The use of recycled aggregate concrete is increasing faster than the development of appropriate design recommendations. Also noises and shocks caused remodeling and reinforcement work do harm to residents. This paper reports limited experimental data on the structural performance of shear wall used concrete blocks made in recycled aggregates. Reinforced concrete frame and shear wall were tested to determine their diagonal cracking and ultimate shear behavior. The variable in the test program was the existence of infilled wall used concrete blocks Made in recycled aggregates. Based on the experimental results, Infilled wall has a high influence on the maximum strength and initial stiffness of reinforced concrete frame. Structural performance of specimen WSB is quite different from RCF specimen, particularly strength, stiffness and energy dissipation capacity.

The use of recycled aggregate concrete is increasing faster than the development of appropriate design recommendations. This paper is making advances in the recycling of waste concrete material for use as recycled aggregate to make secondary concrete product. Using recycled aggregates from demolished concrete, we manufactured concrete blocks to experiment overall performance in feasible performances. So we obtain limited experimental data on the structural performance of shear wall used concrete blocks made in recycled aggregates. Reinforced concrete frame and shear wall were tested to determine their diagonal cracking and ultimate shear behavior. The variable in the test program was the existence of infilled wall used concrete blocks made in recycled aggregates

The seismic behavior of the lightly reinforced concrete frames (LRCFs) was controlled by the nonductile behavior of the critical regions. These critical regions require retrofit to improve the seismic behavior of the lightly reinforced concrete frames. Critical column end regions must be retrofit to increase the global ductility capacity. The objective of this research is to evaluate structural strengthening performance of lightly reinforced concrete frame with high performance fiber-reinforced cement composites(HPFRCCs) experimentally. The experimental investigation consisted of a cyclic load tests on 1/3-scale models of one story-one bay lightly reinforced concrete frame infilled wall. Material ductility and web panel reinforcement details were variables in the experiment. The experimental results, as expected, show that the multiple crack pattern, strength, ductility and energy dissipation capacity are superior for specimen with HPFRCC infill wall due to bridging of fibers and stress redistribution in cement matrix.

The cast-in-place reinforced concrete infill wall is commonly used in practice for strengthening of reinforced concrete frame structures. High performance fiber-reinforced cement composite(HPFRCC) is a class of high ductile fiber-reinforced cementitious composites developed for applications in the sensitive construction industry. HPFRCCs have undergone major evolution in both materials development and the range of emerging applications. Under the light of experimental observations feasibility of different analytical methods was investigated. The objective of this study is to investigate the behaviour of such infilled frames under repeated cycle loading. For this purposefour of single story and single bay infilled frames were tested under reversed cyclic loading simulating seismic action. The main parameters used for the experimental study were, the effect of the type of infill reinforcement and the materials(concrete and HPFRCCs) of infill walls. Three different types of infill walls were used for the test specimens. Test results were evaluated to understand the effect of infills on stiffness, strength, energy dissipation, lateral drift, and ductility.
