        VMD 매체로서의 POP 광고 디자인에 대한 연구(광주지역3개 백화점을 중심으로)

        These days, the marketing of products are rapidly changing due to the opening of the distribution market. It is also becoming more systematic. The development of dvanced technology brought a progress in distribution. In these terms, the market has become more mature and marketig communication has become more diverse in order to appeal to customers. POP Advertizement as VMD(Visual Merchandising) media was developed as a means to increase sales. It connects products to customers and is in charge of ensuring and exploiting markets. Advertisements which are easily accessible inform the public about new products, hteir appealing characteristics and identify the location where they can be purchased. POP Advertizement is suitable in a variety of situations in which cubic materials are used. it requires attention from the area of design. In an environment of changing distribution, images are considered as important when customers can perceive visual information and can make decisions about it. In this context, this study aims to do a theoretical examination of POP Advertisements and aims to look at the current tendency to handle advertising through analysing three major department stores. An effective design plan is offered to increase effectiveness and the characteristics of a department store are considered. It expected that POP Advertizement as VMD media achieves a new recognition and an increase of quality when design education is offered in business and department stores.

        This study was on the removal of silver ion containing photographic wastewater by BPBE cell. The experiments were performed at different voltage. electrolytic time and pH. When we inverstigated with silver removal efficiency, current efficiency and power efficiency at pH 4, 7, 9, thoese were indicatec most superior values in pH 9. And for the conditions of pH 9, l000mg-Ag/L, 3V, thoese were 93%. 40.4%, 0.54g-Ag/W .hr respectively.

        항균성 펩타이드인 Mastoparan B의 살조효과

        Mastoparan B (MPB)는 벌독으로부터 정제된 양친매성α-helical 구조를 취하면서 14개의 아미노산 잔기로 구성된 염기성 항균성 펩타이드로서 여러 가지 생물막과 작용한다. 본 연구에서는 우리 나라 연안의 적조 (HABs, harmful algal blooms)를 일으키는 4종의 적조생물 (Alexandrium tamarense, Chattonella catenatum)에 대한 MPB의 살조효과를 조사하였다. MPB의 4종의 적조생물에 대한 살조효과는 31.3㎍/㎖에서 세포의 lysis또는 ecdysis와 같은 형태로 현미경으로 관찰할 수 있었다. 또한 MPB는 C. marina 및 C. polykridorides에 대해서 A. tamarense와 G. catenatum보다 더욱 강한 살조효과를 나타내었다. 이러한 MPB의 HABs에 대한 살조효과연구는 새로운 살조물질을 개발하기 위한 자료가 될 것으로 생각된다. Mastoparan B (MPB), an antimicrobial cationic peptide isolated from the venom of the hornet Vespa basalis, is a basic amphipathic a-helical peptide composed of fourteen amino acid residues. In this study, we have investigated the algicidal effect of MPB against hatmful algae blooms (HABs) casative Alexandrium tamarense, Chattonella marina, Cochlodinium polykrikoides and Gymnodinium catenatum. The algicidal effect of MPB showed in the concentration of 31.3 ㎍/㎖ to 500 ㎍/㎖ against 4 HAB species and observed cell lysis or cell ecdysis by microscopy. MPB reacted more sensitive to C. marina and C.polykrikoides than A. tamarense and G. catenatum. The algicidal study of MPB against HABs will provides much insight into development of new algicidal substances.

      • 혈관중심성 T세포/자연살상세포 림프종의 임상적 고찰

        Although the Working Formulation is commonly used to classify NHL in Korea, it has been recognized as imperfect for primary extranodal lymphoma, expecially for patients with nasal, paranasal disease because of their histological characteristics. Angiocentric T/NK cell lymphoma remains rare clinical presentation in North America and Europe but is more common in Asia and Latin America. The optimal mode of treatment has also not been decided on, probably because of their rarity and limited understanding of its natural course. The aim of this study was to analyze our experience with 14 patients with angiocentric lymphoma seen at the Chungnam Natioanl University Hospital over the last 5 years. We reviewed the records of 14 patients who were treated at the Chungnam National University Hospital between January, 1996 and December, 2000. The angiocentric T/NK cell lymphoma accounted for about 8.2% of NHL. The median age was 52.5 (range 36-71) years. Sex ratio was equal. According to the Ann Arbor staging system, disease was classified as stage Ⅰin 3 patients, stage Ⅱ in 8 patients and stage Ⅳ in 3 patients. Systemic B symptoms were present in only four patients in only four patients. All patients has extranodal involvement. The most frequently involved extranodal sites were nasal cavity followed by paranasal sinuses and orpharynx. The most common presenting symptoms were nasal obstruction with purupent rhinorrhea followed by dysphagia. According to the International prognostic index (IPI), most patients was in low-risk group (11 patients). Nine patients responded completely. Seven patients were received combination chemotherapy and 2 patients had radiation therapy as a initial treatment. Five patients were relapsed. After a median follow-up of 660.5 days, the overall survival and disease-free survival rates at 3 years was 56.8% and 42.9% respectively. The median survival time was not yet reached. The median overall survival time was 1338.5 (range 1212-1564) days for non-relapsed and 733.4 (range 302-1008) days for relapsed patients. The median time from CR to relapse was 100.5 (range, 39-159) days. There were limitations to know enough about the characteristics of angiocentric T/NK cell lymphoma because of a small number of patients. In the future, multicenter trials will be neccesary to identify clinical characteristics, optimal treatment mordalities and their responses, and prognostic factors.

        치과용 심미 수복 재료들의 색상 연구를 통한 새로운 치과용 색체계의 제안

        본 연구는 새로운 치과용 색체계 개발을 목적으로 현재 치과에서 사용되고 있는 Vita shade를 사용하는 9 제조사의 12종의 광중합형 복합레진과 1종의 치과용 도재의 색상을 diffuse/8° 수광 방식을 사용하는 분광색체계 (MiniScan XE plus, Model 4000S, Hunter Lab, USA)를 이용해 D65 표준광과 10도 관찰자 시야 하에서 CIE L^(*)a^(*)b^(*) 값을 측정하고 색상 범위를 분석하였다. 분석한 정보를 color sorting system을 응용한 CNU Cons Dental Color Chart의 색상 표현 방식인 T###에 치과용 수복 재료들의 범위를 적용하여 다음의 결과를 얻었다. 측정된 L^(*)a^(*)b^(*)값의 분포를 분석해 보면 L^(*)값은 80.40과 52.70 사이에, a^(*)값은 10.60과-3.60 사이에, 그리고 b^(*)값은 28.40과 2.21 사이에 분포한다. L^(*)값의 평균값은 67.40, 중앙값은 67.30이며, a^(*)값은 2.89와 2.91, b^(*)값은 14.30 과 13.90 이다. 이러한 분석을 토대로 CNU Cons Dental Color Chart의 T###의 첫 번째 숫자에 해당하는 L^(*)값의 각 숫자간의 차이는 2.0으로, 그리고 2번째 숫자인 a^(*)값의 각 숫자간의 차이는 1, 그리고 세 번째 숫자인 b^(*)값의 각 숫자간의 차이는 2로 정하였다. T555에 해당하는 L^(*)값의 범위는 66.0이상, 68.0미만으로, a^(*)값의 범위는 3이상 4미만으로, b^(*)값의 범위는 14이상 16미만으로 결정하였다. The purpose of this study is to develope new dental color-space system. Twelve kinds of dental composites and one kind of dental porcelain were used in this study. Disk samples (15 ㎜ in diameter, 4 ㎜ in thickness) of used materials were made and sample’s CIE L^(*)a^(*)b^(*) value was measured by Spectrocolorimeter (MiniScan XE plus, Model 4000S, diffuse/8° viewing mode, 14.3 ㎜ Port diameters, Hunter Lab. USA). The range of measured color distribution was analyzed. All the data were applied in the form of T### which is expression unit in CNU Cons Dental Color Chart. The value of L^(*) lies between 80.40 and 52.70. The value of a^(*) are between 10.60 and 3.60 and b^(*) are between 28.40 and 2.21. The average value of L^(*) is 67.40, and median value is 67.30. The value of a^(*) are 2.89 and 2.91 respectively. And for the b^(*), 14.30 and 13.90 were obtained. The data were converted to T### that is the unit count system in CNU-Cons Dental Color Chart. The value of L^(*) is converted in the first digit of the numbering system. Each unit is 2.0 measured values. The second digit is the value of a^(*) and is converted new number by 1.0 measured value. For the third digit b^(*) is replaced and it is 2.0 measured unit apart. T555 was set to the value of L^(*) ranging from 66.0 to 68.0, value of a^(*) ranging from 3 to 4 and b^(*) value ranging from 14 to 16.

        복합레진 색상의 측정 기기에 따른 차이

        본 연구에서는 동일한 수광 방식을 사용하는 2종의 이동형과 고정형 spectrophotometer인 MiniScan XE plus (Model 4000S, Hunter Lab, USA)와 CM-3500d (Minolta, Japan), 그리고 다른 수광 방식을 사용하는 miniature VIS reflection spectrometer인 Specbos 2100(JETI Technische Instrumente GmbH, Germany)를 이용하여 직경 15 mm, 두께 4 mm의 디스크로 제작한 광중합 복합레진의 색상을 측정하였다. Spcebos 2100은 분광 특성을 측정하는 기기이지만 주문에 의해 제조사에서 측색이 가능한 형태로 제공하였다. 3종의 측색 기기를 사용한 측색 결과를 분석한 결과, 동일한 수광 방식, 광원 및 관찰자 각도를 적용한 2종의 기기 간에도 동일 색상에서 2.4-7.8까지의 색차(ΔE^(*))를 보였으나, L^(*),a^(*), b^(*) 값은 기기 간에 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 서로 다른 수광 방식을 사용하는 기기 간에는 약 20정도의 큰 색차(ΔE^(*))를 보이며, 측정된 각 값 간에도 낮은 상관관계를 보였다. 이상의 결과는 반투명의 치과용 수복 재료나 치아의 측색 시 측색 기기간에도 색차가 나타날 수 있음을 시사하며, 이는 기기에 대해 측정된 색상을 절대적인 색상으로 적용하기 보다는 상대적인 측정치로 이용하는 것이 바람직하리라 사료된다. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of color measuring instrument by measuring the color of dental composite resins. Nine shade light cured composite resin disks were prepared (diameter : 15 mm, thickness : 4 mm). CIE L^(*)a^(*)b^(*) color scale of each disk was measured with 3 different types of spectrophotometer 〔MiniScan XE plus (Model 4000S, Hunter Lab, USA), CM-3500d (Minolta, Japan) and Specbos 2100 Miniature VIS Reflection spectrometer (Serial No: 319416, JETI Technishe VIS Instrumentic GmbH, Germany)〕. Miniscan XE Plus and CM-3500d using identical measuiing geometry with different size of viewing aperture. But Specbos 2100 using different measuring geometry. Within the limitation of this study, there were color difference (ΔE^*) from 2.4 to 7.8 between Miniscan XE Plus and CM-3500d, but L^(*), a^(*), b^(*) values showed the high correlation. However, there were great color difference(ΔE^*) in the extent of about 20 between instruments with the different measuring geometry. Therefore, color scale measured by color measuhng instrument should be used as a relative value rather than an absolute value in the field of dentistry.

      • 초전도 저장장치의 신경회로망 모형 및 이를 이용한 안정도해석 앨고리즘 개발에 관한 연구

        Recently the need of energy storage device such as the pumped-storage has more and more increased in power system in order to aid a side reliability. But it has the problem of environment. As an alternative way of installing it, the Superconducting Magnetic Energy Storage(SMES) is widely study in a power system. Generally the SMES might divide in two class ; the storage use and the stability use. For use in storage SMES never has been construct, because of its expensive cost. Actively progressing the field of the study is for use in stability SMES, so as construction cost is relatively inexpensive. In order to application of the SMES in the power system, it has to be proven of stability efficiency through stability analysis. Stability analysis need modelling of the SMES. The existing model has been used only mathematical model that presented by first order delay time function, so that the SMES has fast response characteristic. But this kind of mathematical model of dynamic system have some problems when stability analysis requests more precision analysis. The problems are the complexity of equation, long calculus time and error of model-decision. For the purpose of settling this problems, this paper proposed an artificial neural network(ANN) methodology to make SMES modelling. ANN is presented using the input-output power characteristics of SMES. when it uses ANN which functions as a model-free system, network construction and parameters determination are carefully chosen to represent the complicated nonlinear input-output relation from the black-boxed SMES system. So far medelling of SMES by ANN never used stability analysis. In this paper, the proposed ANN-based SMES model is applied to analyze the power system stability and the simulation results provide the property of this approach.

        완충 용액의 유산 농도와 pH가 법랑질의 재광화에 미치는 영향

        There are considerable in vitro and in vivo evidences for remineralization and demineralization occurring Simul-taneously in incipient enamel caries. In order to "heal" the incipient dental caries, many experiments have been carried out to determine the optimal conditions for remineralization. It was shown that remineralization is affected by different pH, lactic acid concentrations, chemical composition of the enamel, fluoride concentrations, etc. Eighty specimens from sound permanent teeth without demineralization or cracks, 0.15 mm in thickness, were immersed in lactic acid buffered demineralization solutions for 3 days. Dental caries with a surface zone and subsurface lesion were artificially produced. Groups of 10 specimens were immersed for 10 or 12 days in lactic acid buffered remineralization solutions consisting of pH 4.3 or pH 6.0, and 100, 50, 25, or 10 mM lactic acid. After demineralization and remineralization, images were taken by polarizing microscopy (×100) and micro-computed tomography. The results were obtained by observing images of the specimens and the density of the caries lesions was determined. 1.As the lactic acid concentration of the remineralization solutions with pH 4.3 was higher, the surface zone of the carious enamel increased and an isotropic zone of the subsurface lesion was found. However, the total decalcification depth increased at the same time 2.In the remineralization solutions with pH 6.0, only the surface zone increased slightly but there was no significant change in the total decalcification depth and subsurface zone. In the lactic acid buffer solutions with the lower pH and higher lactic acid concentration, there were dynamic changes at the deep area of the dental carious lesion. 본 연구의 목적은 유산 완충 용액의 pH및 유산 농도 변화가 법랑질에서 인공 우식 병소의 재광화 양상에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위함이다. 유산 완충 용액을 이용하여 법랑질을 탈회시키고, 유산의 농도가 100, 50, 25, 10 mM이고 pH가 4.3인 네 가지 재광화 용액 (Group 1, 2, 3, 4)에 10일, pH 6.0인 네 가지 재광화 용액 (Group 5, 6, 7, 8)에 12일간 처리한 후 무기질의 양적 변화를 편광 현미경에서 얻은 상에서의 탈회 깊이의 변화, 우식 표면층 깊이의 변화로 측정하였다. 또한 micro-computed tomography (micro-CT)를 이용하여 탈회 후와 재광화 후를 촬영하여 얻은 상으로부터 lesion부위의 density를 비교하였다. 1. pH 4.3에서 유산 농도가 증가할수록 우식 표면층의 증가와 표층하 탈회부 중 심층부의 isotropic zone등의 재광화 현상을 보이나, 전체 탈회 깊이 역시 증가하였다. 2. pH 6.0에서 우식 표면층에 국한된 재광화 현상을 보이고, 전체 탈회 깊이는 변화가 없었다. 이상의 실험 결과로 미루어 포화도가 일정한 유산 완충 용액으로 재광화 유도시 pH가 낮고 유산의 농도가 높을수록 표면으로부터 심층부 동역학적 변화에 더 영향을 주었으며, micro-CT를 이용한 우식 병소부위의 density 확인을 통해 무기질의 침착과 방출 현상을 객관적으로 평가할 수 있었다.
