      • Layer-by-Layer Doping of Few-Layer Graphene Film

        <P>We propose a new method of layer-by-layer (LbL) doping of thin graphene films. Large area monolayer graphene was synthesized on Cu foil by using the chemical vapor deposition method. Each layer was transferred on a polyethylene terephthalate substrate followed by a salt-solution casting, where the whole process was repeated several times to get LbL-doped thin layers. With this method, sheet resistance was significantly decreased up to ∼80% with little sacrifice in transmittance. Unlike samples fabricated by topmost layer doping, our sample shows better environmental stability due to the presence of dominant neutral Au atoms on the surface which was confirmed by angle-resolved X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The sheet resistance of the LbL-doped four-layer graphene (11 × 11 cm<SUP>2</SUP>) was 54 Ω/sq at 85% transmittance, which meets the technical target for industrial applications.</P><P><B>Graphic Abstract</B> <IMG SRC='http://pubs.acs.org/appl/literatum/publisher/achs/journals/content/ancac3/2010/ancac3.2010.4.issue-8/nn1008808/production/images/medium/nn-2010-008808_0006.gif'></P><P><A href='http://pubs.acs.org/doi/suppl/10.1021/nn1008808'>ACS Electronic Supporting Info</A></P>

        환경 친화적 Bi-황동의 응력부식균열에 관한 연구

        The purpose of the present investigation was to study the stress corrosion cracking (SCC) properties of environmentally friendly Bi-brasses in Mattsson's solution (0.05M copper sulfate and 0.5M ammonium sulfate, pH 7.4) at room temperature. Three unleaded brasses with Bi content ranging from 1 to 3 wt% and a conventional leaded brass for comparison were investigated. The effect of Bi on SCC of unleaded brasses was studied through polarization test, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM, energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and slow-strain-rate test (SSRT). Potentiodynamic polarization studies indicated that the corrosion resistance of Bi-containing brasses was improved as the content of Bi, which showed a passivating characteristic in Mattsson's solution, increased. The Pb- and Bi-containing brasses presented an inductive behavior on impedance data in low frequency region at the open-circuit potential (OCP). Such behavior could be attributed to the adsorption process on the alloy surface. The observed dezincified layers after SSRT should be particularly good initiators of SCC as they could induce tensile stress. As the content of Bi increased, the thickness of dezincified layer and the volume fraction of preferentially attacked Β phase decreased, therefore, SCC resistance of the Bi-containing brasses was improved.

      • 人體에서 分離한 葡萄糖 非醱酵菌의 抗菌劑 耐性에 關한 硏究

        This experiment was conducted to classify for the 82 strains of glucose nonfermentative bacteria obtained from K hospital, in 1988, on the biological differentials and to test the resistance reaction on the drugs for those strains. The results were as follows : 1. Eighty two strains were classified into 65 strains of 79.3% of Ps. aeruginosa, 10 strains of 12.2% of Ps. cepacia, and 7 strains of 8.5% of Ac. calcoaceticus as results of 0 F sugar test, oxidase test, and DNase test. 2. It showed that Ps. aeruginosa was coincided with AP, CM, GM, KM, CF, and TC from the disk and MIC methods in the test of resistance reaction to antimicrobial agent, and especially, that AK and TOB KM and GM were observed high resistance reactive from MIC method. Resistnace to antibiotics for Ps. cepacia showed the identical reaction to AP, CB, CM, AK, SPT, CF, TC, TOB, KM and GM were observed high resistance reative from MIC method. Ac. calcoaceticus was identified the same resistance reaction to antibiotics to CB, KM, GM, AK, CF, and TOB, AP, SPT and TC showed high resistance reaction from the disk method. 3. CF and AP were observed the highest resistance reactions among 10 kinds of drugs used in this experiment and following was CM, KM and TC in order. 4. Ps. aeruginosa, Ps. cepacia, and Ac. calcoaeticus showed all multiple resistance reactions in the test of resistance to drugs, and Ps. aeruginosa was identified high resistance reaction to 6 drugs in 24.6%, Ps. cepacia was 9 drugs in 60%, and Ac. calcoaceticus showed resistance reaction to various kinds of drugs. 5. It showed important question in result of these studies that resistance percentage of NFB decreased by optimal antimicrobial selection and effective treatment established from serious antimicrobial treatment.

      • 葡萄汁加聰明湯이 集中力에 미치는 臨床的 硏究

        Clinical studies were carried out 25 cases through administration of Chongmyungtang added Grape Juice(CMT+GJ) from December 1st 2002 to December 31th 2002. The results were summarized as follows; 1. There were significant decreases in physical symptoms of fatigue from 4.64±2.71 to 2.52±1.78 by administration of CMT+GJ. 2. There were significant decreases in mental symptoms of fatigue from 5.44±2.38 to 3.88±2.03 by administration of CMT+GJ. 3. There were significant decreases in neuro-sensory symptoms of fatigue from 3.84±2.03 to 2.88±2.07 by administration of CMT+GJ. 4. There were significant decreases in total subjective symptoms of fatigue from 13.92±5.42 to 9.28±4.21 by administration of CMT+GJ. 5. There were not significant changes in VAS of fatigue and attention ratio by administration of CMT+GJ. According to the results, we could suggest that CMT+GJ is able to be applied to the development of concentration.

        To improve passenger safety, seat belt systems with pre-tensioner that tightens seat belt webbing using explosive just before collision are widely used these days. Even though seatbelt must not unlatched without passengers' operation. explosive power of pre-tensioner can cause unlocking of a buckle. To prevent the unlocking, an anti-g mass that blocks displacement of the release button has been attached to the buckle. In this study, the dynamics and statics of locking mechanism associated with operation of anti-g buckle has been theoretically investigated, and important design variables that affect the operation of anti-g buckle have been identified. Through the total seat belt system's dynamic simulation using force and displacement inputs obtained from seat belt sled test, design of the proposed anti-g buckle has been validated.

        인공 해수분위기에서 저탄소강의 부식특성에 미치는 합금원소 Cr, Co 및 W의 효과

        The aqueous corrosion characteristics of 1% Cr-steel alloyed with small amounts of Co and W, in synthetic seawater was studied by using immersion weight-loss tests, electrochemical corrosion tests (potentiodynamic test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements) and analytical techniques. 1% Cr steels containing Co or W from 0.2 to 0.4 wt.% showed higher corrosion resistance than the 1% Cr steel in the immersion and potentiodynamic tests. EIS measurements showed that the Nyquist plot presented one time constant. Furthermore, the Co- and W-bearing steels present higher Rp values than the 1% Cr steel through all the test period. The better corrosion resistance of the Co-and W-bearing steels is attributed to protectiveness of the surface layer. The corrosion products were examined using electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results of EPMA indicated that Cr was concentrated in the inner region of the rust layer, while Co and W were distributed all over the rust layer. XPS results showed that Co existed as a trivalent oxide in the rust layer and W in the rust appeared in the form of a WO₄ compound.

      • 내시경적 점막절제술로 치험한 식도 과립상 세포종 1례

        과립상 세포종은 Schwann 세포 기원으로 생각되며 인체에 비교적 드물게 발생한다. 과립상 세포종은 전신 어느 곳에서나 발견될 수 있으나 주로 혀, 구강, 피부 혹은 유방 등에서 호발하며 드물게 위장관에서 발견된다. 위장관에서는 식도에서 가장 호발하며 다음으로 위, 대장 순이다. 과립상 세포종은 대부분, 특히 위장관에서는 양성이며 소수의 악성 병변이 보고되었다. 이러한 이유와 함께 수술 전의 진단이 어렵기 때문에 과립상 세포종에 대한 근본적인 치료는 현재까지 외과적 절제술이다. 최근에 시도되는 치료방법들로는 내시경적 레이저 치료, 용종절제술, 내시경적 점막 절제술 등이 있다. 저자들은 상부 소화관 내시경검사를 시행하여 식도 과립상 세포종을 진단하고 내시경적 점막 절제술을 시행하여 합병증 없이 퇴원하여 현재 재발없이 경과 관찰중인 1례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Granular cell tumors, which occur infrequently, are probably of Schwann cell origin. They can occur almost anywhere in the body but usually affect the tongue, oral cavity, skin, or breasts and are rarely found in the gastrointestinal tracts. The esophagus is the most frequent gastrointestinal site, followed by the stomach and the colon. Granular cell tumors are generally benign, especially in the gastrointestinal tract, some malignant lesions have been reported. For this reason, and also because preoperative diagnosis is difficult, the standard treatment for granular cell tumor has until now been surgical excision. In recent years, other therapeutic methods is endoscopic laser therapy (ELT), polypectiomy, endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR). We report a case of esophageal granular cell tumor which was diagnosed by an endoscopy and managed using an endoscopic mucosal resection without complication.
