Pleasure boats are divided into two groups, motor boat and sail yacht. Motor boats are thrust by engine power, however sail yachts are thrust by wind power. In this research, applications of cyber-physical systems to motor boats in consideration of design, production, and operation are proposed. As to do this, the design, production, and operation of motor boats are introduced, and then definition of cyber-physical systems is explained. Two application ideas of cyber-physical systems to motor boats are proposed, those are coming alongside quay with boat and pitct control during run.
