      • RAW264.7 세포에서 interferon-r 및 LPS에 의해 유도되는 NO생성에 미치는 TALT-35의 영향

        TALP-35 purified from human term placenta is known to increase microtubule polymerization and stabilize the polymerized microtubule. To examine the effect of TALP-35 on immune system this study was performed. MTT assay was performed to investigate the effect of TALP-35 on the proliferation of RAW264.7 cells. TALP-35 dose dependently suppress the proliferation of RAW264.7 cells at high concentration (above 1 μM) in unstimulated cells, in case of 10 μM TALP-35 treated cells the suppression was 25% but in stimulated cells it was only 15%. Cosedimentation assay was carried out to investigate whether TALP-35 can bind to tubulin of RAW264.7, monocyte/macrophage lineage of mouse, and polymerize it. TALP-35 polymerize the tubulin of RAW264.7 cells and sedimented in dose-dependent manner. To investigate the effect of TALP-35 on the expression of iNOS protein western blotting was performed. The expression level of iNOS was decreased dose dependently in high concentration of TALP-35 treatment. To examine the activity of iNOS, secreted NO was determined by method based on Griess reaction. Interferon-γ and LPS-stimulated production of NO from RAW264.7 cells was decreased dose dependently above 0.1 μM concentration of TALP-35 and 50% is decreased at 10μM of it. This study shows TALP-35 can control cytokine induced-iNOS expression therefore it might control inflammatory diseases.

        This study has carried out a survey on the motion staying in the air at the uneven bars by 3 successful female and 3 national level male champions in order to verify whether or not the Horizontal Bar developed Tkatchev motion can be applied to the Uneven Bars for the purpose to utilize such principles at guiding champions. This study were sampled to be photographed by 100 frames/sec, using a 16mm high-speed camera. 11 joint points of their bodies were digitized by each two frames, while the data developed by Kown Young-hoo for a 2D analysis were used to analyze the programmed data in a kinematic way. The activity has resulted in as follows. To summarize the above, in the event that we accelerate the vertical ascension velocity of phase D.V.P at the Uneven Bars, and then make a small extension by lifting the vertical position at phase Rel., we could take stable T.B posture lifting the vertical position both at phase P.H and T.B. This kind of motion was determined to be able to apply the a promoted type of Tkatchev motion of the Horizontal Bar to the exercise of the Uneven Bars.

        유명산의 식물상 및 산림군락분류에 관한 연구

        2002년 3월부터 2003년 10월까지 유명산 자연휴양림을 대상으로 식물상과 산림군락구조를 조사한 결과, 관속식물이 98과 331속 570종 1아종 81변종 4품종 2교잡종으로 총 658종류로 나타났으며, 한국특산식물은 10과 14속 13종 2변종 1교잡종 총 16종류. 희귀 및 멸종위기식물은 9과 10속 11종 총 11종류, 귀화식물은 12과 22속 28종 총 28종류로 나타났다. 산림군락은 신갈나무-철쭉군목, 신갈나무-생강나무군단, 소나무-산거울군락, 잣나무-주름조개풀군락, 물푸레나무-신갈나무군락, 층층나무-신갈나무군락, 굴참나무-신갈나무군락, 싸리-신갈나무군락으로 전체 1군목, 1군단, 6군락이 분포하는 것으로 나타났다. The study was carried out to investigate the flora and community classification of forest vegetation in Mt. Yumyeong from March, 2002 to October, 2003. As a result of that, the vascular plants were 98 families, 331 genera, 570 species. 1 subspecies, 81 varieties, 4 formae, 2 hybrid, 658 taxa in all. Korean endemic plants were 10 families, 14 genera, 13 species, 2 variaties, 1 hybrid. 16 taxa in all ;, rare and endangered plants were 9 families, 10 genera. 11 species, 11 taxa in all ; naturalized plants were 12 families, 22 genera, 28 species, 28 taxa in all. The forest vegetation was classified into 1 order, 1 alliance. 6 communities : Rhododendro - Quercetalia mongolicae (Kim, 1990) Lindero - Quercion mongolicae (Kim, 1990) A. Carex humilis var. nana - Pinus densiflora Community B. Oplismenus undulatifolius - Pinus koraiensis Community C. Fraxinius rhynchophylla - Quercus mongolica Community D. Cornus controversa - Quercus mongolica Community E. Quercus variabilis - Quercus mongolica Community F. Lespedeza bicolor - Quercus mongolica Community

      • 전신마취하의 동맥혈 및 정맥혈의 PCO₂, pH 및 O₂Saturation의 비교관찰

        The arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure (PCO2) & pH are basic indices of the adequacy of ventilation in anesthetized patient. Obstacles to the use of these indices intraoperatively are the inconvenience and risks associated with obtaining arterial blood, especially in the iufant. Venous blood samples may be obtained conveniently repeatedly and without additional hazard. If venous rather than arterial blood could be used for indirect estimation of pH and PaCO2, it would encourage the use of such measurements. The venous blood drawn from back of hand or distal third of forearm is derived principally from cutaneous blood flow, which is usually increased by general anesthesis or local heating. This study compares the values for PCO2, pH and O2 saturation of blood samples drawn from a radial or femoral artery and a vein on the back of hand during general anesthesia, preanesthesia and in recovery room postanesia.

      • ABAQUS를 이용한 휨벽체의 비선형 유한요소 해석기법

        The finite element method(FEM) models were developed for the reinforced concrete flexural walls and analysed under constant axial and monotonic lateral load using ABAQUS. The major objective of the present study is to determine if the ABAQUS finite element program can be used to accurately model the post-cracked mode of failure in plastic regions of walls, and, if so, to develop practical failure criteria in the plastic range of the material response. The research comprises constitutive models to represent behavior of the materials that compose a wall on the basis of experimental data, development of techniques that are appropriate for analysis of reinforced concrete structures, verification, and calibration of the global model for reinforced concrete walls of increasing complexity. The proposed FEA technique is verified by Lefas's benchmark data. Results from the analyses of these FEM models offers significant insight into the flexural behavior of benchmark data.

        The use of recycled aggregate concrete is increasing faster than the development of appropriate design recommendations. Also noises and shocks caused remodeling and reinforcement work do harm to residents. This paper reports limited experimental data on the structural performance of shear wall used concrete blocks made in recycled aggregates. Reinforced concrete frame and shear wall were tested to determine their diagonal cracking and ultimate shear behavior. The variable in the test program was the existence of infilled wall used concrete blocks Made in recycled aggregates. Based on the experimental results, Infilled wall has a high influence on the maximum strength and initial stiffness of reinforced concrete frame. Structural performance of specimen WSB is quite different from RCF specimen, particularly strength, stiffness and energy dissipation capacity.

      • 전자빔을 이용한 공기중 VOC 분해반응 특성

        공기중 휘발성유기화합물의 처리를 위해 전자빔 가속기를 이용하여 Trichloroethylene(TCE)의 분해특성에 대해 연구하였다. TCE를 포함한 공기는 서로 다른 반응분위기, 초기농도의 변화, 수증기 존재유무와 같은 변수하에서 분해실험이 행해졌다. 산소를 반응분위기가스로 사용하였을 경우 최대분해율이 나타났는데, TCE 초기농도 2000 ppm에 대해 20kGy에서 99%의 분해율을 보였다. TCE 농도는 산소와 공기 조건하에서 지수함수적으로 감소했으며, TCE 분해효율에 대한 수증기 효과가 행해졌다. 수증기 (5600ppm) 존재하에서 TCE분해율은 수증기가 존재하지 않을 경우보다 약 10% 높게 나타났다. 1차 생성물로 Dichloroacetic acid, Dichloroacethyl chloride, Dichloroacethyl ester acetic acid 등이 생성되었고 분해와 산화반응을 통해 CO, CO2로 전환되었다. 또한 Perchloroethylene, Hexachloroethane, Chlorofona Carbon tetrachloride와 같은 과염소탄소 화합물이 생성되었다. Decomposition of trichloroethylene (TCE) in electron beam irradiation was examined in order to get information on treatment of VOC/air. Air containing vaporized TCE has been studied in a flow reactor with different reaction environments, various initial TCE concentration and in presence and absence of water vapor. Maximum decomposition was observed in oxygen reaction environment and degree of decomposition was about 99 % at 20 kGy for 2000 ppm initial TCE. The concentration of TCE exponentially decreased with dose in oxygen and air. The effect of water vapor on TCE decomposition efficiency was examined. The decomposition of TCE in presence of water vapor (5600 ppm) was by ca. 10% higher than in absence of water vapor. Dichloroacetic acid, dichloroacethyl chloride and dichloroethyl ester acetic acid which were identified as primary products, were decomposed and oxidized to give CO and CO2. Perchloroethylene, hexachloroethane, chloroform and carbon tetrachloride were also observed as highly chlorinated products.

        고대산 북서사면(경기도 연천군) 지역의 식물상 및 산림군락 분류에 관한 연구

        2003년 3월부터 10월까지 고대산을 대상으로 식물상과 산림군락을 조사하였다. 관속식물은 94과 299속 481종 1아종 66변종 4품종 1교잡종으로 총 553종류인 것으로 나타났으며, 한국특산식물은 8과 11속 13종 총 13종류, 희귀 및 멸종위기식물은 12과 15속 15속 15종 총 15종류, 귀화식물은 9과 15속 17종 총 17종류로 나타났다. 산림군락은 신갈나무-철쭉군목, 신갈나무-생강나무군단, 갈참나무-신갈나무군락, 굴참나무-신갈나무군락, 당단풍-신갈나무군락으로 전체 1군목, 1군단, 3군락이 분포하는 것으로 나타났다.       • 성인원외폐렴의 원인미생물에대한 전향적 다기관 연구 : 성인원외폐렴의 원인으로 세균의 역할을 중심으로

        Background : Communite-acquired peumonia (CAP) is one of the leading causes of mortality and morbidity. Despite progress in diagnostic techniques and treatments, management of pneumonia remains challenging, because the precise etiology remains uncertain in as many as 49% of cases. The limitaions of identifying etiologic agents make it necessary to use empiric antibiotics in almost all patients, and furthermore emergence of antibiotic-resistant organisms pose difficulties to the selection of an empiric antibiotic regimen. For the optimal choice of empirical antibiotics, we should know the frequency of etiologic agents and antimicrobial resistance rates in the community. Methods : A prospective multicenter study of community-acquired pneumonia in Korea was carried out between May 1997 and April 2000. The microbiologic diagnosis was based on the results of sputum culture, blood culture and pleural culture. Results : Five hundred eighty eight cases of community-acquired peumonia in 562 patients admitted to the hospitals. The mean age was 59.9 with male predominance (58.3%), and 370 (63%) had underlyin gillness. The etiologic agents were identified in 38.3%, and the list of individual agents, in decreasing order, was Streprococcus pneumoniae (21.7%), Klebsiella pneumoniae (14.8%) Pseudomonas aeruginosa (9.8%), Staphylococcus aureus (9.5%), viridans group streptococci (5.7%), Enterobacter cloacae (4.2%), Hemophillus Influenza (3.8%), The rates of admission to the intensive care unit was 10.4%. The motality was 7.1%. Susceptible rates of S. pneumoniae to penicillin was 36.6% and showed multidrug resistant. Forty percents of S. aureus were methicillin-resistant S. aureus. K. penumoniae were susceptible to cephalosporin and quinolone. Conclusion : In Korea, S.pneumoniae is the most important agent causing community-acquired pneumonia. Susceptible rates of S. pneumoniae to penicillin was 36.6% and showed multidrug resistant. Gram negative bacteria such as K. pneumoniae, P. aeruginosa showed high incidence when compared with that of other countries. Most of them had underlying diseases including bronchiectasis and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. (Korean J Infect Dis 33:1∼7, 2001)
