Hypoxia-Responsive MicroRNA-101 Promotes Angiogenesis <i>via</i> Heme Oxygenase-1/Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Axis by Targeting Cullin 3

<P>Aims: Hypoxia induces expression of various genes and microRNAs (miRs) that regulate angiogenesis and vascular function. In this study, we investigated a new functional role of new hypoxia-responsive miR-101 in angiogenesis and its underlying mechanism for regulating heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression. Results: We found that hypoxia induced miR-101, which binds to the 3 ' untranslated region of cullin 3 (Cul3) and stabilizes nuclear factor erythroid-derived 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) via inhibition of the proteasomal degradation pathway. miR-101 overexpression promoted Nrf2 nuclear accumulation, which was accompanied with increases in HO-1 induction, VEGF expression, and endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS)-derived nitric oxide (NO) production. The elevated NO-induced S-nitrosylation of Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1 and subsequent induction of Nrf2-dependent HO-1 lead to further elevation of VEGF production via a positive feedback loop between the Nrf2/HO-1 and VEGF/eNOS axes. Moreover, miR-101 promoted angiogenic signals and angiogenesis both in vitro and in vivo, and these events were attenuated by inhibiting the biological activity of HO-1, VEGF, or eNOS. Moreover, these effects were also observed in aortic rings from HO-1(+/-) and eNOS(-/-) mice. Local overexpression of miR-101 improved therapeutic angiogenesis and perfusion recovery in the ischemic mouse hindlimb, whereas antagomiR-101 diminished regional blood flow. Innovation: Hypoxia-responsive miR-101 stimulates angiogenesis by activating the HO-1/VEGF/eNOS axis via Cul3 targeting. Thus, miR-101 is a novel angiomir. Conclusion: Our results provide new mechanistic insights into a functional role of miR-101 as a potential therapeutic target in angiogenesis and vascular remodeling. Antioxid. 강화학파의 중흥

This paper has been studied the thought of Lee Choong-Ik. He is influenced by Lee Zhi, Chinese Yang Ming Scholar. He learns from Lee Zhi especially on essay and he constructs a buddhist temple at Mt. Mani as Lee Zhi done. But he recognizes the limit of Lee Zhi's thought on history. Lee Zhi insists the utilitarianism of history. So he points out Lee Zhi's limitation of the history recognition. Most of Cho-Sun Yang Ming scholars. criticize him, however, Lee Choong-Ik follows Lee Zhi who is willing to get out of the contemporary limitation through his individual liberalism. Lee Choong-Ik wants to get example of his liberalism. However it is ignored. After this he starts to deliberate on the dimension of total society, which is different from Chinese Yang Ming to dream on reform and renovation from the lower class through private lectures. Lee Choong-Ik is deeply interested in buddhism much more compared of any other Cho-Sun scholars. He understands all around the school of Middle way, Yogacara, and Zen. This interest is not in the buddhism simply, but he seeks salvation of human being's anxiety which Yang Ming school finds in human nature. And he has another interest of the philology. He seeks on the philology of a language and character based on Confucian canonics which shows Yang Ming's rational characteristics. He has a difference from his former generation, Lee Kwang Sa, Lee Kwang Shin, who have another thinking on the relation between Zhu Xi and Yang Ming. Furthermore Lee Choong-Ik studies the way of buddhism and philology. This is a distinction of Gang-hwa Yang Ming.

이 글은 주시경과 그의 제자들의 단군에 대한 이해를 종교적 문화적 언어적 역사적 측면에서 다루고자 한다. 주시경은 일본의 침략에맞서 정신을 보존해야겠다는 결심으로 기독교에서 대종교로 개종하였다. 그는 본체론에서 가장 궁극적인 존재를 일, 본성, 천, 리라고하고 있다. 이러한 사고는 깨달음에서 나오는 것이다. 이러한 깨달음은 대종교를 통해서 얻은 것이다. 언어적인 측면에서 그는 단군시대의 언어가 있었고, 그것은 중국과 달리 독자성을 가지고 있었다고 한다. 이러한 사고는 그의 제자들에게 계승되어진다. 종교적인 측면에서 이병기와 권덕규는 대종교 경전번역사업에 참여하고, 삼신일체론을 주장한다. 문화적 측면에서, 이윤재는 개천절이 경축절이 되어야 한다고 주장함으로써 국민국가의 정체성을 주장하였고, 백두산의 의의에 대해서 최현배는 당시를 동방 대 서방의 대결로 보고, 아시아 동방의 백두산에 단군이 내려와서 밝은 빛을 맞이하여 서방의 암흑세계에 빛을 준 것이라고 하여 백두산이 가지는 지정학적 의미를 강조한다. 홍익인간의 정신에 대해서 최현배는 기독교의 창세기 신화가 천국에서 지상에서 추락한 데 비하여 우리신화는 홍익인간을 통해 인류를 구제하려고 지상에 강림한 것이라고 한다. 정열모와 이병기는 우리가 한글과 단군을 통해서 세계의 문명국가이었다고 한다. 언어적 측면에서 최현배와 권덕규는 주시경보다 한걸음 더 나아가 우리 말과 글이 단군때부터 있었고, 그것이 면면히 이어져 내려왔고, 그것이 조선심과 조선혼이 되었다고 한다. 역사적인 측면에서 이들은 단군조선을 높이고 기자조선을 낮추는데, 기자조선이 조선의 서쪽에 있었다는 주장과 아예 기자조선은 존재하지 않았다는 주장으로 나뉜다. 전자는 권덕규, 김윤경, 신명균이고 후자는 이윤재이다. This essay focus on Dangun by Ju, Si-Gyeong and his followers. It have religious, cultural, linguistic, historical parts. Ju, Si-Gyeong convert Chistianity to Daejonggyo, for the sake he preserve korean spirit against Japanese invasion in Korea. He insists il, nature, cheon, li is same in ontology. I think it is an enlightenment with mystery experince in Daejonggyo. He says language exist in Dangun dynasty. this idea is succeed to his followers. In religious parts, Lee, Byeong-Gi and Kwon, Deok-Kyu join in Daejonggyo cannon interpretation, and insists trimurti. In cultural part, Lee, Yun-Jae asserts the foundation day of Dangun dynasty is a national holiday, it means a identity of national state. Choi, Hyeon-Bae insists Dangun descend in Baek-Du mountain, it is oriental light in occidental darkness, and relief for mankind. Jeong, Yeol-Mo and Lee, Yun-Jae asserts korea is civilized country for hangul and Dangun. Choi, Hyeon-Bae and Kwon, Deok-Kyu says language and letter exist in Dangun dynasty, it is a Cho-Sun spirit. Kwon, Deok-Kyu, Kim, Yun-Keyong, Sin, Myeong-Gyun, Lee, Yun-Jae insist on Kija-chosun have not exist in korean peninsula, or exist in Dangun teritory western part.

This study was made to survey intruding of Imperata cylindrica and Zoysia japonica into improved pastures in Cheju-do. The results were summarized as follow: 40 species of weeds were found on improved pastures in Cheju-do. Imperata cylindrica and Zoysia japonica were dominant. I. Cylindrica was 31.53% in cover degree and 39.32% in density. and Z. japonica 11.42% in cover degree and 22.64% in density in all pastures improved after 1966. In course of years I. cylindrica and Z. japonica were increased but improved grasses were decreased incoverage and density. Improved grasses were scarcely found on the pastures improved before 1968.

도시중산층 지역 사회복지계획 수립 사례연구 : 서울시 서초구 사례를 중심으로 an urban middle - class neighborhood

Since the foundation of the Korean government in 1948, social services in Korea were devised mainly for the people in vulnerable situations. However, due to various and complicated reasons such as increase of the number of nuclear family, aging society and etc, demand on the social service has been expanded from the poor, handicapped and elderly to everyone. "Social Welfare Act" has been amended in July 2003, requiring the "Social Welfare Master Plan(SWMP)" at the local government level. All of the local governments are required to implement the SWMP from Aug. 2005. The government has been operating the "Social Welfare Office" since July 2004 in order to deal with the problems of the existing social welfare delivery system. Nine local governments, including Seocho City, have been chosen as sample survey areas. The main expectation from this office is to provide more effective and integrative social services through reorganizing the personnels who are working at the department of social welfare in the local government and formulating the Social Welfare Master Plan through the Local Social Welfare Committee. In conclusion, the Social Welfare Office now provides "one stop service" for the clients. The purpose of this research is to discuss about Seocho SWMP and to develop a guideline to guide the first beginner(local government) the process and method to formulate the social welfare plan. The data collection interview has been surveyed from 200 poor people, 200 women, 200 elderly, 300 youth, 100 handicapped. As a result of this study, the major findings are as follows. 1) SWOT Analysis Matrix ◁표삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) 1) Main principles of the Seocho SWMP ◁그림삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) Based on the case study on Seocho SWMP, the additional implications drawn are as follows. First, the period of the SWMP should be shown and is required to make it every 4 years. The future plan should be shown by an indicator. Second, financial plan should be shown in the each section. Third, a public hearing system which includes the residents, social work professionals, NGO's and others is needed. Fourth, a scientific format should be developed in order to get regional resources. Fifth, the method of evaluation including expenses should be developed. Sixth, action plan should be shown after formulating the each specific plan. Finally, educational plan to spread the information about plan among the residents should be included. The most important thing is that the clients feel SWMP is useful for themselves.

Greedy 알고리즘을 이용한 라이브러리 맵핑에 관한 연구

본 논문은 원천 컴포넌트의 기능보다 목표 컴포넌트의 기능이 적을 경우 목표 컴포넌트로 동일한 기능을 수행하는 Greedy 알고리즘을 제안하였다. Greedy 알고리즘은 각 컴포넌트의 함수를 비교하여 목표 컴포넌트에 부족한 기능을 수행할 수 있는 잉여 로직을 추가하여 맵핑하는 알고리즘이다. 예제로 선정한 원천 ALU는 3개의 산술기능을 갖고있고 목표 ALU는 2개의 산술기능을 갖고 있는 컴포넌트이다. 본 논문의 Greedy 알고리즘을 이용하여 동일한 기능을 수행하기 위하여 맵핑된 결과 2×1 MUX 1개와 인버터 1개가 추가되어 동일한 기능을 수행하였다. 따라서 실제의 시스템을 구현할 때 CAD 물상에서 라이브러리가 제공되지 않을 경우, 본 논문에서 제안한 HLLM 기술을 이용하여 기본적으로 제공되는 라이브러리를 이용하여 동일한 기능을 수행할 수 있었다.
