      • S-580 : Vitamin D and carotid subclinical atherosclerosis in SLE

        Vitamin D and carotid subclinical atherosclerosis in SLE Chang-Bum Bae, Ju-Yang Jung, Bo-ram Go, Hyun-Ah Kim, Chang-Hee Suh Department of Rheumatology, Ajou University School of Medicine, Suwon, Korea Introduction Atherosclerosis develops earlier in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and is the important cause of mortality. It has been suggested that vitamin D deficiency contributed cardiovascular disease and immune dysregulation in SLE. Methods One-hundred two female patients with SLE and 52 normal controls (NC) were recruited. The carotid artery intima-media thickness (cIMT) and plague were assessed by B-mode ultrasound at the carotid artery level. Vitamin 25(OH)D3 levels were checked by immunoradiometric assay using the Bio-Line 25(OH)D3-Ria CT kit (Bio-Line S.A., Belgium). Disease activity markers were checked at the time of enrollment. Results The cIMT of SLE is 0.41±0.08mm, which is higher than NC (0.37±0.11 mm, p=0.012). Also, carotid artery plague index (PI) of SLE is higher than NC (0.68±1.39 vs 0.26±0.87, p=0.026). The cIMT was correlated with age (r=0.442, p<0.001), body mass index (r=0.246, p=0.013), waist-hip ratio (r=0.245, p=0.013), SLE disease activity index (r=0.239, p=0.016), taking aspirin (r=0.244, p=0.013), and the carotid artery PI was correlated with renal involvement (r=0.224, p=0.023) in patients with SLE. Vitamin 25(OH)D3 was not showed correlation with cIMT and carotid artery PI. Also, it was not correlated with disease activity markers. Conclusion In patients with SLE, the risk of cardiovascular disease measured by cIMT and carotid artery plaque was higher than NC, which may be derived from systemic inflammation. However, vitamin D levels were not showed significant correlations with carotid subclinical atherosclerosis. It may be not suitable to assess vitamin D as marker of disease activity or subclinical atherosclerosis.

      • 農山村 零細私有林所有者의 山林施策 事項에 對한 知識水準

        本硏究는 106名 零細山主에 對한 聽取調査 資料에 依하여 우리나라 農山村에 零細私有林所有者들의 山林施策事項에 關한 知識水準을 究明코자 實施하였다. 이를 爲하여 各山主의 知識評點(0∼5點)을 求하고 山林所有規模, 山主職業, 農地所有規模를 獨立變數로 하여 知識水準을 分析하였다. 本硏究 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 山林施策事項에 對한 私有林所有者의 知識水準은 大體로 낮아서 59.4%가 山主가 低知識水準(0∼2點)을 갖고 있었다. 2. 山林所有規模別 高知識水準의 分布는 5.0㏊ 以下의 山主가 32.5%, 5.1∼11.0㏊의 山主가 40.0%, 11.0∼15.0㏊의 山主가 45.5%, 15.1㏊ 以上의 山主가 62.5%이었다. 3. 山林施策事項에 對한 知識水準을 職業別로 볼 때, 高知識水準이 複合農家山主는 36.5%, 非農家山主는 47.4%이었다. 4. 農地所有規模에 따른 高知識水準 分布는 3,000坪以下가 30.6%, 3,001∼6,000坪이 34.9%, 6,001坪以上이 57.1%이었다. The study was attempted to measure the forest owners' Knowledges Concerning recommended forest policy practices in Agricultural and Mountain villages. For the study, the data were Collected by interviewing 106 private forest owners' in July, 1983. The three independent variables such as forest land scale, Owners' occupation and size of owned Agricultural land, and the one dependent variable, i.e. Knowledge score, were adapted. The results of the study are summarized as follows; 1. As a whole, about 59 percent of forest owners' had the low Knowledge­level(score 0­2) 2. The percentage of forest owners who had high Knowledge­level(score 3­5) by the independent variables are shown below.       • 개 비장 질환의 미세세침흡입술을 통한 세포병리학 검사 4례

        To evaluate the accuracy and diagnostic significance of cytopathological diagnosis of canine splenic disorders, cytopathological examination throgh fine-needle aspiration(FNA) referred to Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Chungnam National University were retrospectived. Splenic neoplasm, hemolymphatic neoplasm, hyperplasia, extramedullary hematopoiesis and splenitis were diagnosed canine splenic disorders through cytopathological examination. The patient should be identified what coagulation profile are normal before aspiration, because complication such as hemorrhage could happen. The 4 cases were identified symmetric, asymmetric splenomegaly on abdominal ultrasonography and then were performed ultrasound-guided FNA. The 4 cases were diagnosed hemangiosarcoma(2), hyperplasia(1) and extramedullary hematopoiesis(1) by clinical signs, hematological examination, and cytopathological examination. Cytopathological examination through FNA was cost-effective, no gneral anesthesia, no complication, and non-invasive method of diagnosis for canine splenic disorders.

      • 고양이의 만성 췌장염 치료 증례

        A 5-year-old Russian blue cat was referred to the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Chungnam National University with the history of anorexia, lethargy, weight loss(6.5 to 4.8 kg) 2 weeks ago. Abdominal ultrasonography showed the following : increase of echogenicity of liver, irregular shape of gall bladder, hyperechoic region around duodenum. Pancreatitis, cholangitis, hepatic lipidosis was diagnosed by the ultrasonography. Anti- inflammatory therapy, antibiotic therapy was administered. Abdominal ultrasonography is a efficient available diagnostic tool but serum fPL test reveals the highest sensitivity and specifity result for feline pancreatitis. SNAP fPL test is newly released that can check pancreatitis within 10 minutes by same princple of Spec fPL test used in Gastrointestinal Laboratory of Texas A & M Univerrsity.

      • 치료교육의 실태 및 개선방안 연구 : Issues and Future Delivery System

        본 연구는 2005년 3월 특수교육진흥법 개정에 의하여 특수학교 치료교육교사의 확대배치 및 일반학교 특수학급에의 치료교육 담당교원 배치 등 치료교육 분야의 발전이 예상되는 가운데, 개정법률이 실제 교육현장에 보다 실효성있게 적용되기 위하여 우리나라 특수교육 공교육 상에서 이루어지고 있는 치료교육활동의 실태와 요구를 파악하고 보다 적합한 치료교육을 위한 개선방안을 찾고자 한 정책연구이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 치료교육의 개념, 역사, 외국 사례 등에 관한 문헌을 탐색하였으며, 설문조사를 통하여 치료교육의 실태와 요구를 분석하였고, 이를 바탕으로 한 치료교육의 개선방안을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 설문조사를 위하여 전국의 142개 특수학교와 182개 지역교육청을 대표하는 1,078명의 교사들로 조사단을 구성하여 설문지를 배부하였다. 그 결과 전국의 16개 시·도교육청에 소속된 142개 특수학교 중 140개 특수학교에서 설문응답에 참여하였으며, 182개 모든 지역교육청에 소속된 교사들이 설문응답에 참여하여, 총 1,046부의 설문지가 수합되었음을 밝힌다. 이 조사를 통하여 치료교육 담당인력의 양적 부족, 치료교육의 내용과 형식에 대한 합의 부족으로 인한 교육실제 상의 혼란이 현 특수학교 치료교육의 대표적인 문제로 제기되었으며, 특수아동 요구의 다양성과 치료교육의 효과성을 동시에 충족하기 위한 치료교육 담당교원의 자격제도 및 배치방법의 해결과 치료교육을 실시하기 위한 공간 확보의 문제가 일반학교 특수학급에서의 치료교육을 위한 주된 요구로 제기되었다. 이와 같은 설문조사의 결과를 바탕으로, 다섯 명의 연구진 중 대학에 재직 중인 세 명의 공동연구자들이 서로 다른 각도에서 치료교육의 문제점과 개선방안을 조명하였다. 따라서 세 가지의 큰 학문적 흐름을 가지고 방안이 주창되었으나, 그 방안 속에서 논해진 구체적인 하나하나의 제안들은 각자의 학문적 입장에서만이 아니라 다양한 현실적 상황을 고려하여 심사숙고된 결과임을 밝힌다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 맺는 말에서는, 일단은 특수교육진흥법과 특수학교 교육과정에 근거하여 교육서비스로서 행해지고 있는 치료교육 시스템의 견고한 틀 안에서의 개선을 논하는 것이 최선일 것으로 보고, 세 가지 큰 흐름의 방안들에서 최소한의 공통되는 제안들을 다음과 같이 종합하였다. 우선 첫째, 치료교육 교사 양성에 있어서의 전공 분야 세분화가 필요하다. 둘째, 기존의 치료교육 교사들이 세부 전공 영역의 전문성을 가질 수 있도록 하는 보완적 교육이 행해져야 한다. 셋째, 특수교사로서의 치료교육교사에 의한 치료교육 제공을 교실교육과 순회교육을 기본 원칙으로 하되, 순회가 불가능한 지역이나 일반학교 일반학급, 일반 유치원 내의 특수아동들을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 교육기관 외의 기관에 소속되어 있는 치료사 인력들을 활용할 수 있는 권역별 인력풀 제도를 마련한다. 넷째, 특수교육과 치료교육의 관계 및 내용적 정체성 확립을 위한 근본적인 재조명이 필요하다. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the current practice of the therapeutic education in Korea. The survey data were collected and analyzed from 332 therapeutic educators, 367 special school teachers, and 347 special classroom teachers. Results of the present study were summarized and discussed by three of the researchers based on their academic standpoints. The problems of current therapeutic education analyzed by this study are the lack of therapeutic educators, confused understanding of the contents and methods of therapeutic education, low professionalism of the therapeutic educators, and the lack of space to carry out therapeutic education in general schools, etc. The common suggestions from the three researchers were summarized as follows: first, the courses of universities for training therapeutic teachers have to be more specialized. Second, some kind of training programs for the existing therapeutic teachers are needed to get them more specialized certificates. Third, the community human resource pool including not only therapeutic teachers but also professional therapists should be available. Fourth, the identity of the therapeutic education in special education delivery system needs to be reestablished academically and practically.

      • 현대 패션에 나타난 그린(GREEN)디자인

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of green design in the 1990s based on ecological aesthetics and identify the trend toward eco-design in different times. It was based on our study of literatures and cases along with analysis of contents. To establish the concept of eco-design, the case study was conducted on relevant literatures and photographs, and in terms of cases related to fashion, the study of all design trends occurred in the past analyzed the characteristics of design elements between 1990 and 1999. As the result, trend toward green design could be split into naturalism, minimalism and recycle. The first two trends share the core concept of reduce. As the trend pursued minimalism, at the production stage, it had a simple form and was designed using materials that can minimize the damage to the environment. This kind of materials had natural colors such as ecru. Addition ally, in the recycle trend, recycling fashion that came from the need to conserve resources and protect environment caught on with the reuse of old materials and various methods of expression through diversity of materials. Almost anything could be used; fabrics, paper, recycled plastic, and everyday products. And you can see that fashion had played an active role in recycling resources using various methods like patchwork, collage, fraying, fringe, and layering

        건축디자인과정에서 스케치와 창조적 디자인 행위의 인지적 상호작용분석을 위한 기초연구

        One of characteristics of the design process in the area of architectural design is the use of a number of different types of sketches. Designers place great emphasis on the sketch often because it is thought to be associated with innovation and creativity. Because of this emphasis researchers have also begun to focus on the sketch and its role of design. Especially emergent shapes through the sketches plays a significant role in the creative design. The first aim of this paper is to collect together and review the results closely related researches that have looked at the role of sketches in design process. The second aim of this paper is to review analogy and emergence that can be effective in facilitating creative design. At last the mutational emergent shapes are introduced.

        패션 컨벤션 구성요인이 고객만족에 미치는 영향

        This study first denfines the fashion convention industry as an idea that includes international conventions, exhibitions and collections mainly dealing with fashion (fabric·material, clothing·fashion, and machinery·equipment). It then infers constituents of the industry based on preceding studies on service quality and satisfaction, and analyzes their importance and the structural relation between constituent performance, satisfaction and ex post behaviour. Also it analyzes perception difference of the organizer and participators on constituent importance, performance, and satisfaction. n the survey, a total of 500 questionnaires were distributed to the organizers and participants of 2001 Seoul Fashion Week, and among them, 259 questionnaires from the participants and 18 from the organizers were used as data for the demonstrative analysis. LISREL 8 program and SPSS WIN V. 8.0 were used for a statistical process of collected of collected data.

        유아의 창의성 개발을 위한 교사의 역할

        본 연구는 창의성 개발을 위한 교사의 역할에 관해 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 이 연구는 1. 창의성의 본질 및 정의 2. 창의적인 성격특성 3. 사고력의 종류와 창의성 4. 교사와 창의력 ①창의적인 유아와 교사 ②유아의 창의성 개발을 위한 교사의 역할 ③창의성의 촉진 ④교사의 창의성에 영향을 미치는 요인 ⑤수업에 있어서의 비창의적인 요소의 순으로 문헌연구의 방법으로 행해졌으며 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 교사들이 창의성 교육에 얼마만큼의 관심을 갖는가에 따라 유아의 창의성이 좌우되는 것이므로, 교사 자신이 창의성 교육에 대한 의지와 신념을 갖고, 스스로 자신의 환경을 창의적인 것으로 변형시키기 위해 끊임없이 자기 계발에 임하는 자세가 필요하다는 것이다. 교사가 유아들의 창의성을 촉진시킬 수 있는 구체적인 방법은 첫째, 창의성은 누구나 어떤 형태이건 간에 가질 수 있는 보편적인 특성임을 강조하는 것이고 둘째, 창의적인 사고를 자극하며 셋째, 확산적인 사고를 수용하고 장려하며 넷째, 유아들이 스스로의 판단을 신뢰할 수 있게 하는 것이다. 교사의 창의성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 교직관, 연찬 노력 등의 개인적인 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 교사가 수업을 행함에 있어 흔히 나타낼 수 있는 비창의적인 요소는 정확한 것에 대한 강조, 외적인 평가, 교사의 조급함, 적응에 대한 압력, 학습과 놀이의 엄격한 구분, 보상 및 경쟁, 제한된 선택을 들 수 있다. The goal of research lies in studying the role of the teacher in the creative development of the young children. This research was conducted in the following order: 1. The basis of creativity, 2. creative personality traits, 3. creativity of thought, 4. issues affecting the creativity of the teacher, ①creative child and the teacher, ② the child and the teacher's role in his/her creativity development, ③ acceleration in the development of creativity, ④ causes influencing the teacher's creativity, ⑤ instructional practices which hinder creativity, and the conclusions reached are as follows. Since the creativity of the young children depends on their teacher's interest in creative education, the teacher must have confidence and persistence towards creative education. Furthermore, it is necessary to put forth continuous efforts towards developing oneself and reshaping one's own environment to nurture creativity. Methods for the teacher to utilize on accelerating the development of the young children's creativity are by emphasizing creativity as a common trait available to anyone and in any form, by stimulating creative thinking, by nurturing expansive minds, and by allowing the young children to trust their own decisions. Educational conception, yearly effort, and other individual factors were found to be the most influential to the creativity of the teacher. Furthermore, some instructional methods, commonly practiced by the teacher, which hindered creativity were emphasizing exactness, exterior criticism, anxiety of teacher, pressure for adjustment, strict division of study and play, retribution and competition, and limited choices.
