죽천 박광전(1526-1597)은 16세기 호남의 문인이지만 아직 한국 문학사에서 거론된 적이 없다. 그러나 그가 남긴 詩, 賦, 記 등을 통하여 그의 문학 세계를 확인할 수 있고, 새롭게 점검할 수 있다. 남아있는 시는 12편인데 그 내용은 贈別詩에서 哭挽詩에 이르기까지 여러 가지 모습을 지니고 있다. 교유하며 지은 시는 대개 장편으로 쓰여졌으며, 그는 대체로 시의 기교보다는 유교적이고 성리학적인 내용을 중시하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 죽천의 賦와 記는 당시 16세기 호남문학에서도 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있어서, 위에 말한 문학사의 중요 작품들로 기록될 만 하다. 부 작품으로는 가장 많은 분량, 그리고 매우 드문 山水遊記를 남기고 있기 때문이다. 그의 부는 대개 심성수양에 대한 내용, 중국의 고사를 다루면서 교훈적인 삶을 제시하는 내용, 나아가 사회비판적인 모습 등 세 가지 면으로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 그 가운데 심성수양에 대한 내용은 주자학의 문학적인 수용과 관련되어 퇴계, 미암 등의 문학과 비교할 만 하다. 죽천은 미암 유희춘의 안내로 퇴계 이황을 만났기에 학문적 관계가 매우 밀접하다. 죽천의 문학 가운데 가장 큰 문학적 성취를 이룬 작품은 「遇溪記」이다. 여러 평자들이 칭찬하였듯이, 매우 짜임새 있는 산수 유기이다. 16세기 중후반을 살다 간 그는 이러한 중요한 작품을 남기고 있어서, 문학사의 한 페이지를 차지할 수 있을 것이다. Juk-Cheon Bak Kwang-Jeon(竹川 朴光前: 1526-1597), a writer in Ho-Nam in the sixteenth century, has never been studied in Korean literature, but his literary work can be confirmed and newly investigated through Si(詩; poetry), Bu(賦; poetical prose), Gi(記; a narrative) that he left. There are his 12 works left and they have got different aspects from Cheng-Byeoul-Si(贈別詩) to Man-Si(晩時). Normally, the poetry that he wrote in association with other people were long pieces and he usually tended to put an importance on the content of Sung Confucianism(性理學) rather than on their technical skills. Since his Bu and Gi were placed on an eminent position even in the sixteenth century, his works deserve to be dealt as masterpieces in the history of literature. He has left some Sansu Yugi(山水遊記) which are very rare and a great number of Bu(賦). In general, his Bu consists of three parts ; the content about mind training, that of instructive life shown by Chinese ancient happenings and that of social criticism. Among them, the content of mind training is related to the literary acceptance of Chu-Ja Hak(朱子學), 내 that it can be valued like Toe-Gye's(退溪) and Mi-Am's(眉巖). Specially Juk-Cheon has a close relationship with Toe-Gye Yi-Hwang(退溪 李滉) as he met Toe-Gye's(退溪) through Mi-Am's(眉巖) introduction. U-Gae Gi(遇界記) is his great work that gives him a very high literary achivement and it is a well-written Sansu Yugi(山水遊記) which has received so much compliment. He, who lived in the mid and late sixteenth century, deserves to occupy a page of Korean literature for his valuable works.
오이수확용 로봇개발을 위한 잎제거가 낙과에 미치는 영향

This study investigated that the removed leaves of cucumber affected its growing and yield, and its physical properties were measured. Cucumber fruit grew by 6-15cm length for 2 days regardless of removed leaves and method of removing leaves. Number of cucumber fruit were obtained within 10% different values by three methods (A, B, C) of removing leaves. The first grade rate (best quality) of A, B and C was 56.7%, 53.1%, 56.3% respectively. As a result, removed leaf and the method of removing leaf did not affect the yield and quality of cucumber. In addition, proper cutting leaves for harvest season could be help the yield and quality of cucumber. Number of small cucumber fruit which fell down with a withering flower by the three methods (A, B, C) were 57, 44, 44 respectively. Consequently, proper removed leaf was produced their yield and quality better than traditional way, which did not remove a leaf, because of high ventilation and high light absorption.

Angiodysplasia is probably responsible for 2.6-6.2% of cases involving of lower gastrointestinal bleeding and 1.2-8.0% of cases involving hemorrhages from the upper GI tract. Small bowel neoplasia is rare, accounting for about 5% of gastrointestinal tumors overall and 2-3% of all malignacies. The third most common malignany of the small bowel is the sarcoma, of which the leiomyosarcoma is the most frequent. A 54-year-old male patient was admitted with the chief complaints of dizziness and headache during 2 months. Laboratory findings revealed iron deficiency anemia. A superior mesenteric arteriography found an intensive vascular stained mass in the hepatic flexure. A celiac artery angiography discovered a irregulary vascular stained lesion in the Ll vertebral level. A colonoscopy located a 10 mm sized angiodysplasia in the right colon. According to these findings, we presumed that these lesions are a colonic angiodysplasia and a suspicious duodenal lesion. The operation was perfomed. The final diagnosis was a colonic angiodysplasia combined with leiomyosarcoma of the duodenum. The rarity of this case is emphasized and the literative reviewed.

Actinomycosis is a chronic granulomatous and suppurative disease caused by Actinomyces species. As a pathogen, it can cause fistulas or sinuses, and may form a mass. Sulfur granules in the lesion, sinu walls or discharge are characteristics of actinomycosis. The most common location of abdominal actinomycosis is the appendix or ileocecal region of the intestine. In addition, actinomycosis has been found in the rectum, the sigmoid and the transverse colon as well as the liver, the pancreas and th pelvis. However, primary rectus abdominis actinomycosis is a rare form of actinomycosis. We repor a case of primary rectus abdominis actinomycosis presenting an abdominal mass in a 60-year-old man whose chief complaint is fever.
Mutations in gyrA and gyrB Among Drug Resistant Mycobacterium Tuberculosis in Korea

Background Fluoroquinolones have been recognized as important anti-TB agents based on new tuberculosis treatment guidelines. In this study we have evaluated gyrA and gyrB how to relate with MIC based on 7H9 and phenotypic DST Results based on Löwenstein-Jensen (L-J) medium. Method Since 13th July 2020, 108 cases have analyzed gyrA and gyrB genes for fluoroquinolones. We have tested bedaquiline (0.03125~4 μg/mL), delamanid (0.00625~0.8 μg/mL), moxifloxacin (0.0625~8.0 μg/mL), levofloxacin (0.0625~8.0 μg/mL), linezolid (0.0625~8.0 μg/mL) using 7H9 broth. In Löwenstein-Jensen (L-J)medium, low concentration of moxifloxacin was 1.0 μg/mL and high concentration of moxifloxacin was 2.0 μg/mL, And that of levofloxacin and linezolid was 2.0μg/mL. Results All of mono-INH resistant cases analyzed wild type in gyrA and gyrB genes. There were 7 mutant type analyzed in gyrA and 1 mutant type in gyrB gene among 54 RIF resistant and MDR cases. All of 8 cases what we analyzed mutant type in gyrA and gyrB genes was interpreted resistant in phenotypic DST using L-J medium. Additionally all of 52 cases interpreted susceptible in phenotypic DST using L-J medium was wild type in gyrA and gyrB genes. The distribution of MICs for moxifloxacin what analyzed mutant type in gyrA gene was middle and high level (1.0 ~ 4.0 μg/mL). And The MIC for moxifloxacin what analyzed mutant type in gyrB gene was middle level (0.5 μg/mL). The distribution of MICs for levofloxacin what analyzed mutant type in gyrA gene was high level (4.0 ~ 8.0 μg/mL). And The MIC for levofloxacin what analyzed mutant type in gyrB gene was middle level (1.0 μg/mL). Conclusions We found 8 mutant type cases in gyrA and gyrB genes. Most of mutant type (75%) was gyrA_D94G(GAC/GGC). We observed gyrA and gyrB genes were associated with MICs based on 7H9 and phenotypic DST Results based on L-J medium.

In this study, the effect of electron beam irradiation on surface properties, such as hardness, adhesion, and surface roughness, of TiN films was investigated. The films were deposited on an SKD-61 substrate through cathodic arc ion plating. After deposition, the films were bombarded with an intense electron beam under incident energies of 500, 1000, and 1500 eV for 10 min. From the results, the surface hardness increased up to 3357 HVIT at 1500 eV, and the critical load increased proportionally with irradiation energy from 15.8 to 23.4 N. In addition, the surface root-mean-square roughness of the films was significantly influenced by electron irradiation. Films subjected to electron irradiation at 1500 eV exhibited the lowest roughness of 397 nm.
