fox and witch communicate glass bead by intermediary with human. Through similarity of motif, <The Bead of Fox> and <An angelic the King of Darkness> can read together. As a result, hour angle about <The Bead of Fox>’s fox changes. Fox has been contradictory target. But, fox can be positive target going through <An angelic the King of Darkness>. <The Bead of Fox> becomes balanced narration going through <An angelic the King of Darkness>. 이 글은 <마왕정협>이라는 무협만화를 통하여 <여우구슬>을 새롭게 이해하고자 하는 목적에서 쓰여진 것이다. 그를 위하여 우선 지금까지 <여우구슬>에 관련된 연구사를 여우처녀에 대한 시각, 학동에 대한 시각, 구슬에 대한 해석 등을 중심으로 검토하였다. 그에 따라 <여우구슬>에 등장하는 여우처녀는 동물신적이면서, 인간의 정기를 빼앗기에 인간에게 위협적인 존재이며, 일종의 구미호이며, 성적불안감을 유발시킬 수 있는 존재이며, 유혹자로 보는 시각이 중심이었음을 알 수 있었다. 학동은 평범함 소년이며, 잠재력이 있으며, 아직 어리고 성숙하지 않았으며, 성에 대하여 무지한 어린 소년으로 보는 시각이 중심이었음을 알 수 있었다. 구슬은 세계운행비밀의 열쇠가 되고, 천문지리인사에 통달하는 주보(呪寶)이며, 초월적 능력의 상징물이면서 생명의 근원이며, 여우처녀를 승천케 할 수 있는 것이며, 평범한 인간이 비범해질 수 있는 기반 등으로 주로 해석되었다. 이러한 연구성과를 기반으로 <여우구슬>을 새롭게 이해하기 위해서는 우선 여우처녀에 대한 부정적인 시각으로부터 벗어나, 그녀가 학동을 정기를 빨아먹기 위한 대상이 아니라 애정대상으로 보았다는 점을 고려할 필요가 있었다. 애정대상으로 선택했다고 말할 수 있는 근거는 한명의 학동을 지속적으로 만나고, 여우처녀에게는 귀하디 귀한 구슬을 서로 주고받는 놀이를 함께 한 것으로 짐작할 수 있었다. 그에 따라 <여우구슬>은 여우처녀와 학동의 사랑과 위기에 대한 이야기로 볼 수 있었다. 다음으로 <마왕정협>과 <여우구슬>에 나타난 마교교주 운지와 여우처녀의 유사성, 청풍과 학동의 유사성, 운지와 청풍의 관계맺기방식과 여우처녀와 학동의 관계맺기방식, 청풍에게 위기를 알려주는 공작과 학동에게 위기를 알려주는 스승 등의 네 가지 측면에서 살펴보고 그 유사성을 논의하였다. 나아가 <마왕정협>과 <여우구슬>이 많은 부분이 유사함에도 불구하고 서로 다른 결말로 치달은 것을 간략히 정리하였다. 그에 따라 <여우구슬>에서 여우처녀가 도망치거나 죽게 되는 결말로 나아간 이유가 학동의 믿음이 부족한 것에 기인한 것이며, <마왕정협>에서 운지가 마성(魔性)을 버리고 인정(人情)을 되찾게 된 것이 청풍의 변치 않은 믿음에 따른 것임을 알 수 있었다.

Role of metabolism by intestinal microbiota in pharmacokinetics of oral baicalin

Baicalin (baicalein-7-glucuronide) is a flavonoidpurified from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi that hastraditionally been used for treatment of hypertension, cardiovasculardiseases, and viral hepatitis. In this study, theeffects of intestinal microbiota on the pharmacokinetics ofbaicalin were investigated in normal and antibiotic-pretreatedrats following p.o. administration of 100 mg/kgbaicalin by using liquid chromatography/ion trap massspectrometry. When rats were pretreated orally with cefadroxil,oxytetracycline and erythromycin for 3 days tocontrol the number of intestinal bacteria, the pharmacokineticparameters of oral baicalin were significantly affectedby antibiotics: Cmax, T1/2(b), Kel and AUC values weresignificantly changed compared to those in normal rats. These results indicate that intestinal microbiota might playa key role in the oral pharmacokinetics of baicalin.
