현행 중등학교 과학 실험 , 실습 교육 실태 조사 및 그 운영 진단 (Ⅱ) : 고등학교 과학 실험 , 실습 교육을 중심으로

본 연구는 96년도에 실시한 우리 나라 중학교 과학 실험·실습 교육의 실태 조사 연구에 따른 계속 연구의 일환으로 고등학교 과학 실험·실습 교육의 실태를 조사하기 위한 것이다. 연구내용은 고등학교 과학 교과서의 분석, 실험·실습 실시 현황 분석, 현행 실험·실습 교육의 문제점 분석, 현행 학교 구성원들의 실험·실습 교육 운영 실태 조사 및 현행 실험·실습 교육의 개선을 위한 연구과제 도출을 주요 연구내용으로 다루었다. 연구방법은 전국의 고등학교 80개교를 대상으로 이들 학교의 학생 1,977명, 교사 165명, 학교장 80명에게 적용하였다. 본 연구에서 밝혀진 결과를 중심으로 우리 나라 고등학교 과학 실험 실습 교육의 정상화를 위한 실험 내적인 연구과제를 제시하면 다음과 같다. (1)교재 개발에 대한 연구, (2)실험 킷트 개발에 대한 연구, (3)교사교육 및 재교육 프로그램 개발에 대한 연구, (4)교실 밖 실험·실습 활동 프로그램 개발에 대한 연구, (5)과학 실험·실습 소재의 개발에 대한 연구. This study was accomplished to analysis and survey on the experimental and practical science education of high school in korea for the consecutive study of the an analysis and survey on the experimental and practical science education of middle school in korea(Lee, Yoon-Jong et al., 1997). The status of facilities, management for the experiment, practices, teaching methods in high schools have been investigated. The present status and reasonable management of the high school science education have been grasped from the questionaires. To do this 165 high school science teachers, 1977 students and 80 principals of high schools in Korea are administered questionaires of Science Education Research Institute of Kyungpook National University(1997). The results of this study are as follows : The reasonable management for experiments and practices of science education were scanty in the high school around the urban and rural school owing to the shortage of facilities and equipments, crowded class, excessive class works for teacher, excessive contents of present textbooks and insufficiency of the administrative supports etc. The current teaching method of high school science has emphasized knowledge. This fact does not satisfy the objective of learning due to lack of the teaching method. Desirable directions for the improvement of present status of high school science education were proposed in this paper.

상악동거상술을 이용한 인공치아 이식 치험례

Recently many dentists would like to select the implant installation for the restoration of partially or fully edentulous patient. Usually, it is needed at least 8mm of alveolar bone height for implant installation. But, in many cases, the implant installation is impossible due to anatomic limitation such as maxillary sinus, floor of nose, mandibular canal, lack of width, etc. So, dentists must come over these limitations by methods of sinus lift, nerve repositioning, transmandibular implant etc. Especially, a lot of ridges have inadequate bone height at the upper molar edentulous areas, and to insert implant for such sites represents low success rate. So, autogenous or allogenic or alloplastic bone can be grafted before or at the same thme with implant installation. We report a case of 22 year-old woman who was performed implant installation successfully by using sinus lift technique with iliac block bone graft to a patient whose low alveolar bone height made common implantation impossible. Now, she exerts good occlusive function at the time of 15 months after the operation.

A 14-year-old male pomeranian was present with swollen left ear. The swelling occurred from base to apex of pinna. Otitis externa persisted for two years. Hematological and serum biochemistry values were not remarkable. The surgery treatment was the most appropriate method among indwelling drain, surgical, and steroid treatment in the aural hematoma because the dog was very sensitive to touching pinna and the size of aural hematoma. Longitudinal incision was applied after general anesthesia. Cefovecin was injected to prevent secondary infection. The outcome of surgery was good. There was no evidence of recurrence for one year.

일조분석용 공용 데이터 모델 및 해석 모듈 개발

The existing daylight analysis systems using computers are system independent, which means each system constructs own data for the daylight analysis in a separate way, and the data and information exchange between systems is not possible. If a single case of daylight analysis is compared, analyzed and evaluated in different systems, each system will repeat unnecessary process of producing, constructing and analyzing the same data. This causes a waste of resources and expenses in these works, and interferes with accurate, clear comparison and evaluation of the results owing to the possible errors and mistakes in the process of producing and constructing the data needed in each systems. Accordingly, this study aimed 1) to develop "Common Data Model & Analysis Module" for Daylight Analysis in order to share, exchange, analyze data between various systems that are operated independently, Also 2) aimed to consider the future extensibility of those applications on the web. And 3) aimed to propose this "Common Data Model & Analysis Module" as a prototype & protocol standard for daylight analysis system.

강진만 해역의 다모류 군집의 종조성 및 계절변동

To detemine seasonal fluctuations in abundance and speices composition, polychaete samples were collected by Van Veen grab form March to November 2003 in Kangjin Bay. A total of 25,119.3 ind./㎡ polycaete were sampled and identified into 48 species. 25 families and 10 orders. Of the 10 orders. Phllodocida, Spionida, Eunicida and Sabellida accounted for approximately 79.9% of the polychaete fauna in this area. Phyllodocida, Nereidae, Nephtyidae ans Spionidae were dominant representing every moment 4 species. Of 48 species identified Neanthes japonica, Prionospio pinnate, Cirratulus cirratus and Palola siciliensis for 54.0% individuals collected. Season succession of dominant species was evident in study area: Neanthes japonica, Prionospio pinnata. Cirratulus cirratus. Nephtys oligobranchia in March, Neanthes japonica, Lumbrineris japonica. Cirratulus cirratus, Prionospio pinnata in May, Ncanthes japonica, Cirratulus cirratus, Lumbrineris nippnica. Lumbrineris japonica in August and Neanthes japonica, Prionospio pinnata, Laonice cirrata, Palola siciliensis in November, respectively. The diversity index was the highest value in March(H'=3.0059) and the lowest value in May(H'=2.7305). The eveness index was the highest in August(J=0.9184) and lowest in May(J=0.8524). The dominance index was the highest in May(D=0.3843) and the lowest in March(D=0.2275).

암호 기반 온-라인 일회 설치용 디지털 상품 기술에 대한 연구

전자 상거래가 활성화되면서 네트워크를 이용한 상품의 구매가 점점 증가하고 있다. 판매되는 상품 중 전자 파일 형태의 상품을 디지털 상품이라고 한다. 인터넷을 통한 디지털 상품 거래의 장점은 유통에 관계되는 비용을 낮추는데 있다. 그러나 네트워크를 이용하여 디지털 상품을 전송하는 경우 정보가 쉽게 노출 될 수 있다. 디지털 상품은 특성상 복제하기가 쉽고, 정품과 복제품이 똑 같은 단점이 있다. 본 논문은 디지털 상품의 전송과 관련하여 사용자의 개인 정보를 보호하는 동시에 디지털 상품이 외부에 노출되지 않고 안전하게 사용자 시스템에 일회 설치되는 것을 보장하기 위한 연구이다. Today, purchasing a product through the network is increased by Electric Commerce technology. Digital product is one of the goods have a electric file form. The advantage of dealing in the Digital product through the Internet is to cut down the delivery and circulation cost. While transporting the Digital product using the Internet, user information is easily exposed. Also, Digital product is so easy to copy that original one and copied one can be the same. That is the disadvantage of buying a Digital product on the Electric Commerce. In this paper, we describe how to protect user information when you send a message to the server and how to install the Digital product on user system after buying a Digital product through the Electric Commerce.

急性精神分裂障碍患者의 Haloperidol 治療時 臨床 好轉度와 血中 Prolactin 濃度의 關係

저자들은 혈청 PRL농도가 급성 정신증에서의 haloperidol의 치료 반응에 대한 지표로서 임상적으로 이용가능한가를 규명하기 위하여 22명(남자 4, 여자 7)의 초발 정신분열양장애 환자들을 대상으로 하여 이 중 10명의 남자 환자군에 대해서는 11명의 남자 대조군과 기저 혈청 PRL치의 비교를 하였고 경구 haloperidol 치료를 받은 11명(남자 4, 여자 7)에 대해서는 치료전과 4주째의 혈청 PRL치와 haloperidol의 혈중 농도를 측정하고 동시에 Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)로 정신병리를 평가하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 남자 환자군 10명의 치료전 혈청 PRL치는 정상 대조군의 혈청 PRL치와 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 환자군에서 치료 개시전 PANSS로 측정한 정신상태 중 음성증상 subscale만이 혈청 PRL치와 유의한 상관관계(r=0.6636, p<0.05)를 보였다. 2) 4주간의 치료후 PANSS 점수 변화율은 기초 및 4주째의 혈청 PRL치와 유의한 상관관계를 보이지 않았고 PRL치의 변화율 및 변화치와도 유의한 상관관계를 보이지 않았다. 3) 4주간의 HALOPERIDOL 치료를 통해 PANSS 전체 점수는 유의한 감소를 보였으며(p<0.05), 양성증상(p<0.05)과 일반정신병리(p<0.05) subscale 점수상에서도 유의한 감소를 보였다. 혈청 PRL치도 기초 측정치에 비하여 4주째 혈청 PRL치, PRL치의 변화율 또는 변화치와 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보이지 않았다. Objects : The authors investigated to evaluated the clinical utillity of serum prolactin(PRL) level as a therapeutic index of haloperidol treatment for acute psychotic patients. Methods : 22 patients(10 males, 12 females) first-onset schizophreniform disorder were studied. Among them 10 male patients' baseline PRL levels were compared to those of 11 agematched male volunteers and 11 patients who were treated with oral haloperidol(4 males, 7 females) were studied by measuring baseline and 4the week levels of serum PRL and haloperidol and administering Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS) concurrently. Results : 1) The serum PRL level of 10 male patients showed no statistical difference from 11 healthy males. Only the patients' pre-treatment PANSS negative subscale score had significant correlation with the baseline serum PRL level. 2) Percentage of PANSS score change didn't show significant correlation with the baseline and 4th-week serum PRL level nor with amount and percentage of serum PRL level change. 3) The total PANSS score decreased significantly after 4 week treatment with haloperidol s well as positive symptoms subscale and general psychopathology(all, p<0.05), and 4th-week serum PRL level significantly increased(p<0.01) compared with the baseline. 4) The 4th-weeks plasma haloperidol level didn't show correlation with serum PRL level nor with amount and percentage of serum PRL level change. Conclusions : The findings suggest that serum PRL level has limitation for use as therapeutic index of haloperidol treatment for acute psychotic patients.

수면무호흡증 환자의 수면양상

To confirm the clinical characteristics of sleep apnea syndrome in korean, author analyzed 28 cases of polysomnographic findings statistically, diagnosed as sleep apnea syndrome during January, 1996 to August, 1997. The results were summarized as follows. 1. The mean age of subjects was 41.3 years, the distribution of age was 19 to 64 years, and male to female sex ratio was about 5:1. 2. As for mean values of sleep parameters, total bed time was 423.6 minutes, waking after sleep onset was 95.1 minutes, total sleep time was 328.5 minutes and sleep efficiency was 77.5. 3. The proportions of sleep stage 1, stage 2, slow wave sleep, REM sleep, and movement time to total sleep time were 20.9%, 54.2% 6.1%, 15.6%, and 3.2% respectively.
