Ketorolac (KA) and ketorolac tromethamine (KT) is the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and has been used widely. To improve its frequent administration by control of drug release. we prepared SLM of KA and KT using Mirj 45 and 52 as surfactants and tripalmitin and tristearin as lipids by spry drying method SLM, as a disperse system for injection, were evaluated by measurement of particle sizes. SEM and drug release pattern As a result. spherical SLM were prepared and their particle size were in the range of 25-125 μm, which were dependant on the types and contents of lipid and sururfactants. Their dissolution rate were decreased as increasing lipid contents.
댐 건설전후 유역의 장기유출특성변화의 분석 : I.GIS를 이용한 NWS-PC 모형의 매개변수 추정

본 연구에는 CIS를 이용하여 장기유출 해석 모형의 하나인 NWS-PC모형의 매개변수를 얼마나 적절히 추정할 수 있는가에 대해 알아보았다. 수치표고모형, 수치토양도 및 인공위성영상을 분석하여 얻은 토지이용도 등을 기본 자료로 이용하였고 소유역별 특성값을 GIS를 이용하여 추출하였다. 이러한 특성치들은 Amstrong(1978)에 의거하여 소유역별 모형의 매개변수를 추정하는데 직접이용된다. NWS-PC 모형의 경우 추정된 매개변수는 가능한 값의 범위로 주 This study is to see how effectively the NWS-PC model parameters can be estimated using GIS. Basic informations such as DEM(Digital Elevation Model) ,digital soil map, land use information from satellite image are provided and analyzed for estimating the sub-basin characteristics in GIS. These charcateristics are used to estimate the model parameters for each sub-basin. The model parameters estimated based on Amstrong(1978) are given as a possible range, which will be fixed through the calibration procedure. In this study, we used the1974 data for calibration and the 1979 event for verification. From the calibration procedure, we could find that the parameters related with infiltration and water tend to have the minimum value of the range and that the parameters related with exfiltration of water tend to have the maximum value of the range This result seem to reflect the hydrologic characteristics of Keum-river basin, which could be used to fix the model parameter without difficult calibration procedure. The simulation results show that the relative error of calculated discharge to observed discharge to be within approximately 10% . Therefore, the model with the parameters calibrated was considered to be adaptable for long-term runoff analysisf or Keum-river basin.
클랩(Clap)과 노말(Normal) 스케이트 착용에 따른 남ㆍ여 스피드 스케이트 출발 구간의 운동학적 분석

The purpose of this study is to examine the kinematic characteristics of starting phase of players weared clap and normal skate in speed skating. The subjects of this study were current members of high ranked skaters in university. The Direct Linear Transformation(DLT) technique was employed to obtain 3-D position coordination of 22 joint points. Butter-worth low-pass filtering method was used to data smoothing at cut-off frequency of 7.4Hz. From the results of this study, the following conclusions were drawn; 1.At the of landing, male athlete showed slightly fast time in the first left-step and they also showed take-off by fast swing motion during gliding. 2.To get propel acceleration, female athlete showed large tranverse displacement and, on the other hand, male athlete showed large horizontal displacement. According to this results, COG showed steep change of motion in the high position during starting. 3.In the velocity of COG, both male an female athlete show a gradual rise-pattern of the velocity rate, In the velocity of skate front blade, they showed the swift change of the velocity during the second and third phase. 4.In the front angle of trunk, both and female athlete showed the big motion of trunk by the change of angle. In the angle of lower-segments, the better record athlete have, the faster motion of flexion and extention. Especially, female athlete showed the flexion of the angle-change and do not fast swing. In the knee, male athlete show take-off motion as increasing angle of left knee during starting, On the other hand, female athlete showed unnecessary pre-motion by decreasing knee angle and increasing it again.

It is recent trends that residents in office building demand more healthy and comfortable environment. To supply these good environment, The personalized air-conditioning system what can make thermal environment optimal has been researched. In this paper, we suggest the validity of a Personal Air-Conditioning System, and design Personal Air-conditioning System with specification guided by indoor environmental characteristics analyzed through the experiment.
수서 환경독성 평가와 어류 Cytochrome P450 1A(CYP1A) 유전자

CYP1A 유전자는 cytochrome P450 약물대사효소에 속하며 다이옥신 등의 내분비계 장애물질에 의해 농도 의존적으로 유도되어 환경오염물질에 의해 유도되는 특성을 이용하여 환경오염물질에 대해 반응하는 생물체의 유전자 발현 변화 뿐만 아니라 이를 토대로 특정지역의 환경오염에 관한 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 수서환경오염과 관련하여 CYP1A 유전자의 응용성을 다 각도로 논의하였다. The CYPlA gene is one of Cytochrome P450 drug-metabolizing enzymes with dose-dependant manner of gene expression and is useful to get the information of alterations on gene expression upon environmental contaminants as well as the biomarker of environmental contamination at the specific places. In this report, we further discuss the usefulness of CYPlA gene in relation to aquatic environmental contamination at several aspects.
