        조직확장술및 장골이식을 이용한 하악골 결손부의 재건

        Soft tissue expansion is widely used technique in oral & maxillofacial reconstruction and provide new method of reconstruction in posttraumatic alopecia, post burn, wide scar, congenital deformity, benign tumor, tattoo, etc. Expanded tissue flaps have the advantage of increased vascularity, proximity to the defect, and similarity of color and texture. They also preclude the need to advance flaps from distant sites. Tissue expansion can be used to form a well vascularized cavity to accomodate and nourish bone grafts. The following report describes the uses of tissue expanders by allowing bone grafting to correct both soft and bony defects of mandibular region

      • 고강도 콘크리트 레미콘 제조 및 실용화 개발

        최근에 이르러 건축구조물의 고층화, 다양화, 공사현장의 품질관리의 증진 그리고 혼화제의 개발에 따라 콘크리트의 고강도화가 실효성을 가져오기에 이르렀다. 본 연구는 현재 레미콘공장에서 사용하고 있는 여러가지 재료를 이용하고 배합설계를 통하여 고강도콘크리트 실용화에 따른 다양한 문제를 해결하려는데 목적을 두었다. 특히, 본 연구결과에서 슬럼프 10㎝, 고성능감수제(2.0%), 부순골재 약 20㎜, 그리고 W/(C+SF) 25%, 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트의 배합상태에서 700∼800㎏/㎤ 강도를 얻을 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구의 여러 가지 실험데이타는 앞으로 레미콘회사에서 고강도 콘크리트를 생산하는데 많은 참고와 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. Recently, it is fairly easy to make high strength concrete according to high-rising of buildings, improvement of field supervion, and development of water reducing admixtuer (high range water reducer). The objective of this paper is to solve the various problems related to the practical use of high strength concrete by use of materials and mix proportion design as used in the remicon company. From the result of this experiment, it is found that the high strength concrete (more than 700∼800㎏/㎤) can be obtained by using slump(10㎝), high water reducer (2.0%), crushed stone (about 20㎜), and water-cement ratio(W/C+SF):25%) with common portland cement. The results of this paper are expected to be helpful in producing of high strength concrete at remicon company.

      • 環境汚染의 效率的인 規制方案에 關한 硏究 : 經濟的 誘引策을 中心으로 As a Part of Economic Incentives

        In modern society, the aspect of pollution has been enlarged to the unreliable degree of self-purification in ecosystems; an important problem to be preserved the environmental quality has been socially issued. The reason why these environmental pollutions have been emerged can be manifested by the two economic sides as followings; First, the concept of property right of environment can't be fully established, and further more it can't be emphasized. Second, the environmental goods has the public goods characteristic. Although we can adjust the regulation-conventional regulation of environment - in other words one way of regulation to the environmental pollution. Many kinds of unsolved problems in the efficiency have been emerged, so we should introduce the economic incentives what we call it fee charge and subsidization positively and we should make proper chance to utilize it. Thus, if we want to keep our environmental clean, in managing systems, instead of relying on the former sides of regulations. We must make the long projects of efficiency and collectivity.

      • 저밀도 폴리에틸렌에서 도데실 알콜의 혼합량에 따른 트리이 현상 변화에 관한 연구

        For the purpose of deriving a method of inhibiting tree growth, dodecyl alchol( ?? ) is mixed with low density polyethylene(LDPE) by four different concentration, i.e., 2, 5, 8, 10%. Then under the environment of keeping to apply a.c., 15[kv], the time on which the first tree phenonenum will be reached, is observed. It is resulted that, on the condition of being within 8%, the more the mixing quantity be, the longer the tree inception time is, on the other hand, through to 10%, the time get increased quite slowly. Thus, we take samples mixed with 10% dodecyl alcohol in LDPE. After the initial tree is generated to the point of 300[㎛] under the bias, the bias would abruptly be dropped to 7.5[kv]. After that time, without changing the applying voltage, it is also investigated that the extinguishing time interval gets shorter on the following sequence of the solid state, the freezing, point, and the liquid state, in trun.

      • 자외선 조사에 의한 인체 각질형성세포 세포고사 방어인자에 관한 연구

        Back ground: Human skin is continuously exposed to UV irradiation. Ultraviolet irradiation of human skin cause sunburn cell which is relevant to the apoptosis of keratinocytes. In the epidermis, apoptosis inducing factors and anti-apoptotic factors probably exist to maintain the integrity of keratinocytes. Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the exsistence of apoptosis inducing factors and anti-apoptotic defence factors by evaluation of UV induced apoptosis in cultured human keratinocyte and other keratinocyte cell lines(A-431 cells, KB cells) and its susceptibility of UV induced apoptosis in various conditions. Method: In this study, the percentages of apoptosis, necrosis and cell viability of irradiated human keratinocytes and othe keratinocyte cell lines by MMT assay and AO/EO stain. The percentages of those were measured before UVB irradiation and 8, 24, 48 hours after UVB irradiation. Also, the same evaluations were performed with irradiated human keratinocytes cultured without growth factor and with enough growth factors, both results were compared with each other. And the effect of cycloheximide, a protein synthesis inhibitor was evaluated. Also that of aurintricarboxylic acid(ATA), an inhibitor of endonucleases which play an important role in inducing apoptosis of human keratinocytes was evaluated. Result: Human keratinocytes and other keratinocyte cell lines(A-431 cells, KB cells) were cultured in vitro developed maximal apoptosis 48 hours after irradiation, keratinocytes were more resistant to UV induced apoptosis than the others. The withdrawal of growth factors from keratinocyte and addition of cycloheximide decreased the cell survival rate following UV irradiation and increased the induction of apoptosis. And ATA inhibited UV induced apoptosis. Conclusion: These results indicate that human keratinocytes have both anti-apoptotic factors and apoptosis inducing factors to maintain the homeostasis. And survival signals mediated through growth factors or cellular proteins are responsible for the resistance to apoptosis observed in keratinocytes in vitro.

        무 추출물이 식품관련 미생물의 증식에 미치는 영향

        To understand the effect of radish on growth of food born microorganisms, mashedflesh radishes were extracted by using acetone and distilled water. Their effect was assayed by measuring the optical density of cultural broth of food born microorganisms, In the experiment, seven strains of food born bacteria and one strain of yeast were used as the test organism. Acetone extract inhibited growth of the cells of L. plantarum, L. sake and Danmuji film yeast. Growth of the film yeast was drastically inhibited in the concomitant presence of 0.03% extract, while other microbes such as L. faecalis. P. pentosaceus, B. subtilis and E. coil grew by succeeding cultivation for 4 to 8 hours after addition of the extract. Water extract, on contrast to acetone extract, at the concentrations of 0.1~1.5% stimulated the growth of lactic acid bacteria, Culture of L. faecalis and L. sake showed an optical density higher than that of control by 40~50 times. The effect was not so apparent against E. coli, S. aureus and Danmuji film yeast.

        재래시장에서의 접근성과 업종별 상관관계 : 광주광역시 대인시장과 남광주시장을 중심으로 Focused on Daein and Namgwangju markets in Gwangju

        The conventional market places are the behavioral space by physical environment and human activity. We discuss ways and means of reviatalizing conventional market. Focused on consumer's aspect and physical improvement of building and equipment. In spite of it's small size, small area. Market is directly connected with daily life of citizen and plays a major role for urban activities and systems. Therefore is necessary to study the physical characteristics related to human activity for improving the physical environment of conventional market. This study base on an assumption that location of industrial classification depend on accessibility and relation with street. The purpose of this study is to analyze relation between street and industrial classification in conventional markets. For the logistic analysis, We investigated type of business, general road width, public land price, connection value, distance from a bus stop, distance between main street and the each store in Daein and Namgwangju markets. The statistical analysis says that 1. In the markets, food stores are located near from the main streets. 2. Clothing stores are located near from the main streets but far from the bus stops. 3. The culture type of business is located far from the main streets. 4. The neighboring facilities are located on the narrow roads and at the lands high in the public price.

      • 줄넘기 운동과 달리기 운동이 비만 초등학생의 신체성분 변화 및 기초체력에 미치는 영향

        This study has it's purpose on choosing a reasonable exercising program and finding detailed training skills for preventing child obesity and increasing physical fitness, by analyzing the correlation the improvement of body composition with increase of physical fitness through Jumping-rope exercise and interval running training for obesity children. To study a new program, we divided into Jumping-rope group(l0) and interval running group(l0), then trained them with a new program for 12 weeks. After measuring subjects body composition and physical fitness, we tested the means of each difference, the results are as followings. First, body composition were effective for muscle(p<.001), fat(p<.01), in Jumping-rope group and moisture(p<.05), muscle(p<.001) in running group. Second, basic physical fitness, was effective for 50m run(p<.01), sit-up(p<.001), 1000m run(p <.05), bending-down(p<.001) in jumping-rope group and 50m run(p<.001), a long jump(p<.001), sit-up(p<.001), 1000m run(p<.01), bending-down(p<.001) in running group. Third, there was nothing significant for body water(p<.696), muscle(p<.516), fat(p<.606) in two groups. Fourth, we got a significant difference in 1000m run(p<.05) from two groups. As a conclusion, according to this study, jumping-rope affected positively in body composition, while running did in physical fitness.
