상아질 접착에서 collagenase와 esterase가 미세인장결합강도에 미치는 영향

상아질-레진 접착강도에 대한 collagenase와 esterase의 영향을 살펴보기 위해, 소구치의 교합면 상아질에 Single Bond 2와 Clearfil SE Bond로 접착을 시행하고 미세 시편을 제작하여 PBS, collagenase 용액, esterase 용액에 4주간 보관한 후 미세인장결합강도를 측정, 비교하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 모든 보관 용액에서 Single Bond 2의 미세인장결합강도는 Clearfil SE Bond보다 유의하게 낮았다(p<0.05). 2. Single Bond 2의 미세인장결합강도는 collagenase군이 PBS군, esterase군보다 낮았다(p>0.05). 3. Clearfil SE Bond의 미세인장결합강도는 esterase군이 PBS군에 비해 낮았으나(p>0.05), collagenase군보다는 높았다(p>0.05). Collagenase군은 PBS군에 비해 유의하게 낮은 미세인장결합강도를 보였다(p<0.05). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of collagenase and esterase on the microtensile bond strength (μTBS) in dentin bonding. After resin composites were bonded to occlusal dentin, μTBS specimens were formed and stored in PBS, collagenase, or esterase solution. After 4-week storage, μTBS was determined and, the results were as follows: 1. μTBS values of Single Bond 2 were lower than those of Clearfil SE Bond for all storage medium (p<0.05). 2. In single Bond 2 group, collagenase solution lowered bond strength more than PBS and esterase solution (p>0.05). 3. In Clearfil SE Bond group, esterase solution lowered bond strength more than PBS(p>0.05). Collagenase solution lowered bond strength more than esterase solution(p>0.05) and PBS(p<0.05).

본 연구는 성인 남녀를 대상으로 하여 성별 컴퓨터 기능문해 격차를 파악하고, 이를 해소하기 위한 방안을 제시하기 위하여 수행되었다. 본 연구를 통해서 얻어진 결과는 성인여성이 컴퓨터의 이용 경력, 이용 시간, 기초 기능 수준, 그리고 워드프로세스 활용능력 측면에서 남성에 비해 현저하게 낮은 수준에 머물러 있음을 보여주고 있다. 이러한 성별 격차는 동일한 연령이나 학력 집단에서도 나타났다. 따라서 우리가 정보화 사회에 성공적으로 진입하여 IT 분야의 선두 주자가 되기 위해서는 무엇보다도 정보화의 사각지대에 놓일 소지가 큰 성인 초·중등학교 단계에서부터 여학생의 정보화 인식을 높이기 위한 교육과 홍보를 강화할 필요가 있다. 또한 TV 광고 및 드라마를 적극적으로 활용하고, 성인 여성들에게 컴퓨터 친화적 환경을 조성하며, 이들을 위한 정보화 프로그램과 컨텐츠를 개발하는 것이 요구된다. 아울러 성인 여성의 컴퓨터 문해 수준 증진을 위한 제도적 기반을 구축하고 자원봉사자 집단을 통해 컴퓨터 문맹 퇴치 운동을 전개하는 것도 적극적으로 고려해 볼 필요가 있다.

This study aims to plan connecting living facilities considering on the Barrier Free Walking of the disabled and the elderly in the residential area. We had found several physical problems on the peestrian's way that becomes the major factor of disturbing the barrier free movement for using living facilities in the local area by investigations and enquetes. We had suggested the arrangement method for these physical problems on the pedestrian's way and building the ideal area for living facilities by the disposition stages with the result of investigations and enquetes. After these process, we had planned connecting living facilities considering on the Barrier Free WaIking of the disabled and the elderly in the residential area.
3차원 차량모델을 이용한 차량 : Bridge System Using 3-Dimensional Vehicle Model 교량계의 동적해석

In this study, during the vehicle is running on the bridge with a bump at expansion joint, the dynamic reaction of bridge and dynamic wheel load of vehicle is researched. By using Three-dimensional model, the time histories of bridge reaction and dynamic wheel load of vehicle are simulated. As parametric study R.M.S(root mean square) is used. From the result it can be seen that the bump has influence upon the dynamic reaction of bridge as well as dynamic wheel load. The effect of bump height to dynamic wheel load and dynamic response of bridge reaction is analyzed.
결핵성 육아종에서 Thioredoxin peroxidase-2 의 발현

Background: Thioredoxin peroxidase(TPX) is a kind of recently discovered antioxidant enzyme which react as rapid hydrogen ion donor for the removal of hydroperoxide. The action and distribution of the TPX was poorly understood in the human diseases. This experiments were designed for the study about the distribution of the TPX in the chronic granulomatous inflammation and about the correlation between the expression of TPX and the site of inflammation, histological activities of tuberculous inflammation or existence of mycobacterium in the inflammatory foci. Methods: The immunohistochemical stains were performed for the localization of the TPX-2 in the epithelioid cells, giant cells and lymphocytes in the chronic granulomatous inflammation. The tissue sections were obtained from the paraffin blocks of the 54 cases of tuberculosis (lung 21 cases, lymph node 12 cases, bone and soft tissue 12 cases, kidney 9 cases; active 33 cases, inactive 21 cases by the histologic classification; presence of mycobacterium 15 cases, no mycobacterium 39 cases by PCR reaction). Results: The expression of TPX-2 was 16.7% in the giant cells, 27.8% in the epithelioid cells and 100% in the lymphocytes of tuberculous inflammations. The expression of TPX-2 in the giant cells and epithelioid cells of the tuberculosis were 28.6% and 57.1% of the pulmonary tuberculosis; 33.3% in each cells of the renal tuberculosis; 0% in each cells of the lymph node or bone and soft tissue tuberculosis. The expression of TPX-2 in the giant cells and epithelioid cells were 9.1% in each cells of the active tuberculosis and were 28.6% and 57.1% in each cells of the inactive tuberculosis by histologic classification. The expression of TPX-2 in the giant cells and epithelioid cells was 40% in each cells of tuberculosis which mycobacteria were detected and the expression of TPX-2 was 7.7% and 23.1% in each cells which mycobacteria were not detected by PCR reaction in the paraffin embedded tissue. Conclusions: The above results were summarized that the TPX-2 in the giant cells and epithelioid cells were more frequently expressed in the inactive tuberculosis than in the active tuberculosis. These results suggest that the TPX-2 is a kind of regulating or suppressing factors in the activity of the tuberculosis.
국산 회중석을 이용한 타이어용 Ice-Spike 제조에 대한 연구

Tungsten carbides are produced by carburization of tungsten powder and the reduction of ammonium para-tungstate obtained from Korean scheelite. The ice-spike for the automobile tire are made from tungsten carbide mi ed with cobalt powder into various amounts through the process of the double sintering, and the product composed of tungsten carbide 95.5% and cobalt 4.5% is superior to all others. The various physical properties and fabricating conditions far the production of cemented carbide are also discussed. This paper is the starting point of the development leading to wide introduction of the products permitting to ice-spice, cutting tools, etc. by using of Korean scheelite.
온도상승에 따른 마감재의 세공구조 특성에 관한 연구 : 석고보드를 중심으로 Focusing on Gypsum Boards

On fire, the most significant materials influencing the rise of temperature are finishing materials, and highly combustible materials become the reason of magnifying fires compared to incombustible materials. Recently, gypsum boards are widely used as interior finishing boards for constructions because of their features of absorbing heats and little temperature rising at the early stage of fire. Therefore, in this research, basic data were suggested to secure fireproof stability by investigating interior processing features, which change together with the backside temperature of test materials from Flash Over(within 30 minutes after firing), at which temperature reaches its highest point, to survey the features of materials due to rising temperature in the chase of gypsum boards (general and fireproof gypsum board)
