Jo. Changgyoo & Han, Yuseok 2001. A Statistical study on Youngrng's Poetic Diction, the Linguistic association of Korea Journal A 9(2), 139-158. This study airs to investigate the features of Kim, Ycungrang's poetic diction by way of statistical method The corpus is consist of B5 poem, And the size of the corpus is 471D words and 11,969 syllables. The results I get are as follows, (1) The Local color of the poems of Kim, Youngrang is caused by Kangjin dialect which form B,3 percent rather than wads which are related to nature. (2) Youngang use the more adjectives and adverbs as compared with other poets. The effects of this are descriptive, (Doug-shin University)
육아공동체 참여 경험에 관한 연구-서울시 공동육아 활성화사업을 중심으로-
조유성(Jo, Yu Seong),한창근(Han, Chang Keun) 한국아동복지학회 2019 한국아동복지학 Vol.- No.67
This study aimed to provide an in-depth understanding of the experiences of participants in co-nurturing community, particularly the changes in the lives of mothers and children. A qualitative case study approach was utilized, and in-depth interviews were conducted with nine mothers to understand the changes in their lives. Key findings were as follows. First, 12 themes were identified regarding changes in the mothers: reliefs from child-caring stress, growth as a caregiver, changes in their perspectives, making new friends in the community, increased interests in the community, finding a caregiver in times of emergency, giving back to the community, policy discussions, capacity building, taking a role of an organizer or a counsellor, extending to community work, and possibility of caregiving for school-aged children. Second, six changes were observed in children: making new friends, building relationships with other caregivers in the community, positive changes in personality, experiencing brotherhood or sisterhood, pride in the community, and taking a break due to fatigue. Based on the results, several policy implications were provided to develop co-nurturing communities.

Previously, we suggested that dioleoyl phosphatidic acid (PA) and lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) increased $[Ca^{2+}]_i$ through endogenous LPA receptors coupled to pertussis toxin-sensitive G proteins in rat C6 glioma cells. In the present report, we investigated morphological changes and cytotoxicity induced by PA and LPA in C6 glioma cells. Isoproterenol treatment led to changes in the cell morphology of rat C6 glioma cells, which were reverted by the addition of PA and LPA. PA- and LPA-induced morphological reversions were inhibited by treatment with Ki16425, an $LPA_1/LPA_3$ receptor antagonist. VPC32183, another $LPA_1/LPA_3$ receptor antagonist with a different structure, only inhibited PA-induced morphological reversion but not LPAinduced reversion. However, the reversions were not inhibited by treatment with pertussis toxin, a specific inhibitor of $G_{i/o} $proteins. In addition, cytotoxicity was only induced by LPA but not by PA in C6 glioma cells. Our results suggest that PA may act as a partial agonist at endogenous LPA receptors, which are sensitive to Ki16425 and coupled to PTX-insensitive G proteins, to evoke morphological changes in C6 glioma cells.
Rapid and efficient construction of markerless deletions in the Escherichia coli genome
Yu, Byung Jo,Kang, Kui Hyeon,Lee, Jun Hyoung,Sung, Bong Hyun,Kim, Mi Sun,Kim, Sun Chang Oxford University Press 2008 Nucleic acids research Vol.36 No.14

We have developed an improved and rapid genomic engineering procedure for the construction of custom-designed microorganisms. This method, which can be performed in 2 days, permits restructuring of the Escherichia coli genome via markerless deletion of selected genomic regions. The deletion process was mediated by a special plasmid, pREDI, which carries two independent inducible promoters: (i) an arabinose-inducible promoter that drives expression of λ-Red recombination proteins, which carry out the replacement of a target genomic region with a marker-containing linear DNA cassette, and (ii) a rhamnose-inducible promoter that drives expression of I-SceI endonuclease, which stimulates deletion of the introduced marker by double-strand breakage-mediated intramolecular recombination. This genomic deletion was performed successively with only one plasmid, pREDI, simply by changing the carbon source in the bacterial growth medium from arabinose to rhamnose. The efficiencies of targeted region replacement and deletion of the inserted linear DNA cassette were nearly 70 and 100%, respectively. This rapid and efficient procedure can be adapted for use in generating a variety of genome modifications.

Actin polymerization is essential for various stages of mammalian oocyte maturation, including asymmetric spindle migration, cortical actin cap formation, polar body extrusion, and cytokinesis. The heterodimeric actin capping protein (CP) is an essential element of the actin cytoskeleton. It binds to the fast-growing (barbed) ends of actin filaments, thereby blocking their elongation, and plays essential roles in various actin-mediated cellular processes. However, the roles of CP in mammalian oocyte maturation are poorly understood. We investigated the roles of CP in mouse oocytes, and found that CP is essential for correct asymmetric spindle migration and polar body extrusion. CP colocalized with cortical actin in immature oocytes, but its localization changed during maturation. Experiments in which CP was knocked down or ectopically overexpressed revealed that this protein is critical for Perturbations in the level of CP impaired spindle migration and polar body extrusion during oocyte maturation. Taken together, this study shows that CP is an essential component of the actin cytoskeleton machinery that plays crucial roles in oocyte maturation.
