Das Thema er Verfall and das Ich-Gefuhl$quot; ist ein Schlussel dafur, daB wir Benns Werke verstehen konnen. In orgue-Zyklus liegt der Verfall, den Benn friiher erlebt hat. Der Stoff ist nur Toten. Das lyrische Ich in orgue-Zyklus$quot; ist nuchtern and besorgt die Toten gar nicht. Der Mensch ist kein hoheres Wesen, sondern nur einen Dreck. Benn halt den modernen Menschen fur AusgestoBener and Entrechteter. Darin ist der Nihil immanent and der traditionelle Mensch ist verneint. Das muBte der EinfluB von Nietzsche sein. In der geistlosen Welt gibt es nur die Sexualitat. Der Stoff od and Sexualitat$quot; sind eine Polaritat. Im Verfall Benns gibt es daher eine Bennsche Ironie. In diesem Zyklus spiegeln sich Verbitterung and Verzweifelung, die Benn seine Realitat verloren hat. Ganz anderers ist das lyrische Ich in Nacht$quot;. Er ist hyperamisch im Ich-Gefuhl, weil er Kokain getrunken hat. Darin sleht Dyonysos von Nietzsche. In den fruhen Werken Benns bekommt das lyrische Ich die Identitat im Ich-Gefuhl. In Nacht$quot; fuhlt das lyrische Ich die intensive Erfahrung einer quasigottlischen, solipsistischen Omnipotenz. In onne-Novellen$quot; gibt es auch keine Wirklichkeit. Darin besteht das Ich- Gefuhl auch wic in Nacht$quot;. Ronne hat keine Realitat im Prosastuck ehirne$quot;. In der geistlosen Welt kann man mit dem Wort zur Mythe zuriickkehren. Es steht nur abseits der Wirklichkeit. Deshalb kann man mit dem Wort nicht liigen. Ronne kann die Wirklichkeit in der Welt nicht ertragen, aber er kann den Nihil, den Verfall, mit dem Wort im Ich-Gefiihl uberwinden.

Maillard 반응생성물의 돌연변이원성에 대한 해조 및 야채추출물의 억제효과

식품의 가공 저장 및 조리 중에 일어나는 식품 성분간의 반응 중 대표적인 반응으로 알려져 있는 Maillard 반응생성물의 돌연변이원성에 대한 그 억제 기구를 밝히기 위하여 glucose-arginine계 및 glucose-lysine·HCl계 Maillard반응 생성물에 일상생활에서 많이 섭취하고 있는 해조류 및 야채류의 수용성 추출물을 첨가하여 그 억제효과를 조사하였고, 아울러 이들 수용성추출물의 가열(100℃, 10분)에 따른 억제효과의 영향에 대해 조사 검토하였다. 그 결과, 실험에 사용한 해조류 및 야채류 수용성 추출물 전부가 돌연변이원성 억제효과를 나타내었고, 특히 양배추, 파, 산초, 및 청각에 있어서 억제효과가 높게 나타났다. 가열한 경우, 야채류의 돌연변이원성 억제효과는 감소하였으나 해조류는 크게 영향을 받지 않았다. 이 결과로 미루어 보아 당-아미노산계 Maillard 반응생성물의 돌연변이원성 억제에 해조류 및 야채류 추출물에 존재하는 환원성 물질, 고분자 물질 catalase 및 peroxidase와 같은 효소 등이 일조를 하는 것으로 나타났다. The desmutagenic effects of seaweed and vegetable extracts were investigated on the mutagenicity of Maillard reaction products (MRP) obtained from equimolar amounts of glucose and amino acid (arginine and lysine·HCl) for Salmonella typhimurium TA 100 without S9 mix. The mutagenicities were inhibited by water-soluble extracts of seaweeds(laver, seastraghorn, sea-mustard and tangle) and vegetables(ginger, garlic, onion, chinese-pepper, green-onion and cabbage). Cabbage, chinese-pepper, green-onion and sea-straghorn exhibited especially high desmutagenic effects. The desmutagenicities of these extracts (cabbage, green-onion and sea-straghorn) except for sea-straghorn were decreased by heat treatment at 100℃ for 10 min. It is assumed that the desmutagenic effect of seaweed and vegetable extract is due to the reducing power and action of enzyme such as peroxidase and catalase.

This study aims to explain the regional disparity in food shortage in North Korea. If statistical data on North Korean food products are taken into account, North Korean food products exceed the United Nation’s minimum food requirements for survival if it is distributed to each people evenly. However, several regions suffer from food shortage, but others do not. This is at least in part because North Korean food crisis is closely associated with food distribution system biased in favor of certain regions. Therefore, we suggest an analytic tool called social distribution network, which uses Coleman’s linear action model to integrate data on railway network, road network, and population movement network into one set of network system deciding the size and direction of flow of useful resources across 10 North Korean provinces. This network system is useful to estimate the amount of food products, which is expected to be distributed to each province. The results shows that food distribution estimates, predicted by social distribution network, is negatively and statistically significantly associated with the proportion of physically retarded children to total children in each province. 본고의 목적은 북한의 식량난이 지역별로 큰 격차를 보이는 원인을 설명하는 것이다. 기존 연구에 따르면 북한 전체에서 생산되는 식량이 균등하게 분배될 경우 유엔이 권고하는 수준 이상의 식량 분배가 가능하다. 이는 북한 지역별 식량난의 원인이 식량의 유통과정에 있다는 점을 시사한다. 이에 따라 본고에서는 식량의 유통과정에 대한 분석수단으로 사회적 유통망이라는 개념을 제시하였다. 사회적 유통망은 북한 각 지역으로 자원이 이동하는 규모 및 방향을 결정하는 사회구조를 말한다. 사회적 유통망은 철도망, 도로망, 인구이동 연결망 자료를 행위의 선형체계 모델로 통합한 것으로 이를 통해 북한 전 지역에서 생산된 식량이 각 지역으로 분배될 것으로 예상되는 비율을 예측할 수 있다. 본고에서 북한의 교통망과 인구이동 연결망을 활용하는 이유는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교통망은 식량의 유통과정에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 가장 중요한 요인이다. 둘째, 모든 사회에는 효율적인 교통망의 유무와 관계없이 인원 및 물자의 이동을 촉진하거나 가로막는 정치?사회적 구조가 존재하며 인구이동 연결망을 통해 이를 확인할 수 있다. 분석결과 사회적 유통망을 통해 예측된 지역별 식량 분배량은 지역별 신체 발육부진 어린이의 비율과 통계적으로 유의미한 부의 상관관계를 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 북한 식량난의 지역별 격차는 식량 생산의 부족보다는 북한의 정치·사회구조와 밀접한 관련이 있으며, 식량난 해결을 위해서는 식량 지원보다는 평양을 중심으로 왜곡된 사회구조 개선이 시급한 과제임을 알 수 있다.
